Alright guys welcome back to my channel your girl fab here, and we are back with another video this time i am going to be showing you guys my natural hair care that i do under my wigs. This is what i feel that pretty much helped my hair grow so much because, if you've been following me, you know that i've been stating that wearing wigs for a whole okay, this is future editing brie. I didn't realize how dirty my mirror was, but hopefully y'all can look past that and just hear all the great details that i'm giving to y'all to promote here growth but anywho. I just had to pause and let y'all know before this video got any longer, but anyways. Let'S continue whole year has really stretched my hair out really really long. I know this is um. You probably can't see it because my hair is freshly washed and i just wanted to show you guys what it looks like um. The shrinkage is real for me because once i blow dry this out, you guys are going to see like what's what, but i feel like having a hair routine. Definitely um gets the job done as far as helping promote hair growth um. The number one thing i can say that i feel that has helped me. A lot is low manipulation um. I know that i started off with doing like a lot of different natural hairstyles or whatever, and it may work for different people, but for me i noticed that my hair was kind of stunt like stunted it grows like it really wasn't going anywhere when i was Pretty much touching it all the time and putting so much product on it and just all of that craziness so um i just decided to kind of go on and to do protective styling. So that's number two protective styling is definitely key. So with this video, i'm definitely going to be showing you all what i do as far as um, just the hair care, the health of my hair under my wigs, it's all about keeping your hair healthy when you do do a certain protective styling and with me It'S wearing wigs, so, as you can see, i am going in with the chi thermal spray. This is what i like to use um before blow drying my hair. This is a heat protectant and i noticed whenever i do blow dry my hair before braiding it down. I don't get as much shedding and my hair when it's kind of straight underneath before i put on a wig, it's like i don't know it just lays better. My braids are a little bit flatter and my wig is not as bulky. I know from time to time, if you saw i was kind of going in straight from when my hair was um wet from the you know shower from washing it. I would just go ahead and moisturize it put in a leave conditioner and then braid it down and put a wig over it. But to me i find that to kind of damage my hair in a way it probably doesn't, but i do notice a lot more shedding when i do it that way. So now i am starting a new technique where i blow dry my hair out first and then i will go in and braid it down and then put my wig on. So i guess, because it's still kind of wet, underneath my hair doesn't really get a chance to fully dry, so my hair just kind of gets crazy and tangly under there. So when it's time for me to take down my braids, it's just i feel like my hair is like ripping out so yes, i highly suggest blow drying your hair first before braiding your hair and, as you can see, my hair is stretched. Okay - and this is not even flat - ironed okay - this is just blow drying it and you can already see how long it is, and what i'm about to do is actually go to each section and do the same steps as you saw. That would be me using the thermal spray spraying it all over. It then brushing it out just making sure you coat each strand and then going in with that brush blow dryer. I really don't know, i think it's from conair. I think i got this from my little sister, so i don't even know where it's from, but i definitely need one of these um. I love blow dryers that has like a comb or a brush to it, because i feel like it really dries. My hair faster and it's much easier it like detangle it at the same time, because me, using the other way around like holding a blow dryer and then holding a brush to do that. My hair is too tangly for that format, so you would definitely catch me with a blow jar that already has that um connection to it. You know now i am going to finish off my hair and then i'll be back showing you guys what i use to kind of help moisturize and to also help promote um hair growth under my wigs all right. So here i'm just going to take my hair down from those twists. I always like to put my hair and twist whenever i am doing it into sections just so, the hair can be out of the way um. It won't be just all over the place when i'm blow drying each section. So that's a good thing to do if you find it hard to do that, just part your hair into sections and then blow dry from there and, as you can see, look at this lion's mane, okay, my hair has grown so much just from doing this