Cousins welcome back to my channel. This is your very first time because in my channel my name is Amber and make sure you hit that subscribe button before you leave. So, as you guys know, I love a good protective style. You guys know that I have been in like a little phase, where I had really enjoyed like protective styling wigs for so long that I really was not feeling like dealing with my natural hair. I will say I have gotten over that hump. I am back to working with my natural hair bleh, I'm lifting me. I love wearing a good week to church baby, so I was prepared to install this unit by levy hair to go to church tomorrow and I decided to come and talk to you guys about just another little tips, I think, is helpful for hair growth tips and It kind of ties along with protective styling. If you guys saw my last video. It was my 5 best tips for growing out your natural hair, and I, if you don't know, I like to keep it really simple with my hair. So all the tips always give are really easy, and I made it a point to say that you do not have to protect the style to grow out. Your hair particular is purely optional. I love to protect this value. Guys know my favorite protective style of choice is weeks because I'm not really, you know committed to anything when I'm wearing a wig, but you do not have to protect them style, but it is a good option. I decided to actually come and talk about something that I really have probably been putting in practice for the last year, and it really has made a difference for me in lint retention and just making sure that I protective style effectively. So first things first is hair. Is from 11 hair, and I'm just going to give you guys the details just in case, you already know how to install the wig and you don't really care to see how I install my unit. You just want to go about this unit. This is a 360 degree lace unit. I know they have been popular going around right now, so I decided that I wanted to travel in and this particular unit is of our needs, be curly. It is 22 inches and it is 130 percent density. I am 5 foot, 4, 5 foot 5 on a good day, so 22 inches straight comes right at my tailbone and this one comes right underneath my boobs, you can't really see it because it is our friends, but that is the details of the unions. Like I said, I decided about a year ago that I was going to stop cornrow in my hair under my unit and the reasons I decided to do it because, really, when I think about protective styling, I think about something. That'S going to do the least amount of damage, the least amount of manipulation, and I'm really not looking for something. That'S going to break my hair off in the process, and I just found mad cornrow in my hair, underneath my Munich's just caused more damage than good. I have very fine picture hair, so whenever I would go to cornrow my hair, I feel like just all the manipulation from cornrow on my hair to braid it down. To put it underneath. The unit was actually causing breakage before I could even get the protective thousand and then Mason's be my hair and trust me. I am NOT a tight brighter, I'm just I'm not just because I don't braid that often so, if anything, I grab more along the loose side. So it's not always braiding. My hair too tight. I just feel like in manipulation was breaking my hair off and then also because I do have curly hair. It is really not suggested to braid your hair, wherein it's purely fake, because your hair is its most fragile when in its wet day, so it's more prone to break it. So I try not to braid my hair curly, which is another reason why I don't do like cornrow braids out anymore. I used to doing a lot when I was transitioning black, my hair. You know your hair is just friends on when it's wet. So a lot of times, if you're going to braid your hair down or you need the core, while your head out, you have to blow dryer first, so so in this whole process of a protective filing I'm having to click direct heat on my hair by blow Drying and I'm manipulating it by putting in these cornrows, when really I could get my hair just as flat just by doing for flat. Sometimes, if I feel like I want to get my hair a little bit flatter or I'm just being really picky that day, you got some seen pretty much my braid pattern or whatever. When I wear my unit, I was in 6 birds, but, as you guys will see in this clip, I did just for B plant on dry hair. I moisturize my hair and I'll leave all the products that I'm, which dries my hair with in the description box. But I just moisturize my hair on an old watch ago and put it in for big plant and literally my hair legs, just as flat as I did with cornrows, and it is a lot less manipulation on my hair, I'm working in bigger sections, which is also Better for not breaking your hair, just working in larger sections and it's fine as you guys can see like my hair and then I guess me also. I will say I do wear a lot of texture and unit. I don't wear a lot of straight unit, but at the same time, even if I were going to cornrow my hair, my hair is so long now that I would still have to like, take the cornrows and like either sew them in Soma or like twist them And put them here, so it still is going to be some kind of degree of limitation or whatever I thought I went to Williams on my mad annotation, but that's really like it would be some kind of degree of lumps going on anyway. If you're, somebody like me, who has fine textured hair a lot of times, cornrowing, you just do more damage than good and by all means I have to make a disclaimer everytime, but instant works for you then continue to cornrow your hair. If your hair is the kind of hair that