Hey everybody: it's taz welcome back to taz's weight, closet at wig studio, one here to encourage and inspire your wig journey. Today i have a special treat for you: a brand new release by amore for winter 2022.. This one is called braylon. It'S in the color melted marshmallow. Now i literally had this dropped off at my doorstep. About 30 minutes ago i ran i put some makeup on. I really didn't even change my clothes. I just stuck some earrings on so i can open this in front of you and get to know this brand new style coming up. The featured wig style was sent to me by wig studio one for this review today. So you can take a good look before you make the investment we invite you to shop at wig studio, one all the links are below this video, a direct link to this style, so you can go out and take a look at pricing and colors. If you have any questions for us, don't hesitate to reach out to support at winkstudio1.com i'm filming this review ahead of the launch date, so i do have limited information so far. However, i am expecting that braylon is going to be a mid-length kind of beach wave style with some manageable fringe, and some really nice cap features so you're going to see it for the first time right along with me. So here's the package that it arrived in beautiful, amore, packaging kind of very basic but classy at the same time and there's the hang tag in there nice sturdy box, i really love amore's new packaging, so the amore brand is underneath the parent company of adorama's hair Goods which also manufactures and supplies all of the rene of paris and noriko, so there it is inside of the box. Now that's a melt. That'S melted, marshmallow, the color is melted. Marshmallow so you'll see melted, marshmallow among all of the brands in the adoramas, particularly rene of paris, and more so we're going to take a look at all of this. Bring it out. Remove the net love. Look at that curl. I always get excited about curly styles. That'S just my thing and curls are just so versatile and you can get all kinds of variation with curl. So it's always a nice surprise. Okay, so here's the hang tag and here's the little cardboard form to support the wig during shipping and storage. So there it is beautiful, it really looks beautiful from the outside here. So let's take a look at the inside of the cap, but give me a moment while i review it, what i'm doing here is i'm going to check for any obvious defects, i'm going to get to know the features a little so that i can report them Back to you, okay, all righty. Let'S take a look, so there's a temple to temple lace front. So what i can tell you about this lace front is lots of things, so it does run temple to temple, but it does not extend back into the ear tab. However, i feel like the material stops just before it gets to the edge of the cap where the lace meets the the cap. Therefore, i'm expecting the seams to be well obscured and we're going to check that out when i apply it. That lace front is really deep um. Now the knotting seems to be really fine, because this fiber appears to be really fine as well um. However, the lace front itself is very thick scratchy, not too shiny, but it is kind of scratchy and thick okay. Now, i'm not bothered by that. I think it's a really hearty lace front now, with amore you're gon na find a double monofilament top. So it's a two ply material. So underneath is that same monofilament type material where the knots are sewn in and then over. That is a very soft pliable, sheer almost nylon type material, very soft and pliable. I love more lace, fronts, no matter what you have under the cap. You should be able to get the illusion of scalp, because this is ample to cover up any kind of hair or wig liners or anything that you may have under the cap and then there's a closed kind of a rose, lace, type, ear tab here and i'm Noticing lots of fiber spliced in there. I really love to see that because i feel like that always gives some really nice coverage, especially if you're tucking it behind the ear and then in the back. You have a closed nape. Now that nape has more of a canvas type material and it is slightly extended, it looks to be a little bit longer than an average standard nape, but a little bit shorter than that full extended nape. And then you have these strap type adjusters lots of wefting. I'M not noticing a whole lot of stretch on this style, so i'll, be sure to report back to you um all about the fit. So the next thing i want to do here is to remove these tags right away. So once there's no defects - and i know i'm going to keep the wig - i always remove the tags. Okay, now that the tags are off, i'm going to go ahead and apply it, so it can report back to you fit and if