Hey everyone alright, so this is a quick tip video I was performing in Philly a few weeks ago two weeks ago. I think it was, and I forgot wig tape and glue. I forgot any of that to get my weight to stay on and my wigs are full lace wigs, so they actually don't have like any elastic and them at all to make them stay on tighter. You can see, there's like nothing in here to really hold it onto your head. So luckily I had an extra pair of tights and I'm going to show you how you can use tights to actually pin a wig on just in case you forget, like your glue or your tape or anything like that. It'S really really easy. So, that's how you do it, you actually just take them, and then you put them on your head. Like a hat, then once done, you just take the legs and you can wrap them and opposite directions and how tight you do. This is going to be up to you, but I will warn you: if you do it too tight you're going to get a headache, but then you can just take it. Take the legs and knot them. Normally, I put the nut. So it's in the back not up here in the front so that way all the hair that covers the back. If there's a little bump, you won't see it, but just for the sake of this, I'm just going to throw it right there. But what this does is this creates an area that you can pin or place your pins inside so then take your weight and put it on this one's really nappy right now, so don't judge and once you have it in place, just go ahead and take regular Bobby pins and I like to cross them over one another, so I'll take one and I'll pin it up like that. Take the next one and I'll just cross it over that one and make sure you're actually pinning it in to where you have those tights. I normally do on the sides and then in the back and then depending on the weight, sometimes I'll put some right here in the center and then right now just for this video. I just pinned right here in the front, but you can see the wig snap going anywhere and that's just having pins right here in the front - that's not even including in the back or in the center. So that's that really really simple! You can whip your hair around and not have to worry about your wig flying off. So I hope that's helpful to some of you and into my next video I'll talk to Allison. I

DAeja Chatman: I love this. I recently just big chopped, and so I was looking around for different ways to secure a wig without all of the extra, and without it falling off. This is a very brilliant way to secure a wig. Great vid! Also I love your eyebrows!!

MissOyin: This is brilliant! I wanted to bond my wig but I was afraid of the chemicals! Thanks!

Sunday Smiles: I've learned more from your channel than I may have needed on a professional course, so yeah, you've saved me a pretty penny. Everything's is so simple to do and all you need is the right tools or substitutes. Much obliged, and keep this up because it's been worth my time. P.S. I'd love to see some Halloween get-ups coming this October!!!

Is there a way we could cover the studs with latex or maybe put the metal ones back in... only reversed so the flat side is outside and paint latex on them... what about blending??? ?????

ChristyABell: This saved my life last night. Thanks! I remembered you posted this so I came right here!

materialgirlclk: Women have been doing this since the 1900s. No need to mess up a good pair of tights. Just go to any beauty supply store and buy a $0.99 wig cap. Same concept w/o the trouble. They even sell them in different colors to match your skin tone.

Matthew Calle: Dude you are awesome at what you do keep it up

Lulwa Salman: Are your brows drawn on here, or was this before you shaved them off? They look amazing :)