you select is really resistant to heat, like your hair, doesn't mind being blow dry or you don't mind blow-drying your hair to cornrow then do that and then also for me, I'm not the type of person to keep Like a particular protective style for a long time, you know like it just doesn't make sense to keep blow-drying my hair, to put it under a week total nothing special, but I didn't want to come and kind of bring that to you guys attention just because I Do feel like that has made a big difference in why my protective styles have probably done better for me recently than they have in the past, just because I really had been paying attention with how much manipulation I put on my hair and, as you guys know, I pretty much went almost a full three-month span where I did not wear my natural hair at all. I was just wearing um. Wigs and all I did was just do plat underneath and I feel like that really really saved my hair from a lot of breakage. So, let's see guys, let me know in the comment section below on how you like to create your hair under your units. Maybe it's something that I can use or something our cousins can use. We always love to get new tips and suggestions and make sure you stay tuned for the demonstrations. Thank you guys so much we're almost at 50k, I'm so excited yeah. If you haven't subscribed, like I said, make sure you hit the subscribe button and films up this video, I love you guys so much I'll see you the next one. So this is what my hair looks like under my units, I've literally just have four plants. This is an old washing go using my holy grail, wash routine I'll leave that in the description box as well and literally all I do is take a couple of bobby pins and pin the braids to the opposite side of my head and that's what creates like That you know flat, look that you're looking for and then of course, when you put your wig cap on it's going to make it even flatter. So I really don't even see the point of doing cornrows this particular time. I went ahead and put rubber bands on the ends of my hair, which I wouldn't suggest doing just because rubber bands can, you know, tend to be a little stressful on your ends, but I had just trimmed my hair, so you know when you freshly trim your Hair, your ends are kind of really blunt, so it's kind of hard for my hair to stay. What is the word I'm looking for like together right now, so I used upper bands, but usually I don't do that, but my image is really blunt right now, so this it that's, my brave had her. So now, I'm just going to show you guys. I know you've seen me do it a couple of times before, but for those who have am going to show you guys how I install my unit. This is the unit I already told you guys the specs in the beginning of the video, but this is what it looks like on the wig head again. It is a 360 degree last week and I did go ahead and sew my elastic band in the middle, because you guys know that is my cheat code and then I'm just going to put the elastic band on first and then just adjust the unit. The unit is a little too big for me, so I'm having to like kind of make it work and I've gotten a tan. So I needed a darker wig cap, but we're just going to make it work. You definitely can make it work. How ever you know? Whatever you're going through that day, so I'm just adjusting it to make it fit as best as I can, because it is a little big and I decided I wanted to wear a side part. So I'm just going to get that part situated and, as you can see like my cap was a little too big, but I'm going to fix that with some concealer later right. Now, I'm just going to style the unit. This hair was gorgeous and I really probably didn't even need to style it. I just wanted to show you guys, you know what it looks like and how I make my wigs look as natural as possible and how this hair looks style. So I like to go ahead and spray water on the crown of my head, because it gives it to you know, lay flat and look a lot more realistic, and now I'm just kind of pulling my baby hairs out already had gel on my hair. From laying my hair down in the brace, I'm not going to put any additional jail on my baby hairs, I'm just taking like a wet toothbrush and bringing my baby hairs to the front. So that's what you taught me just do just spray the toothbrush with water and now I'm just going to style the unit to style it I'm just using some water, my Denman brush and then I'm going to use the mane and tail conditioner. That I mentioned in my anti hall, just cuz, I'm trying to get rid of it, but I found that it does really well on my unit. I don't really like it for my natural hair, but it does do well in my unit, so I'm just kind of doing the rake and shake method and, as you guys can see, the curls are absolutely gorgeous. I really feel like it mimics a lot of my natural curl pattern. If my hair didn't shrink so much and if my hair was longer, I feel like it mimics a lot of what my natural hair looks like when it's completely wet. So I really did like that, and I just thought it was absolutely gorgeous. So that's just what I'm going to do. I'M just going to continue to define the curls using my diamond brush and using the rake and shape method. So you guys can just kind of hang out, and this is it the final step, I'm just going to take some concealer actually two to three shades lighter than my normal skin tone. Just because, like I said, my wig cap was a little too light, and this is what it looks like this is wait. I did go in with a diffuser at the very end and get my hair dryer to what you saw in the beginning. This video, but thanks so much for watching guys. I love you so much. I'Ve seen the next one.

