This is like a duvet cover. It'S like this huge blanket from black milk, and i was like yes that was perfect, well hello and welcome to the first wig review of 2022 so excited before. We jump in, of course, you know the deal. I don't have like a spooky patron goblet. I know i am i'm super excited. I have all kinds of things for you m. I picked out wigs from i'm style that i have questions about. I have like one that i have style questions about, one that i have naturalness questions about, one that i have roots questions about and wouldn't i have like materials questions about and and one that i just like desperately needed for my collection. It should be a good one. Today we are, we are putting on our detective cap today to find out if these wigs are worth it or not. I got you today, oh my god, i just saw my. I just saw my my room and my monitor. It looks so cute and spooky, oh, i'm so excited for the new vibe, okay progress by the way of things that i've collected so far and like acquired for the ghoul garden that is being updated on patreon in real time there will be a room transformation. Okay, i have five wigs today from i'm style wigs. I did a um attachment tuesday, with i'm style boop here, where we styled outfits based on this wig, a pastel rainbow one which is just freaking delightful and, like i like to call it my koi fish wig. We styled an outfit based on that and then we also have like a teal one from i'm style. Two. These are mostly like home, run wigs. That is why we are starting off this new, like batch of wig reviews with i'm style, because all of the wigs that i have from there i freaking love like this one is like an everyday wig. For me, this is one of my most favoritest wigs. In my whole collection and then like the pastel rainbow, one is like my my heart wig, it's like. If you could like rip me. Open. Okay, well, got graphic and gory real quick, but it would look like that. Wig inside it's all it's all light and pastel and happy and cute and soft and pretty that's the you know what i mean. Okay, the only thing that i like really noticed for from my first, like experience with i'm style, was that the teal one was pretty shiny other than that i freaking loved them. So we are here now for round two with i'm style, to try out five more of their wigs and continue exploring this wig brand. I'M freaking excited to add more on style, wigs to my collection. They are literally some of my faves. I have like over 200 wigs - and these are some of my - like top top favorites, so i'm really looking forward to it, and i have so many questions, there's apparently five wigs in this little box. Here, oh my god, these bags are so cute. Look how cute they're like little like silky, pink bags that say i'm styled my last wigs, i don't think came in these. I love this it's adorable, so we do indeed have five wigs in that little teeny tiny box, we'll see if these held up their style in shipping. Like all crammed in a box like that, we will find out. You have questions. I have answers, i'm so excited and crimson kenny. Are you freaking ready? Oh, this is fun because it's like a grab bag. I don't know which one is which we were just gon na open them up and see what we have here. Okay, i was hoping. Okay, i'm so excited right now i was hoping this would be our first one, because this is the one. This is my question mark of this review. We'Re gon na start it off strong. Let me tell you okay, i am in search of the perfect, like super short like eboy wig, and that is what i freaking want. I have several short wigs and they're all like close they're, close to being exactly what i want. None of them are quite there right, friends, okay, so i saw this wig on i'm style and i have a hope hope that it is going to be the e-boy wig of my dreams. However, i have questions first of all, namely this wig is called the karen wig, which not the best thing which, like maybe not the most like inviting name, the most appealing name, it kind of throws up red flags. Doesn'T it where it's like? Oh, i don't want to look like a karen, but then, if you look at the wig, i feel like it has potential. It could be like if you style a little bit like. Could this be the a boy wig of my dreams? Possibly maybe the wig is called winter gray, karen wig for e girl. It is currently okay, the day of filming this. I don't know what it's actually going to be like when, when this video goes up but day of filming this, it is on sale for 55. Oh, i love wig reviews. This is so fun. This is so fun. Oh my god! Oh this, i have oh wow, okay, so many so many observations off the bat here. One is that the back short layers i knew the back - was going to be darker down here, like it's kind of supposed to look like it's like shaved at the back. It'S looking very stacked like blonde brown, very dark brown, but i'm thinking that when it's on my head and it's like shaking up and shaking around a little bit, that might not be such a bad thing. It might look a little more blended once we kind of get in there, and you know it's really, not silver. I would say this is not gray really. I mean at least in this lighting and