Hey Aisha girl, Justin Cole and today, I'm gon na show you how I sew down my lace. Frontal wig - and this is the wig right here. Her name is going to be Lolita Lolita one and two. I don't know what her name is, but I love her too laid down my front tools so that we don't have a flat so that when the wind blows ain't no flat, we can put things behind our ears. Ladies, yes, we can do the same thing on the other side with that no more having to worry about when no more having to worry about a little tug, a little pull. Oh, we like to worry about that anymore. That'S one! This is with an elastic band security. This is sewn on security security and then this is gelled down. Security leave me questions all that good stuff and please subscribe to my channel. I do put out new videos every single week, alright, so we're just going to jump right on into this. This is my braiding pattern. I just have eight cornrows in the front connected to four big cornrows in the back. This is the wig that I'm working with. I did make this wig. I will link the tutorial video down in the description bar now, I'm just going to put the elastic band underneath the bulkiest part of my braids in the back and then kind of adjust it a little bit before I flip it over. As you can see, we got this little flap here we don't get rid of that, so I'm just flipping my head over and tying my hair up with a butterfly clip, and then you see here I have the elastic band underneath the bulky is part of my Braids and then I have the back of the wig kind of above that, so I'm going to sew the back of my wig down, I'm not going to go through the elastic band. I couldn't really show it on camera because I need to get in front of a mirror, but I'm going to go above the elastic band on the bottom of my braids. If that makes sense, it's just a regular stitch on the back of the head. Just to get the wig in place after the wig is so down to the back. I just flip it over and make sure that I find my part that I created on the wig and match it with the part in between my core rows and I'm going to section off my sideburns so have my sideburns here and now. I'M just going to feel with my fingers. You can use a rat tail comb for any of the partings that I'm doing, but I like to use my fingers because I really want to feel underneath their underneath the lace, so I'm just sectioning kind of curving around my ear to know exactly where I need To cut the excess lace off so now I have about half an inch quarter of an inch half an inch, something like that of excess lace that I'm about to cut off, and now I have my little cornrow right there and the flap is trimmed off now. So that's where our first stitch is going to be is going to be right there on that cornrow. So now, I'm just filling with my fingers again exactly where that cornrow is through the lace frontal, so that I know exactly where it's a stitch. So after you feel your cornrow underneath the lace frontal you're just going to part your hair again, so that we can go ahead and stitch that lace frontal down onto the cornrow directly. The first stitch is always the hardest, because the wig isn't completely secure. Yet so you kinda have to hold it in place at the same time, so I'm going in slowly with my curved needle, because I do want to kind of get underneath the cornrow, not just through it. You want to make sure that you're kind of pulling on the hair right after you tighten the thread so that you did not create like a ripple or like a wave effect in the lace front tool. I went ahead and did the other side, and now I have sectioned off another part of my hair and it's basically like a half-up half-down kind of thing, and this is where we're going to be sewing next. So the two parts on the side of my head are where my cornrows are. I went ahead and felt that out before I suction my hair off and now I'm going to go ahead and the same technique as before. Just sewing and kind of feeling where your braids are. If you decide to put like a weaving net underneath your wig, then you don't really have to feel for the braids as much as I do. But I have to really feel that I am sewing on to the braids, because I don't have anything else underneath my wig just the braids, I'm just going to sew that on all the way, around so kind of like a big u-shape - and this is also securing The middle of the wig, so so far we secure the back the middle, and then we got two different sections on each side that have been secured with the thread now put my hair down and I'm going to be doing the top stitches, which is going to Be about an inch away from the part on both sides same technique, I'm just going to be stitching that down building where my cornrows are and try my best to stitch underneath and then I'll go ahead and do the other side. This is the last bit of stitching that you really have to do. You can go in the back and do like a line down the back of the center of your head, but that's only if you want to after this stitch. The wig is pretty much secure with the thread, and this is how the wig looks without me, gluing down my frontal, so as you can see, it looks pretty good as is, and this is the got to be gelled. This is a new discovery of mine. Thanks to YouTube - and it is amazing - and it was really really difficult trying to do this on camera - you guys - because this was my first time, but I basically just pull back the little bit of flap that I still have, and then I brush my baby hairs. My actual baby hairs back with the gel, and then I put the lace frontal right where my baby hairs naturally go. I'Ve seen that a lot of people put the gel on their forehead and that makes their frontal sit in an unnatural spot. That'S not where their natural hairline is. This is not glue. This is just gel. This is meant for your hair, so you don't have to just put it on your forehead. You can put it on your real edges. It'S not going to break your edges off because it's not glue, so that's what I did and, as I place the frontal right there along my edges, I just brushed my fake baby hairs that I made on the wig down and then counted my little swoop design. The same way that you would design your natural edges, if you was trying to be extra once you get it in a place that you would like, take a blow dryer and blow dry it so that the gel is completely dry, and this is how it came Out are supposed to be you guys. I hope you guys enjoyed it. Please give a thumbs up if you liked it and if you have any other questions, please feel free to ask me. I don't have any other names for this wait besides Lily to. Let me know alright yeah. I will see you guys in my next video bye