I Am Eloho: Yesss ive been doing this since December so I’m Glad to know it’s beneficial to my natural hair ! I live for wigs and I want my natural hair to grow long and strong #NewSubbie #HeyCuz

TwinGodesses: Same here!!!! I'm terrible with corn rolls. I twist up my hair and noticed so much growth!!!

Teneisha Richburg: now I don't feel so bad that I can't cornrow I twist/braid/plait my hair under my wigs and its sooo much easier

xtinaaanitx: I've been noticing my edges thinning after having cornrows done professionally. the front of my hair is fine and dry so I'm glad you shared this for those of us who need different options for protective styling

D.Wright Tv: I stopped doing them too ..my hair DOES NOT do well in cornrows at all...I thought I was the only one , but I feel like they break my hair so much

CARTERMADE 86: She’s speaking truth I kept mini twists pinned down under my wig and my hair grew crazy fast

Dreamer of1997: I have also experienced the same thing as you had stated in this video. When my mom, began to twist and plait my hair is when I discovered that my hair was really growing. I also have thin hair too. For me, box braids were my kryptonite, although I did experience some breakage and it did weigh down my natural hair. That's the main reason I transferred to wigs. However, I was also, in the wrong, because I did not let my hair breathe when I took out my box braids, so yeah. I love the video, it was very educational. Thank you.

Jazz M.: The same thing happened to me. I noticed that brading my hair in the same pattern for several months can cause damage. I also noticed that using thread to tie the braids down causes major damage. I still braid my hair for a flatter look under my wigs but I make sure to switch up the pattern & not make the braids too small.

Suki Moon18: I love this video I share it for my friends. They were so surprised I didn’t have cornrows. It saves money and your hair grows so much faster. This is what I do all the time now. Thank you for sharing!!!

Aliyah Janelle: I love this! I never keep a protective style in long, and cornrows just ALWAYS seemed like so much manipulation for nothing. Ugh I needed this video. Happy to see someone going against the grain so to speak. Thank you!!

Julianne Willett: This video was everything I needed and MORE! My hair is long and thickkk, and I can cornrow but it's mediocre, and I hate the bump it creates..makes me self conscious. This is easy, breezy, and way less time consuming. The time to cornrow is typically what talks me out of wearing wigs. Thank you a million for this video!!!

GLAMAFROMNY: I stopped as well, I do mini twist or braids and I've noticed more growth than cornrows

Mel B: I actually never cornrow my hair dry. I always braid on damp curly hair because the hair is more flexible. seem like this works for u though but I don't think braiding or even twisting wet hair is bad. I feel u though blow drying each time would be a no for me. I blow dry like once a year lol

Bri Vanessa: i guess it all depends on your hair texture, length , thickness . some can grow their hair with cornrows and others twist. Fine hair lay flatter and slick with moisturiser in it. I dont think i would be able to avoid big lumps in four sections with a str8 cap on.

I'M BLACK & I SAY SO: I just started wearing wigs and I have been braiding it in plaits. I am going to get my hair cornrowed soon just to see how it works for me. I do understand how the cornrows could do harm. It's all trial and error

Krista Samuels: Thank you for this! My hair is fragile as well and I recently started wearing a wig and didn't like the idea of having to cornrow every time (especially since I suck at it haha). I will definitely adopt this method!

