Trying Wigs I Bought From Amazon!! How To Put A Wig On (For Beginners)

If you are new here, my name is Lexi and if you're not subscribed to this channel, then you should definitely hit that button below I upload videos every week so for today's video I have been so excited to make this video, because I am so obsessed with Wigs honestly, just because I made a type of person who always wants to change their hair color, which is like not the best, because I've kind of damaged my hair from that. So I recently purchased a couple of wigs that I wanted to try on. For you guys and do a review, because I think most people think that you guys need to spend you know thousands of dollars on a good quality. Wig, oh, don't mind my hair, because I knew I was gon na be trying on a wig today. So I really just like didn't style it at all, so we're just gon na not stare like this hair. Okay, if you guys want to see me review these wigs or if they're worth like, I said I'd pay that much but like worth the $ 30 then keep on watching. When I went to LA a couple weekends ago, I ended up actually finding a really nice wig, because I have always okay, so I'm so indecisive like one day, I want to be blonde, and then I want to be back brunette so honestly. Buying wigs for me makes so much sense, she's, because I don't want to damage my hair. So when I went to LA, I went to a store called wigs today and I ended up picking up this wig. That looks like this and it has like a dark shadow rail, and this is sin setec, which is not real hair, so you can put heat on it. Just has to be on a very, very low sitting, but I wouldn't recommend it because you don't want to ruin the hair I paid around 280 American, which is not too bad for a wig. I don't think so. This is kind of what the wig looks like and again it did come with the lace front. The girl just cut it off for me, so what I'm gon na do is actually I'm going to end with this wig. So I can kind of compare the to the Amazon and the expensive wig together. Okay, so I actually just received the package literally 15 minutes ago, so I'm gon na be opening this on camera and you guys kind of get like my first impressions of everything. Maybe I'll just show you guys to how I put my weight on with a lot of hair. I haven't really been able to find. I didn't like the best way. I guess that works for me right now. I don't want, to put any, I said, forget what I even ordered Bob - oh, my god she's like spraying the window with the hose girlish enemy. So, as you guys can see, I do have a lot of hair, so this is kind of how I found right now. That is the best way for me to hide my hair, so I'm probably gon na look a little bit crazy because I hate my hair is away from my face so starting off and I'm gon na be looking here. So what you're gon na want to do? Oh, my god, I actually hate my ear. So don't judge me: okay, but you're gon na want to straighten your hair, just because I find it kind of helps to lay flat against the head and then you're, just gon na want to start working the hair into a low ponytail as low as you can Get it in the back so once you kind of smooth that all that and everything I'm just gon na go ahead and secure this with an elastic. So the next step is I'm gon na put the wig cap on. So this is the cap that actually came with the blonde wig. So what I do is this, where it's gon na start getting weird now, I'm gon na put it like, so I keep tucking your hair back. Nobody screenshot this because I will kill you okay, so I start pushing the hair in to the cap. Okay, so now that the bunch is kind of like chilling here, what I find that might work a little best if you get a second cap and we're just gon na put this one directly right on top of that cap, just soaking it kind of cap. Is this? Oh, my god! This is weird this one, oh, and the reason I put, is it just kind of helps to keep your bonnet secure in the back in a little bit flatter now? Okay! So now that I look weird we're gon na open the first wig and see what's one, this is oh, this is the blue one, okay, so this is the blue one. I ordered - and this is called this - is the ombre blue, synthetic hair, lace, front wig, and this wig was $ 34.99, and this is what it's going to look like when you open the bag and it's super long holy crap how long this is 24 inches. Oh, my god, I'm actually so excited. I hope this looks good okay. So, comparing this to this wig on the inside honestly, it looks like the exact same. Can you guys see that I hope I didn't get ripped off, because that looks the exact same? I sort of tried on now, so let's try this on that. So what you're gon na want to do is get it on from the front wait just kidding. How do I want to go about this? These things are weird at home. You'Re, just gon na want to kind of maneuver the hair under the cap, just kind of push everything around so now that it's on, I know I look crazy right now. You'Re gon na want to move it forward. This is legit I'll work