What'S up you guys, so today we are starting with this unit from julia hair, a 6 13 unit, and i am going to be making these roots a little darker. This is my first time doing this so yeah. Let'S, let's get started and see what comes how it comes out so um. Basically, i just got all of these colors and actually the 7w is a color that i didn't intend on getting, and so i just mixed it with the light golden blonde just to see how it would come out - and this is what i'm using for my roots. I was trying to find a different color that i've seen one of my fellow youtubers use, but for some reason it was not in sally's and sally's is like the only place that i could go to at the moment. So i just went with the 7w because it kind of looked like a little caramelly creamy type kind of color. So i was like. Maybe if i mix those two colors together, it will work. So you guys see, i have my little tupperware ball and i am using the color charm um developer. This isn't a certain volume, i'm not sure what volume it is, but um don't try to do this little thing. What i just did put it in there, because you're gon na get on your hands and make sure you wear gloves, because i was trying to be a savage when i was doing this so um since i am just gon na apply this with the toothbrush. That'S why i mixed it with the toothbrush, and it is gon na, appear, yellow, but make sure you guys do be careful and spray your knots, what got to be glued or a holding spray. Before i actually didn't do this, i was trying to be a savage y'all like i was really trying to be a savage. This whole install type but um make sure you guys spray your knot, so it will just be easier for you guys, especially with you guys, being beginners but um. This was actually very easy. All i'm doing is taking my toothbrush and getting the roots. I kind of got a little bit more past the roots, but everything did still come out pretty cute and you guys will see what happens in the long run once this video continues. But yeah, like i just section, each part and started doing the roots with my toothbrush and i like the toothbrush way better because i can just get in to the roots, and this is my first time like dyeing the roots of a unit. So i was just trying to make sure everything was really cute and one other tip is don't don't try to cover the whole route at least leave a little bit of that 613. So it can blend more seamlessly as though, and it won't look like you - have to bleach the knots over because um, don't let the color fool. You like, i said before this color will get dark. Okay, so, as you guys can see now you see it is turning a little bit, but it does get way darker than this, so um like i would, i would say, really just do this in a fast-paced motion. Don'T don't try to really take your time because, while you're taking your time, the other part is turning and then when you get done, you have to wait for the other side to turn before you go ahead and wash it out. Of course she was going to let it sit, but i would just say work fast with this and you will get the results that you want. It'S really not hard, like i said before, just wear gloves and make sure you're not getting it on your knots. I was being careless like i said, because i was being a savage, but you know just make sure you're taking precautions, and i guarantee that your look will come out exactly how you want it. Okay, you guys. So now we are making our mixture for the rest of my hair, so i did want to still keep that 613 type of kind of look, but i didn't want to change the color of all the hair. You know, because you know these blondes can make the hair different tones of blonde, and i feel like i mixed it in well. Although one thing i will say is, i feel, like i didn't get the product that color all over all of the hair and i'm kind of happy about that you'll see at the end everything pretty much worked out but, like i said, wear gloves i wore gloves The last time doing this, i don't know what what i was doing in my mind like i must have wanted to ruin my hands see i put the gloves on after, but i just use this t-17 and i will list how many packs of everything that i Use down below and um also, you know i just kept mixing that together. I think i mixed it about three or two times new um new ones. I mix two together in one bottle and i like the bottle better because you can just really get it in more and for me what i was like. I said: i'm trying to keep really keep that 613 look. I really was just distributing it and kind of blending it to the best of my ability, because my main focus was really getting those roots dark. It wasn't necessarily really changing the whole color of the unit, just slightly toning, that 613 type kind of, but still keeping the same. Look so as you guys can see, the roots are kind of like a sandy type blonde color. What'S up gi babies, it's your girl from rgi and we are back with another video. If you are a new subscriber welcome to my channel - and you are officially now a gi baby, so let's, let's just give you guys a handclap because y'all are where y'all need to be okay. So let's just get started right into this install you guys, um. Let me just be real for a second. I definitely have not been feeling like myself lately, but now like. I got myself back on track and i just feel so much better, which is why i wanted to talk to you guys, because you guys know i haven't been talking in my videos in a while, like really really talking