You want a sleigh like me: well stay tuned, I'm gon na review this amazon week that I purchased and we're gon na go step by step in seeing how I got the look. You don't want to miss out stay tuned, alright guys. I got this wig that I am going to review from you or for you from Amazon. It is the Calais 28 inch hand, braided 13 by 6 lace, frontal side part twist breaks whew, that's a mouthful wigs with baby here for black women, a hundred percent cankle on black synthetic lightweight anyway. So, as you see, I am unboxing the wig and right now as of now, I have nothing but good things to say about this situation. These braids are so neat and lace in the front. The 13 by 6 is so beautiful in see-through, and it's like, I could just imagine how this was gon na come out, but I didn't know yet so again, so it's been packaged pretty nice. It has some styrofoam in the front to keep the lace in order and to keep those baby hairs that they pulled out intact. So I really appreciate the way that they actually took their time in shipping. This to you, I mean look at the details and the quality and the baby years. I love because a lot of wigs have way too much. This had just enough baby years to be realistic. Look at that part like my finger is in there and it looks like pure scalp. The construction of the cap is pretty good. The front, like I said, usually, goes probably about 1/4 or 1/2 away from your head, so I would say about half of your head will be lace, okay and then the bottom half is just a regular like some type of stocking cat and had great comb placement. Just everything about this thing is just awesome. Now I paid $ 160 for this guys, I'm gon na go ahead and leave that information. The details below I'll leave the link so that you can go ahead and click on it. But when I tell you this week was amazing: now, in the back it had like sold braids together, which I've seen on some other weeds and people take it apart. I choose to leave it to get down like that, so that the wing will stay flat in the back no filler hairs. I mean it's almost like they're, just braiding the wig. It'S tough, like you, can't see any tracks. None of that I try to get as close as possible, but it's almost like somebody just set behind you and actually just braid it braided this hair. It is awesome and I can't wait to show you alright guys. So I used a stocking cap method because I want this to be as realistic as possible. I had already used a got to be glued and it's pretty much dry. So now what I'm doing is. I am cutting around the portion of the hair or the wig cap that is not glued down and I'm gon na take my time here and actually do it. Now I did a pretty thick section of the got to be glued. I'M already certain that I'll have to dial that back some just so that the actual weight will fit on top of it. So I'm gon na take my time here and make sure that I cut these edges and you know have it looking right, I'm gon na go ahead and speed up the video cuz. There'S no reason for you to sit here and just watch me struggle with getting this thing on. Okay, so I've gotten this week, cap all cut, but, as you can see, I have a pretty thick section of the got to be glued. That'S probably gon na need to be trimmed down, so what I'm doing now is going ahead and placing this wig on top of my head, so that I could do a makeshift measuring of how how much more of the wig cap needs to be cut. As you can see, I have probably about an inch or so more of the wig cap that needs to be cut, but first I'm just trying to bring the wig down as low on my forehead as possible, just to make sure that the hairline looks pretty natural And when I did that, I noticed that I still had to cut on the sides, and I'm gon na have to leave my own baby hair out, because I got a big head and all the cat. Although the cap is nice, it doesn't quite fit from ear to ear from my big old head. So what I'm gon na have to do is go ahead and stop it or cut it. I should say alright guys so once I got the placement where I wanted it, I decided it was probably best if I go ahead and cut the lace off. I just flicked my baby ears back towards the braids with I didn't use any clips or anything like that, but that same method seemed to work pretty good. I put a little bit of gel on them and kind of slicked them and move them out of the way and, as you can see, as I'm cutting my lace, I still have plenty of the wig cap. That'S got a need to be trimmed and come off. So I'm pretty much just taking my time and cutting the areas that need to be cut and going from there. Okay, so I grab my trusty eyebrow pencil and I was pretty much just trying to measure how far back I had to cut this week at once. I took the week off my head and you know where it was going to lay so after cutting the lace. I pretty much did that on both sides. Just to give me an indication about how much okay. So now you can see the little brown line at the top of my forehead. That'S where I actually have to cut back. I'M gon na have to peel away at the stocking cap, at least that far in order for it not to be showing. When I put my wig on which I have done, but what I so now that I've done, that, what I'm doing is putting my layer of the God to be glued around the front of the cat, I've already put more on the top of it. Just to kind of get those edges that I cut away