protective Hairstyle and it doesn't necessarily have to be wearing wigs, you can do braids. You can do whatever really that you feel that'll help, help you with low manipulation and just not touching your hair as much so just for me, i would say just fine not for me, but for you guys, i would just say just find a protective hairstyle that You can definitely wear all of the time and just rock with it from there try to do it for like a whole year. I promise or like six months for real for real, like you would definitely see a difference in your hair. If you don't touch it as much and i just chose wigs because you can switch it out, you can do long. You can do short, you can do curly, you can do all kinds of styles, so i really love to wear wigs, alright. So now it's time to start braiding. So what i like to do is just part my hair into two sections and then from the other side i like to do two braids in each section, so i'm starting off with my right side, for you guys it's actually. My left side, but i'm starting on my right side here, i'm just brushing out my hair a little bit more, just making sure i get all of the tangles and the kinks out before actually braiding out my hair, and these right here are the two main things That i really enjoy using for my hair and it smells so freaking good y'all. This is the olive oil conditioning hair lotion. It smells so good, i would say, use any kind of product that has some type of conditioning in it, whether it's a hair lotion. You can really go in with another um leave-in conditioner, if you want to, but i feel like a leave-in conditioner, just really curls up my hair too much, but using a some type of hair lotion is really really good and then adding an oil to it. I was using the do grow oil like i would squirt some of the hair lotion out and then go on top of it with the oil and then rub it together and then just rub it all over. My hair make sure i'm getting those ends because i did have color in my hair at one point. So my ends are a little bit raggedy, so i don't want to cut it until we get to a certain length and my goal now, i'm trying to get tailbone with so just be on the lookout we're going to do different, um, hair trackings on my channel, Like i'm just going to flat iron, my hair just to see where we are so just give me about like two more months, we're going to try to flat iron, our hair um, one more time just to see where we are and yeah but um. Now i'm just kind of braiding my hair down, and i pretty much do this for each section i just go in with the hair lotion then go in with the duval oil and just rub it all over that section before braiding it down and doing this before. Braiding it down just helps locks in that moisture for your hair, so it doesn't dry out and damage underneath you know um it just kind of still has that softness to it. It'S not brittle when you take your hair down from this hairstyle. So definitely do some type of moisturizing before braiding down your hair for real for real it'll it'll. Save you a lot of time with detangling and you won't have a lot of breakage and stuff like that. So definitely do that and then here i'm just going in with the edge control i like to use some type of edge control this that has some type of light: hair growth, hair, promoting hair, promoting growth to it. I don't know if i said that right but anywho, i'm using the um, lovely bees edge control because it has um vitamins, vitamin e oil in it and they also just have other kind of nutrients that really helps with nourishing your edges. So i really love using this product by slicking, my hair back, because i am getting ready to put a wig on which will be part two to this. Video so definitely stay tuned for that. But if you like this video just definitely go ahead and give it a thumbs up, because this is pretty much it you guys like um. I just make sure my hair is moisturized, really really good. Before going in with a wig, you know, and then here you can see i'm going back in with they do go on and just greasing. My scalp, like i put enough on just to make sure my scalp is like not dry. You know because my hair, my scalp, tends to get dry after a while. So yes, you guys that's pretty much it for this video. I really hope you enjoyed it. I hope i gave you some really good tips on growing your hair and the two main tips for you. Guys is low manipulation and just protective styling y'all like and just creating a regimen for your hair. You want to wash your hair enough, you know, and whenever i do wash my hair, i use shampoo and conditioner. I don't really do like the co-washing thing unless i just feel like. I don't really need to use the shampoo but majority of the time i'm using shampoo and conditioner. So, yes, you guys definitely give this video a thumbs up and, like i always say i will talk to you all in my next video bye.

