How To Install A Synthetic Lace Front Wig For Beginners | Ft Fenjun Hair

Hey guys welcome back to my channel in today's video. We are going to be reviewing a synthetic unit today by finjan hair on amazon. They actually sent me a synthetic body wave unit and today i'm going to be installing it for you, quick disclaimer. If you see me looking down, i'm looking at my old iphone 7 plus just to review some notes that i have written down for today's video now when you receive the unit, it's going to come in just a clear, regular bag. It comes with a two pack of wig caps, a pair of earrings and, of course, the unit, this beautiful body wave, i'm actually not sure what inch it is. It does not include the inch on the listing, which that's the first time, i've ever seen that with the wig company, not including the length of the hair, but anywho, it's long. So we can work with that now. This is a lace front. Synthetic wig construction of the wig consists of two combs on the side, one comb at the bottom. Now the unit does not come pre-plucked, as you can tell first, you are going to start off with your wig cap, be sure. Before you fully put on your wig cap, you slick down your edges to make the process a lot smoother, and then you can just pull your wig cap back forward. Disclaimer. If you see me looking in this direction, this is the setup of my ring. Light mirror situation, so that's where i need to see um, hopefully i'll get everything in frame for you. But if i do not, i apologize i'm just trying to look in this direction to see what i am doing next you're going to get your gut to be glued and do one even layer around the perimeter of your forehead you're, going to repeat this process three Times and blow dry each layer that you do add another layer, we got to be glued so now i'm just taking my l.a colors concert palette and picking my shades to match my wig cap to my skin complexion. Personally, i prefer powder foundations or powdered concealers or contour palettes being that when you use a liquid foundation, it kind of just smears into the cap. Weird to me, so i prefer to use a powder, but that's just a personal preference. Also, when i'm rubbing in the powder i like to focus on where my part is going to be in this case, i know that my wig is going to be a middle part. So i'm going to focus on the middle to make sure that that cap really blends in with my skin, and then i also like to focus around the edges. Considering that's where the lace will be, and you would like that to match your skin as much as possible. So i kind of made like an upside down t just a part down the middle and around the hairline, and there we go now. I'M going to take the unit and the same thing that i did for the wig cap to match my complexion i'm going to do to the unit, especially considering i'm not bleaching. These knots today we're going to want to make this blend in as much as possible. Just going to be brushing this all throughout the year now that the last layer of glue is tacky, we are going to be putting on the unit. I personally unhook the the straps the adjustable straps, because i have a big head, so i needed to fit so it is what it is now that we have the unit out we're just going to go ahead and pull that lace forward over the glue. Now i like to go in and cut this lace into three sections and work section by section and make sure that each section is glued down securely and i'm just going to comb the hair back and put it into a ponytail. So i can work on the edges now we're taking our got to be free spray and going over the first section of lace, make sure you go back through and come it up through the hair to make sure that the edges are not crunchy and now we Are just going to blow dry this down moving to the left side of my head, i'm just going to go ahead and cut this section before my ear off i'm going to lay another layer, i've got to be glued the glue and then we're going to go Back in with our freeze spray and blow dry that down and now we're just going to repeat the same process on this side. Okay, now that that is done, we are just going to cut off these ear tabs now. What we are going to do is go ahead and cut off this lace. You can choose to cut your lace off with an eyebrow razor or a pair of scissors. Honestly, i've heard that people like to cut it with the eyebrow razor, considering that it gets closer to the cut, but either one works for me. Now i'm going to try to get this as best as possible, but remember my mirror is right here, so i need to look this way and now i'm about to go in on this side and show you the same thing with the pair of scissors. You can do the same thing with the pair of scissors and again, i'm gon na get the glue. I'M just gon na do the same thing to the lace on this side, and i will be right back now that the lace is cut off, go ahead and wrap my head in my scarf to make sure that my lace is extra, melted and laid down. Okay, now that my wrap is on we're just gon na go ahead and take this hair out and style it now. This unit is heat resistant up to 320 degrees fahrenheit, which is 160 degrees celsius. So i am going to go ahead and with my flat iron set at 275 to go in with some flat iron curls. Honestly it has so many curls. It really doesn't need it, but i'm honestly just going to straighten some of the top so that it like falls more and then into a curl a pro about this hair. Is it straightens very well as long as you use it, on the appropriate setting? Now we're going to go ahead and take off our scarf go around the perimeter where all that glue is and go ahead and do the same thing on the other side. Now i'm just going to go in and finish styling. So the first thing i'm going to do is focus on my part. I'M going to do a middle part, so now that my part is separate, i'm going to go in with some hair wax and lay that flat just to tame any flyaways and especially to lay the top of my head flat. Now i'm going to go in with some tweezers and pluck that part now that i have that done, i'm going to go in with my l.a colors contour palette again and go touch on my part so that it matches my complexion and now i'm going to style. The wig, with some baby hairs, i'm going to take my lighter body, mousse and spray that, on my edge brush, go ahead and smooth some edges, and now that i have the edges laid that is going to complete this wig install. I actually took out a lot of the curls, i'm loving this wig personally, i feel like it has a little bit too much of that synthetic shine, but it's not too much, and it's not all that noticeable again. As i said before, i cannot disclose the lymph being that this site does not have one, or rather their amazon listing, does not have one a huge shout out to fijian hair for sending me this unit. I actually adore the way that this came out. It'S so long. I love this unit. It'S an on the go quick body wave style.
