Watch Me Slay: Genius Wigs Highlight 13X4 Lace Frontal Wig + Review

Hey guys, i'm brittany, rivers and welcome to my channel so today we're going to be customizing, hey guys, i'm brittany, rivers and welcome to my channel. This 20 inch, 13x4 150 density highlighted wig from genius wigs together we're going to install it and style it today. Follow me on instagram, at madame brittany and let's get into this video okay, so we're gon na get right into installing this wig, like just looking at it on right now, like it's bomb, so i did bleach the knots and i plucked the hairline and after i Always bleach the knots i wash off the bleach - and i add, like a little bit of purple shampoo to the lace to kind of like get the brassiness out of the knot. So when i did that when you do that with blonde hair, it's going to make the hair a little blonder. So in some pieces you can see like it got a little more blonde because the hair was already blonde. But when i did that it made the hair even blonder, so if you ever get a wig like this, a highlight wig and you want it to be even like blonder just go in with some purple shampoo, wash the whole wig and purple shampoo. Let it sit for like 10 minutes and it's gon na be blonder, but let's go ahead and install this wig. I know i've done like maybe three highlighted wig videos like recently and all of them are different. You all. I promise you so the mega look one. The roots were like 1b, so it was like basically black your natural color, the other one, the other company was more gingerish, and this one like it's like dark brown, the roots i like this one. I really like this one um, because i, the roots, are darker. Like i kind of told y'all last time like i like roots being a little more dark - and that was my problem with the last highlighted wig, but i did go in with a little lace, tint and spray the lace with this lace tint, it's not my favorite, But it gets the job done in the color, medium brown, so i'm going to go ahead and take my eyebrow razor and kind of shave off the excess lace. So i actually like to do this before i glue the wig down. I can see the highlights all through the wig this is like, so i really barely got any purple shampoo on it like just right here, because that's where the lace is but y'all can see. This is way more blonde than some of the other ones and i feel, like it looks cute with brown clothes, so this would definitely be a cute fall wig. So this hair is from genius. Wigs. If i didn't say that already, this is their 20 inch, 427 highlight wig and i feel like every single company. Just does it differently, because every company has a different hair stylist, it works for them, but this is also 150 density. It looks pretty thick to me like it doesn't look bad at all, like that's a nice density i do like like this is a really nice, color and thickness. I definitely like this wig more than the last highlighted wig. I review just like looking at the color itself, so i installed all my wigs using got to be glued free spray, so we're just going to add a little bit kind of guide it and we're going to do three layers so just kind of spraying. It all across the wig, like so all across my hairline blow dry and now we're going to blow dry the wig to kind of adhere it to the spray and just go in and touch up any space. You might have missed okay bam and it takes what like five minutes for me, to install wigs like this. This this wig is very big head friendly, you guys, but what we're going to do now is add just a little bit of baby hair to this wig and kind of mold it to the way we want it to look. I feel like i've done. A lot of middle part highlight wigs. I may want to do a sci-fi, so oh yeah - and this is a true 13x4 wig, so it actually goes all the way back. All the way around, like you have to say that with some companies these days like it's actually a 13x4 y'all. I just feel like this kind of blind works, the best on darker skin tones. It just looks fantastic instead of like a yellowy blonde, so definitely always use purple shampoo, but i'm going to take my little bomb. This is the palmer's, no, not palmer's. This is luster's. Stick stick right! Oh slick stick! So i'm just going to put it down over here. I was talking about this in a different video, but i forgot what it was called. This is what i usually use now, so it makes your hair look all greasy and stuff right there, like you, can kind of see it's kind of slicking. It slip flick, slick, slick slick, but the key is you want to go in with your hot comb afterwards and just comb through, possibly even hold it to kind of just make your hair look boom and slicky and sleek and flat you guys, you see how good That looks bam so yeah. Let'S go ahead and touch up this side. I want to get like a more brown piece, yeah we're going to add a little sideburn action. Let'S cut this a little bit, taking a little gel and putting it on my edge control brush. Now we got the front looking cutesy we're going to add a little baby hair right here too, probably, but i'm going to go ahead and one curl this now y'all. This is literally the perfect blonde. I'M in love, i'm in love you all. I thought i wouldn't like it because it's only 20 inches, but even this length is cute like i love it, but let's go ahead and pop some one curls in his hair and y'all. I just i cannot. It would even be cute straight like look at this. So cute the last highlight wig i didn't really like, but y'all were hyping me so much that i kind of i was like okay, it must be cute, but this you guys now this is cute. I love the dark roots, it's just the dark roots for me and then a very platinum-y blonde. I love the way they colored this hair, y'all kind of know already how i do this. This is the gym one curler i found it at burlington. It was maybe twenty dollars we gon na fast forward through this part. Until i get to the top, it's gon na be a really cute, curl, okay, okay, i'm sorry! I had to bring my fan in here because it was getting a little hot. So i'll just talk loud i'll, take it out in a second, but i'm on the top piece. Now, let's see i'm just gon na roll it under basically, okay, i'm gon na take my fan out, but look at that bam. I'M gon na play with it a little bit, so let me kind of rake out these curls a little bit see what we're working with okay. This is so cute. I love it. I love it. I love it. I barely even added any baby hair other than this like little side burn over here, but y'all it looks cute. Let me fix this thing: it's not giving what i wanted to give, but it's cute, but let me fix this probably will have to cut layers into it, but it's so cute you all! I love this color. Okay, like look at this. This is the blonde. This is it you all this specific blonde color is just the color genius hair. Did that look at this? I look so cute and, like i said this is 20 inches, so it goes like to my wrist but y'all. Look at this look at how good this color is like this looks bomb so like it's not exactly one b at the roots. It'S like a dark brown, but it's just giving you all. It looks way better than the last highlight wig. I reviewed because i just love dark roots like this looks fancy. It looks it's just giving in a way that has never been given before like look at this look at this got a little brown in it towards the back a little more brownish, but it's so cute. I love it. Love it love it love. It then. The side part might just piece it together. It looks fantastic once again. This wig is from genius hair. I'M going to link this hair in the description box.
