On YouTube, welcome back to my channel this is nation kilo Jabari and in today's video, I'm gon na be showing you guys how I bend my synthetic hair. Now I'm going to try my best to keep this video under at least 10 minutes. I'M really gon na. Try so - and we just wanna jump into this and give you guys and show you guys how to thin your hair, it's until which side is thinned out, but I'm watching this. So this is my right side, and this is my left side. So I don't know if it's going to be switched, but for me this is my right, and this is my left - it's a proper you guys, laughs and your right is over here. Whichever way my right side over here is the side that is not and out, this side has all of its beautiful thickness, which is really pretty. I do actually like this - I just a little sick of it and honestly, it really is a lot of hair, and this is the thin side that I went and decided to fit out myself over here. I did add a little bit more layering too and yeah. So if you guys cannot tell between the unnethe inside the naturally thick side and the thin side, you guys could see a visible difference. This side is a lot more realistic looking and it flows better. So you guys kind of get where I'm going to do that see it's kind of see like the difference between the two sides, like this one versus this side like, like you guys, see it to get started in this video. You will need a couple of things. You will need obviously a week to do this on. Alright, your. I would recommend it on your natural hair thinning your natural hair. I just wouldn't, but if it's a wig get yourself a wig, you will also need a flat iron. You will also need a brush. A head tie bobby pins and baby powder, and the baby powder is too when you're doing this to keep the oils. Oh downing hair. So you can really really see your work and yummy nice. Let'S go ahead and get started on this hair thinning thing, I'm actually going to clip away. My already he's why I can't talk. Am I already wow my already thinned hair there? He goes and I'm going to take a brush and this brush through my hair. One good time doesn't have to be fancy. Make sure. There'S no tingles are anything like that in your hair. Make sure your hair is thoroughly brushed and make sure it is washed and conditioned do not perform this on dirty hair. You need clean, dry hair. You guys clean wash and a basic conditioner dried hair. Doesn'T all you need to do before you? Do this? Don'T be okay, so first thing you need to do. This is really really simple. I'M going to try to keep this very, very basic. First thing you want to do is take the back section and separate it. It can be about this density. I'M not really quite sure what this density is, but it's basically like a dime sized piece once you've got that you're just going to take the section brush. It a little bit some more just make sure there's no tangles. You want to apply heat protectant before you put the heat on your hair if you're using a human hair wig you don't have to, but you just want to go on with the flat iron, and you just want to run your flat iron down. The width of the hair, like I said this - is synthetic hair, so I run the flat iron down ever how many times I need it to go. So I run it through. I'M gon na hit the ends really good, nice and slow. It is 400. You also need a razor. I forgot to mention that too now, the razor I am using. This is also important. I am use. I have to take the hair out of it. I'M using these twinkle razors. They look like this they're each a dollar. They did not come together, so this is how they look. I just like a yellow one and a green one with sunny look, they do fold down, I'm using the pink one. It doesn't matter. They all do the same thing or just different colors and they just fold up and if you guys can see the blade, can you guys see the blade on that see the blade go and that's what they look like? That'S the blade and they just fold down. So you have these kind right. These are right twinkle. I will link these below. There are chief, you guys, you can prank my knees for less than a dollar, and then they have the old-school kind, which is these ones. These are cool too. It doesn't matter which kind of use. If you used to kind of come like this or the new client, it doesn't matter, they both do the same exact thing. It really doesn't matter. So if you have the all-school kind of the time of the cap, that's fine! You could use that you guys it doesn't matter, I'm just showing you guys. They guess, there's two different kinds of razors. So take your razor. Take your take your razor and leave with your thumb, pressed against it. These two kind of making a sandwich hold your blade and it kind of an angle and gently press and run it down. You see that gently press and run it down. This is called thinning. Your hair, all you do, is take your fingers and gently run. Your razor down and your thinning, your hair, you can thin it as much as you want. Don'T go overboard because you do have other hair, so just be careful because a lot of people tend to go overboard. I, like my hair, really really really thin, but I'm not going to go overboard. Take another piece out of that section and pin it on out you guys. You guys see what I'm doing. I'M taking my razor running it down my hair, my pinky's in the back and I'm pressing it at an angle and running it down, and the hair is coming right out, make sure you guys focus this method more on the ends, if you're a hoe ahead and Need it that's fine, but there is a whole technique to this. It really is a whole technique to this. You guys, but I'm just going to focus on my ends for now, because that's where I need most of the thinning, I don't really like to go up there hair chef in the very back, because I create small hairs in the back and you don't want that. So at the very very back could this make sure you stay very close to the ends, because you don't want it a bunch of small hairs in the back? Alright, I'm just going to stop right here. Don'T want to do it too much. Take your brush brush! Your hair, are you guys you're going to have naps because the hair pops