to lay down, and I'm gon na also go over the edges with the got to be glued as well. Just to give you I have got to be glued around the edges, I'm just kind of cleaning. It up giving it more of a razor straight line, I'm also gon na spray. On my fries, I got to be glue, blasting free spray, just to give it that extra hold that sucker was co2. So, right after I do that I'm gon na let it kind of get tacky for a little while before I place the wig on my head. So I probably let this sit, probably a good 10 15 minutes and this whole process y'all probably took me a good hour to get this wig on right, but it'll be ok. So I try to let the dr. B glue dry a little bit, but in the meantime what I'm gon na do is just get some of my flesh toned powder. It'S probably a concealer powder that I use. I don't know, but I wanted to go ahead and bring down the color of that wig cap at least all the way halfway through my head, just so that when I put it on the lace, it'll look more like the color of my flesh versus having this. All this lightness bleed through and because of course, you want it to be more realistic. So I would, you know, suggest if you have any type of powder that you use in your makeup routine and just go ahead and lightly brush your wig cap, so that the lace will pick up that color. Once it's placed on top of it. As you can see, I didn't go real heavy with it. I just tried to make it be seamless. I stayed away because my got to be glued was still just a little bit tacky or wet in the front so, but I wanted to go ahead and get this portion done and I went ahead and finished that up and you will soon see the finish results. You now my clue is a little bit drier, so it's just simply placing the week on my head and I am going to bring it forward till the edge of the glue and I could not find my ratchet comb. Probably one of my kids have it, but I went ahead and grabbed the edge of the scissors just to kind of melt that glue and as you can see, it is coming out beautifully a melt melt at the edge of the lace into the glue and I'm Just already loving how it's coming out, I haven't even begun to try and do the baby hairs, but it just blended so well and I'm just in love with these results. I was worried about having to leave so much of my sides out because, once again, like I said, I have the big head, but as you can see man that actually gave it a more realistic look, so I was really very happy about the way that it Was coming together, I wasn't too worried, like I had a lot of white from got to be glued, not too much, but I wasn't worried about it, but look at that man that flesh I'm just doing that extra step of putting the powder onto the wig cap. It just looks so natural, like you cannot tell I mean these braids look like they are coming out of my head without the pain man, just a beautiful, beautifully done. Wig, like I can't even speak enough about how good this thing is coming out, but anyway, so I just continue to pack this thing on down and making sure that it is secure in the minute that I put that patter down. I can just feel how tight it was and this thing is not going to move at all once it's dry, but man just look at this man, it's just it is just gorgeous okay. So now that I got this thing all tied down, it's time for me to mess around with these baby hairs, I'm cutting them short as possible and believe it or not, those are not my real hair. Those are the hair that came out of the week and yeah. I know I got a lot of Krusty's going on on the side from the got to be glued on my own head and baby hair, but man I mean this thing looks good good good. I was filling myself a little bit, but just look how gorgeous those braids are man. So what I'm gon na do now is just take my edge good go control the 24-hour edge Kaymer by even or even, however, you said I just live by, but it gives you such a firm hold and normally it'll last about 24 hours, or so all I'm Doing is putting the letter of the edge control first down on it. If I need to go ahead and trim the baby here, it's a little bit make them a little bit shorter. You got to excuse me from moving in and out of the screen, but anyway I'm not that good but baby here, but I think that I do okay, you know, and the reason I really really just love this week is that it's not like looking like a Bag, I mean it's just enough, just the right amount of baby hair to to really lay this down and look super super natural. Now some people probably gon na think because of my own damn amount of hair that I leave out on the side that big chunk of hair on the side. It'S actually coming out of my hair, so just gon na slick that down as much as I possibly can, of course, is not gon na be perfect, and but hell it is what it is. I have to clean it up a little bit later, but you know it is like. I said this one is I'm just repeating myself anyway, so it's not too bad looking, it looks and blends really really well like. I am so so in love with this thing. Man, I just went on the other side and cut that baby here and I'm gon na go ahead and slick that down as well you you know I had to come back and put on a little bit of makeup. I didn't do a full beat, but the hair was too pretty to get on here with no eyebrows, no anything. But what do you think like comment subscribe thanks for watching? And yes thanks so much you
