Hey beauties welcome back to my channel, it's your girl, subsima, okay! So let's jump right into this video, as you guys already know by the title, this is going to be a crimp tutorial. So let's get straight into it! I'M going to be taking my ion crimpers! You can get these from sally's beauties and then i'm going to be taking my heat protector spray um by the brand fantasia, and i'm going to have my goth to be spray free spray nearby as a hairspray, so yeah. You first want to make sure that you apply the heat protectant first and then you want to apply the freeze spray or any type of hairspray. That you're using is totally fine. Just make sure that i'm it does have like a medium to strong hold. And now i believe i do have these crimpers set to a 450, and so you just want to hold your crimpers for about 10 seconds in each spot. And now, as you guys can see, i'm going to be crimping it and then, as you guys, can see right there, i'm going to be placing the top rod of the crimper in the last space of the last crimp. So i'm going to slow it down. I'M a little bit this video is a little sped up, but i am going to make sure that i slow it down a little bit so that you guys can make sure that you see exactly what i am doing. So it's very easy um. I actually love doing crims, it's my favorite style to do it just takes a long time, and then you just want to make sure that you aren't crimping very big spaces, because if you do like the crimp, um isn't probably isn't going to go all the way Through and it's not going to be as crisp so as you guys can see, i'm just parting, my section out applying my heat, projecting spray and then going back in with some freeze spray and it's the same process over and over now. One thing you have to be very mindful of when you are crimping hair: this doesn't necessarily apply to black hair but colored hair. For sure you want to make sure that you kind of do a test strand if you can, because if you have your crimper too high or you hold it for too long, you can burn the color out of the hair. So, like i said, only hold it. For about 10 seconds and then if you do notice some like coloration after, like you, do your your test, strand um, just turn it down a little bit just a little bit and then go back in with it, because you do not want to burn the color Out of the hair, because when you do that, if you straighten it or you curl this hair, you gon na be able to see those burnt lines throughout it. So just be very aware of that and start at, i would say, maybe a 400 or a lower temperature. Don'T just go straight to the max of what your um crimper can be set on start. You know a little below it and then, if you feel like okay, you know you want to go up a little more. You just got to test it out, that's all and then, if you feel like okay hold on that's a little too hot, just bring it back down a little bit and that's it so yeah be very mindful of that and yeah. This is a very self-explanatory video. I'M not gon na keep talking throughout it. So please make sure that you subscribe if you aren't subscribed um. If you have any questions, please comment below. Please give this video a thumbs up. If you enjoyed it or learned something from it and yeah i'll see you guys in my next video um as usual, and also another thing i forgot to mention, i did have my hot cone nearby um, so you'll see that i use my hot comb towards the Um only on the frontal area just to make sure that it's really flat but yeah, so you just want to make sure that you do have a hot comb as well, because we don't want no poofy frontals. You want that frontal to be sleek, okay, but yeah. Thank you guys for tuning in. I love you guys so much and yeah enjoy the video do, and this is the finished look. It came out bomb as usual. No i'm just playing y'all but y'all know it hit my bomb. Okay, look at them, baby hairs. It'S so bomb i did use like a honey brown for the roots and, yes, i love this unit so much this came out so cute um. This is, i believe i did record um the making of this video. It should be posted it on my channel, if not it'll be coming soon, but this is a 32 inch lace, frontal unit made by satima's beauty shop. If you need a unit hit me on instagram, boo and i'll, see you guys next time you