engaging with you guys for real. So that's what we are going to be doing today today is actually my mom's surprise dinner, so i am vlogging that as well so make sure you guys stay tuned for that. It'S going to show you guys what this wig looks like on this head, real, quick! So you guys know i did color the roots a little darker. This hair is from julia hair. All of the information will be right here. I plucked this wig a little bit but um. I didn't pluck it a lot a lot and before we even put this wig on, i wanted to show you guys a hot comb that i've had for a while um. I really didn't give it a chance, because i just stuck with my ep hot comb but um this hot comb right here. I'Ve had it for a while, like i've had it. Since i was at my mom's house, i think i ordered it off of amazon or bought it at the store either way it goes. This is going to be linked down below um. I didn't realize that this hot comb goes all the way to 500. So let me show you guys if y'all can see. This goes all the way down to 500, all the way up to 500, and this is a golden hot, hot comb, and it's just a really really good hot comb that i was really sleeping on it. I didn't give it a chance to work and show me what it could really do and this thing get hot and that's what i need like with my hot cones. I don't want to get hot and i know you're about to say you be burning yourself. So you don't even need a hot hot comb, but i'm trying to practice safe hot comb techniques y'all, i'm really trying to practice it so i've already hot combed, the hair back. So i'm just going to add some makeup inside because i did actually forget to do that and i will be back when you start the install okay, you guys so we're back, i'm not really sure as to how i want to wear it. Like i don't know, all i know is we have it? Oh i'm trying to decide like i'm really trying to decide like i'm really undecided right now. I really don't know we're just gon na go ahead and throw this on and see what happens, and i actually didn't blow dry, this hair uh, i just let it sit for like a day, because the day i was supposed to really install it, i didn't so. It just been sitting in my beauty room and i didn't have to blow dry it. So that's a plus. I could already see that this is going to be real, real cute, like it's just so cute um. I don't know i wanted to kind of. I don't know if that other color really really took well. That color is like a sand brown. It was so it did take on some parts, but you can still see the 613 for the most part and that's what i was going for because i didn't want it to be like um. I didn't want it to be just like so 613, like i wanted. Some diversity a little bit y'all this hot comb gets hot y'all like i literally, was curling my hair at the ends with this hot comb. It was just so cool like this hot tone. Really is the truth like it gets hot and it just it. Does everything it needs to do for you, i'm gon na just do some ghost blind y'all, i'm just using those blind? Okay, you guys so um! This goes fine. They do me really really good and it just dissolved, not dissolved, but it turned clear, really really quick for me on this install and i feel like that's because i used it on a cool setting and that's what i have been doing lately so use that cool Setting and i feel like that will get the adhesive more clear because you know you know when i told you guys. Sometimes you know if it's still kind of white you can still use it like. You can still apply your lace and still get a good install. But i think it just makes me feel better just to know that that whole thing is clear and when i lay the lace down, i won't have no problems so yeah, that's just a tip when you're blow drying just try to use it on cool, sometimes and Not just be going going going, i don't be hearing like what temperature i use, but cool is like the best one you can use and it will get your adhesive clear. While we cut off this lace um. I just wanted to tell you guys that i have. I have like a lot of videos coming soon like a lot of different vlogs and stuff, especially for back to school as well, because you guys know if you don't. I am starting college, so um i'm have a lot of videos coming soon. Um. Just a side. Note real quick, if you guys aren't new to my channel, i post a lot a lot of hair videos and just a lot of get to the point straight videos - and i want to kind of you know, engage with you guys because you guys have seen me Done, like you guys have seen me, do these steps already, so you know why we're doing the steps? Let'S just have a little conversation. You know, let's just have a little combo um, but i do have a trip coming up with my bestie. I was expecting the ends to lift up, because i didn't add that much glue on my uh side parts on my ear and um. I do that for a reason, because i just is plenty of times when i've added too much glue and it's hard to take off glue, especially when your lace is already laid. It is so hard to take off glue so um, i'm going to use my erica j glue that i have. I have so many of her glues now that i do not use but uh. I just feel like when i do a whole install with this glue. It never goes right like never say never, but it just never goes right like, and i had an open mind the last time going in with the second install but um. When i do like little parts like little edge parts like this, it seems to work pretty well, but i don't know when it's time to take it and just use this glue on its own it