out. Okay - and I know it looks weird because I have the lace on still and then once it's on again, you're gon na want to kind of push it to fit around your hairline, okay Ivy. Let me just put this down for sure. Damn, let's just brush this out a little bit this, it's very good quality. I would say for $ 35 how long whoa! Could you guys see this, I'm actually so impressed? I think if I wore this lik with a hat or something it would look so cute, or I don't know, tell me if you guys like this one or not, I don't know they. The hair actually feels like it doesn't feel like human hair, but it feels good for being synthetic hair for sure, and I mean it doesn't really get tangley I mean it still feels pretty good, though, like not gon na lie, it kind of feels like my expensive Wig, which I'm kind of annoyed about right now and as for the hair line, I don't know if you guys can see what that looks pretty good like if I was to try to like blend that and stuff, I feel like it would look pretty legit. Ah see, I think it's just kind of like I don't look good with the hair, so this is Wiggin number one now, let me know if you guys like it or not. This is so weird right now we're taking um no ready, Oh guys for $ 34, is actually so freaking nice, like I'm living for the length right now. Okay, so honestly, it was good good start so far, so this is the blue, wig and I'll. Show you guys the back. Oh, my god matter, like some Kylie Jenner, like moments up in here, okay, so moving on to the next wig just gon na take this off again back to looking like a little boy honestly, I would out of 10 and probably rate this a honestly, probably rated. Then a it looks pretty legit like look at that hair line, and this one is the rows. Long pink lace front way, this one is 22 inches and this was $ 34.99 again, and this is what it's going to look like when you open it, and these are all once again abide these same Brandon. This is what the wig is cannot take me seriously with my hair, like this right now, okay, so this is what the wig is going to look like. It'S actually really pretty, and I'm gon na lie these all look, like the exact same. I think, as it does online so again, it comes with the lace and then I'm just gon na go ahead and try this on, and it also comes with these bands, where you guys can and make it tighter or looser. Oh oh there's, strand of hair that just came out. Oh, oh, my god, I'm like shitty with them. So cute, okay, the hair kind of sheds a little bit, but like that's fine, so this is what the bottom of the wig looks like. Do you guys like this color? I just feel like it's a cute wig, but it is a lot of hair on a wig like we got. What guys, who am I, okay, so Wow? Okay, the only thing about this way is I'm finding that a lot of hair is falling out of this wig, which, okay again, we did paint 35 dollars, and it's actually not that bad. It shows it sheds a lot, but just be careful. Okay, you guys have to leave a comment below which wig you like best on me. So this is what the hair looks like. There is a lot going on here, holy crap, that's what it looks like in the back. Obviously I thought it was gon na return. Most of these, but I actually kind of liked them. I had to rate this wig. I would probably rate it a 7.5 honestly. These are not bad. Wigs like I am so impressed right now for being 35 dollars. I would definitely buy off this website again, so this is the pink wig. Okay, it's just a lot of hair, not okay, cute, so up it brushes really well like it actually feels so soft, which I'm very surprised about. Okay, so moving on to and Phoenix way the next way honestly, this wasn't even the wig like I wanted that I wanted to purchase. Do you want that? I did want was short and it was like quietly at the end, which I thought would be super cute, but it wasn't gon na get in until tomorrow and I needed to post this video. So it ended up going with this and again these all come with weight ass, which is great and the wig oh wow. So I always kind of like wondered when I look like with like red hair, so we're all gon na find out now - and I feel like my mom - is gon na definitely hate this. So this is a wig number 3. So this is week number three and this wig was called grey wine, a red synthetic wig, 2 tones. It is 22 inches. This was 28 and 99, and this is what it looks like. It is super long honestly. The length of hair is like not the same at all. I think just give me, because this one is longer than the rest. Okay. So let's try this way. Connor! Oh this, wouldn't even come with okay, this one it was not a lace front wig. So I probably would have not bought this if I would have read the description right, but maybe it won't look that bad. So let me just try not anyway, probably will return this one cuz. If you think I'm gon na look a little bit cradles okay, so you can definitely tell that this one is a wig, because I was doing you guys in on the hairline again. This is not that bad of a wig