Rae: Blow drying helps my hair retain length too. I became a blow dry natural about 4 months ago and I’m FINALLY seeing some length retention after 3 years of being natural. Heat is not damaging if you use proper technique. Great video!

Jessica Desire: This is so true! Finally a YouTuber stating what you have to do. My hair is “long” and it’s because I leave my hair alone! STOP touching your hair ladies. Low manipulation is key! Have you ever got braids and take them out after 2 months and your hair grew ? I thought this was common knowledge. Protective styling is the MAJOR key as well. People think I have no hair because I wear protective styles even hair dressers give me a hard time because my hair is so full and long. ( which I find hypocritical because if your bold they have something to say too but that’s a story for a different day) Find a hair dresser that works with natural hair and encourages you. Also you don’t need a million products. Just shampoo, a deep conditioner, moisturizer, a detangler to help with breakage and pain and oil. I just started doo grow as well. That’s it. Everyone’s hair is different so only you can know how often you need to wash and use these simple products. Also little to no heat. And only trim your hair 1 or 2 times a year. Please keep in mind that genetics play apart as well.

Cailaysia09: Perfect example of "Just because I wear weave, don't mean I'm baldheaded!" Yes guys black women have long hair too!!!!

Mari Posa: I noticed also that when I braided my hair while damp... there was a LOT of shedding when I took them down. Then I started blow drying my hair b4 braiding & noticed the shedding was a lot less Easier to braid when dry also..not too much pulling. Your hair looks nice & healthy

Threella8 Integrity: Takeaway: Low Manipulation, Protective Styling, Moisturize, Do Grow Oil, Olive Oil Conditioning Hair Lotion, Edge Control Lovely Bees. GREAT ADVICE! PROOF IS IN THE PUTTING; YOU SHUT IT DOWN, BABY GIRL. I DEF SUBSCRIBED ‍♀️

MariaB: During Covid, I started wearing two simple braids, wash and condition periodically, then put back in two braids. I make sure to cover it at night (IDC what my husband thinks ). The growth has been phenomenal. I love how this video is simple, without tons of product.

Shamariahrose: somebody should be proud of me i finally learned how to braid my hair i re did the front of my box braids yesterday so i didnt have to take them out and mess with my hair so yeah and my hair is growing soooo much ( im 13 btw)

Denise Sheffield: My hair grew long like yours after wearing braids for months at a time. I agree with you that the key is not manipulating it much. Your hair looks pretty and healthy! I've been wearing two long braids that I pin back all summer. I'm going to try the products you mentioned. Where did you get your little edge brush?

Janet Spoon: You look gorgeous without makeup and thanks for representing our hair and showing that it grows.

Kiara Washington Speaks: I love the promotion of protective styling. All of the you tubers with longer hair talk about low manipulation and protective and how key it is, and the hair growth and length shows how true that is

PhillyzJamPoet: Beautiful ☺️

Jessica D: Not going to lie...I did protective styles (braids and twists) for 1 year. My hair grows fast anyway, but the ends were WAY LESS frayed due to low manipulation. I'm going to try wigs for the winter, I've never worn wigs (unless it was for shows), so this will be different. Keep it up!

Urstrulii: Love this simple regimen. Started this and my hair has been growing like crazy. I now get sooooo many compliments and I will keep going. Thank you soooo much

Shannon G: I love how you reply to your comments. All of my questions were answered because of doing that! Thank you very much I just subscribed.

Shanny Stephens: *whining voice* I want my hair to get this long

Brittiny love: I love seeing representation I thought there was something wrong with my hair because I’ve seen so many women with thicker hair but turns out my hair is fine and not necessarily thin so I can stop cutting it now lol

Beautiful Diva: I did this same thing to my daughters hair and my 8 year old hair is now waist length. My 4 year old hair is past her shoulders.

Elexus Loves Her Life: Putting some flaxseed gel on the ends would be a nice finish. It's amazing for retaining length; this video was relaxing to watch lol ☺️

Linda Venable: Your hair is the gorgeous bomb! It looks so healthy, long, and well tamed!

Asia Lynn: You know what’s so strange.I followed so many natural hair you tubers for about 4 years and used so many different products. My hair would grow but I always had a difficult time retaining length because I always had a problem with split ends.I would always moisturize my hair deep condition and just the whole 9 for my hair. After 4 years of trying to get longer healthier hair I gave up and started texturizing. It’s so weird because my hair actually felt a lot better after being texturized. It was really manageable and extra soft.My hair is still kinky just stretched my hair retains moisture a lot better now and now that I finally found a whole hair care line that my hair loves I feel like I can finally be able to achieve healthy hair again.