at least in my room here, it's like an ashy blonde. It'S it's! It'S like a a cool-toned blonde, which is a color that i actually love, but i wouldn't get this if you're looking for, like a light, silver hair, fyi and i'm very intrigued by the back. This is where a lot of little super short wigs go wrong. I'M so intrigued. Oh the other thing that i um notice off. The bat is that i was expecting this to be a lace front for some reason. I'M not sure why looking at it now, it doesn't say that anywhere that it was, but in my head i think, just based off of based off of the person in the picture here, there's no way. Okay, this is no way the person in this picture is wearing this wig i feel like. Maybe this was their inspiration or something there's no way, that's the same hair, and that is why we do reviews good to know good to know. So that said, even though it's not a lace front, i i still have high hopes. Look at me just eternal optimist over here, a big cue, a big question for short hair. Wigs is how do the wefts hold up back here in the back? Like? Can you see the wefts because it is so short there's not lots of hair to hide them behind. So that is always something we want to check on. Super duper short little wigs, i'm optimistic! Okay, let's try it on. Let'S try her on all righty all righty. Oh uh, as far as clips, let's take a look, see no clips inside, which is another um kind of uh thing for short hair wigs, especially because you want to make sure this back part where it's super short isn't going to like ride up the back of Your head and having clips or like combs in there is really helpful for that. So we'll see here still feeling optimistic. Please please, please! My hair is a lot shorter than it than it was the last time i did a wig review so sometimes, when there's no combs, you kind of pull it over your like low ponytail, but i don't really have a little ponytail anymore. My hair is like gonzos, not gonzo like the puppet, but like bye, all righty come through karen come through. Oh my god wait! Okay! I actually come through aaron. Oh my god! Oh i'm so happy come through karen. How does it look back there? How does it look back there? Oh, my god, i've always wanted my hair. Like this honestly, i know a lot of you. Guys are probably like absolutely hating every moment of this, but this is like. Oh, my god. This is totally my style. Heck yeah, okay, okay, i'm so excited right! Now, okay, this this, this wig as i'm looking at it, is really gon na depend how you style it. I could see how you would you could make this a caron wig. I don't get that vibe at all, but i also don't wear carrying style clothes. I let's see it's feeling it does feel small on my head, like the general cap construction, which is probably so that it doesn't seem too bulky on your head. But if you have a big noggin, i don't know if the cap will fit you, especially without combs in it. I could see that slipping right off your head, oh dudes, i'm so excited. I actually love it. I love okay. I can't see the back the way that you guys should be able to. How does it look? Okay, can you see my wefts what i can tell from the side, which is all i can really see. This sits really nicely on my head. You guys, oh this makes me want to travel my hair off. You know: okay, there there is a hair dream of mine and it is miley cyrus from the like. Oh what's the pool song when she's in the yes, okay. Finally, cyrus from the we can't stop era where her hair look like this is like a dream. I know. I didn't think that i would be so happy about this. I feel like an idol, it's so cute. This is by far by far my favorite short little boy style wig. My little evil hair is by far the best one that i have like freaking, so cute, it's so cute. If you like short hairstyles, i would say, give the karen do they have other colors? Oh, no, oh! No! Oh now! Oh now i need more colors of this okay hold on. Oh, let's see karen. They also have it in red. It looks so natural. I wonder what the part situation is like like. Can we we can sort of part it look at the roots, damn their roots? Look so natural wow wow. Let me do a flash test, real, quick uh. It looks pretty good to me. It looks pretty good here. Let'S see oh spoiler alert, the ghoul garden is not done. A spoiler alert. Breaking the illusion here. Be cool, be cool, be cool, okay, uh! Here we go, i mean it looks pretty good when it has like a direct flash on it. It has a little bit of a synthetic shine, but really like not bad at all. Yes, i was so freaking hoping this one would be a a hit. I was like, i believe i believe look at look at my optimism was rewarded. Okay. Yes, i recommend this one. However, with a few little caveats, you probably be prepared to sew a comb in or something like that, because i don't want it slipping and sliding on on your heads, okay, so that is a little thing to keep in mind. Also, if you have a big head, i'm not sure if it would fit. I can't guarantee you that that would fit you, but also shout out to all my smallheaded people out there. I do get a lot of comments about people being like my wig is way too big what dude? This is a