i have to remove it to readjust it, i certainly will. But this again is right out of the box and then we're going to go to work on this to kind of wake up the fiber and get it ready to wear all right. So let me go ahead and apply first thing: i've done nothing to it! All! Right so i want to report to you a little bit on the fit. It fits me pretty good, uh right out of the box. Now i may make just a very small adjustment for my petite average circumference. I really think that this is more average um. Oh sometimes you can get a, i can get a style and put it on and know right away. It'S probably going to fit more large. This one is more average, but if you're petite average, i think it will also fit you um. I probably won't be able to report at all if it would fit a large circumference, because i just have no way of measuring that. All i can say is that it fits a petite average very nicely, so sometimes that may indicate that it's not suitable for large circumferences. So let me go ahead and just cinch in slightly and then, while i have it off uh the first thing: we do, you got it we're gon na shake it we're gon na shake it out really well, and i'm gon na use the um my hand just To pull the fiber away from the cap to wake it up, it's really tightly compressed and compacted for the shipping process right out of the factory, nothing beats the smell and the feel of a brand new wig very exciting. So what i want to do next is take my wide tooth comb and just comb it out really well, i'm going to focus on the uh the part. So, even though this is a full monofilament, uh top and you can part it. However, you want, you know it has to part somewhere and, however, it's laying in the box kind of becomes the parting space, and i want to break that up by breaking it breaking it up. It gives me more flexibility, but it also helps the hair lay a little bit more naturally on the top okay. So let's just continue to to work that um. I didn't notice a weak pattern on this. One sometimes there's a weak pattern that we have to work through: okay, wow, all right, that's pretty that curl is really pretty there's a lot of body in this curl. So it's a soft tousled beachy type wave. It'S not heavily tapered, although it is tapered on the ends. It'S not heavily. Tapered um it. It really is very nice, it's nice and casual. Yet at the same time, i'm getting that softness that comes through it's made, which makes it very feminine. So let's go ahead and reapply okay, so now i'm gon na go ahead and get this positioned correctly. I usually pull the lace front back to where i can spot my widow's peak and the widow's peak is typically fully enveloped inside of that lace. That'S usually my guide, wow, okay, so, basically just shaking it out wow. I really love it based on first glance here now. The camera is not a great mirror, but i can see enough and sense enough that i think i'm really personally going to love and enjoy this style, because it's just right up my alley. You know everybody has different taste. So one thing i can tell you right away: is i'm really loving those bangs? Those bangs are about 4.3 to 4 and a half inches, and i love it because they don't want to flop in the eyes. So that particular length, if i had to stretch it all the way forward and down, would go directly in the eyes. But all i had to do was shake it out and just pinch the top a little bit and it kind of falls right over the eyebrow. I can tell that it's going to be really easy to wear without a whole lot of fuss. You know some of you don't like to fuss with the wig and if it's, if it's not workable, right out of the box or if you have to do a lot of work, it's just sometimes just too much. It just makes a style imminently more enjoyable. If, if you like it right out of the box, okay, so in the back about an eight inch, crown meets up with a four and a half inch nape. So it looks like it's in between like 11 and 12 inches 12 inches. Probably and again i haven't taken it out yet so i didn't measure it, but 12 inches seems to be the length of the overall length on this one so weighs under 4 ounces. I think right around 3.7 and then i pointed out to you that lace, front and double monofilament top. So let's get up close on these mono features. So first i'm gon na back up sort of lower my head and see if you can tell the illusion of scalp through that double monofilament. So, no matter where you parted or how you part it, you should be able to sense that from the top and a more i just love, a more double monofilament tops for their realism. Okay, so now, let's get up close on the lace. Okay, so we talked about the lace: it's a bit stiff uh. Now the knots are kind of facing downward, which is really good for um