What'S up guys welcome back to my channel if you're tuning in for the first time, i'm ashley and today we'll be doing some wispy baby hair? I finally figured out the recipe, so i'm gon na, be it's just one little secret tip that you have to do with the baby hair to make it that wispy look and i finally figured it out because you guys know i've been doing. I'Ve tried it. So many times, and then by the time it's all said and done, it just looks like regular baby hair, but it's not weighed down. It definitely has that wispy. Look in bob, you can move it. You can add more, you can add less. You can feather it out, um yeah. It looks really good, so i'm gon na give you the one secret tip to make it look like the wispy instagram baby hair, instead of looking like regular baby hair. We'Re also going to do a start to finish. Install featuring this hair we're going to curl the ends, it is 18 inch or is it 20 inch? It'S 18 inch body wave crystal cap, which is absolutely beautiful. They included this lace here to compare it to brown, lace and transparent lace. So i'm going to include a clip of um the difference as well, but yeah. I wanted you guys to see the end result at the beginning. Now, let's jump right into the video, and of course you already know if you haven't already subscribe, become part of the tribe. Now, let's jump right into it. Okay, love bugs jumping right into it. Here is a look at what the wig looks like on. They also included their crystal lace, which is absolutely beautiful. It'S gon na fit very nice, especially because they included this adjustable elastic band and again they pre-plucked her for the gods. This crystal lace, literally, is everything. So you guys already know this is going to be a beginner friendly, wig install you don't have to bleach knots, tint lace or pluck anything out. Let'S go ahead and cut off all the excess lace. I went ahead and pulled the hair back with some clips. I did kind of cut off some of the excess lace before because it went below my eyes and i just wanted to be able to see now i'm going to cut the lace off around the ears. I decided to leave ear tabs today, but if you're someone who wants a more clean install without having to worry about those ear tabs lifting you can go ahead and cut them off today is going to be a glueless install, so i'm rocking with. I believe this is the liquid gold. You guys know i'm trying not to overwhelm you guys with my products, which you definitely will see. Mine is very similar and that one is that mediectbd.com i'll also have that one linked in the description box, and i just went ahead and applied this one around the entire perimeter of my head, covering it with the lace. Exactly where i want the placement. I'M using a precision comb from bdegree.com to go in and just work that product in and make sure that everything is right and tight and where it needs to be we're going to use a melt belt to go ahead and dry. The lace, but just to kind of get it started. I did go ahead and blow dry on a cool setting out of habit. I like to kind of start to get the product going and kind of get it as dry as i can before. I get a little bit tired and then i'll go ahead and add again that melt belt around the hairline, and this is going to help the wig to lay flat and to continue to dry the rest of the way. While we work on the rest of the wig, so you always want to make sure you have a straight part, no matter if it's the side, part diagonal, part curved part, no matter. What'S going on, make sure that that parting looks good. This is just going to be the difference between a regular install and a flawless. You know, fly professional, looking install i'm going to do my dynamic duo. This is my electric hot comb, as well as the wax from the deck beauty.com. This combo here will give you a nice flat, smooth install for sure i do tons of heat passes and just take my time. This electric comb definitely will get hot, so be sure to be careful and control the temperature not going too high up. You know you want to be able to get a flat install, but you don't want to burn yourself now. It'S time to curl, go ahead and add a heat protectant. I added my heat protectant off camera, i'm working on a formula for my website so for now just know whatever you have at home works fine and i am curling away from my face. So i'm going to show you a little bit of how i do it on this side and then we're going to speed it up when we get to the top and then we're going to do the opposite side off camera. I keep falling under all this pressure since i met you baby. This is don't try, okay, now that we're done with our curls, let's go ahead and remove the melt belt and cut off the excess girl, you're lace. Fine! I can't get you off my mind from here we're going to go ahead and make our baby hair. I want to mention that we have found the technique. We finally have mastered the fluffy wispy baby hair that we've seen arrogante and all of our favorite celebrities do. On camera, basically, the key is to go ahead and do your baby hair, as you normally would i'm going to do the two pieces above the arch of the eyebrow, as well as the sideburns cutting them down to the size that i want and then i'm going To go ahead and add a little bit of heat with the electric hot comb as well as curl them away from the face and trim them to the length that we want after we've done this step, let's go ahead and do our magic. So i'm going to take this edge control from beadagouti.com, i'm going to work it at the base. So you only want to get just enough to pretty much style the base or the root of the baby hair, and then we're going to use the edge brush to go ahead and work it the rest of the way. Now, typically, i would just add and load on the baby, hair edge control or the mousse or the wax or whatever i'm using to make baby