Slaying An Old And Tired Wig! (Drag Queen Edition)

Hello, everyone and welcome to my channel. I - and you can tell me nothing, oh yeah, so in today's video I've, given myself the challenge of slaying, a wig which is really old and I'm really gross and cut weirdly, I cut it weirdly for some reason. I was like, oh, I want like a really cute. I don't know I wanted. I was just like. Oh, I want a really cute like slick. Like short brown moment. I don't even know who she is. Okay and like it like this thing here and I'm not happy about it, so today we're gon na slay it, I literally don't know how it's gon na go, because I don't even know how short she is on me. It'S sure my head is big, so it's gon na be sure. So before we get on to how I did this wig earlier, I do want to do a video on how I kind of do this. I haven't bleached the nuts or anything yet which I normally would do, but I ran out of bleach. I don't want to go to a stir because of coronavirus thought I stayed home so yeah, okay, we're gon na start on her. I'M scared, alright. So the first thing we're gon na do is we're gon na take a tangle teezer. Thank you. I'M just gon na give a little break. See. Oh, the cut is bad everything is I don't. I might be filming this for no reason come on sweetheart, I'm gon na begin to steam, she's quite strange she's, not that naughty she's, not that tangled up but she's them. Hmm. I just bet my finger. I will have a stand soon and I will look more professional, I'm thinking of putting her back, so I'm gon na kind of like Kristen Stewart, like type of like a Christian Stewart type of like a slicked back short hair right right, the kite. I think it's time to put her on and see what we can do, I'm so scared. I can't Oh Lord, I think we're gon na go for a sort of like that. Okay, so the first thing that I want to do is I want to get this wig glued down to my head, so goodness made Mary pretty much gon na pull that up and all I'm gon na do it's all I'm gon na do is just spray free Spray, so I'm just free sprayed that doesn't take long to get tacky. Look like Lisa Renee. We'Ve got a problem of the lace of the basically the cap. The cap of the wig isn't big enough for my head so over here we're getting a bit of a problem where the lace is kind of here in my hair showing through, but that's fine, because we can definitely saw that out with some like baby herring and Kind of just manipulation of the wig okay, so they're getting stuck down on this side. Sometimes I just like to spray it on the back of my hand and then just grab it and then just kind of go over there, the lace and just kind of tap it. That'S all stuck down all right. We'Ve got a stop down week now. Works is so much easier when they're stuck down, I always find like some Queens, don't glue their wigs and there's so much easier to manipulate when they're stuck down like this okay, I just use the Pantene pro-v, perfect volume, mousse and I'm just gon na put that In my hands get quite a lot of it, you're gon na need. I want a bit, I want a bit. I want to use of it and then I'm itching, I'm gon na look in the monitor, I'm just gon na run it through the hair and just kind of use more where you want it. I definitely want to put some in those ends and then I'm gon na go through with this soft brush. It'S a Titan. 7. 5. 4. 8. I think I've already cut this, so it goes just behind my ears, okay. So at this point I like it - I do really like it. I think this is really cute, so we're gon na take an edge brush, which I've got here. There'S kind of two options that I like to use from the edges and they are the olive oil edge control, hair gel, which is really good and then the ultra glued got to be. I don't know why, but I get on better with this one. Maybe it's cuz, I've been using it longer than the got to be, but it's just a really like it's a great consistency. I just kind of dug my edge brush in, like that. I got it on there and I just take my edges and just like that. Are so easy, and so simple love that and then also we've got these bits down here, I'm just going to do the same to them: nothing complicated, but just kind of edge them down, and that is kind of how what I love to do. Yeah, just all right, oh we're nearly there. When only that you can't kind of come and put it in front. You could put a bit more mousse in the ends to be fair just so they don't dry up and blow dry that and also to get this flatter. I will just hold it for a minute. If you've got like a head wrap, you could probably put like a head wrap around it or clip it. You could just click that in place for a second to hold that down. I love this.
