How To: Customize Full Lace Wigs For A Natural Looking Hairline (No Glue, No Sewing)

Hey guys today, I have a video for you, that's going to show you how to customize your lace week. Okay, it's really really important and essential for a natural outcome whenever you're wearing the last week, because lace weeks can eventually look very dull like and very straight across around the hairline, and I see it a lot. Okay, a lot of people, don't know how to customize their lace week and they don't even know it's an option. Actually, I've seen people just not even know so this is for beginners if you're already wearing wigs. I'M pretty much sure that you already customized your last week and you already know how to do so. So the unit that I'm going to be demonstrating it on is going to be by my first wig. Alright, this is the box. You may have heard them before. There are company, that's geared towards beginners, who are new to wearing lace, wigs. They make the process really really simple by giving you um their simple styling options whenever you're choosing your wig and you only have to order a size 1 or size 2. So you don't have to get specific head measurements for your wig. Another thing that I really do like about my first wig is is that they provide you with a kit. Ok, so let me show you what it comes with. Alright, this is the bag that it comes in and it's a really nice cute sturdy, satin bag, and it comes with two wake-ups, an instruction manual, of course, a rat cellphone, which you'll really need all the time. Some hair pins and some clips, which you'll need all the time and the packaging, is really cute and convenient because it comes in this little bag right here. Alright and you unzip it and your unit is in here. So the unit that I have is called Jamie and it is a blunt cut. Wig, it's a bob okay and it's like shoulder length, you'll see whenever I put it on, but it has no layers in it and the black bob is trending. Rihanna has the Kylie Jenner: has it you've seen it all over the place on celebrities, and I really can't wait to try it. It'S actually a new wig that they added to their collection, and they asked me if I wanted to try it. That'S it, of course, because I don't have a simple black bob, so the specialness wig it is called Jamie. Like I said, the hair color is just a natural hair. Color, that's another thing that they do they just it usually comes in just one color. It'S 12 inches, it's silky, which is non yaki. It has light brown lace and it is in a size one and the cap. Construction is a glueless lace, cap, okay, so that is the details on this week. I'M going to go ahead and just get right into the customization of the hairline: okay, okay, so you're going to need hair clips, a rat tail comb, corsage, pins, tweezers and a styrofoam mannequin head. So here I'm just pinning down the unit to the styrofoam mannequin and this is going to really help the process because it holds the unit close to the mannequin because we're going to be doing lots of pulling and tugging as you'll see. Now, I'm just parting. The hair about a half-inch behind the hairline using a rat tail comb and then I'm just clipping the rest of the hair out of the way pulling tightly onto the hairline, I'm just going to start tweezing random strands of hair. You don't want to go too crazy and tweeze too much you kind of want it to be random and you want it to look uneven and inconsistent. This process takes me about an hour long for me, so be sure to take your time on this part. Also be careful not to pull or tear the lace every now, and then I like to pull the hairline back to see how it's kind of coming out. That way, you know how much more you want to tweeze. Now I'm pulling the hairline back and I'm just going to start tweezing the front of the hairline once again in no particular order or form just be random. So I'm pretty happy with how this looks. It'S all on personal preference. Here you can see the difference between the side that I've done and the side that I haven't touched yet so then I just repeat the same steps on the other side until I'm happy with the results - and this is what it looks like after I'm done. So this is the wig whenever I'm done, customizing the hairline and flattening the hair, um and blending my part I freaking love it and I'm not talking like. I don't know why they call it something for beginners, because this is definitely not I mean this is. I can see where it's a beginners wig and how they make it easy and stuff like that, but this is just as good as a unit that I have from any other. You know professional wig making company, so I really do love it. As you can tell blends in so perfectly, the hair is a really awesome texture. It doesn't look too Wiggy I like that, even though it is silky, it doesn't look too Wiggy. So this is the front. This is how it looks, and this is the hairline. I have some of my baby hairs out, of course, because I always do take my baby hairs out, and this is the other side. It'S the other side. You really can't tell on this side, because it's just my baby hair so, but this is how I customized my lace wigs, and this is always what I do. It'S definitely something that I was not doing whenever I was a beginner, because it was just something that I just skipped in I never thought of, but eventually down the line like two years later, I started definitely seeing I need to do something airline to make it Look more natural and what I find is always to customize the hairline, like I showed you and to always pull out some hair. You don't have to pull out a bunch of hair and make it blend just pull out your baby hair. So, whatever fine little hairs, you have around your hairline, pull them out and job them down a little bit. Don'T do too much because it can look a little artificial. I really really do love this unit and I'm really happy that I chose this style because I was like really skeptical about doing anything long. This is the summer like I said, and I'm not trying to deal with nothing long and hot right now I was wearing longer ways and you know it's cool every now and then, if you're, not, you know participating in any summer activities or anything like that, but The Bob just goes with everything I can see it with a sundress and a hat, or just it goes with the theme of summer.