W: Thank you SO MUCH for this video. I believe my sister grew her hair out doing this SAME routine!!! I know I experience the same hair thangs you expressed in this video with my hair. I have been coming to terms that my hair needs to be touched less. I will and am listening to accepting my hair and how to care for it. CUZ, bluejazzle, I KNOW my hair will grow. I - REFUSE - 2 - GO - BACK - PERM (wish I had a good emoji for this one). Thank you for being SO honest about this. Although your texture is different (as in looser, prominent definition when wet), I am glad to find another youtuber with long, similar hair features goes through some relatable hair thangs. Great video

Sage Queen: Can't wait till my hair get to this length . Your hair is so beautiful btw

Simone Wade: I’ve done the same routine for like years and have very similar looking hair. Unfortunately, I flat ironed my own hair (did NOT know what I was doing) and caused severe heat damage. I was at waist length going for tailbone as well. Now I’m just gonna trim off about 2 inches every 2 months and wear wigs for about a year. Hopefully that fixes it…

Egypts Pyramid: Bruhhhh am I the only black girl that doesn’t know how to braid

VIRTUE: This video was so so helpful. Simple yet effective routine wow thank you so much hun

Jazzmond's Mannequin TV: I agree with the low manipulation and blow drying your hair before braiding it down for a protective style. I retained the most length in 6 months than I have in the last 6 years that I've been natural. Great tips

I’Risha: My hair is just like yours texture and all. I recently starting blow drying and stopped the wash and go’s because they were stunting my growth due to knotting. My hair grows healthier in a blown out state.

Princess Nia Marie: Pretty girl. Pretty hair! I love wigs and still wear them to grow and protect my hair despite people making fun of me for wearing them. And my hair is high porosity so I NEED low manipulation! How often do you moisturize?

Babou♉️♉️: Wearing wigs is the truth hunny . I even grew all my natural hair out of the relaxer stage without even doing big chop 5 years ago with them wigs. Yesss wigs and braids are definitely saving our natural hair .

Elle Elegance: Sis what you said about, braiding hair straight after the leave in conditioner is soo true! Taking the hair out always comes with immense shedding, whereas blow drying has way better benefits. I know people get scared cos of the heat, however, using beat within moderation can't break healthy hair. Anyways, excited using this new technique ❤❤

sunmoon: whew thanks so much for this! I thought I was going crazy because my hair is so thick and long and would be impossible to fit in a wig

Amia Renee: I wouldn't know how to act if my hair was that long

its kristtaahh: Omggg I do the exact thing . I first noticed that my hair grew out a lot when I use to get sew ins but the thread made it a little bit thinner just a little but I stopped before it could get worse lol thennnn I got it dye blonde but the lady did my whole head instead of just the tips like I asked it was gorgeous but I only wanted the ends bc I didn’t know how to take care of it ( I had been leaving my hair in sew ins bc it grew more when I left it alone to do it thing lol ) so it started breaking off I now do LCO method and trim my ends and it’s already past the length it was before breaking off so yesss I definitely suggest try wearing wigs and moisturizing your braids underneath . ✨

Its.Arizona: Your hair is so pretty

April Jordan: Your hair is so successful. It look terrific. Continue the great hair journey because you deserve it. Congrats !

LifeWithAlexisLanae: Your hair is so cute with the 4 braids to put under your wig! My hair is way too thick to only do 4 braids under my wig so this’ll never work for me haha

Karen Scales: I keep my hair tucked away. Under either a pretty head wrap or a wig. You can not manipulate your hair everyday and expect growth spurts. I am relaxed and my hair is bra strap. I trim 3 times a year. Only when I relax. My black rice water treatments promote my hair growth. 4C high porosity. It loves protein and Blue Magic. I keep my hair plated and well moisturized. I also use a leave in.

BabyG: How often do you do this? I have been doing this same exact method for years and my hair has grown but I feel like barely I’m going to try “twists” under my wig and for regular maintenance. Just subscribed! ❤️

One Vanity: I love that blow dryer!! Usually I let my hair air dry, but that brush dryer is my go to when I don't want my hair wet

Gerri Miller: My clip in hair has protected my 4B hair. I totally agree with ya sista i use onion, ginger & garlic spritz with a little orange peel to camoflauge the scent twist and use argan oil, place a shower cap on overnight and in the morning i wash it out quickly, dry & twist and put a cute wig on ...growth is tremendous

Pam Pooh: Even when I wear a wig for only a month and take it out I can see growth so she ain't lying

Lola D: Beautiful hair and skin routine tutorial is needed! You should definitely get a trim so the hair isn’t breaking up the shaft. You don’t want your ends to be thinner than roots. It’ll leave that stringy looking hair look.

viesha Stevens: LOC method (liquid, oil, and cream) Low manipulation Keeping hair covered wig or scarf Weekly wash routine Deep condition with mask or treatment Rice water rinse or aloe vera rinse weekly after shampoo Drink water take vitamins

Sharon Ridley: Your skin looks flawless! You should do a skin care video

L Bu: Your hair is gorgeous and thank you so much for sharing! How have your wigs been on your edges? Have you not had any issues with losing edges with wigs? I just purchased my first 2 wigs ever, and want to do what you do, but just was a little concerned about edges. Anyway, I'll be looking throughout your journey!

