Hey, what's up you guys, I am here to show you the long awaited lace, front, custom, silver, wig for shaved sides. I hope you all enjoy this, and if you want to see how I got this look just keep watching so first off, I'm going to start with a wig cap and weaving cap, and the purpose of these two caps is to make sure that the wig is Durable and that we can sew it down and you can wash it in all that good stuff, so I'm first going to measure out where my closure should be, and I am placing my finger at the back of the closure. So I know where to stop with with the other tracks, and here is where my closure is. So I'm going to go ahead and mark that and I did the same thing on the weaving cap. So now I'm going to go ahead and put a plastic cap on my head and I'm going to put the wig cap on and then the weaving cap and the reason I'm doing this is because I want to glue the tracks down first, to get kind of A placement feel of where all of the tracks are supposed to go so later on. I can go ahead and sew the wefts down onto the wig, so I'm basically measuring where my braids stop on each side, and I am just placing each track until I get to the little red line, which is where my closure will be. It doesn't matter if this is perfect is just basically to give you an idea of where you need to stop and where you need to begin with your tracks, you can go back like I did and straighten up the tracks when you start sewing them down. So basically, I am just measuring where I want the tracks to be gluing them down, and you know that's basically just what I'm doing so. It doesn't have to be perfect. Just remember it's all about just the placement, so you don't make our wig too big or too small. So I have my little dummy head right here and I'm going to place the closure where it needs to be I'm going to go ahead and pin it down with a couple of safety, pins or bobby pins or, however, you want to pin it down and I'm Making sure that I am pulling the closure taut, because I do not want any more room than what I should have. So I'm making sure that I stretch the closure out to the to the best of my ability and now I'm just going to go ahead and wrap. It wrap it around and I'm going to go ahead and pin it up and we're going to go ahead and start sewing down the closure. So you guys can see what it looks like right here so, like I said, we're going to go ahead and start sewing. The closure down and basically I am going into the closure - and I am going down underneath the tracks, so I'm kind of sewing in a upward motion. If that makes any sense down into the closure and kind of going up, you guys can kind of see what I'm doing right here, instead of just going. The other way sewing the closure, because I want to make sure that I am pulling the closure back so that I don't have any more. You know space, you know for my closure and it's perfectly measured to my head size and you guys notice that I did not cut any of the weaving cap off, because I want to make sure that I have enough. You know a room for my closure and I'm basically just sewing down the back first, you want to make sure that you take your time with this with the closure part, because it is the most important part when it comes to sewing down when it comes to Sewing your own custom wig and I'm basically just pulling and sewing and pulling and sewing try my hardest to get to as close as the edge as possible. Oh, Oh! So now I'm going to go ahead and start at the front and the reason why I do this instead of going ahead and sewing all the way around is because I want my tie closure to be as tight as possible and I'm going. I'M sewing the closure downward and a backward motion, so it'll pull the closure a little bit back. If you guys kind of understand what I'm saying, because of the way that my head or the way that my um size or shape it's more in a circular motion versus just a straight line, it has more of a curve to it. If you guys can kind of understand what I'm trying to say, so you want to basically make sure that your closure is mimicking your hairline to the best of its ability and I'm basically just pulling and sewing and pulling and sewing and don't worry if you get A little get some little crunchies little bubbles or whatever you want to call them and your closure. You can just sell them as flat as possible. Downward like see this one right here, I'm just pulling and sewing downward pulling and sewing downward until is as flat as possible, and I did go ahead and so the rest of the tracks down off-camera, because I was trying to make sure that this video wasn't. You know too long. The main part is, you know, getting the closure down, because you guys have already seen how to lay your tracks and sew them down. I didn't think that part was necessary. I just thought the most necessary part was the closure. So that's the part that I spent the most time you know filming for you guys, so I hope you guys can kind of understand. You know what I was doing here and I went ahead and I did the other side as well. So now I went ahead and cut underneath the closure all of the little wig cap that was left underneath the closure so that I don't have any black going on and now with the rest of the wig cap. Since I didn't cut it off, I'm going to kind of fold it over, so the edge of the band of the custom way can be a little bit more thicker and it won't. You know, tear and rip as much. You know. So I went ahead and sewed it off camera because of time, and I had something to do that day. So I went ahead and sewed it down off-camera. You guys know how to sew down. You know the wig cap, it's just some hair on it. So it's big there's no difference. I used a little bit of lace, um front glue and I placed it right there and then I just put my closure on it. I'M trying to show you guys, since I didn't you know, do it on camera. Some people put their closure right here, but since I have little tiny baby hairs right there, that's where I put my closure behind the hair, and now you would want to you want to put your scarf on overnight or for a couple of hours just to make Sure that the closure is, you know, laying as flat as possible and to remove the lace front glue. I use some goo begone. You can get this at Walmart for like $ 4 and spray it on the glue and it will removed, remove instantly and it's not damaging to your hair at all and for the color. I used adore rinse, it's in the shade platinum 150 and you guys already saw how, to you know, color your hair in my previous video. So here is the look you guys. I hope you all like it. I hope you all enjoy. It show me how you guys, make your custom wigs for your shave, sides and I'll see you guys later. Bye, haha