which I'm so surprised about this one did, I say, was twenty eight, ninety nine and it had a lot of hair on here holy crap. So the only thing that you can kind of make it look like this does not look legit at all, like you can just kind of tell and there's honestly like no way of like blending that, because, like there's just so much hair there, it's like so thick, But overall, if you were looking for a cheap say, maybe like Halloween in a wig that looks like somewhat legit or honestly, if you're just gon na wear with a hat, I think this could pass for a week like real hair. Like this looks so honest, I don't mind this one either wow this is really long. This is what the back of the wig looks like, and obviously it goes like really far de and again, this one does shed quite a bit again, just like the pink one. The pink and the red one are doing the same kind of shedding. I might just return this one because it's the hair lines, kind of throw me off a little bit but other than that, like I like how this all sits and looks a bit like. If you guys couldn't see me, it looks so natural right now. So I'd probably rate this wig probably is 7 honestly, just because of the hair lines, throw me off a little bit, but one that I am excited about is this brown line because um hi, okay, I do have long brown hair, but it's just like not thick Enough so honestly, sometimes I just feel like if I was just to put a wig on it, make my life so much easier guys. My expensive wig looks like the exact same as my $ 29 wig right now, and I'm kind of like an oi. Moving on to that, so the next week that I got was called the natural black lace front. Wig - and this was this - one was $ 36, and this is what it's going to look like, and I know it actually feels very nice like I am so surprised with this quality, and these wigs are so freakin good. So I am very impressed on these wigs. This one definitely you can tell - is awake sure I feel like it's a little bit bulky at the top here and like there's not really like partly gon na normally know, what's happening up here, I'll try my best to like style this good, but, like honestly, there's Just like no way to wear this wig and I'm kind of upset, because I was kind of rooting for this one to be the best and there's a lot, what the heck's happening back here. Oh, can you guys see that this one just has a lot of like really weird short pieces throughout the crown area like yeah? That is just like not cute, I don't know what's happening there. This one probably has to be my least favorite wig. I just feel like compared to the rest of the quality. Wigs like this one doesn't look the best I mean it's still pretty good for what we paid $ 36, and this is what it's going to look like. So if you were to wear a hat or like say, you just want to go out and you wanted to have like long and dark hair that looks legit well, then a hundred sad. This is a good wig, though, because looking at in the mirror, like I feel like you, can't even really tell that it's like not my hair, but this is the last week that I did purchase on Amazon, so I would rate this one. Probably a probably look at 7.5 again, I actually really like this one. The part but like this looks good, like I'm actually gon na keep all these. I think I'm impressed. I was lowkey hoping that I'd hate them, though so I get my money back, but it's fine, ok and now. Moving on to the last wig that I was going to compare the Amazon wigs to my expensive wig and honestly, I'm kind of rattled right now, because I feel like the Amazon ones, feel like and look the exact same. And I want you guys to put the wig on you just kind of have to like move everything around and kind of like play with it a bit, but I like to do for this blonde. One is kind of just pull out some of my natural hair underneath just so cuz the root color is dark anyway, so feel like once. I just pull out some of my baby hairs in the front. It just kind of helps make it look a little bit more realistic okay, so this is the wig on and then I'm just going to style. It really quick. This is the wig that I bought from LA and comparing this one to the for Amazon. Wigs honestly, like okay, you could definitely tell that it is a more expensive wig and the way that it is styled and kind of just lays a little bit better and doesn't tangle as easy. But honestly, for the other wigs that I paid what $ 35 for they're, pretty good wigs and here's somebody who's just looking for a wig, you change your hair. When you go out or something then i 100 % would recommend at these four weeks that i did buy okay, so this is the wake. This is the blonde one and honestly, I think this would look so cute if I were like to put like blue contacts or something just to make it feel like a whole new person. You know me going through a midlife crisis right now, because we styled like this on the side. But honestly, I am NOT a side person at all, so we're gon na put that back in the middle and yeah.