good one for you. This is the kind of hair that you put on and like instantly like. It gives you a little bit of attitude. You put it on and you like, feel slightly different and you're like damn. I feel cool. This is one of those wigs. I just always wanted this hair so excited: okay, okay, okay, let's pick up another mystery bag, since we don't actually know what any of these are from the outside. So what do we have here? A little sneaky pinky? Oh, this is a fun one too, okay, okay! So one thing that i get asked about - often: oh, my god, i love this hair is um. If i can review more natural wigs, because i usually am like always reviewing like really crazy bright, like hot, pink wigs, but people often ask me if i can review some more natural, wigs, some more day-to-day wigs things that are like, maybe less obvious - that it's a Weight you know people ask me about that, a lot and another like hair thing that has been infiltrating ye olde mind. Lately, i'm not sure what it why why why hair colors specifically have a way of doing this, where you're like happy as a little peach with your hair and you're like oh, my hair is so cute and i love it and then all of a sudden, your Brain is like, but what, if, like you dyed it black like what? Wouldn'T you want to just dye it black like? Would it look cool you look so cool with black hair? Wouldn'T that wouldn't that look cool? No! No! No, like your brain's like like what it's like, why is that you can have like the most beautiful hair and your brain is like why, so i don't know lately i've been getting a little itch that i should dye my hair black again, i'm not gon na. Do it at least not right now i love my. I love my watermelon hair, but i do have. I do have a black wig for us here today to scratch that edge and also test out its sort of like natural hair. Look like: does it look like a wig? Does it look natural? It is a lace front so that that is a pro. Probably. I haven't seen it yet, but probably a point for the naturalness, it's kind of like the style of this one. Oh my god beheaded. Someone, oh there, it's a similar style to that. So i was thinking if it's going to be a lace front. If it's going to be black and it's going to be my favorite style, let's try it. Let'S see if it is super shiny, which is like a common uh problem with black wigs, let's find out is it a synthetic shine is a natural shine? Is there any shine? We have a wig. It'S so far looks like a very pretty to you, but it's like solid black. That is a good uh example of how not shiny this wig is wow wow. This has got to be one of my best black wigs too, so it has like a very tiny. Oh there we go there. We go just like that, a tiny bit of like natural shine to it, but it is definitely not like the kind of black that is like that is. Like super synthetic looking like you, i, like you, saw what i just had to try to do to even show you the shine. It'S not going to like jump out as like so freaking shiny, at least not in this lighting. We'Ll do a flash test once it's on here's the cap construction, so the lace doesn't go back super far anywhere in particular, so maybe it's not meant to have a to have a real part. This one all right cool we're back into having combs in our wigs again love that for us. So we have a comb here. We have another one here and then we have another one on the back down here. So it's here and here and here so i am going to trim off this lace, real quick and we will pop her on my head. Okay, while i was trimming that off i went, my brain went into a whole rabbit hole again about this hair. I'M sorry! I'M very excited about it, but i was gon na say so. This hair is currently on sale for 40. Oh, the red one's, even cheaper, the red one is 47., the gray one is 55 gray, it's blonde the the gray blonde one is 55, and then you can get 20 off with that discount code, which makes it 46 dollars, and then let me check it against. So usually, when i have my favorite super short hair that i wear is usually um, the sassy short from rockstar wigs is usually my go-to. This one is so much better. It'S just like flatter on my head. I like those with hats, but i usually don't wear them uh without hats. The way that i would wear this one. This one is good how it is like i could wear this just like out of the bag less boogie, but the uh, the sassy short from rockstar. I usually will wear a beanie with it because it kind of like flattens it down a little bit. You know it's a little too poofy um. Let me see the price of that one. If i had a choice - and i and you like this short hairstyle, i would go with this one um, the i'm style karen style. I hope we come out with more colors of these and then i want them all. I have a new go-to short hairstyle yeah. Okay, oh the black one. Remember we were doing this. Let'S see what this wig is. Our our natural black wig is called the balayage short black wig. Maybe i don't know what balayage means i was thinking. It was like a uh like a blonde fady type thing. I don't know hair, i only know fake hair, but i mean i don't see any sort of like color fade throughout any of this. It is definitely possible that i just