This is a beginner’s tutorial on how to install your wig. In this video, I show you how to secure your wig. This is the best way to put on a wig, especially if you are a beginner. Since I have alopecia, I have learned how to master applying wigs easily. This wig tutorial is great for people with and without hair because it is simple, but will secure the wig.

Hello guys it's your girl, joy and welcome back to my channel joyful beauty, the channel, that's all about learning how to glow up from the inside out on today's video, i'm going to show you how to apply your wake easily. I have alopecia, and so i unfortunately don't have hair. However, it's amazing, because now there's so many realistic gorgeous wigs that you can get that are actually human hair or human hair like, and these wigs really will just lay down on your hair and look really great. However, there is a little bit of a technique to it. So in today's video i'm going to show you simple tips on how to lay your wig down easily, so it looks realistic and you can feel confident and go outside and not fear that it's gon na randomly slip off. Let'S be honest: we're not trying to have any slip! Ups because, like that has happened to me before i use this method, and it's just it's embarrassing. I use a special technique that does not involve using a bald cap, so make sure you stay until the very end to learn how to lay your wake in the most natural and effective way, because i got you let's get into it so today we're applying this Beautiful unit she is a brazilian curly unit. I got her on aliexpress a few years ago, but she's still going strong and i love it because it really looks like quite natural she's, giving you realness. So i'm gon na go in and apply this bad boy today. Inside of your wig, you will see an adjustable band with clips. I like to move the clips to the tightest setting, because that makes the wig band a lot smaller and much more secure. I have a smaller head, so this works well for me, however, if this setting is uncomfortable for you, then just play with it once you've completed, tightening the band place the wig on your head from back to front. This is important because this allows you to really play with laying down the wig at the back of your neck and gives you more room to make sure the wig sits correctly. When you move to the front, as you can see here, i'm really just playing with laying the wig down and i'm able now to move it from side to side to determine where i really want the side part to sit. And now that i'm finished and i'm really happy with how it looks, i'm going to peel the lace back again and prepare to apply the glue. This is the fun but tricky part. So today i'm using the got to be invisible, styling gel you can get this on amazon and i've left the link below in the bio. Now i'm going to apply it all over my forehead, i also make sure to put it on the side of my ear. So it glues down there. This gel is amazing. It honestly acts like a glue, but i want to make sure it gets extra tacky. So i'm gon na go in and take my hair dryer on the cool setting and blow air all over it so that it gets nice and super tacky and dries quickly after the spray gets really tacky. I go in with the got to be glued blossom. Free spray and spray it all over the gel to make sure the gel really holds it, makes the glue super strong and it's also from amazon. I'Ve left the link below so now it's time to lay those edges down just kidding. I don't have edges, but if i did - and if you do this is now the time to lay them um and then we're gon na lay the lace i like to use a rat tail comb to press the lace on top of this glue. This works way better than just using your hands. It'S much more precise here is the final look. I love how soft and natural this wig looks. It almost looks like it's literally growing out of my scalp. I'M gon na move around a little bit and do a little bit of dance just to show you how strong this fold is. I had a little too much fun. Dancing, uh, don't mind me, but anyhow, thank you so much for watching my video.
