Thanks for watching!

So, hey you guys um! It'S your girl, kia cole and i am here with a video um. This is something different. I know i look a little bit crazy, like mrs puff um, but i wanted to come and share you guys. My experience um and what i've been experiencing for the last few days. So over the weekend i went to universal um. I went to aquatica, i went to universal and it was like a four day trip. Um. I got my hair done on thursday. I got my eyelashes on on friday, but this started happening on monday morning. I did have um i reached out to my friends on facebook to ask him if anybody has ever experienced this, because i didn't know if it was the lashes because it was kind of affecting my eyes. I didn't know if it was the hair or if it was the baby um. So yesterday i did go to my ob gyn to see if they can. Let me know if this was something like you know: what pregnancies you tend to swell up um, just to confirm that it wasn't from the baby and they did blood work, they did blow work and she also, let me know like this wasn't from the baby. She asked me many questions. Um did i have seafood, but i eat cup salad. All the time i eat crab legs all the time i eat fish lobster. I had a salmon croquette on saturday morning for breakfast it was like a catered brunch and but this didn't happen to monday. So i figured if it was a food allergy. It would happen right after i ate and then also none of this below is affected. It'S only above so if it was a full allergy, all of this would have been swollen as well. So i would think um. So she did blow her. She said it wasn't the baby, it could be something else she said it could have been from the heat. We were in the heat, mostly on sunday, at universal. It was very hot, but i told him she said it could have been a bite of a mosquito bite, because a lot of people said it was probably a bite like something probably bit me or steamed. I know one yesterday i heard that my cousin mentioned in his room. He saw a bug on his pillow, so i don't know if they had bed bugs or any kind of bugs. You know you can't be too safe and this was a resort. It wasn't an airbnb or anything like that, so you still can't be safe with these places because they probably don't clean properly anyway, because the covenant i took a claritin on monday night and when i woke up, it was still like that, but it was even more Poofy around here it didn't go away, um! That'S what made me want to go to the obgyn yesterday, um and then she just told me to take a bench, really use a cold compress. So i took two benadryl last night on the pack. It says take one or two, so i took two and i woke up. It was still like this and now it's starting to move down a little bit more. So now i know um, that's not gon na help. So this morning, when, when i got up, i felt something wet on my face and i came to the conclusion that under my lace it has pus. So if you can see right there all of this - like that's pus and then over here, there's more. It was dripping down this morning, so i'm going to remove this on camera, so you guys can see. I haven't reached out to the hairstylist yet because well i it's still early in the morning and i just realized that this morning, i'm going to ask her what kind of glue she used. But i don't know what she's going to tell me. You know because some people, just they don't want to help be held responsibly for whatever is going on um. So i will ask her to see what kind of glue it was, but i usually get my hair done all the time. This is not my first lace. Wig install so i don't know if it's the lace or the glue she didn't use, got to be glue or bold, hold or go spawn. It was in like a clear bottle and it was a clear glue. So i can't really tell what type of blue she is and then this wig is from amazon. I will post the company because i don't really care - it's probably the wig, because you know some of these wigs come from china and we don't know what they make their wigs with. So i could be allergic to the lace, but i have worn lace. Many many many times all of my wigs have lace. So that's why i don't know if it's the blue or the lace here that i brought from. I think it was real lick real leak um. I will post it in the description, i'm not sure. If that's the right company so yeah here we go, you can see more plus under here uh. This is where i first like felt it. When i first felt the pus or it was like a piece of scab, i didn't think nothing of it. I just thought it was a piece of crust, so this is what the wig looks like underneath all of this right here looks like pus. I don't think it's the glue, um! Well, that's on there. I have scabs and everything um, i'm gon na look a little closer to see what my forehead looks like, but this is what the inside of the wig looks like. I don't think that's normal. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. Um all the plus was like a red flag. So the fact that it didn't go down when i used benadryl. That means that it wasn't an electric reaction. Well, i probably it was a reaction to the so i'm gon na go in, so you guys can see what the scalp looks like um. I don't see anything right here. It feels like crusty, like you know, you have scabs. All of this right here feels like that. Oh, like a scab, i don't feel any cuts or anything. It feels a little wet right here and then it's wet over here. So i guess um i'm going to try to take this off and if anything, changes i'll come back and show you guys but yeah. So now that that's all, hopefully my face does go down. Like i said i don't have any pain or any headaches. It'S just that my face feels really poofy just leave a comment for me below. If this has ever happened to you or if you've experienced this before, i wanted to come and give you guys an update on what's going on um. This is the sec. Well monday was the first day. Tuesday was the second day. Wednesday was the third day. So today is the fourth day i took a benadryl last night and my face is still like poofy, it kind of started here. So it's like it's working its way down um. I took the wig off and last night well after i took the wig off yesterday i put some black castor oil around here and some baby oil to try to get the rest of the glue off instead of using the alcohol because it was kind of burning. So, as a result, i believe it was the glue. I still haven't asked the lady what kind of glue she used. I think i wasn't somebody who used that before and the result of that would be like i would have a line around here. So i don't know if that glue has a harsh chemical, but i don't know what kind of glue it is. So it looks like around here. My edges are like all when i edges my forehead: it's like it burns uh my skin. There was a line here before, like you can see where it started, so it's all like rashy um all around here. So that's why i think it's the glue and not the wig or it could be the lace um. One of my friends was saying that it probably could have been like the lace wasn't clean. My aunt said it probably was on a dead lady's body. That'S why uh they just sent them to me, but yeah. So you can see. All of this is like ashy. It'S burnt, so that's the result from the glue i'm guessing. It was the glue that messed it up. I'M about to go to work right now, so yeah. You can't really tell now that i haven't covered everything up just as a result. Um, ladies just be careful when wearing lace, wigs with the glue, especially if you're going to a hairstylist, probably look into it to see what kind of blue it is. I don't know if they'll really tell you what kind of glue it is, but yeah also be careful with the wigs because remember, even though it's amazon most of them are still coming from china. So i still don't know if it was the wig in the lace, but that's the only part where the lace was. I didn't have lace in the back because it wasn't a 360 wig. So i still wouldn't know if it was the lace or the glue, it could have been a combination of both but yeah. This is me trying to look cute and get my hair done so now. I think i'm gon na have to give the wigs a break for a little while i'll probably still wear them, but i might have to just do it myself if i do decide to wear it or use like the bow hold or the got to be glued Um but yeah, so this was an update on allergic reaction to glue um. Hopefully she does write me back and tell me what kind of glue it was. So i can let you guys know also we'll post in the description where i got the wig from um. I'M not saying that it was the wig because i still don't know, but just so you guys will be aware, but other than that um. Thank you guys for watching my video. My experience. I know i didn't have to come and tell you all of that. But it's been a rough three or four days for me. If this has happened to you before or you've experienced, this just drop a comment below and let us know uh so other women can know what kind of glue it was or if this has happened to you before whether it be the glue or the wig from Wherever it was, thank you guys for watching, don't forget to hit that like button and that subscribe button. Um in that notification bell, you guys stay safe peace,

