D.I.Y Lace Tint Spray ! | Transparent Lace Wig Install | #Nadulahair

Hey everybody is ivy, so today I'm going to show you how I got this beautiful style. This is gon na, be like a two-in-one video. I'M gon na show you how to make your own lakefront tent and how to get this style, and the hair we're using today is from Nabilah hair, and this is their thirteen by six lace, front wig, and you guys this week was really nice. It came with HD lace. Sometimes we get HD lace, it's like a blank color, so you can customize the lace. So if you're a rich chocolate complexion like me, you definitely have to go in and taint your lace. So this is what the inside of the wig looks like. You have a large party area which I really love about this week. So, as you guys can see, I did go in and bleach my knots and this wig does come pre plugged, but this lace is just too light for a rich complexion like mine, I'm gon na show you guys how to make your own lace tank okay. So this is how it looks after I attended my lace and you guys making your own lace is so easy. I'M gon na show you how to get the perfect color, so you're gon na need a few things. You'Re gon na need a cup of hot hot water. You'Re gon na need a little dish to pour the tent in you're. Also gon na need your spray bottle. I get mines from Target or any beauty supply store, so I'm going to be using great fabric dye in tan. I'M gon na be using three different. Colors are gon na, be using tan, dark brown and also the color camel okay. So I suggest using equal parts of all three I use about a cap full okay, and that was like the appropriate measurements for this size bottle. So if you're making a bigger bottle just adjust, you know the amount of tint you're using, but I used about a cap full of each color equal parts, and this is what it looks like after you mix all three together so just be sure to mix that Up go ahead and pour it into your plastic spray bottle, and this is how full it should be of taint. Now we're going to add in our hot water, now give this a really good shake you guys and before you go in and spray it on. Your actual unit, I want you to grab a piece of paper towel and just spray your paper towel down and make sure this tent is the right color. For my complexion, this was a great color, but obviously, if you're lighter than me or darker than me, you can adjust the tent colors and play around with. If you're lighter, I would say, use less of the dark brown or, if you're darker use more of the dark brown. So now you guys are gon na see me actually tint. My lace and all you have to do is spray it on there. I think I did about two coats of the spray I sprayed on there really good. Then I took a blow dryer just to dry it down into place. So before you go in to apply your second coat or layer, whatever you want to call it of the tint spray, definitely make sure the first layer is dry. So you guys see me doing it right here and if you are a lighter complexion, you can also just use one layer. You don't have to use multiple layers, you can use this same standard color and just adjust the shade of the lace like that. So once I felt like the lace was dark enough. I tried it on my hand and you guys it matched so so good, like the lace, is absolutely flawless. It blends in with my skin so well after 10, and when you teach your lace, you don't want to go too dark, because when you glue it down, it can look dark around your hairline. So I felt like this lace was the perfect color for me. So now I'm gon na go ahead and install my last week and I'm not gon na be gluing it. Today, all idea it was gel down my edges and put on my wig rip and throw on my wig and, as you guys can see, this is the perfect lace color for me. So what I'm gon na do is go in and just cut the lace off. First and I like to cut it section, the section using a back and forth motion - you never want to cut your lace straight across your guy. That'S gon na give you a really Wicky look and you want your lace wings to look as natural as possible, because I mean you guys it's already a lace friend, you won't say at least you know up here: natural okay. So now I'm done cutting off the lace. I'M just gon na show you guys all the part of the space you have in this unit. You guys you have so much party space and this week is super affordable. So now I'm gon na go in and tack this down with some got to be glued hairspray and I'm using my finger, I'm applying the hairspray on my finger and just tapping it in areas where I want the wig to hold down, because I didn't need a Super firm hold for this unit, I'm still continuing to tack that down and using my blow dryer just to seal the hairspray in place. Now I'm getting ready to do my baby hair, so I'm just pulling out small sections of hair from around the front and as you guys can see, this unit does needs to be plucked and I'm gon na do that later it came free plug, but I need A little bit more plucking and I started plucking my earrings after I dressed just slide on over plug. So now I'm doing my baby hair met this. You guys know I like to go in and jail down the hairs where my baby hair is gon na be first before cutting, because I have messed up baby hairs in the past and when I do it this way, it's just like arrow proof for me. So I'm gon na take a razor and just kind of shave away that hair. Just so there's no harsh lines on my baby hair. Does that also can make your units look really fake, so um, once I was done doing that I'm just gon na go in with my tweezer and just tweeze the way hair in areas where I really need it, I'm going through my baby hair and making it A little bit thinner, cuz, they were kind of thick and I'm just finding it out in certain areas where my natural hair would be thinner. So this method works a lot better for me than plucking before I put on my wig just so I can really customize it to my head and this way I don't over. Pluck my wigs and my wig last a lot longer because you don't want a borrowed lace front like it looks so bad now using my blow-dryer just to set my baby hairs and my edges in place, and now I'm gon na park, my hair on the side, Because I wanted this really deep part kind of like retro look and I'm using my blow dryer just to unmold my way down. Now some people don't like this method, but I love it like. It helps me fix my wigs in a really short amount of time. I don't have to mold it or do any of that the blow-dryer works just fine. So I did a really deep side part and I need to put a little bit of powder right there, because you can see the wig underneath so now. I'M gon na take some hairspray and just spread on my swoop. I'M brushing my scoop into place. Okay and doing this that I'll just brought back memories of like grammar school in high school for me, because I always wear my hair like what is truth right there. So I'm just perfect your swoop and then I'm gon na add some of these really big Clips. If you guys are interested in the clips, I will have a link below these were so pretty you guys, like. I love that stuff. We did in the 90s making a comeback like as far as hair, I'm actually gon na do a video coming up with a super 90s inspired style so comment below. If you guys want to see that and right now, I'm just perfecting my hair doing the last touches before I go in and curl it just make sure everything is smooth down and looking very nice, that's the one thing in the 90s. I feel, like our Styles were so polished. They were cute yet very, very, very polished and I'm yeah. This was really cute and nice little change for me doing a side part, and now I'm going to add the powder foundation into the lace just to cover up the arm stitching from the lace, wig. Okay, you guys looking good now, I'm gon na go in with my nume curling wand, with the largest one and I'm just gon na put a few Wan curls in the hair, because I always want to see how we holds the curl and this week actually held A really good curl, this unit didn't burn. I have been experiencing some of my units like burning lately, but this one curled beautifully - and this is the finished look as you guys can see, I'm just brushing the curls out. I wanted a really nice pretty loose wave and the texture just feels really really nice. But to me it does look jet-black and I love the style. You guys is so like Barbie like and it's just really cutesy, and I really like this on me.