Jordan Williams: Your hair is so beautiful, I love how gentle and patient you are with it .

W: Black Women/Girls ROCK!!!

Moena Battle: Girl I was just a bout to do something like this. But I’m only going to do 4 braids now !

Lovely Lenish: Girl you been pumping the videos OUT! OK CONSISTENCY!

Sami A: Wearing my hair under wigs def helped a lot

IamKunique: Do you keep your hair in 4 braids for the entire month? Before, re-doing the whole routine? I’m in the process of growing my hair out and I just keep getting box braids but this might be a little easier & less time.

Samantha Covington: So how often do you leave your wig on? I just got my first wig, and I’ve been wearing it this week, but I’m not sure how long I should go without taking it off and moisturizing my hair. My natural hair is in my pic, and I need to know how to deal with it

Chinkeyejas: I don’t know if I missed this information but how long do you normally keep your braids up before you take them down and repeat the process?

Kefiki: I’ve kept braids in this year for about 5 months and Yes leaving my hair alone and moisturizing has really allowed my hair to maintain length and feel much thicker. You ask how to grow your hair ? Literally just leave it alone touching it too much will most likely because breakage especially if you don’t know what your hair likes just yet.

Sam Levy: You are AWESOME. I truly enjoy your vlogs!!! I do not get easily bored at all with what you say. Thank you so very much. Keep up the great work!

W: How often do you remoisturize while wearing wigs? This is my first hair growth challenge I feel will work for me.

Ridah King: How often do you deep condition your hair? I plan on doing this but I don't know how to handle the deep conditioning since I do it weekly.

Neoysha Scott: Love this video . Some ppl wear damaged hair under wigs. You provided simple and great tips

Mary Mansaray: This Video Is so lovely thank you for these tips It's really beautiful, I have a hair routine, and all thanks to you I have a protective style and I moisturise It during a protective style to keep it moisturised. You're Beautiful

Yanelle Nyatte: For someone who has skull length hair (4C), what can I do to make them grow? How many years would it take to make it that long?

Jo Anne Hall: Great job girl! So, I got a couple questions. Sorry if I missed this. How long did it take to get it this length? Also what is the name/brand of that hair dryer brush? Please! I can never get one that gets hot enough....

De'Era Wilkins: I love you hair in these braids alone! I’m going to have to try this

KatWoman: Found the blow dryer brush- it’s Revlon. Definitely need this in my life. Revlon needs to be a sponsor of yours bc I’m definitely buying this ☺️. So I finally caught up with more of your videos and see you’re doing the TYMO brand. I’m so late. Lol But I’ll stick with your sister’s Revlon. My hair is BIG enough, so I don’t need the added volume the TYMO would add. Thank you for sharing your process with us!!

Caramelskin Beauty: You are so right about blowing the hair out then braid. I use the same dryer by Revlon.

Teniceia Patrice: Yes this is my goal i can’t wait till my hair is this length

Queen Nini: my hair broke off bad, I am a natural hair girl, so for a time my hair was long but not anymore because now I’m starting to learn how to do my hair on my own especially bc of heat damage my hair is really short. Now I wanna start wearing wigs just for the sake of protecting my hair and for growth, and I’m gonna start changing things up so I can get my long again, I love your video and it’s one step to growth in my hair, so thank you so much!!!!!!

BA.P31: That pause Beautiful hair!!

Miracle Bolton: Hey I have two questions how often do you take the wig off to wash your hair and how often do you take it off to moisturize your scalp ?

Koriander Yander: Edge control does nothing for my hair My hair says "Oh! That's a gel" and curls up

Tiffani: Hey Bre I just started wearing wigs. How often are you washing your hair under the wigs? Like every month or every couple of weeks?

