Hey you guys and welcome back to my youtube channel today, i'm going to show you how to slay a frontal wig, so i'm going to construct and customize the wig on camera, for you guys so first things. First, i go in and i just seal my wefts with some weft sealer that i got from the beauty supply store um. There are different methods to doing this, but i'm usually lazy, so i leave it in the bundle form and i just like spiral around the track motion and sort of just cover everything in the west sealer and i'm going to leave this to dry overnight. So next i'm going to bleach my knots and i just go in with quick, blue beach and 40 volume developer and usually i just put one scoop, but i was putting multiple scoops because i plan to bleach other knots on my other units as well. So when i pour in the developer y'all, i don't - i don't start off with a bunch of developer in it because i don't want it to get too liquidy. So i just keep mixing and pouring until i get to the consistency i like, so you want sort of like a creamy thick. Almost like toothpaste, consistency, y'all, you don't want anything too thin, it'll over bleach, your knots. So then, i just apply it with the butter knife y'all and i'm just lightly pressing the product into the hair and i'll leave this in for about 45-50 minutes. Also y'all, please excuse my voice. I just woke up when you lift your frontal up. You want to make sure all the black dots are covered, so i just go in with summer lights, purple shampoo y'all, and it's not mandatory that you wash your bleach out with this. You can use regular shampoo, i just like it because it tones my lace. A little bit and for today's unit i will be using four bundles in the frontal you guys, i will touch more on the lengths of this hair and where the hair is from in my next video. Okay, you guys, so i totally failed trying to do this. On camera, but you're supposed to mark where your ear, the top of your head, is and basically line those up with your t-pins and pin it down, and i did a really shitty job at showing y'all, but i think you get the gist next. I just braid away the hair so that it's not in the way when i'm trying to sew down the front tool, so you want to double your thread and the easiest way for me to do this is i press the needle between my two fingers, and i Just pull the thread through and i just pull it until the two somewhat meet with each other, and then i tie a knot big enough to where it doesn't pull through my weft or my frontal, so like probably twice like twice okay. So when sewing you never ever want to underhand, you always want to overhand you guys. This gives like a tighter, feel on the hair anytime. You are sewing on the black band part. You never want to actually go fully through the band like there's like a fabric piece above it, and that's where i sew, because if you sew through the band, you guys like all the elastic will just leave and your wig will be way too tight. And i do apologize if the camera keeps moving, you guys, it was so hard to sell this on camera because i kept hitting my ring light and it was causing my camera to tilt and why you see me place a finger every time. I put the thread there. Y'All is to control the thread, because if you just sew - and just let your thread be on its own it'll - probably tingle up so always keep like a finger to trace it up or to hold it. So it does not tangle up, and once i finish you guys, i pull the needle through like i would usually do, but instead i just tie a knot like two or three times just to make sure the tracks do not come loose after sewing the frontal down. I'M going to move the cap up, you guys, so it can lay flat and smooth for our sewing of the tracks. One unraveling, your bundle, you guys, you want to open, pull open pull. So i unravel the hair a little bit. Then i run my fingers through just to make sure that the hair does not get tangled, because if you just unravel your whole bundle will be very tangled, especially if the hair is long. I don't know why i usually have trouble with the first bundle, but basically i just followed the same exact sewing pattern that i did on my frontal, except when i sew i place the needle about half a centimeter or a centimeter apart, instead of sewing so close Together, like i do on the frontal every time you pull the needle through, you want to make sure it's going through the loop of your thread and not the side, and to finish off this section, i just placed my needle through the weft and the only every Time that i go to the left is when i'm finishing or beginning the track, so i just place it through and i pull it all the way through and create a knot just like i did with the frontal and the reason why i do this is because I do cut my wefts and a lot of people are against cutting your wefts, but in a frontal, wig y'all, the fold-over method just does not work for me. I, like my frontal, wigs to lay super fat, so it's like, i just - must cut my wife. So when i do cut my left jaw, i just move my thread to the side, because i'm not going to cut my thread until i'm fully finished with it. After cutting the weft, i just go through the weft one more time to make sure it's