Detailed Realistic Lace Frontal Wig Installation Tutorial Ft Isee Hair

Hello, beautiful people welcome to another video. My name is namalina and i'm very excited about today's video. I have not done a hair review in quite a minute. I'Ve been rocking my natural hair and i'm really excited to finally have a wig. Today'S video is sponsored by icy hair, a big shout out to them for sponsoring today's video. So today i've got a frontal. I really wanted to get a frontal. It'S been a minute and i've already customized it i've already bleached the knot. I have quite a few videos on my channel, showing you guys how to do that. So this is what the wig looks like right now, guys the quality of this hair. I'M really excited to install this. I think the lace is going to look just incredible okay, so i want to start off by cutting it. I have already tinted the lace. If you guys want like a dedicated video about tinting your lace in the different methods, let me know i can definitely do that for you guys so at the back right here, these lace as well. So you want to start off by cutting that off. You know sometimes i completely forget to cut the lace at the back and i think if you're a beginner and you've never cut your own lace, you can start practicing by um cutting the lace at the back first and then going to the lace in the front And i'll actually show you guys how i cut my lace in the front i like to really take my time and make sure that i'm cutting it properly, but for the back i just cut it off just like that. You guys will also notice that it has not been tinted, so you guys can see it's not the same color as the rest of my face. Okay, so back is cut. It does have an adjustable strap, which i like to just place like this. It has a comb at the back which i won't use because i do not have any hair and then it has three combs over here in the inside, so it has a total of four combs, which is really helpful. If you actually have some hair, i on the other hand, do not okay. So what i like to do before i cut my lace. I will fold my wig in half like this find the center front and i will literally just snip over there. So i know where the middle, the exact middle of my wig is then i will place it on my head, so you guys can see how it looks uh. You can really see the difference. The parts where i tinted it with my foundation and the parts where i didn't tend to so i'm going to actually just cut off the parts where i have not tinted it and just extend this line just so, i can have a proper picture of what's going On so during this time, this is before you install it, you're going to be taking your wig on and off for quite a bit and the reason you'll be doing. This is just so that you can ensure that you're cutting the lace correctly and you're going to get the most realistic look out of this. So this is the one side cut and you guys can see how it looks. I'Ve got one side cut and the other side is not cut. What i'm focusing on is getting rid of the parts where i have not tinted the lace. So if you've tinted the whole thing, then you can just keep it all on for now, but i haven't. I don't want to waste my foundation, guys my foundation, it looks like it's been discontinued. No one's really telling me what's going on. I use the for or woman foundation and, like the stories are mixed. Some people say it's discontinued. Some say that they're just rebranding. So i really just i don't know like you go to different stores and they have different stories, so i've stopped up as much as i can, because foundation expires. I'Ve stocked up as much as i can, but i really don't know if, like they're done with it, okay, i don't know if you guys can see it. I hope you guys can see because there's still some part that i have not tinted. So i have not cut this lace. The way i'm supposed to i've just cut it, so i can see what's going on okay, so my middle is over here. I'Ve got my little slit over there and i've got my two sides like that. I want to place it where i want it to be, and i'm going to start with this corner over here. I need to curve it out here to run along my ear, so i'm getting rid of the ear tabs so that i don't glue it on top of my ear. So this is just customizing it for my face. You guys can see. This is all the extra. So my ears under here right, so i want to customize it over here, so i don't glue it onto my yeah, so i'm just going to go around so once you have the hair you want to hold on to it. Take it off. I know some people do cut it on their head um. Personally, that doesn't work for me. I prefer to take it off, have the wig in my hand, and i'm just using a red tail comb, it's just easier to use the tail part of it and i'm taking my scissor and cutting off that ear. Tab part right, so you guys can see. This is the ear tab, part right, so i'm cutting one side at a time. This is very important because sometimes once you cut, the wick sits better and then you're able to see how far you need to cut on the other side. Okay - and i do have a stocking wig cap on that - is as close as possible to my skin tone. If you do not have one that's as close as possible to your skin tone, then what you can do is just tint it with your foundation. Okay, so this is the one side just make sure that you're wearing your wig correctly right. Remember. I have not cut my lace. I'Ve just cut the ear tabs, but i haven't actually cut it around the hairline right then, on this side you can see the lace is even folding up here on top of the ear okay, so i want to go all the way around my ear. Then i'm going to just draw around my ear, i can feel where my ear is scoop out. That hair, which would be this hair right here, take it off and i'm going to cut this piece off. So this would be the ear tab here. If you guys could actually compare the ear tabs, you will see that they're not the same size, so that is absolutely normal. So one ear tab. The amount of lace you cut for the ear tab on one side could be more than the one. From the other side, all right guys, so here's my wig - i still have not cut um the lace by the hairline, i'm just going to put it on just to check how it looks and to ensure that it is sitting comfortably. Sometimes once you've cut it, you realize that oh, my gosh, i need to cut it a little bit higher up. Then you would cut it a little bit more, but so far this looks really really good. So now i'm going to take it off and i'm going to cut as close as possible to my hairline okay. This is very important guys. You don't want a thick piece of lace sitting on your forehead, okay, so i'm