Amiya F: Can’t wait for my hair gets this long

Bri Hu$$le: New subscriber. I have always rocked wigs for my go to "protective style". I'm curious what shampoo and conditioner do you use? I usually like to use the same products instead of using different ones. I ❤️ your hair, It's hair goals.

Michaela Oren: I think this is my problem. I'm going to start doing stretched protective styling and wearing a wig. I have ocd and one of my obsessions is my hair. I change my hairstyle EVERY day and my hair texture is medium/fine so it breaks and sheds soooo easily. I also do protective styles wet because I wanted to avoid heat but I think pulling it taught while wet and leaving it no room to expand is even worse.

cheryl parker: Finally a real simple hair care low mainteanance protected style video thanx you?

rachelmiaa: Okay is this weird?: I feel like my hair grows ALOTTTT when it's in dry twists!! Like when I braid my hair I just feel like it will break my hair

Khayla Colbert: Will the blow drying ultimately cause heat damage?

Pretty Brown: Your length is goals! Currently on my hair growth journey. I wanted to know should I get a deep conditioner if I already have a leave in conditioner? On my wash days I usually just do my avocado protein treatment, shampoo, leave in conditioner and seal it with oil and braid it up

Ashanti Hannon: What’s the tool you’re using to blow dry? It looks so easy and effective

Zoe mendes: I thought using heat on our hair causes heat damage. Do you blowout everytime you wash?

StephanieDotDot: Your hair is so gorgeous!

Bene Vivunt12: How do you keep your hair so moisturized for a long time under the wig?

Tae Leyy 424: Hey beautiful I was wondering where you got that hair net from been looking for one thanks and is it for protecting your hair from frizz ?

marta g: Guys I can confirm the oil she's using works so well I decided to shave all my hair off 2018 and in two years my hair is shoulder length definitely recommend

Lakesha Menefee: How often do you trim your hair? You and your hair are beautiful by the way!

Lovely Maknae: Hi, I hope you'll reply to my comment how often do you oil your scalp during the time of your hair being in braids? I'm curious as to how long I should oil mine

BC 12: I like watching somebody whose hair is exactly like mine. Your hair is thin like mine. With the same density. It’s nice to see that thin hair ladies can grow their hair very long too. I like the hair and scalp oiling haircare method, bcuz I’m not a hairgrease fan. I can follow that easily. When I neglect my hair it feels dry and brittle like 4C, but when I take care of it and keep moist and protected it feels like 3 B or C, so I don’t really know what my hair type is. Great video!

Therealjayatucker: Literally my hair goal

Carla: Isn’t such consistent heat bad for natural hair? It tends to dry and damage curls

Nafisat Suleiman: How often do you remoisturise your hair weekly, and do you deep condition after u wash ur braids while wearing wigs

La Savine Givens: Fabulous Bre, how long do you keep your wig on your hair before you re-install? Your hair is beautiful and I want to try your technique.

sharj: Great information . How often do you blow dry and do this entire routine? And what do you do in between blow drying…. Beautiful

𝒦𝒶𝓎𝒫𝒽𝑜𝓇𝒾𝒶: Yes ma’am!! That Doo-Gro oil is the truth!

Brianna_ Anderson_: Hi Bre would you suggest to only do corn rows? For some reason I am terrible at doing corn rows. So I usually do single parted braids under my wigs

Meek Spears: Your real hair is pretty!!…. I want mine that same length! I think mine is upper mid back right now I haven’t straighten my hair in a LOOOONG time.. braids and wigs is what I mostly wear…. I loooooove that OLIVE OIL ORS STUFF it keeps my hair moisturized I wish I could find it in a BIG container… my hair loves that stuff!!

Makeupswatch Fan: Your hair is gorgeous ❣️

gabrielle: you can get this blow drying paddle brush from amazon ❤️.

Jai Casimir: Do you moisturize daily, once a week or only when you take it down again to wash it?

Theevonniemarie: Omg your hair looks sooo healthy!!!! Great video!!

Koriander Yander: Yeah, I've been growing my hair long using wigs

Kathy Williams: Thank you for FINALLY TELLING THE TRUTH....BRAVO