just it just fails me every time, but i'ma just use a Little bit on my imparts really really good actually - and i did forget to put on some lace guard this time - some uh skin guard. I did forget to put skin guard on, but you know it's not the end of the world. I'Ve done plenty of installs before i even knew what skin guard was, and it came out really really good. So i'm not tripping on that. So before we even get before we even get started and start styling. I'M gon na lay this down one more time and i'm gon na spray, some lace tint spray on it and i'm gon na spray. My straight request spray on it and before we even go into that, i'm gon na go a little bit in depth about this straight request spray and i'm going to let you guys know some details about it, and i'm also going to put the link down below For the website, so you guys can know where to purchase it so um. I know this straight request. Spray is supposed to lay your lace down like a little bit more. I haven't been using it lately, just because i've been being really lazy with my installs, but now i'm trying to like you know get back to you know what i was doing before so um. This is supposed to you know, like i said, before, just melt the lace a little bit into your skin a little better before i could get my hands on this, and actually the shipping was fairly quick because i think um the place is located in florida. So it didn't take that long for it to come to georgia and um. While i was looking waiting for this braid to come, i went to marshalls and i purchased the chi keratin uh keratin flex finish hairspray and i just got this hairspray because i was like it should be kind of the same because it has it's the flex, like A flex hairspray flex hairspray and it's basically just like a flexible holding spray. So it's a holding spray that don't like it doesn't like. You can still like move like move your hair around and stuff with it like it doesn't hold and crunch and stuff like that. So this kind of was the same, so i'm just gon na spray, some right here and i'm gon na spray this on this side. So you guys can just see that it's going to give you guys the same effect and before i even do that. I'M taking some of my cappuccino, smeared, lace, tint and this is from icelander bay, and this is a cappuccino. So i what i like to do when i'm doing that is just spray a little a little bit um and i like to have a napkin nearby, because i just feel like it's just so messy and i'm glad my roots are dark, so that um me spraying. This lace is just lace: tint doesn't change the color of my hair. You know okay guys, so i blow dried it for like a little bit, but then my ears start burning, so i'm ready to take this off because my ear was just burning still hot and this junk stays hot, like that's the crazy part but um. It has like a knob like this, so i don't know if it turns off by itself. So that's one thing that you want to keep into consideration for my people who forget to turn their stuff off and they have like curlers and stuff that turn off by themselves. Just keep that into a note, because i don't want y'all to be burning. Our house down on accident, because i'm very sure, especially if it not if it's not your house, um you're gon na, have some explaining to do so. All right, you guys so as you guys can see um i didn't i'm so upset. I didn't get a chance to take any pictures when i had my makeup and stuff on when i first took out the curls but um as you guys can see, i did cut the hair a little bit and that's because i just felt like it was like A little too like wild at the ends and like it was like a little too fluffy for me after i cut them, it was very cute and um. I really like this hair. The color was really cute. I'M glad i dyed the top because i just feel like that was just so cute, like it just blended in one thing that i kind of did not like was like um. I didn't like the way like i don't know if it's like different lighting or something when i'm looking at it. This side is blending, and this side looks like a little questionable, so i'm gon na put some lace tint spray on there like. I was watching my vlog from the other day and i just feel like it's it. It was like the lace was blended and then it wasn't blended anymore, and then it was blending again, like i don't know like a lot of 6 13 units like this is like my second 6 13 6 13 unit. I think - and it's like i don't know - i think it's just 16 6 13 units in particular like on brown skin, like you really really have to blend like i probably should have put makeup and stuff on top because it just seems like this side is the Only side that really blends really seamlessly for real but other than that um, the shedding on this hair wasn't like it wasn't horrible. It was a little bit of shedding, and that is something to keep in consideration because um this is 613 hair. You know you don't want to you, don't want hair like all over regardless, but you don't want like white strands and stuff, especially if you're wearing black, like that's tacky, that's tacky, but um, all in all, like if i was to rate this hair. I would give this hair like a eight and a half out of ten. Only because, like i really like the color and stuff and the styling and stuff is just really cute, but it's like, i always find it. I always find trouble blending my lace with 6 13 units, even if i added makeup lace, tint spray. Anything like i don't know all the details for this hair will be down below.
