Hey guys welcome back to my channel, it is Brittany. So today I am gon na be doing another review from the Bobby Wallace glueless. You know lace, wig line the one that has the HD lace, so I'm gon na be having like first day footage and then second day, footage because I was struggling with this lace because the lace that comes with this wig is straight-up white. Yes, I know you can always darken. Your lace is easier to do that, but it's still a struggle to do so. Here'S the wig itself. It is a nice bob wig and this is in the style Kiva. So this week has a pre plucked hair line, a ton of baby here, which I'm not a fan of here's. The inside of the cap, the inside of the cap. You get the 13 by 7 area, so you do have the extended lace, frontal area the cap of it is a mesh cap. You get the adjustable band in the back. The adjustable straps comb in the back two combs around where the mesh area is as well as an adjustable elastic band, so that's cool that they has. They have that. So what I did with this wig was, I cut the lace and again this lace is super. Duper light and I use the even New York aerosol spray it deposits color really well. It is a little bit on the orange side. So if you are my complexion, it does give off a orange kind of reddish tint, but I do prefer that over the white cast that it comes with, so you got to kind of play around with it. So I use a hot comb. I ran it through the roots and everything, but I did want to show you guys what it looked like as a side part. The side part was pretty sexy looking, but I did have that like glow around the hairline. That was white, so I wasn't feeling that, but I still wanted a shot part look like and then after I showed you guys, the sad part looked like. I went ahead and started as a middle part, because with this week I do feel like it looks better. As the middle part, but that's just my opinion - everybody has their own say about it, and the same thing happened with fair. The part in space when you do it on the side is super wide, so you're gon na have to you know kind of finesse. It a little bit so it doesn't look weird, so I did have to use gots me glue free spray because it wasn't melting down like I wanted it to so you can wear it glueless, but for me it wasn't working out glueless. So I used my god to be gluten free spray and I used my blow dryer and then I put my face powder on it and I'm gon na mention later in the video which face powder, I used yeah. This was cute, but you're gon na see like the halo around the hairline, which I wasn't feeling so that's why I'm coming I'm gon na come later in the video and show you guys. You know day two and give you my opinion about it. I don't think I mentioned later in the video the cap size, but the cap size to me was like a medium medium to large, but I felt like it was more so medium but um yeah, so we'll get in today to footage, and you guys will hear My opinion, I've already reviewed fair from this collection, and if you haven't seen that review, it will be on the info car for you guys, so you can check that out. So I have already reviewed Mabel and I already to review this one, which is this one, is MLF for five for Kiva. So this was the last one that I reviewed within today. I looked at the footage - and I was like oh this place is too light. So I have to reapply it a second and see if it's better, so I have to redo my maple video over again too, because the lace was too light here, so um, obviously right off the bat. The lace is insanely light, but it's easier. You know it's easier to darken lace than it is to lighten my. So I knew that because I had already, you know, worked with fair and I had to do. You know some manipulation with lace tent, but there's just like. I said in the fare video there's different options. You can do to darken your lace, you can use face powder. I use a mix of I used to even New York, the even tinted, lace, aerosol spray and, like warm Brown, I watched natural choice video a few weeks ago and I picked up some. They restocked on Sam's Beauty, so I have a and some other websites they restock. So you can pick this up. I have like warm brown. This is the lightest shade and because this lace is so light, this actually does. You know make a difference with how light the lace is so by now you have already seen like the first day, footage and everything, and I did show a little bit of the application process. That was super disappointing because I you know I thought I was done with this review, but I I want to try to do you know the wigs on my channel justice as much as I can before. I say it's not it so second day, second day um as I'm filming this, it is Wednesday January January, 8th drop my fare video today I watch the body by Kira's video and I like how she like customized her hair line and everything to suit her. So what I did today was I tweezed a hair line up just a little bit more because personally for me, I don't think the hair line was that bad. I think they did a good job of doing it. You know having it free plucked, but I did like how body by Cara did that, so I did send my hair, my hairline out a little bit, but not that much what I really did was. I went back and edit more of the even tinted lace spray. This does have more of a warm hue and it's not maybe a neutral light. Brown would have worked better for me, but the little kind of orange tint and it still worked - and I would prefer that over having the ashy white lace that it comes with. So I used that and then today yesterday I use deep neutral one from covergirl, but today I use medium tan neutral and I actually worked because it's you know lighter than the deep neutral, but it's darker than my typical face powder. So it works. You know work really well on the lace now this is it claims to be HD lace. It actually looks pretty decent. I'M sure when I watch the footage it might be. A little off is some white spot steel, there's still some white spots on this side um, but it claims to have HT lace and I have tried she likes with human hair. Wigs and today I did watch still looking good 58 and she had Kiva and she is a fair skinned woman, she's, a fair skinned woman of color and he had this week and it was even too light for her. So she showed an example of what HD lace looks like on the human hair wig versus this HD, transparent lace, and there is a difference, but you also have to keep in mind. This is a synthetic wig steel like I know they were. I know that it was