for the bangs, because you want them to kind of come down and then swoop back. However, you could probably do an up and over style with just the heat of your hands and we'll test that out. So i wanted to see the knotting. The knotting looks pretty good bit of a fine knotting process there and then the seams. We wanted to check those seams out, so i feel like i feel, like there's enough baby hairs, that kind of roll right over those seams to to obscure it. I think that's a really nice natural look in terms of being able to see that it's just i mean if i dick around and separate the hair enough you're going to be able to see any seam, but just by pulling it back, you're not going to be Able to see it so yeah so far, so good. So another thing that i'm observing about these bangs is that they're a bit undercut, meaning that the layers around it kind of overlap it. I always think that is a very flattering way to do bangs. So, no matter how you part your bangs or the layers on the top, it's just always going to fall into line in these perfectly layered bangs. The bangs also are nice and wispy, so it's not too heavy or thick. It'S been layered and, like i say, undercut such a flattering look i think so you can part it on top. However, you want and we'll do more this in the styling segment, but this is what i do guys. So when i bring a wig right out of the box, i just mess around with it to see what it can do and what you know. Where is the most flattering part, and how am i gon na really enjoy wearing it? So the curl pattern, based on what i'm seeing here, it almost looks like you've just taken a curling iron developed, a medium-sized spiral curl and then deconstructed it it's soft, it's tousled, it's not extremely tapered. It has nice, beautiful bounce and body to it. The density on the style is just an average density, it's not a low density, just a nice average density and then each one of the fibers is very silky. Soft and fine. It'S separated the movement is very nice. I am really liking this style. So, looking at this style, i kept thinking what does it remind me of um a couple of of things so, and i hope i recall the names so the rene of paris, uh orchid collection has a style or maybe it's the muse collection. It'S called breezy waves, a very popular style, but it's a more of an affordable style with with no fancy cap features on it, but it's it's it's created in a similar way. The style is, and so i think it reminds me a little bit of that. Breezy waves: let's do a tuck, let's see what the tuck looks like. So we do the tuck test. Okay, tucks are beautiful, very easy to tuck there, so we can segue right into a permatease discussion. Permatease all right. Let me think about this very, very moderate permatease. Not too much is what i mean by that. It'S probably not considered low permatease, however, because you're going to see some permatease around that monofilament all around the crown, and that's just to give it lift. You know where it needs it. There is some permatease in the back and very little at the nape, i'm not sensing any permatease at the nape um very little, also at the temple area. So most of it is going to be around that monofilament right here. So you definitely can't see into permatease because of the monofilament features here. So let's talk about this color melted, marshmallow, now melted marshmallow is going to look a little bit different based on a curly style than it would on a straight style on a curly style. It has less of an ombre effect than i think it does on a straight style. I have this color in the the style rene of paris's kai, which is straight, and you could definitely see the ombre look. So what you're going to see there is underneath everything is like a medium brown root, but the base color and the main majority of the color is going to be a dark sandy blonde and that's highlighted and tipped with a pale ash blonde or platinum. It'S more platinum, in fact, it's so platinum that at the ends it almost looks white so overall, this is a very neutral to cool color, that platinum, really cools it down, and the sandy notes are more neutral to cool as well as you can see. So if you like, a nice ash blonde with some variation and some depth and dimension, this would be a really nice choice. So you saw me take this right out of the box, so we're gon na try this with glasses. I expected it to work very well with glasses. It sure does um there's very little permatease above the ear tabs, so it fits nicely between the ear and the ear tab. So thanks so much for joining me today. Don'T forget to take a look at this style at wig studio. One again, all of the links will be below this. Video have a great day. Everybody um you