Just Ro: Oh, wow. I'm glad you were able to get it out without that much damage. I really hope it gets better soon! You need to find out what was in the glue because you were definitely allergic to something in it.

Saving Mamasita: Oh my goodness girl!! We never hear about the bad things that could happen with the wigs. Thanks for sharing this experience, albeit slightly traumatic!

CarlosWorld: Okay so first I’m glad you took the wig off, let your skin breathe I would recommend to use aloe vera organic if you have it. Or use Avino lotion non scented to help your skin recover from the damage the alcohol did and no wigs for a while.Thank God you are well and you will recover. Now application process. I believe if the stylist used rubbing alcohol this is probably where the problem started, the alcohol was too harsh on your skin, stripping your skin from its natural oils and the rubbing from trying to have a clean base. Second I have noticed that lots of people don’t use Scalp protection. This is very important every time you apply a lace wig adhesive. So please be very careful if you wear wigs ALWAYS use scalp protector this makes a barrier between your skin and glue. Another thing please please remember to use proper removal. Use C22 don’t use rubbing alcohol even if it’s working for you don’t do it. I want everybody to stay safe so please remember if you’re going to use lace wigs please use the correct Products. Please stay safe and know that you will be okay.

Soo Gon: Oh my goodness! That looked like it was painful! I'm glad you're Okay!!! How scary!

TamTV: Oh wow I’m so sorry this happened to you!! I’ve never experienced a reaction from lace or glue, but it’s so unfortunate. Whatever glue she used gotta go. It’s way too harsh!

Meta Transitions: So sorry this happened to you. Thanks for sharing this, I haven't worn lace front wigs before. Your video has helped me to beware and to definitely choose a different option if I am going to get a wig.

Latrice Kelly: Oh my goodness, Ki! That is so wild that happened to you. I’m so sorry babe. You’re still a queen goddess. I hope you are feeling better today and can find out what brand of glue that was. You need that list of ingredients so you can note the allergen that caused it. * hugs *

Tawanna Scott: This just happened to me. The stylist was supposed to make my wig ; After a week I felt a little uncomfortable and felt wig clips. I kept it in for 2 weeks (holidays) and took it off because I could no longer take it. It was sewed down. Upon removal, I seen blisters and discoloration. Yes I lost edges. Right now I'm in and out of crying! If the stylist would have told me this was an ordered wig I would have not let her sew it b/c those aren't meant to be worn long term. I'm using Monistat and blue star ointment . I will pick up some biotin . There was more shedding that usual. I'm a frequent wig wearer with thick long Natural hair. Now it feels as though I'm back where I started when I had surgery and my hair fell out. 6 years or hair growth thrown away .

