Date Night Hair Look | Curly Wig Install | Isee Hair

Hey y'all, it's me slade by jordan, happy march. The company i'll be working with today is icy hair. They sent me over this mongolian deep curly unit, let's get into it. So, like i was saying earlier, this is a mongolian deep, curly 30 inch, 180 density wig. It comes with four combs in the inside and it is a hd 13 by four lace. I don't like the parting space on this wig. It'S only about two inches on the side and you get about four inches in the middle. So you can't do super deep parts, but it does come with a very thin lace and it does come pre-plucked. You will receive some shedding from this wig being that it's 30 inches and curly, but nothing too alarming and yeah. That'S pretty much my synopsis of it. We'Re back with my girl, nisha, so we're gon na get straight into this wig install off camera. I did dye the hair jet black and i did bleach the knots and pluck it now mistake i made was i didn't bleach the knots long enough y'all, because i kind of did this in a rush um and it's never good to rush on your wig. So you can still see the black dots because the knots didn't bleach all the way, but that was my fault because i didn't let the bleach sit on. I think i let the bleach sit on, maybe like five minutes like nothing major at all, but next time i would definitely let the the knots bleach the appropriate amount of time. That way, you get a more flawless look, because when you don't, you can still see the black dots. However, i did still make this work and, as you will see in the end, so right now, i'm just throwing this wig down. I'Ve already positioned it in the place that i wanted we're going to take our adhesive and apply it on the edge of the cap, making sure it does touch the skin and we're going to smooth that back. You can smooth it back with a rat tail comb. A popsicle stick your finger. Lately, i just been using the end of the um, the eyebrow razor, because i mean it's just more convenient for me and i lost all my wooden sticks so yeah. I just moved it back and i applied four layers after that. Fourth layer is dry. I proceeded to lay that lace down making sure you use your comb to. You know really like smooth that lace into the skin and make sure it just. You know it's melting all together days of our lives and now we're just going to take our blow dryer on warm heat and just blow dry, that lace and then, after we do that we're going to hit it with a little bit of cool air just to Calm everything down and then we're going to tie it down and then we're going to put her up under a medium heat dryer for about 10 minutes or you could just leave it tied down. You know not being above the dryer, but i highly recommend you leave it tight now for 10 minutes. It'Ll just help you in the end - and i know you guys - are going to ask that piece hanging out in the front. I just parted that out the way i know for a fact, i'm cutting that off and i just wanted to separate it from the rest of the hairline, because i'm not trying to re-glue that piece down. I know for a fact: i'm cutting that off. We don't need it it'll be in the way, so i like to go ahead and just separate it out the way. So when it's time to cut, i already know cut that piece off with everything else: um, i'm typically not a hair stylist who likes to go to go back and you know re-glue the lace. If certain spots didn't get laid down, i'm pretty much if it didn't glit, if it didn't get glued down the first time, it's pretty much over it, but i usually you know, do my laces to match their um natural hairline. So i don't really have a problem with you know not re-gluing down the parts they didn't get glued down, so yeah just a little ramble for you, guys. Y'All know i'm cutting um excess lace. I'M using my eyebrow razor be very careful because it's so easy to cut people's skin, especially if the razor is fresh. Oh, so today we're gon na do like a sexy slick back hairstyle, very appropriate for date night. When you want all eyes on you like this, hairstyle is so simple, but trust me when you walk in the room. People are looking like omg. Who is that? So that's what we're doing today, um we're gon na, do baby hairs along the side. So that's what you see me separating at the moment: hmm we're gon na hot comb, everything behind those baby hairs back and out the way and then we're going to spray our lace with hairspray and proceed to tie it down with our elastic band. So now we're taking our waxy and we're going to go section by section. As you can see, i part off a little section, put a generous amount of wax on it, and then we use that hot comb and you're going to use some pressure and you're going to slick that hair back slick it. To the back, be very careful, though cause they can definitely feel the heat from this hot comb. So you know be very careful while you're doing this, but you know you still got ta get a slick so get that thing slick, honey cause, i believe you know, is look at how slick we got the hair. Y'All don't play so after that. We'Re going to take that elastic band off comb, those hairs out, you know, cut them down and then we're going to start cutting them upwards, with our um half an inch mini flat, irons and then we're going to start swooping those baby hairs into place. I'M not going to lie out today. I went exotic on the baby hairs because this is the exotic look like i said, we're giving very much all eyes on me when we walk in the room energy. For this look, so i went crazy on the baby hairs. Just letting you know, but you know baby hairs, aren't your thing just don't even worry about that process, just slick your thing to the back and call it a day. Tell me what you think now tell me what you say come again: don't hate this person. I don't need you, i don't need you, i don't need you, but i want. I don't mean to i don't mean to i don't mean to you said that you would come again. So why would you show up so now we're going to tie this down with about three to four wrap strips, because you know we're trying to make sure these baby hairs is not moving. We need them exactly the way we laid them down once they're dry, we're going to put her up on a dryer on high heat for about 20 minutes um. I know it's gon na be hot y'all, but when you like to wear baby hairs, you got ta. You got ta, take it. Beauty is pain, honey beauty is pain, the baby hairs are dry and, of course, off camera. We'Re gon na you know comb them out to make them softer and cut them. If need be. So now onto the wet look part um. I only have water in my own mister, which is it's a spray bottle, but it comes out as a mist. I love those over the regular spray bottles because they just they just hit different, i'm just drenching this hair down we're going to get it all the way wet from root to tip. Then we're going to brush it out with our denman brush and then we're going to take our beyond the zone. Um noodle head, it's the curly cream and we're going to put that all over the hair, and you know that's going to pretty much keep our weight. Look now i'm going to be honest: it's not going to keep you with the wet look forever, especially if you're running your fingers through your hair. Your hair is definitely going to dry and it's going to get you no bigger and whatnot. If you really want a wet look to where it doesn't, you know go back to the original state. You may want to try using a gel um just understand that your hair gon na be a little crunchy though so you know just keep that in mind. I did um, i always when i'm doing wet styles. I always do the baby hairs first and i tie them back down that way. Once i finish wet the hair down, i just take the wrap off and boom we done. I don't like to. I don't like to do the process backwards, where i wet the hair first and then do the baby hairs. I like do that last because i don't want any water on my lace, especially being that we just glued it down. Although this glue can you know less than water, it still needs to properly adhere first, before you start doing all that extra stuff with it so yeah and look at that, we are done honey, let's get into it. Okay. She is very much slick to the back. The red lip is popping, you trust me all eyes are going to be on her all right. Let'S get into the 360 okay highlight pop in we're, giving scalp slick to the back, who is dad yeah.