all set and secure, because usually when you cut it, there's a piece sticking out, so i just sew that tight to make sure it stays there. So here i am, i just add another track y'all. I added about probably like a finger width apart, half an inch apart. So next i just repeat that process just sewing from end to end and cutting cutting cutting until i get to about. I want to say half of the third bundle for half of my third bundle and my fourth bundle i'm going to single track it so at this part, instead of following that, u motion, i sew like in a straighter line because i'm getting to the top, so I just place it at the edge of that. U and i sew from like edge to edge every time. I'M sewing a new track. I place it just a little bit further than the track before a it. After following that process, your corners are going to be less square and more like small triangle looking and i'm just going to take my tracks and sew from edge to edge until i get to the top. So once i get to the top, i leave a tiny little gap between the frontal and the track. You guys you do not want to sew your track on the frontal, like it'll look very bulky, so i put it just a little bit underneath the track and i sew it really nice and tight, so it can lay flat once i am done sewing i go In and i just cut the excess cap under the frontal - and i cut as close to the thread as possible, but making sure to not cut the thread when customizing the hair. You want to pin your frontal down super super flat because it'll make it easier when plugging when plucking the hair. I like to part my hair down the middle first, just because it gives me an idea of the pattern i want to plug in so first thing: i'm going to do is part out about like a centimeter of hair. You guys, because you don't want to just start plucking from the front hairline, because you'll be in a case where your front hairline is thin and the rest of your hair looks thick and you don't want your frontal to look like that when plucking it's easier. For me to pluck the hair, when it's wet y'all make sure you invest in good tweezers, because if you have dual tweezers, it will give you a very hard time when plucking you always want to pull backwards. You never want to pull up, because that will literally give you bald spots or even rip your waist. So i tried to slow this down the best. I could to show y'all how i pluck, but basically it's like, i pluck skip a section plug and i do it in really really small sections, because i, like my strokes to look super small and fine, and you really want to make sure you take your time When you pluck, because you don't want any bald spots, you guys, like your frontal, is delicate, really take your time when you plug also as i'm plucking, i comb the hair just to remove any excess hair. That'S coming out as i'm plucking it plucking is all about your preference as well. So if you like thicker hair lines, you probably won't pluck as much, but i like my hairline's a little bit thin. So i pluck a little bit more. So after plucking, i just push back the hair that was braided and i use a hot comb just to see like how much i still need to pluck, because the hot comb will really lay the hair and show you like how it's looking. So one thing i do when i'm gon na finish up my plucking is, i part out where i put my baby hairs, because once again i like my hairline, a little bit thin and i don't want my baby hairs to be thin. So i just go ahead and i part out where my baby hairs are going to be. Then i go back in and i start plucking and honestly at this part, y'all you're not going to pluck as much as you were with the hairline in the back, because usually the frontal is already looking thinner by the time you move to the front, and this Is why you use quality tweezers, you guys you will get small and beautiful strokes like that looks amazing. So next, i just repeat the process to the other side of the hair. Once i'm done plucking it's time for me to straighten the hair and when straightening my hair y'all, i like to use bio silk and i just use a little bit so that it's not too oily next, i spray some flat iron perfection spray. Just all over the hair, just so the hair can be perfectly straight. So when i'm straightening the hair y'all, i part my hair into sections, and in here i really only parted my frontal in sections, because the hair itself was already straight. The best way to straighten your hair y'all is to use the comb chase method. This gets my hair super super straight, every single time after straightening out, the hair y'all are going with mousse at the hairline, and i just use this to define like my strokes, you can use, got to be spray or whatever, but i use mousse because i wanted Mine to be softer and doing this step will just define your hairline. It'S not mandatory, but y'all. Look how nice the hairline looks so next, i'm just going to take my wax stick and put it like at the top just to fix, flyaways or whatever, and i'm just going to take my hot comb and make sure that everything is smooth. I'M running it through the tracks, through the hair everywhere, just to make sure that this wig is nice and flat, and this is the final result.