don't know what that word means. Let'S do a google. What'S the difference between balayage and ombre yeah tell me: what is the difference? The major difference between balayage and ombre is that balayage is a technique and ombre is a gradient of color. Oh balayage is the term used to describe the way the color is swept onto the hair with a brush during the highlighting or color process. Oh, it's a freehand painting, color technique. I see i don't know still how that is applied to this black. Maybe they have something in their process, that's different from their regular wigs for this one, i'm honestly, i'm not really sure, but that's what it's called this wig is currently as of today on sale from 109 to 76.69. So, let's see how like natural this little puppy looks on my head alrighty here we go. Are you going to save my hair? Oh it's nice to have combs. It feels so secure, so just straight out of the bag. I feel like i feel like this is like a powdered, wig and i'd be like. However, uh we're gon na give this a little a little attention. The black, the color itself is really pretty. Okay, i feel like i'll, definitely be put cutting little like little baby hairs here along the hairline i feel like anytime. You have like a really harsh color uh, like this, like my ghost skin and then like black black black hair uh, it's like having little baby hairs cut in really helps the transition like, even though it's a lace front and the the hairline itself looks pretty good. It'S still, it still looks pretty unnatural to me. It also could be my makeup. It could be that my eyebrows are so light today too, but i feel like this hairline, let's see see about flipping it a little bit. Oh, i kind of like it with a little bit pushed in front of my face. Like oh that's kind of cute, that's kind of cute. The style feels like it feels a little bit curlier than the pink one that i was wearing earlier. I i don't know. I don't know i don't know it's not quite like falling into place quite how i would want it to something about this. One just isn't speaking to me quite like it doesn't fill me with the um like pure joy, that that last wig did um you're, probably getting different energy off of me. You could probably tell i i feel like it's close. I cannot put my finger on it because the black color is really good. Let'S do it. Let'S do a flash test of the black color okay in this picture um here. Let me pop up a difference of flash, no flash flash, no flash flash, no flash. I don't know if this wig is it for me. I think for me my my my conclusion is that the black looks really good in person life lighting flashlighting, not about it. The style is something weird and i can't place it because one of my favorite wigs is like almost the exact same style, and i don't understand why i like it in that color and i don't like it in this girl. I can't figure it out. I need to spend a little more time with it. I think i need. I need some like baby hairs, not an instant success. I wouldn't like totally totally rule it out. Sometimes i get wigs on here and i'm like no and i throw it across the room. I don't feel it's quite like that, but i feel like i need to get my hands in there and play with it a little bit more. Shall we jump on just let's just move on to the next one and hope that we can spark some more joy in this little wig girl? Okay, what do we have here? We got another one mystery bag. Oh, this is exciting. This is so exciting. Okay, this is the one that i just wanted for my collection. I don't really have any questions about it. I just desperately wanted it because it looks so dang pretty who's at my house. Are you late? It is simply bright as yellow. I just wanted it for the collection because it is freaking beautiful. Look at that color! Look at that! Color wow! Oh, my god! I love yellow air. I love yellow, wigs, it's so pretty. I have been needing a new yellow lace front. This might be it boys. Let'S see, let's check the cap, let's check the cap, we have. Oh, it's so much easier to see this wig than the black. We have two. We have three clips. We have the two side ones and the back one love that love that the hairline looks great. It'S super super soft. The lace is very soft. Okay hold on i'm so excited my go-to. Yellow wig right now is like a little short bob and it has the bangs. I couldn't mess the bangs level. I straightened it now. The bangs are like wow real, quick, wow wow. Oh, it looks so good. Look at my yellow hair, oh it's so bright and pretty, oh, my god, the difference in how i how i feel from like natural colors to um. This is like astronomical. Isn'T it? Oh? My god look at my yellow hair, it's so soft, my goodness! Oh my god, look at it. You guys! Oh my god, i love it wow. I love the lace on i'm styled wigs. I feel like a lot of times with my wigs. I end up wearing hats with them to cover up the hairline. I do not have to do that with these wigs, like that looks so good, really put my earrings back on i'm like feeling it in this yellow hair love this hair. Oh, my god picture this with my yellow boots. Oh my god, am i clear, yellow boots? Oh my god. I can't wait to