Yes, uh, ah um um, you hi everybody welcome back to another wig review. My name is janelle and you are watching glamour dress official. So today i have one of these bobby boss. Ultra scalp illusion lace, front wigs. It has 13 by 5 deep lace. Oh before i get into the details, let me tell you which wig it is. Obviously this is mlf 671 milo in the color 3t4 slash yellow. So here is the stock card and the back all right now i can start talking about the details. The specs of this unit so, like i said it's a 13 by 5 lace, front unit or at least frontal unit. It'S got 13 inches by 5 inches of parting space that you can use to part in whichever direction you like. I showed you a right. A middle and a left side part, and i ended up sticking with the left side part. It has one of these medi-fresh caps by bobbi boss, which means that it comes with uv protection. It'S supposed to be breathable and anti-bacterial um. It also has the um hand-tied extra wide double lined lace, and that is the big selling point is that it has the double line. Lace. I showed you under the cap. You do see that there's like there's lace, but then there's like another layer underneath that lace. That'S supposed to mimic your scalp, which is why this is the hd ultra scalp, illusion, um collection, because that's what it's meant to do so for some people. I know that um they have an issue with this double lined lace, because the lace underneath the color of it kind of is just one color and if it doesn't match your skin tone, then you're better off, probably just cutting it out. I don't have that issue because it seems to match my skin tone pretty well, which is why you didn't see me spray any laces spray on underneath, because that would have been kind of pointless because you would have been able to see it anyway. But i did just put some powder in the part and it looks it looks uh pretty much my skin tone um. But if you are darker or lighter than me, then you may have to do a little bit more manipulating to the lace to get it to do what you want it to do. But this is supposed to have a pre-plucked, hairline and free parting and that it does the hairline is pretty good. It looks pre-plucked to me yeah. The hairline looks really good to me not super dense, and i told you that the lace blends in with my skin tone fairly well um. Let me see, let me see the cap. Size is kind of small to medium medium to you could possibly fit into it. If you have a larger size head and i'm one of those people i i fit into it, but i do see myself getting a headache wearing this over the course of an entire day. So you know, i wouldn't recommend it for those of us who have larger head sizes. Unless you have your hair braided down completely flat, you do not wear a wig grip or anything else other than your wig cap. Then you should be okay, and if you can tolerate long periods of time with um a tighter or smaller fitting unit on your head, then you can. You can get away with wearing this. The um the cap has two combs in the front. One comb in the back and adjustable straps: it does not have any elastic band other than that. I think that's pretty much it as far as the construction of this unit goes now. We can talk about the unit itself. Um, the color is very different and i don't mind it. It is the 3t4 slash yellow. So you see you get this dark root, which i think is the four and then it goes into this platinum blonde, and then it goes right into this golden yellow color and it's a really pretty blend. It'S not something that you would see every day for sure. It'S not something that i would wear every day for sure, but you know i always say there's something for everybody. As far as the texture goes, it's a no-go for me. It came out of the pack pretty crunchy. Surprisingly, i don't know why it was crunchy. The curls were just crunchy, so i tried to take my brush and brush it out, but i surprisingly got a lot of tangling with this unit, which is not normal for a shorter unit. I was expecting it to be soft and easy to brush through, especially since it's not like super tight curls. It'S just you know these big old curls on a short unit, but i was expecting soft hair. I was expecting it to be easy to comb and brush through, but that was not the case at all. It was just really tangly and kind of hard once i did brush it out and i was able to get through the crunchiness, the initial crunchiness. It was a lot better or a lot softer, but it's still just not as soft as i feel like it should be, and it's not as easy to run your fingers through. I did get a little bit of shedding as well. I'M going to attribute all of the issues that i have with this wig to the color. I think that the texture is caused by the coloring that they had to do on this wig. I think that the shedding is due to the color and we're just going to charge it to the color and leave it at that, but other than that the cut is really pretty and the style is really pretty um. I could see somebody wearing this in, like maybe a one or two yeah. Those are pretty much the only um natural colors that it comes in the one, the one being the two but um. If i feel like, if you wear it in one of those colors, you will look really really conservative. That'S the vibe that i get from this like. I could run for congress, so yeah um other than that. I don't really have much else to say about this unit. I do think it has potential if it was a little bit bigger in the cap and if the texture of the hair is different based on the color. Let'S hope, let's give it the benefit of the doubt and just say: maybe if you try one of the natural colors, then you'll have a better experience when it comes to the texture of your unit.
