Hey guys, this is here so in this video. Let'S talk about how long can lace front wigs last okay, so usually when it comes to wigs, if it is made out of 100 human hair human version here that lace front wig can last from a year all the way up to three years? Okay, but in order to get a longevity of that length, you have to take care of the here and you have to maintain it. So, for instance, has the hair been dyed? Um number one number two: has the hair um been straightened? Do you constantly put heat on it here? Another another thing: do you use drying products like? Do you use a lot of drying shampoos, or do you use high quality shampoos or conditioners? Put it here. Also, is the human hair remy here or is it just virgin? Um version human hair, so here's the difference with remy here that it won't last as long as 100 um version version here now. Technically remy here is considered version here, but remy here is version here that spin process or went through an even strenuous process. So usually they hear is put in an acid bath and what happens is a lot of manufacturers they'll, take here usually from temples from india. They'Ll grab over here, bring it to a factory, usually in china, or even in korea too, and then in order to get enough bulk of the here, that they can resell. They'Ll put it in an acid wash the problem with that and mind you. This is 100 human hair. So technically it is virgin here, but once it's been once it's gone through that other process or that next level process now it's remy year and because it's been in that acid wash the cuticles have been lifted. So if you get remy here compared to just 100 version here, the remy here won't last as long you're. You definitely will not get three years out of that here because, like i stated, the cuticles don't align, the hair is going to start tingling. It'S going to dry out very, very fast compared to with just virgin here now version here. This is here. That'S also 100 human hair, but it's been it's been through a steam process, not like an acid wash so less harsh chemicals are being used for that type of hair, so that here can last from a year all the way up all the way up to three Years also, another thing to consider is: has it here? Is the hair straight or it hasn't been dyed? Usually, if you buy straight here, um 100 straight here and it's in its natural color, a natural brown color, then that here will actually last a lot longer. It'S been through a less um process. Now these are samples of the here that i currently sell. So, for instance, if you get now, these are samples of the here that i currently sell. So, for instance, let's say you get straight here right now, most likely when they get the human hair it comes. Usually it might be in more of a straight um texture, so they don't really have to process this when you get other textures or patterns. Let'S say if you get um right here, if you get a deep wave, which is what i currently have in my hair or if you get a kinky curly, this curl pattern has been set okay, so this they've used flexi rods most of the times or just Curlers and then they put it in a steam process. So that's another process. So if you get here, that's not straight, it has to go through another process so because of that, the longevity won't be as long as straight up, no pun intended straight up straight here. Okay, like if you decide to go with the 613 body wave, which i love, this here's so nice um. If you decide to go with this hair, it has been dyed. So it has that's another process. All of those factors will determine how long your year will. Last, okay, so considering all of that, if you still just maintain your hair, it can last for a year to three years now, when i stay or say, maintain, there's two maintenance techniques. You should consider so number one how you wash the hair is very important because you don't want to be so harsh when it comes to the washing process too many strands might come out and it just and you want to also alleviate any tangles. That might happen when you're washing it here, because if you brush it too, roughly rough or harsh afterwards as more strands that might come out and then the cuticles might just get frayed. So when you wash the hair wash it as if you was washing washing your natural hair, so use shampoos, don't use shampoos that are very drying. Also, once you finish washing, it definitely use a conditioner detangle, the hair rinse it out with cold water, and a lot of people do not do this. I don't know why but use a leave-in conditioner on your hair extensions. Please do like. I always use a leave-in conditioner on all my hair extensions, so i use this. It might show up backwards for you, but this is the cream of nature, argan oil strength and shine leave in conditioner. So once you wash and condition your extensions extensions and when i say extensions, i mean whether your bundles or your wig, if you want it to last longer, i recommend using leave-in conditioner to lock in the moisture, if you um, lock in the moisture that will lead To less tangles, that will lead to the longevity that you can actually enjoy wearing a year before you decide to buy a whole new, wig, okay or a whole new set of bundles or front two or closure. Also, the last thing or one of the last things i want to mention it also take take in consideration of how you store your wigs or bundles. After you finish wearing it or before you wear it, you want to either keep it on a wake stand or you want to put it in a plastic bag. So i just use this regular wig stand um. I don't know why it's so purple. I i don't know what i've been doing, maybe from dying um here in the past, but yeah put your hair on a wig stand like this, or you can even use a port like a more this one is the most sturdy wig stand, and i recommend this Also for styling too or if you're traveling, you can use something like this also sometimes i'll have more than one wig drying. So i'll have several of these, and just i think this is great for drying your wig, because then there's enough space in here to get inside of the wig that i highly recommend do not just put your wig on the bed or lay it on the couch Or on the counter? No, you don't want it to start getting tangled and just collecting dust and build up from the ear and no put your wig on your wig stand. If now, when it comes to that put it on the wig stand, if you plan on wearing it soon, if you do not plan on wearing it soon, then definitely. The second thing, like i mentioned, put your wig in a plastic bag. The reason why i recommend that is because, if you ever go to the beauty supply store - and you see those wigs sometimes in the back - and they seem like they've - been on that wig stand for years and they seem like some of those wigs look like they've. Been through some things, so they just look dry and tangled, because they've been out all the time it's collecting dust and buildup. So i don't recommend keeping it on the wig stand for like four or five months, like no put it in a put it in a plastic bag. So it's protected from the dust and all the elements in the air and then the environment in the environment. But if you do plan on wearing it soon, then put it on the wig stand. Oh another tip, and this definitely would be the last one i recommend is to ear let your hair ear dry. You know if you're, in a hurry, i understand you have to use a dryer, but even think about it. You are dealing. This is 100 version here. This is human hair. Treat it the same way, you would treat your actual hair. So if you was, if you had to straighten or style your actual hair, are you going to blow dry it every single week? Now, if you do do that, okay, do your thing! Well, usually, from my personal experience, i can i i can't i can barely even blow dry every month, especially since i have kinky curly hair. I have for my natural hair. I can't blow dry every month because that will lead to damage over time, use the same principles for your hair, especially if it's curly or deep, wave or wavy. Here like this, i would not use a diffuser or block drill, block alarm or use a diffuser or blow dry it or even, if you have body wave here or straight here, just let it air dry overnight, because if you continually add heat to the here, that Will weaken the cuticle, your hair will dry out, it might start getting tangled like and it's it might the longevity every year it won't be as long okay, so i really hope those tips helped if you like this video, please, like the video comment subscribe to the Channel um and i will definitely come with more um videos in the future and, as you can see, this i'm wearing is from my collection.