going to take it off and i'm just going to follow this hairline, so my lace is cut now. This is what it looks like. Let me show it to you guys. This is what it looks like you want to go in a zigzag motion and really follow the hairline. You do not, unlike any circumstances want to just cut across. Please do not do that now. It'S time for installation. I want to just make sure that my hair is completely covered. You don't have to wear a stocking. Wig cap. You don't have to do the bold um, the bold wig cap method. You really don't have to do a lot. If you don't want to, you can really just do what works best for you and what looks the most realistic for you with the wig that you have there. Sometimes, when you have a specific wig and you have to do the ball cap method, sometimes you really just it's unnecessary okay, so i'm wearing my stocking wig cap just to give it a more realistic look, but i don't need it and also because my hair is A colorful color, so i do not want it showing through, but for most people with just like black hair you'll, probably be fine okay, so you don't always need to wear a stocking boot cap. It really just depends now remember this is tinted to my skin tone, and this is what it looks like. So you want to place it exactly where you want it. Okay, so i know where i want it to be, and i'm really going to be focusing on my mirror over here, i'm going to push it backwards right on top of my stocking right and then i'm going to be using my got to be. Do please excuse how it looks. I actually use it. So it's going to look like somebody who actually uses it uses it. It'S not going to look brand new okay and where i want my wig to lay i'm going to put a layer - and i am taking note of the hairline of the wig, so i'm not just randomly putting it across my forehead. I am quite conscious of the hairline of my wig, okay, and you can do this section by section, especially if you're a beginner. I highly recommend doing this section by section, but i've been doing this for quite some time, so i am quite capable of eyeballing it. I'M going to let this become tacky, and this is just going to allow it to have a better hold and to allow the wig to be positioned nicely when i pull it on top all right. So now that it's tacky i'm actually going to go ahead and do the installation and yeah guys, let's get it on all right. So i want it to have like the ultimate melt. So i'm going to be using um, the she stronghold styling fold and i'm just going to spray a little bit along the hairline, because i really just i want it to melt. Like perfectly, i really wanted to just look at my hair. I wanted to be realistic. Guys it's been a minute since i woke, so i want to do it really good. Okay, that's really really good! I'M going to take an elastic just like this, and i am going to wrap my hairline just like that. You want to keep it as tight as possible, but still comfortable. You don't want to be dying. I nearly made a mistake before i do that. I want to make sure that my hair is in the right direction and then second layer just like that and then back to the back again now i need to clean off all of this. You can use your hand or you can use a wipe. You'Ll know. You'Ve done it correctly, because you shouldn't be able to see any lace. Okay, so there shouldn't be any lace popping out anywhere. None of that, if you can see lace, you've done it incorrectly. Okay, so you do not want to see any lace popping out now. How long you leave this on is completely up to you, i like to leave it on until it's completely dry, and sometimes that is 10 minutes. Sometimes that's 15 minutes sometimes girl. I forget, and i have it on for like 30 minutes. It really just depends, but the longer you leave it on the better. Your install is going to be the more crisp, the more realistic it's going to look and just the more flawless it's going to be. So i really like to take my time. Please don't make it too tight you're not supposed to have a headache or anything of the thought, but you want it firm. Okay, so you don't want to have a headache. You don't want to feel like you're going dizzy or anything you just want it firm. Okay, so i'm gon na leave this on. I think i'm gon na leave it on for like 15. Let'S see how long can i leave it on yeah, 15, 20 minutes, maybe even 30, and then i'll come back and take it off with you guys. So you guys can see what it looks like, so i've waited 30 minutes. I felt like that would be more than enough time, so we're going to take it off together. It is normal for your hair to be like a little mushed up. So if it is like that that is normal, please be gentle and you guys can see how it looks. It looks pretty good. I think the only thing is that i can see where the foam was like. It'S affected my makeup, and normally i would do this before applying my makeup, so i'm just going to correct it. I don't know if you guys can see that it's like you can see where the elastic was and where it picked up. Some of my makeup. You can literally see my makeup on the elastic, so i just need to go in with my makeup and fix that up and then also go on ahead and style this hair. If i want to just wear it backwards like this or if i want to tie it up or what exactly i want to do with this, if you do want to like tie it up, oh my gosh, i think i'm going to tie it up. Oh, i think i'm going to tie that. Okay, i'm going to tie it up; okay, that was beautiful; okay, so i'm just going to fix this part where, like my elastic, was removed. Just that, like everything, is like super here and then i'll come back and show you guys the final result so guys this is the final result. Hey. This is the final result i mean come on. Man look at that. It looks fresh okay, this this looks so so fresh. I absolutely love it. I love the quality of the slice and the quality of the hair. Let me quickly show you guys how long their hair is. So it is pretty pretty long and wow man. It'S cute. I do think, though my ponytail is a bit far. I don't know if you guys get what i mean like immoral should be like here, and i put it a little bit backwards, so i would want it somewhere there, a little pony but yeah. The hair is just stunning, absolutely stunning: i didn't notice this until i turned the box over. They actually have information at the back of the box as well, so really nice and detailed, and they have their whatsapp, facebook and instagram. So they have lace front wigs. They have lace, closure, wigs short bob, wigs 360 frontal, wigs, full lace, wigs teapot, headband colored wigs and they have bundle deals.