style this. Oh my god, i'm so happy, i'm so happy right now, uh! This is definitely the best yellow wig that i have as well, so we have my best short hairstyle that i own my best, yellow wig that i own together here in the same video, we're only three wigs in out of five. This is a great. This is a great review. Okay, let me see how much this wig is. It'S called lemon soda neon, yellow long synthetic lace front daily, wig it uh is originally 98 currently on sale for 85 and then there's also a curly version of this one as well. But the curly version is called lemon, soda neon, yellow long wave, synthetic lace front. Wig for drag specifically - i guess: okay, let's see, can we can we? Can we like flip it around so yeah? If i wanted to pull it from the side a little bit, we could, oh, my god, how pretty it just falls like so beautifully like this is just straight out of the bag. This is beautiful, wow all right, let's do a flash test. Oh, we should definitely check the wefts on this one too, because it is such a light color it's common to be able to see through them. So we want to make sure before we give it our full thumbs up. Yes, recommendation. We want to check those wefts uh, we're also gon na check the uh, the flash test real, quick scenes. How are you, oh, my god, you're freaking, beautiful beautiful? Yes, beautiful? Yes, yes, sorry, i'm just very excited here about this yellow wig. Okay, shall we take a look at the uh at the wefts come on come on, you can do it. I believe in you optimus alexa over here. How are they please tell me they're good. Please give it a good thumbs up review. I refuse to believe that you can see wes, because this wig is perfect all right. I give this one a giant. I hope it's a stump of approval, meeting a thumbs up and a stamp of approval, a stump of a proof, alexa's stump of approval. Yes, i love it, i'm style, crushing it okay, so here is the next one, and this one is okay. I have a feeling this one is going to be beautiful. This is the one that i have the biggest question about the roots. Because can you see here they are so light? These ones are super light. I love the palette of this wig, i'm so curious and excited. Let'S find out this, one here is called flamingo blonde orange purple, ombre long wavy synthetic lace, front wig. The color palette on this wig is gorgeous it's still in the net and i'm like. Ah, oh my beautiful wow wow, it's beautiful how light these roots are so curious, but based on our experience here with lemon soda, i'm feeling good about it. I'M feeling optimistic about it. Um this wig is flamingo. It is listed as blonde orange purple. It'S blonde to. I would say this is much more of like a pinky coral to like a pinky purple. What we have here again. We have the three clips the two on the sides, one on the back love that so i think that every wig that i have from i'm style, except the little eboy hair - has the clips. I so wish that had the clips. It would be the most perfect wig if it had the clips. That is okay, it is something that can be easily added. You can just easily put those in yourself. If you go to like a beauty supply store, you can buy little like combs that you can just sew in there. Sorry, i'm like focused on trimming the lace you can do that with pretty much any wig uh. You can sew your own clips if whatever wig, because you, if you know sometimes when you get like uh, especially cheaper wigs, like you, know, uv mishi and that kind of thing they don't always come with clips. So you can add your own clips into pretty much any wig. I think just a little fun fact for you, okay, lace cut! I love lemon soda with my whole entire being look at how this just sits. It'S so pretty! So let's put a flamingo and see about these roots: okay lost another earring, it's okay, flamingo babe! Oh my god, these colors, oh they're, so warm they remind me of like summer. They remind me of a like sunset on vacation. Like you, don't get this sunset at home. Oh, this is a big cap. This one is big. It feels like wow whoa, look at this hair, wow wow, i'm feeling lots of emotions. This lace isn't laying super flat on my head here, which could be a sizing thing, even though i have it tightened down and it feels secure. The lace is very loose up here around my hairline, so when i'm just popping it on here, like switching them out and popping them all around like off and on and off and on whatever, not gluing it down or anything like that, you can see that the Lace is lifted off of my my hairline, oh oh yeah, oh yeah, you can see that i do that little. So it's not sitting like super flat along my face, but that can be fixed by like actually properly securing your weight to your head, which i never do. Um like gluing. This lace down would get rid of that little bubble. You can glue it down like that. All the way around the glue will hold it secure against your head, so it is not like a total deal. Breaker to have lace like that is just like a little bit more work. The roots do look pretty good. They do look good. I love these colors. I love these colors. I feel like i'm on vacation. So let's pretend that this wig is