Vee of the Weald: This piece is so youthful and looks fabulous on you, Taz. I love the graduation of colours from the medium brow root to the frosty tips. It’s really lovely.

Mary ann Mcgowen: What a cute style! Love the bangs with lace front, too! Curl pattern is great. Thanks for sharing similar styles! Love your reviews.

Sandra G. McAlister: Hi Taz, this wig is adorable, and i especially love the color. To me, it's pretty much shake and put on wig, love that. Great review, have a wonderful day!

Robin Williams: The color is beautiful! I thought the top by the crown looked kind of thick but you didn't seem to mind so I figured it must be ok . Gosh, you make every wig look so wonderful. I love how you can just style it in a matter of seconds , bangs down or up. It is really just a great looking wig! You are my favorite person to watch to learn about wigs!

Carlie: I love the wig which means that I am excited after seeing your review & will purchase one at some point. There is so much that can be done to style it & and as always looks great on you. I wanted to let you know that I purchased the Musicozy sleep headphones from your Amazon store. I had never heard of them and wore them last night to bed. I love them so much. I listened to my Bible app called, "Thru the Bible" as I was heading off to sleep. The Musicozy sleep headphones work great, they are comfortable too. Thank you so much because I have never heard of them before. Smiles.

Marlene's Wig & Chat Studio: Beautiful style and color, Taz! Love it on you! The wavy style with bangs is just beautiful! xoxo

Jip Fluffy: Gosh I love this wig style. I wish I could afford these brands but they almost take a whole week of pay to afford!

Krista L: Thank you again, Taz! It really helps me know if a wig will fit my head just knowing how it fits yours. Also, I have to say I do enjoy the wigs in the background and your references for them listed in the description!!!! Much appreciated!!!

Røbbin Le Mølk: Hi Taz! You said curl is your thing, well BANGS are MY thing They are my best friend when it comes to a hairstyle. Thank you again. You are the reason I have saved so much money because you always tell us about the level of permatease in a style and that is VERY important to me. You are like our secret weapon in the journey to be beautiful We would be lost without you!

Gaining wisdom: I had an Amore that I had to give away due to the length, just wasn't practical for my situation. The double monofilament was amazing though. THIS one Jas me excited! It really checks off all boxes for me! CURLS, length, layers and the big one for me is the bangs. I normally really don't care for bangs, BUT every time I find myself no having any aversion to bangs, is when they are cut exactly as these are, which I agree with you, it just has such a softer and almost works into a beautiful face framing look. Thanks so much, I knew this was going to be a fun one when I saw the curls, lol! Im like a kid in a candy shop when comes to curls, lol!

Karen Cox: You’re able to make any wig work and this one is so pretty! I’m new at wigs, as I’ve mentioned before, and still learning what lace front, permatease, etc means. Thanks for sharing!

Christiane Bayes: Love the wispy bang and curl and length. Is the root warm? Thank goodness for little permatease in nape and above the ears. Especially going into summer. You make it look gorgeous of course. :) The price tag is still yikes. Hope to be able to apply 30%. Thank you for the great review. Nice to wake up to.

Vickie Wade: This is a beautiful wig. Thank you so much for the very helpful wig review. So good to know it works for people with petite average wig size! I love wigs with bangs too. I think the style looks fabulous on you! Thanks for the great wig reviews!! ❤️

Valli S: Adorable! Feminine with fringe and height...just my style. Love this.

Jean Jacobs: Oh Taz, she's gorgeous on you! I love the cut, the color and the curl! Love and blessings♥️

Suzanne Dawson: OMG! This is adorable! I am totally about no fuss! It’s a SHAG! OMG! Are the 80’s coming back? I really love this! Melted marshmallow on this style almost looks pink with maroon roots, like melted plum, but I’m guessing it could be your lighting? Oh wouldn’t this be lovely in melted plum?? I want!

Catherine Delgado: I want to say YOU ARE IN INSPIRIATION! I am excited to jump on board the wig adventures as mine is on the way from Wigstudio1! I want to purchase this one next! :) I do wonder - how do you remove excess shine? I have "Down Time" from Raquel Welch coming and I'm nervous because they say it has HIGH shine and I want to make it my own, how to you make all of these look so amazing?!