Treva Collins: You are sooooooo telling the truth!!! I just realized about 3 weeks ago that I have WAY too much breakage when I take the cornrows down. Like alot! SO I vowed to not do that again PLUS you just confirmed the same thing I was thinking was too much tension. Thanks for all the knowledge

Aye Stella: Girl this video is sooooooo helpful!! I just bought some hair for a wig I'm going to have made and I was dreading the whole blow drying and cornrowing my hair crap before the install. I'm definitely going to just do some dookie braids and call it a day

LifeAsCara: Explains why my hair breaks off when i comb it out after i take out my braids! Thanks for this !

It's for Me: I do big twists and pin them down. I used to cornrow but I noticed I was getting breakage in the parting. I get more growth now, less breakage and with pinning, it lays just as flat for me. I have fine hair as well.

My Name Is Meikosh: I have fine hair and I was just wearing my wigs last week and after a week my braids were STILL rather tight. It wasn't pulling on my edges or anything, but it was still tighter than I wanted. I hate braiding on wet hair too, but I also stay away from heat so I put my hair in a few big braids to stretch it and I would braid it down after my hair was dry and stretched. I did a second big chop in September so my hair is still in the TWA stage, but I have been debating on flat twisting instead of braiding so this video was right on time.

C Knight: This is a good tip for low poro hair (fine width strands & low poro pretty much mean the same thing). Low poro hair doesn’t get tangled as easily, so this is a great tip for us. For high poro women doing cornrows is good because their hair gets tangled easier + stretched hair is great for them!

Shanell T: @Hair Mary I completely agree! I have very fine hair with a similar texture to yours and cornrowing causes more damage than good. I opt to put my hair in 4 - 6 regular two-strand twists under my wigs and pin them around my head and it lays flat enough.

Samantha Rice: Yess Amber!!! I realized this too, and it's hella faster! So much easier to detangle after taking the braids down too. Almost 50K girl, you are doing it! Proud of you!

Rachel curlylocks: I actually have the same issue with cornrowi get my hair in its natural curly state it can be intense, my strands are delicate and fine too. thanks so much for sharing. I'll give this a go

NicNacAttack: great tips! it's important to know your hair. really my hair breaks and snags and snaps if I try to cornrow wet. plus it looks bad and frizzy lol. I noticed my hair would start breaking at the base when I did plaits. I used to flat twist like a cornrow going back when wet with lots of oil and it worked for my hair. on my last big chop I just keep small two stand twists under wigs for the last year retwist every two to three weeks. pleasantly surprised at the minimal breakage. I have to be cautious of locking. also no combs ever and I hardly use soap. just oil and water. 4c hair is a trip lol but definitely do what works for YOU! I'm 34 and have been natural since 17 before it was cool or a thing lol but I finally figured it out. edges are thinning from wigs but they were never really thick anyways

Fab Life: I agree. I noticed more breakage with braiding too! I do have to blow it dry and I do plaits too. I may look like Kizzy underneath, but oh well my hair is not breaking nearly as much. Thanks for posting!

Incognitoria Anonymousita: Thank you for this very detailed video. The information provided was very helpful to me as a newbie (wig type, hair prep, installation of unit).

j craig: So true. I stopped also. Even the takedown of cornrows is damaging. I just do 5 braids and life is better for my hair.

Gabrielle Davis: Completely agree with everything you said! I do the same style as you underneath and let them out at night so that my hair isn’t pulling constantly and I find it way better for my hair than cornrows under wigs

Si Si: Thanks for this info. I thought it was just me my hair was breaking and falling out while I was taking the braids out and then breaking off when I washed and detangled and now I see this the reason why . I’m going to try the flat twist under my wigs now.

Maddy G.: I agree! Cornrowing does cause breakage! So glad I found your video! Def must try your method! Thanks for the help love!

Rickara Parks: I braided my hair today for my unit and I noticed that I had a lot more breakage. I need to switch it up. Thanks for the video, cousin! :)

K'allDay: Thank you! It took me a while to figure out why my hair was breaking even with all the protective measures I took. My hair is fine as well.