properly secured to my head. Pretend i'm not gon na! Do it but pretend i feel like i should be sipping like a frozen little bevy on the beach waiting for the sun to set a romantic getaway, where it's all nice and warm out. It'S like freezing freaking cold here right now and a nice little like beach. Sunset sounds so nice and relaxing that's what that's the vibe this hair gives me. It also kind of feels like okay, i feel like i want to like flip this over a little bit. Oh, oh slay, all day, wow beautiful, oh okay! I actually i like it. Even better flipped to the side, i feel like when it's all this color in the middle. It looks like you were bleaching your roots and then you either gave up or forgot what you were doing, but when it's off like oh, this is so glamorous wow. This is so glam i feel like. I should be in some like really like fancy dress. This makes me want ice cream or like some mochi on the beach or like a little creamsicle pop um, but also glamorous. Maybe i want to wear a ball gown while watching the sunset in a beautiful tropical island while eating ice cream, i mean that's the dream: isn't it that's what this hair makes me think of i kind of figured that i would already love this one because i Think it's the same style, at least it's a very similar style to my koi fish wig, and i this one is just a totally different color palette, it's freaking beautiful as heck. I do love it very much. Oh, i feel so fancy and tropical. I love it. What fun this wig is. Okay, so we have one more my friends, i can't even remember, we've been through the whole journey so far today. What do we have? I forgot about this one, so intrigued so interested to see this one in all of its glory. Shall we take a look, this wig so interesting so interested in this interesting wig? Okay, so let me, let me tell you what it is. First, let me see okay, so this wig is called dark blue with tinsel tinsel. You heard right synthetic lace, front, wig, a tinsel wing like for christmas. This is like a party wig. I do love a good party. I do love exciting hair and it's a really pretty blue. It'S like a a royal bru, so excited it's a royal blue to like a turquoisey color, but it has freaking tinsel in it and i'm so excited to see how that looks. Does it look good? Does it look silly? Does it look like a party wig? Does it look like a party wig? I need to know the difference. Okay, so here's the wig okay, let's take a look-see at what we got see. I can see the tinsel already. I can see it already: wow whoa, okay, okay, let's see in their product photos, it doesn't look like the tinsel is super super like um obvious. I guess like it in this picture here, i'll pop it up here. I don't even know that i would assume that there was something extra zazzy in that hair, so i was super curious um, it's one of the reasons i chose this one because i was like okay like what what what is this. What are we looking at here? It doesn't seem like there is a strong presence of a party in his hair, like i i i wasn't sure so. I said: let's try it, and here we are oh wow, especially on camera. It'S a freaking party wig, it's a party. Let'S look at her. The tinsel which i don't know if it comes through on camera, is blue and it is, you definitely do see it like whoa whoa. I just hit it over the light. That'S back here, wow, so sparkling, it's like glitter when it hits the light wow. So i mean yes, the tinsel does say hey. This is a wig, but i don't mind that i mean. Obviously you guys know. I love wigs. I wear wigs. All the time was not something that would stop me from enjoying a wig, wow wow. Look at this beautiful, like royal blue, to this more like um. Look at this here like this turquoisey color, it's like a really subtle color fade, but it's so like it's beautiful, so um like aquatic and especially with a little tinsel. I feel like i've just jumped out of the ocean, and i am a deep sea glittery sparkly mermaid like like a pretty one, not like a not a deep sea mermaid like this. This is so weird i had to show you i i thought that i just had a pink of a piece of pink flesh like from my rug or something in my wig, but no no! No! No! This is like sewn into the wig. You can see this black string here coming out of the the wefts and it's like it's it's in there, it's sewn in there and then look at this. The the yarn thing is sewn into the string coming out of the whip. What the what the actual heck is happening here. This looks very much like a mistake of some kind. I don't know how this happened uh. I just thought i would share because very very weird, never seen that before. So i'm just gon na cut it out and like be on my merry little way very odd. All right, i'm gon na put it on it, takes a fix. It'S honestly, so glam i mean look at this. Look at this when you style. When you put your makeup, you add your makeup to it, you put a little bit of sequins little sparklies on there. Oh glamorous, you tell me: what do you think of the tinsel? Would you wear a wig that has tinsel in it? Do you think that it is only for a holiday, or do you think that you would wear tinsel here anytime? I am curious for your thoughts.
