Hey y'all, what's up so today, I'll be showing you guys how I laid this wig that I was given from premier lace, wigs and show you good guys from start to finish how I lay the wig and also style the wig. So if you're, just getting into wigs kind of like me, then I'll be really descriptive throughout this tutorial. So you guys can really understand the method and the theory behind what I'm doing so. I decided to do smaller, braids cornrowed back just so that the league will lay really flat on the top, and my hair won't be bulky or anything underneath the wig, because for me I have long hair. So that's something I always like struggled with when it came to wigs, because I'm like how am I gon na get all of my hair in this wig. So this is a way that I found to be really easy and convenient when trying to put your hair underneath a wig. So when I got my package from premier lace, wigs, it came with two wig caps and a pair of lashes and also a masquerade mask, which i think is pretty festive because it's Halloween season. So when you get the wig, you it'll come with a lace frontal, and so the material will be in the front of the wig and also in the back of the wig. And so you just cut along the hairline to make sure that it. It looks as natural as possible so this week comes with clips inside the cap and also adjustable straps to tighten or loosen the wig as you see fit so for deets on this particular wig. It'S actually there glueless, silk top lace, front wig in kinky straight and it's 22 inches, it's a natural color. So it's like a 1b, in my opinion, size medium and it's a hundred and twenty percent normal wig density, with a light brown lace, color and still top color. So the way I'm gon na style, this wig is I'm going to flat iron it bone straight first. In order to flatten out the top and everything, so I'm just using a heat protectant here for the hair, you want to treat the hair as if it's your own, because that's how you make wigs last a lot longer make sure that you are moisturizing them and All that kind of stuff, but I found that this wig it was super easy to straighten it. It took the heat very well, it was really soft. I really didn't see any shedding at all, so it was pretty durable through this process, and so after I straightened the hair is when I will go ahead and kind of lighten up the roots to match my scalp better, and you guys will see that process of. Like adding the concealer and all that kind of stuff next, so, as you guys can see, my hair is super sleek, and so I'm adding some hairspray and then I'll be using my barrel iron to flatten out the top just to kind of give it a more Realistic and natural shape so I'll just do this a little bit and then continue on with the closure area. So I just add a little bit of a concealer to the root here. So you guys can see it looks a lot more natural and a bit lighter than the original closure, and I just do that. So it looks a little bit more realistic and it blends a little bit better. So then I decided to take to my barrel iron. This is a one and a quarter inch barrel iron, it's just a Conair one that I picked up at Target, but I wanted to see what the hair looked like curled. So you guys can tell like this. Hair is beautiful, it's so shiny and silky and curls really easily, and so I just love this hair. Honestly, it's pretty great, I can't lie so yeah continue watching here for my final thoughts. So all in all, I really like this way. It'S my curls felt a little bit, obviously, because I didn't put enough hairspray on it, but I mean for a wig, I'm actually pretty impressed with it, as you guys could see when I was installing it, it was super easy to install even for someone like me. It was not really skilled and in the know, how to do wigs and stuff like that, but I'm really impressed by this and definitely this winter. I'M gon na need some protective, styling and stuff like that. So all in all, I really enjoy this wig. It doesn't look too full to where it looks like fake, but it also doesn't look too thin to where it's like. I need more hair type of thing, but I'll definitely probably like cut some layers in this just to give it some body, because I like the way it's kind of tamed and sleek right now, but I definitely want to give it some curls or something like when It comes to styling the next time, so definitely check out premier lace, wigs, I'm gon na definitely see like what other ones I want to test out, because I am getting really bored with my hair lately and so. Playing with wigs is an awesome way to experiment with different looks, while also protecting your own natural hair, which is awesome because the elements in the cold weather and dryness and all that kind of stuff kind of hits us hard during this season of fall and winter. So definitely look into a wig. You know I've been like really frustrated with my hair lately, but this gives me kind of like a breath of fresh air and not going to extremes it ain't cutting all my hair up so yeah. This is it. I hope you guys like this. Let me know your thoughts and until next time, I'll talk to guys later bye,

Asia Mae: I'm actually wearing this wig right now. I love it. I have no problems out of it and I've been wearing it EVERYDAY for 2 months. The washing and drying is a breeze. I'll be ordering it again but probably as a silk top and in a shorter length for a bob

ashosity: This wig looks so good and natural! I've been considering trying a wig myself, but I really don't know much about them at all. This video was definitely a help!

ReallyRaequel: You look stunning! This is definitely a great alternative for those who don't want to use heat on their natural hair. Can we get a cornrow tutorial next? LOL

Tanisha W: YES! I've been natural for going on 6 years and you would have thought I did my BC YESTERDAY. I thought not doing perms was enough but doing weaves (straight! wtf is wrong with me?) curly, box braids, all of that just still made hair come out and damaged it and smh. I was really thinking about a wig because I want something to where I can still look cute and protect my hair and wash and treat it as needed won't have to spend time on my hair... I love the way this looks on you AND it's a decent price! I'm definitely considering... I think their website is acting slow because of your video lol. This would be my first wig. I hope it comes out okay.

Ile: I need help! I don't know what to do with my hair anymore, no matter what I do it breaks off my hair is curly but it's very porous, I co wash it once a week, I inly use natural products, I only shampoo when it's necessary, I feel like I'm doing everything I can and I have been for months and my hair still breaks I'm at the point were I just want to give up on being natural :( and the pineapple method does not work for me because my hair isn't long enough for it and I'm a crazy sleeper, so I always wake up with frizzy hair and have to add products which leads to product build up and idk of that's what's causing my breakage :( if anyone can help or give me some advice I would greatly appreciate it.