BlowAKissMakeup: I do the same technique (usually only 2 low braids that I crisscross in the back. But maybe I'll try 4 braids one day). I've never ever worn cornrows before and didn't see the need for me to have them under wigs when my 2 low braids created a flat enough surface. Also I don't wear wigs everyday and wouldn't want to be forced to wear a wig daily simply bc my hair was cornrowed. I find that too restrictive for me.

Blaze Brown: I moisturize my hair w/leave-in-conditioner &; thereafter, apply approximately 6-8 regular braids b4 wearing a wig. I too have fine-curly soft hair; therefore, I stopped french braiding (cornrolling) my hair due to breakage. It took me by surprise as I noticed more hair in my comb than I liked after taking down the french braids. Thank you for sharing.

Koko Koms: Loose conrows on damp hair does it for me. That makes me not to pull my edges and lose hair. To me braiding or twisting is rather to difficult on my thick 4c hair: it's just really messy and as a result my wig isn't properly set.

Linnie210: Thanks for the video. I was wondering how you keep your edges from breaking. I wear wigs exactly like you, however, I still keep losing my edges. It's frustrating me as I've been looking for solutions, but can't find any beside wearing my natural hair out - which I don't feel comfortable to do yet.

Kei Chin: This is a game changer for me, thank you so much cuzen, i will never cainrow my hair under my wigs again, too much breakage.

Jacqueline Melton: Hello Amber. Thank you for sharing your hair technique experiences. Your tutorial has been VERY helpful. Our fine texture hair is similar. Additionally, I’m very impressed with your YouTube video presentation. Would you mind posting “How To” links? Ex. White background, fast audio, posting on YouTube, etc. Thank you if you have time to respond. Jacqueline

Beautiful Irawo: Flat twist are the best protective style under a wig not necessarily cornrows just last longer.

The Ultimate Lifestyle Collection: Your accent just makes me smile sis :) Starting my second big chop growth journey to hip length in four years and developed my own product line to prove it works by growing my hair from shaved to hips! Doing it under wigs and I'll probably hit my goal before! Thanks so much for the video!

F O O D R E V O L U T I O N: Thank you so much for that confirmation. I just stopped doing braid out and do twist outs with A LOT less manipulation and MUCH better results so I’m gonna doing 4 flat twists and be done under my wigs

Kandis Mascall: Flat twists work really well for my wig preparation

Ari* Mox: can you pleaseeeee do a makeup tutorial for this amazing look in this vid! you look phenomenal girl !! :)

Christina Wilson: Girl, you and me both. My fine hair gets destroyed by cornrows and my hairdresser is very gentle with my hair. I can’t braid myself

Michelle Dube: So happy I came across this video, I’m starting to take care of my hair and I just realised that cornrows are not good for my hair

EricaYE6: So pretty and very natural-looking. Thanks for sharing!

Shantia Allen: I need more wigs but i just ain't try to pay all that money. puts hair back in puff

Queen La T: That unit is Beautiful!! I don't remember how the The Mane n Tail Conditioner felt on my hair, but the detangler works pretty good for my niece's hair..

wellsparker: I just stopped the cornrows a month ago. I lost a lot of hair but could never figure out why

Yasmin Gomez: Since my hair is finer like yours, I usually only do about 6 cornrows. HOWEVER lol I don't blow dry my hair I just brush my curls out so I have an "afro" AKA my faux fro but I use my oil mixture in my scalp, let my hair air dry, and then i braid it down tight enough to be flat but not to the point where it hurts.

ShawtyB: Thank you so much I don't feel so bad because I can't cornrow either so this definitely will work for me.

Angela: I would suggest using the snap-on metal barrettes to hold your plaits together. Because, bobby pins can lose their tips easily.

Ke Ro Hard: I never heard that natural hair is at it's weakest when it's wet. Mine is the opposite. It is at it's strongest when it's wet. Love that unit. I usually do mine in 4-6 big twist under mine.