hair. And that is why it never comes out. Wispy only use your product at the base and then the rest of the way you can work in the excess product, and this is what's going to give you the look that you want voila. Thank me later next we're going to go in and add the powder to the parting. Lately i've been into powder in the parting. You guys know for a while. I was working with concealer, they work interchangeably and i love them both, but lately i'm just on a powder kick and i'm also going to add a powder in the hairline. It is actually christmas day i have on this big long, moo moo and i don't even want to tell you guys the jokes my husband has had with me, but i went ahead off camera and did my makeup what a huge transformation i was looking crazy. Mrs claus had to stay up till about 6 30 this morning, um wrapping gifts for santa and then after that she got into bed. But you know once you get once you're getting once i got in the bed, it just took forever to actually go to sleep. So we are here, i wanted to add a little bit of curl and wave to the hair. You guys seen it already had some, but i really didn't want to do too much. It is christmas day and i just wanted to look like you know. How do you say you you, you feel how you look so a little sleep deprived today, i feel like i was starting to get that like i'm exhausted, i'm hungry, it hasn't been time to eat and it's like past seven o'clock, so i went ahead and took A shower did my hair and now we are doing um makeup and all of that and i feel a bunch better, i'm still kind of delirious because i've been eating today. So if i'm talking crazy because, like my mind, is like putty but anyways, i love love. Love the install on this one, i'm super excited. I finally watched a tutorial. I can't remember whose tutorial it was the other day and it was actually wasn't a youtube tutorial. It was on instagram, you know how you follow. Stylist and they'll do like speed through as they do, people's hair and she was like when you curl the baby hair for that wispy baby hair. You only put the edge control on the base and then you run it through. You do not put the um product through the whole hair because i was wondering like if i do wispy baby hair, then i load it up and i die cover it in the mousse or the wax or the edge control, typically i'll use edge control um. All that work of curling it just goes away, and i understand now that you only put the product in the the the base like right up in here and then let the rest go and it makes that wispy baby hair for the baby hair or for the Sideburns, i did not do the same thing per se. I don't mind if those are kind of just slicked down, but i did burn my face. I don't know if you guys can see the whelp, but it's gon na be super dark by the morning. So i just went ahead and um. I didn't even want to use the curling iron down here again because i'm kind of traumatized, but i love the way this one came out as i do this. I do want to mention that this one did come from genius. Wig this one is the crystal cap, which is really nice, i'm very impressed. It'S a 13 by 6.5 mace for wigs. You get 6.5 inches of parting space, going back body, wave, texture, 18 inches in length, 180 density, and she did leave me. This really cute note. On a heli, hello, kitty posted, so you guys know i keep stuff like that. Well, not curling iron. It gets really hot. It does something. I don't want to go back and redo all of them because again it's supposed to be a nice wave pattern, but i just feel like some of the curls have dropped a little bit more, since i've been away, definitely does hold a curl. I was trying to do quick and easy curls and i just went a little bit too fast with a little bit too big of sections and i'm regretting. I wish i would have taken my time a little bit. Nonetheless, we are just going back downstairs to the living room where we've been all day um. I did not cook this year, i well. Let me take it back. I'M making crab but crab doesn't feel like cooking. I feel like when i say cooking. It'S like um sides and stuff like that, so i do have to go down. We went to restaurant depot and got like 30 pounds of crab. We ate five pounds while the kids were away the other night, so i'm gon na cook the other 25 pounds and i'm just gon na - do them in the oven in a couple batches. I don't even think we need the whole amount, but i'm gon na put as many as we need in the oven um and do it right with like a little make my homemade garlic butter uh with obey little parsley situation and when they come out i'll. Do a boiling crab style sauce, you guys know. I was the first on youtube to do the bowling crab recipe. I get it first. So with the hair, i'm really happy with the results. Again i did the wispy baby hair. So if it's a little bit too wispy, you control it with the product at the base like right now. I think i need a little bit more product at the base to like control this a little bit more, but i don't want to get too happy because again, i'm not even going anywhere. So it's no point in weighing down the wispiness of it uh just to go downstairs. But i do want my hair to look fire for my pictures because i'm gon na try and sneak in some holiday pictures of the kids, and i my husband as well as some um uh. You know pictures for this look, so let me know what you guys think of it, i'm already running late. So dedication to you guys, but my kids are playing and they're having a good time, they're, not stunning me because they got so much good stuff that it was worth it here is the packaging here from genius wig inside they included the this really thick elastic band. Uh wig caps, a nice little twilly, which goes really nice around your hairline or as like a scarf situation, a neon green edge brush. This is actually really cute and then a clip which you guys know.