ambitious of them to try to get HD transparent lace, but it's still not gon na be as good as a human hair. Hd likes wig, because those wigs are way more expensive than you do get what you pay for. You don't have to do all of this work if you, you know, spend the money to get it, but this is about fifty dollars or so depending on what you purchase yours from there's about $ 50, and I feel, like I'm kind of 50/50 on about the Lace, so I do feel like they got the the thinness and the thinness of the lace, just like it would be with HT likes from a human hair company, but the color that they chose is not a good color. I just don't feel like it is. I feel like most people are gon na, have to do a lot of work to get their legs to blend. Even people who are you know really fair skinned. I feel like they're gon na have to do a lot of manipulation, but if you don't want to spin, if you don't want to spend the 200 300 400 dollars for an HD lace wig. But you want that kind of vibe and you're willing to put in some work to get this week to melt down for you. Then this could still be an option. So I'm not gon na knock this week that much, but it's not HD lace like we want it to be, I'm kind of split. It'S not really HD like how it should be, but it for some people. This is still gon na work because some people like putting work into their wigs so something else I did. I went back and recut the hair lines cut in zigzag, so I went up and down and Stan just straight across because yesterday I did cut straight across and it was like detectable. When I was looking at pictures. It would just be like a huge line of demarcation around my hairline and I was not feeling that so I went back today and cut dips and grooves and stuff in my lace and then I just put this powder on top and it blend it down better. It'S not perfect, but it's pretty decent, now, um the style itself. I think this bob is cute. You guys know. I don't feature too many synthetic bobs on my channel that much anymore. I just don't get excited about them, but I feel like this. Texture is very nice, it's a very it's. A the texture of this wig is a light yaki, and this is a beautiful bob. I think it's a beautiful bob has right movement. Now you guys see like the little curve bump parts right here. You can always straighten that out with the flat iron on the low heat setting. I actually have gotten shedding with this week. No tangling, though I mean I wouldn't, expect too much tangling from a week. That'S this short. If you're somebody especially beginners and you don't know how to blend lace like that is gon na first stretch you so, I would say, pass probably on this whole collection. I still have another week to go. I don't think they're beginning friendly. I feel like these are for, like intermediate to advanced to advanced wig wearers, who know how to work with problematic lace and, if you're, just going for just like. I said in the fair video, if you're just going for this style, there's tons of bobs that are easier to apply that just have you know the straight parting. Now I do think this hairline looks pretty natural because it's they send it out first. So that's different between like a typical synthetic wig where just has the lace parting, but if you're just going for the look, I would go for the cheaper option, but I do think this is cute so and this week did come with baby hair. So, as you guys saw in the earlier footage, but I blend it - the the baby hairs within the wig - I didn't cut them off. You can cut them off if you want to, but I just didn't want a risk of you know messing up the week. Messing up the hairline too much, but I blended the baby hairs into a week because they were just in the way and not everybody wants to use the baby hairs. That comes with the week, and I didn't want to do that. So I just wanted to come back on day two, because I wanted to make sure I tried to give my all as far as like application before I was just like over it, but really and truly with wigs over the last like six months or so on. Everyday basis I see like I know, the craze is frontals and stuff because you want versatility and what that natural look and so synthetic wood companies are following suit and I think that's great, but just on the everyday basis. I don't reach for these kinds of weeks. I just don't the wet Lakes collection on the 13 by whatever's that have come out over the last year or year and a half on everyday basis. I do not reach for those weeks. I reach for wigs that are easy to apply and don't require so much manipulation with the hairline. That'S just what I reach for, but I know a lot of people want to see these kinds of weeks on my channel, so I do want to come and showcase those to you guys. So, overall, I'm gon na give this week seven and a half give it a seven and a half. I don't think it's a bad week. I think it's a very cute style. I just don't think, don't think they did a great job as far as like getting the color of the lace right, but you know other than that they do have a lot of you know. Good features about the texture is beautiful. It does come with some elastic adjustable elastic band inside the cap, but I don't think it's that good. It'S kind of flimsy, because I didn't y'all probably didn't see this. I probably left it out of the video, but when I was putting it on my head and trying to you know, adjust elastic band it kept coming to loose and pop in my head is big, but I don't think it's because of my head being big. I just don't think it was constructed that well, who think I see the potential, and I can see this working for somebody, but you know this is just my opinion. As always, some of you might like it and be feeling it. I think I did a good job, though of you know, blending it down. It'S probably not perfect, everywhere cuz, I do feel like. I have some Ashley spots here and there, but I think I blend it. The lace down as best as I could yeah. I heard from a wig manufacturer I work with that HD lace is really scarce because it is a thinner swiss lace especially created for higher end wigs and used for wigs in the movies etc.. and not originally created for the general public. They are not ready to meet the demands of the general public maybe that's why this HD lace is not up to par. HD lace is going to drive the prices of both synthetic and human hair wigs up, but I think some people will use it as a marketing gimmick to charge more . Again thanks for your thorough reviews.