Oh So Angel: I’m so glad you got it out okay! I am always scared of this happening to me

Gabrielle Ishell: Aww sorry you experienced this! I’ve never seen that before. Hopefully you find out which glue they used so you can avoid using that in the future.

Storm Blake: Crazy this happened but thank you for letting us know!

50 Youtube Ideas: That looks super painful. I've never thought they get glued. It's never a good idea

Shazilicious: Oh my goodness I am so sorry that this happened to you, this should be a warning to all women out there

Catchmeifyoucan: Same thing happened to me with bold hold glue from Amazon, I’ve probably bought a fake one, then with the got2be hair spray and the alcohol used to clean my forehand it gave me the worst allergic reaction with blisters and everything. I’ve always used 30 second lace glue and ultra hold, you know the sticky type glue, it was my first time trying the new white glue and I’ve regretted that so much

Adriana DosSantos: Ouch omg I can’t imagine how that feels ‍♀️ especially around the edges it’s rough to see.

Love BeeBee: Oh so sorry about this experience..good to know you are okay . I actually never see such videos it's always about the good side but your video is eye opening and helpful .

Teesha Plummer: Stay away from these wigs ladies stick with sew ins. I love all you queens stay beautiful

Self Love Goddess: I've never worn a wig before but this scares me sooo much! I don't want to now lol

The Clark Perrys: I'm sorry you had to go through this. Maybe it's because your pregnant now and everything seems to change with our bodies. I know We can develop allergies at any point of our lives too which is scary. Im happy you are feeling OK now. One time I tried eyebrow tint and literally was on for 1 min before I decided I didnt want it anymore(I freaked out because I have sensitive skin), that little min Fcuked my life up. my eyes looked like I was in a boxing match with 5 people. I had to go to the doctor and everything.

Shane Bana: I love the overall look. It really suits you

All Things Tiffany Nicole: I used to wear wigs years ago but I never glued them down. Sorry you experienced this.

Donjanique: I think it was the wig, I have the same one. It didn’t bother me the first few days but it got extremely itchy and irritating. I had to take it off, I have a few small bumps where I felt the irritation the most.

Devine_Beauty77: Omg I'm so sorry this happen to you. This is my worst fear that's why I dont be wearing lace glue. I know I had wore a wig one time and the lace was irritating my hairline so bad. So it may be a combo of both. But it can possibly be the glue

Norma L: Hate this happened! Has you hairline repaired or started growing back?❤️

ShalondaNichole MUA: I’m not sure if you got to the bottom but I’m 98% sure it was the glue. A lot of the beauty supply stores sell knock off or toxic glue that causes adverse reaction. Hair possibly if you didn’t wash it prior to install.

Cherishing Flo: Watching you peel it is low key traumatizing lol

URBAN GIRL GARDENING & LIFESTYLE: Omg! I'm glad you're ok.

Breee: Did you ever find out what brand glue was used? Sorry this happened to you

NURSE TORIA: Wow, so sorry. Glad you took it off

diamond purdie: Please try hydrocortisone and call your primary care doctor I am also allergic to glue and even got to be glue ! I’m so sorry this happened it will get better !

Shayla's kitchen: I'm glad u are doing better sorry that happened

Pretty Ari: This has happened to me. I had an allergic reaction to ghost bond. It burnt my skin really bad and it scabs up just like yours. I currently have to take a break from lace wigs. I hate that it turnt my forehead a different color. Maybe it’s because of our sensitive skin because this hasn’t happened to anyone around me.

Roxy Rose: Omg that is horrible. I don't glue down my wigs. Maybe you have to wash the wigs before using it. So sorry for you girl. Hope you are better now.

Maysam Adventures: Oh jeez that looks so painful! Ouch!

Tonica Williams: This same thing happening to me right now alot of pimples

TOWO AND BABY: So sorry that happened to you, your glasses really cute, care to share link to purchase

Queen Nishia: Oh wow girl that’s so weird that you got bad reaction and u always where lace that may just be bad bad or the place it comes from

Brooklyn Berry: Same thing happened to me did she tell you what glue it was?

Veronica Harris-Schmitz: Omgosh!! New subby! Google the type of oils you can use for abrasion and if you decide to purchase the oils wear it when you’re going to bed

Real life in Lucy’s kitchen: So sorry dear for your hair. I think you’re allergic to the glue instead not the wig dear, maybe you should clean it with apple cider vinegar

K.C.: Something like this just happened to me and I couldn’t find any videos except yours.

Temesha Sivells: Could be Allergic to latex

URBAN GIRL GARDENING & LIFESTYLE: Glasses poppin

Tanusree Roy: I am so scared by seeing this

Elonia Lucas: Love them glasses! I’m glad you’re okay!!

Christopher Kambondo: This is really sad,
