Hey y'all welcome back, so i was wondering why i didn't see an influx of reviews on outrage. Tegan. This unit has a gorgeous curl pattern, it's enticing, but when you sit this unit on your head top, the mayhem that ensues is absolutely ridiculous. Outro really thought that at their big age this was the folies front, wig we needed, and it absolutely was not so i purchased tegan in the color 1b and this curl pattern would be enticing to anyone who is into this loose wave. Look the only lace front thing about this unit is that there is lace that sits right at the front of the unit. This is one of the hardest hair lines in 2021, and i do not mean that in a good way at all. It'S super blunt. No transitional density and the parting was so straight. The first thing i wanted to do was just create the appearance or illusion of a more curved part, so i just use my rat tail comb to really just create more of a c-shape, especially at the front, and then once you establish the part of your liking, You want to go in and pluck the hair, because this part was just so poorly done. I definitely am not a fan, but again a lot of tweezing and plugging. I had to do with my hands, but it was worth it in the end and for this particular unit i wanted to go in and trim the lace near the ear tabs, because i wanted to be super neat when i installed this, because i i saw trouble Was ahead like trying her on already, let me know: she's, not big, head friendly excuse, my little acne i'll be talking about that later, but i trimmed the lace, and i i was scared. Y'All, like i almost broke down like this unit, is just so harsh like. Why is this a thing i mean i felt like i was bamboozled. I went in to do my standard application technique, but it's like girl. You don't even have that much hair to work with in the front to do your. You know desire adult swoops, so it very much gave shakespeare vibes like with the wigs that they used to wear back in the day, because that's what it's giving and, of course, i used two particular products, because it was super hot. When i installed this wig, and so the best thing to do is make sure that it at least can stay on my head because it is not big head friendly. I encourage you to wear a wig grip. If you don't want to do my specific installation technique, but you are going to need something to help you or you're going to be. You know acting all cute and this wig will definitely slide back, but i mean, let's be clear. You know every unit that you get is not going to be perfect but, like you ever be so excited about a particular style and then, when you finally get it, you take it out the pack. You already know it's going to be a problem. I mean again the ear tabs do not even reach, you know at least the top of my ears. It'S just really small. It seems like it is more for the small to medium head size, because the big hair girls like me or if you have a lot of hair you're, just gon na, have a lot of like issues. But i wanted to add pressed powder on that lace because it was looking a little light again, it's a little bit of lace, but you still want to make sure that it matches your complexion. So i wanted to first get that part to make sure that i could actually have a clear and defined part. So i used my hot comb which i have linked in the description box. You know this is my favorite 10 out of 10 would highly recommend, but as for the hair that sits right at the front of the unit, that's my saving grease. I took a particular section, very small, very thin. I wanted to pluck maybe like a few hairs. Just to thin it down, make it look a little neater, trimmed it and did a swoop. Okay with the invincible, styling gel, that's my favorite product to use for my adult swoops, but this unit it does have a lot of density, has a lot of hair to this unit. But it's not hot, but yeah. I felt like i had to do a few adult swoops to make sure that this unit stays secure, like because yeah girl now swoop for your life, so that it is secure swoop security. There we go swoop security. I like that and then once i beat my face because you know that's what brings the entire look together and i feel like it makes the hairline look a little bit less harsh, but it's still kind of harsh. But i went in with pressed powder which again please use that do not skip. I actually wore a wig cap with this unit. I don't think it's necessary, but my hair is just getting so long so with the texturizing invisible dry shampoo from garnier fructis, because i listen to y'all. You guys recommend dry shampoo specifically for these units, so that it takes away the shine. It gives it a little bit more volume, so this dry shampoo, really isn't all that invisible. You guys saw the white cast on the hair and this unit definitely does shed, but it's not a unit that tangles, i feel like it does a really good job and you can get a good amount of wear out of this, especially if you're someone who like Buys two wigs at a time the curl pattern was working for me, but you guys know i like to volumize my looks so i went in with a wide tooth comb. You guys see the elongated teeth on this comb highly recommend for loose wavy units, but i went in. I wanted to tease it, and this is like a little bit of water that i added just to remove the cast from the hair from that dry shampoo. But i feel like it all worked out like there was an entire side of this wig that i didn't even really want to show like, because the lace just wasn't long enough to cover my natural hairline. So it was a little messy on the right hand, side and i did add a few layers. It'S like. Sometimes they give us curly units and they don't layer them. So it looks kind of choppy or inconsistent. So, just with my hair shears, i trimmed it up, but let me know like i like what i did. Would i buy this again? Absolutely not. I do think this unit was rather disappointing. Again, it's not as big head friendly as i would like, but do i believe this unit has potential yes, but you have to be willing to put in the work or wear some of your natural hair out, which i know some of you guys don't like to Do and i completely understand, but get into it - check the description box for all the links be sure to subscribe.