Paul Hiscox: I am using my husbans's tablet. Great review Taz. Thanks. I'm in the UK and there doesn't seem to be anyone stocking Braylen. Love the beach wave curls. I'll be keeping a look out for it in the UK. Looks great on you x

Lana: Hi Taz! It’s a super cute style. Though Amore needs to start making larger caps on all their wigs it’s 2022. Not everyone has smaller head sizes lol. Though I think they cater to the average petite lol. Hugs from me to you

Carol Bray: I love this. Thank you for another great review, Taz..

jillj303: Looks so natural on you!

Mint: Hi Taz, it’s fairy princess hair in a sensible length! Have a great week! Love you. Sharon xo

billyrocket10: As a Julianne fan, this wig is gorgeous on you and right up my alley! Would order in Chocolate Frost. How does this rate, in your opinion, up against Julianne or Editor's Pick. Cheers!

Melissa Biehl: I’ve missed your webpage, it must be down. I was squealing when I watched this, Taz, it’s so darned CUTE!! I’m going to have to order it. Thanks for another great review! ❤️

Tammy: Looks like a cut from the 70's which is a compliment

Clara: Love wispy undercut bangs they're so manageable and flattering. Do you know of any similar styles but longer? Thanks Taz as always

Lisa Marie: Taz that is ADORABLE. Another great video!!

Libby Adler: This is a really great style!

ChooseHappy Mc: LOVE it! I want this one for sure. Yay permatease!!!!!

Lisa Vento: you make EVERY wig look amazing and my problem is thinking that I AM gonna look that good! lol

Suzanne Dawson: DEAR AMORE! If you would make this style to have this same color gradient effect but in melted plum, I’d have to purchase! I’ll keep waiting. I hope you’re watching

krawl b4 Walking: This is up my alley, too! Love it.

Karen's Kloset: Love it! ❣ its very youthful on you Taz...I think bangs do that all the time⚘ so pretty

Debra Crow: That is a very beautiful wig . I love your bio hair cut I've have mine short but mine came out at the front at my temples both sides back past my ears and thinking on top plus my hair line went back an inch . But anyway I love that color

Penny Baker: Hi Taz, curious about a few of your audience members! Would love to know about Y, C, F and P. Thank you so much for all you do for all of us ladies on our wig journey's

Joy Clarke: Oh my word you just put them on your head and you look gorgeous. You just have one of those faces everything looks good on you which can be very dangerous for the rest of us. My disappointment is usually with me not the wig. I think also you can make anything work which gives us a good idea rather than sending peices back. You give me the confidence to have a go at customising. But this is just perfect on you XOXO

Michelle Diekman: Exquisite on you! Just Lovely, I Don't wear Bangs, but I Love this and Could wear it! Thank you for Reviewing it, Hugs My Dear Friend Hi to your Babies

Michele Simpson: Super super cute style, looks terrific on you

Lonnie C: Absolutely,love it

Patinkular: ☀️ very nice. Thank You Taz for reviewing

kimmymz: Love the style, but not the color. The color doesn't look like a natural color. It has a pinkish hue. And of course, I don't like the dark roots. But everything looks adorable on you, Taz. It would never fit my larger head unfortunately. Thanks for the review.

Jossy Ker Flossy: Very pretty!

Carol Blair: So Pretty!

TheRealBambihooves: You are drop-dead gorgeous.

Gayle Tupper: I lOVE THIS!!!!!

Patty Carosi: I love this. I checked on this not available yet. Have to keep checking.

Mitzi Council: I know this is random, but "S" behind you looks like a young Meg Ryan!! lol

Kerry Hand: How does this compare to Editors Pick?

MickeyNkimmie: Hey Taz what wig is on “P”?

Marina Laroche: Is it possible your Q and M links refer to different wigs ? Unless your mannquins have very very small heads ? Asking because the hair on both Q & M look much longer than chin length but on the videos they're more ou less at chin length. I'm confused lol ! Thanks.

Michelle Shelton: Whats considered large circumference?

Beth Dallman: What iare Y and Z called behind you?

Brenda Baum: ❤️