back when you go in to shave it so take your brush brush that shirt here all day, you're going to notice a difference. Take your flat iron pass it through your hair a couple times if you're using human hair make sure you're not overdoing it with your passes, I recommend it when you're first doing it before you start shaving me to only do maybe two three passes and then after You'Re done and under another maybe 2k passes. I do recommend you having this on high heat. I don't recommend medium to low heat. You do need your flat iron on high heat enough, so it doesn't cause burns to your hair, but you just want to get the job done very quickly and very effectively. That'S why I say I don't recommend this for your natural hair because it is a little damaging, so you guys see my hand, I'm just taking my thumb. Remember my thumb's in the back holding it taking it running it down. I did go up a little bit because I don't want it to be thin at the bottom and bulky at the top. I do also go under it. That'S another technique. I have to shake this when I get to the top, is I do more than under technique? I got a whole chunk off see it doesn't happen. I'Ve had a whole show girl can actually that's what you guys have to be careful. You'Ll cut your hair. I just need to cut my hair off and if you cut your hand actually that you guys see that honking and all flashbacks didn't cut my hair off, you guys see that if you're gon na have things like this in your hair, like them this flight, I Wanted to get it as flat as possible, so I'm just going to go and do the same exact technique and when I get towards the top I'll show you guys my top technique, but yeah hi guys. So I face ready to see the final result of my hair thinning process. Oh yeah! Yes, it's a little frizzy, as you guys see, because I added a lot of baby powder to it. So it is a little frizzy, but that's nothing. A little bit of conditioner can't fix it by this woman on the top. Some of the frizz will go down, but I'm not really worried about it right now, but you guys look at my hair. It looks like cubed here. This looks like freaking human hair, like this side has a lot more fuck-ups on it, because I cut a couple chunks off over here so like if you kind of like a look back here, it's a little a little chop, especially like back here. You guys see that those like really really short hairs, but overall, I think I'm fine I'll just have to add like a little bit of extra hair back on that side to kind of even it out. I think, but you guys I look, it looks so good. You guys this is natural. Look at the move, it's wanes. It'S so much lighter you guys. My hair has body. Look the body I can feel like just you had it all this body. Oh you guys. I absolutely love this. This is what I look for in a synthetic wig. Is this. This looks natural like it, but if you're just looking at me, you would probably never guess this was a synthetic wig. You know you'd guess you know it's like a basic human handling, but this is fully under since phonetic areas and, yes, I am a living for it. I love it it. I think it almost looks natural because of the density and the length of it. My leg at the top look natural - I could probably get away with it, but now the top kind of gives it away. But overall you guys. I think this looks great. You guys would not believe how much hair I cut off how much hair it took off. I'Ve got another like small little bundle. They got flushed down the toilet, but look at how much hair this saves. You guys the little scraps all over me and stuff. This is a lot of hair. Look notice again. Look at all this hair. I can literally probably make another week with this amount of hair. I took off all of his hair off of this week, all his hair, I'm so pleased with my results. I love it. If you guys have any questions, don't need to leave them below I'll. Definitely. Answer them. This is a very, very simple technique. If you guys want me to demonstrate again, I will demonstrate again. I know it wasn't a very adorable video, but I would be happy to demonstrate how you do this again, this technique. It is kind of you know it takes a lot. I believe I started this and what time did I start this? I believe I started this process around like 4:30 and I'm just not finishing and it ended barely hit seven. So it took me about three hours and total to do this whole week, so yeah. This is going to take some time. So if we have somewhere to go and not recommend this, like I said if in a mission first time, it can take you longer I've done this before and it's a tweak to the hour. This is really meant for synthetic wigs. If you guys, like this synthetic wig, please let me know yeah, I am going to go. You guys! Thank you guys for watching my video happy 2020. This would be my first video for 2020. So, thank you so much if you guys like this leave me a thumbs up comment subscribe. I need to know I really want feedback for this technique. I'M not saying I invented this technique either. I'M not saying I take ownership for this technique. I'M pretty sure someone else has done it. In the past I've seen it. I'Ve decided to just come on YouTube to show you guys how I've been now a wig completely, but I am NOT taking ownership for this technique. If you guys happen to know who started this, let me know because it should. I know whether it me but anyways you guys, I'm going to go I'll, see you guys in my next video is

Norma Lathan: Hi ❤️ how are you doing in your medical office administration program? Are you working in the field?

MS. THOMAS: Love ❤️

Shonda More: Oh. No. I think the thicker the hair, the better, giving it enormous body. I'm looking to thin out the edges of my wig. My hair is already very thin. So I bought an Africa America wig that's really curly, full, and gorgeous. It curls after a wash. So in the summer, I wear it curly causing my hair to appear shorter. But it's full. And in the winter, I wear it straight. It's so amazing how it stretches when straightening it. It's gorgeous, and it still keeps full body. It's a copper color wig. But it's the edges around the forehead I'd like to make thinner.