Rainha S.: I use box braids with my own hair under my wigs, cornrows feel awful on my scalp no matter how loose I do it. The box braids allow me to wash my hair weekly and moisture daily root to tip.

mzhotniz86: I feel the same. My hair hates braids. It loves loose two strand twists, but its way too bulky under wig

Christie Rose: African threading under wigs or banding is my cup of ☕️!

TheHareLife: Same here! I will twist my hair and pin the twist down or 4 big braids and pin them down!

AgentDouble Oh Soul !!: The wig is Awesooooome. Looks like you grew it!

Briana Downing: I do twists on my hair when wearing wigs.

alexandrea bellman: I thought I was the only one. Corwnrows go hand in hand with breakage for me.

MariaHarris: I have 4a hair and it's fine and soft so I just plait my hair underneath my units, plus I'm lousy at cornrows. As for my hair I think just because it's soft and fine that there's going to be some breakage.

Hair & Skin Prosperity LLC: And now I am awakened finally in 2021 . I don’t know how to cornrow but i can do a twist / braid out for sure! I thank God for this new perspective!

The Natural Hair Confidant: finding what works for you individually is key, and no lumpations

FluffyPinkGlitterWingz808: And your wig is BOMB!!! I love it!

#UNASHAMED TINA TOLBERT: Thank you for sharing your techniques I'm going to try it too.

Rae-juh-nayyy: Cornrowing under wigs have helped my hair FLOURISH! I just make sure it’s moisturized before I braid, as it’s braided, and right before I take it out. I’m also very gentle.

Iconic Curlz: I feel the same way. I have fine hair and I definitely blow dry first if I cornrow my hair. You can hear strands breaking if you cornrow on wet hair. That's a no no. When I was permed all I wore were cornrows so this pisses me off because I don't really like to blowdry my hair now that I'm natural.

A K: I've decided to start wearing wigs so im coming back to all your old videos to get useful information.

Beautiful Irawo: I agree, but a light blow dry and flat twist are the best for me .Easy take down and manipulation.

Ashanti Bell: Yesterday, I did Bantu knots and plaited them to do the knots then I put on a cap and wig.. it’s less tension and not lumpy at all, and makes the wig feel more breathable

Allanté Charles: My hair is so thick it would look like i have on a helmet but that’s a great idea for those who can make it flat!!

Biacca Green: Hmmmmm I never braid my hair wet, when my hair is in corn rows under my weave or lace front. I still wash and moisturize my braids under neath. Yes when I take my braids out there is she'd hair. But there is a difference between hair that has she'd and hair that is breaking. But do what's best for you.

Caprice Nabors: Thank You so much. We have the Exact same hair Texture, and Length. My Problem is I can't seem to wear a Stocking Cap, or any Covering under my Wigs because it makes me Sweat really Bad. I even tried the Fish Net Cap, although it helps my Head to Breathe, but it doesn't hold my Hair down for the Flatness I need under a Wig. WHAT NOW. boo hoo

Amber Kay: Hi honey, love ur video. I love wigs. I am 42, mixed fine curly hair. I have noticed as I get older the thinner my hair gets. It's in the family, mom's hair, aunt's hair. We all have thin hair. Any who, I wanted to share something with all the lady's and u. I don't use a stocking cap under my wigs. I use the lace from the fabric store. My hair is very fragile. I can't even use aloe vera on my hair, its protein sensitive! ughhh tell ya, this natural hair journey is no joke. 2 years now, I have learned a lot about my hair. It's between a 3a, and 2a. My curl patterns are all over the place. I have high parosity hair too .. I do the sew on cap, I use a full lace, or 360 wig. I leave perimeter out. My husband likes the more natural look. I sew the lace on my braid. Leave an inch to over lap ur braids when sewing on the lace. I like the glue method, but I can never get the glue to stay no longer that a day. I am very active... That might be why? I don't know. When I have a wig. I like to keep it in for a while.... So mabie this will help with some of that breakage. I noticed when I use lace under my wigs. My hair is in tact, besides the normal shedding. So many blessings to all lady's. ❤❤

brea rochelle: I AGREE! my hair is fine as well.. so it would break my hair off

Lady Eloise415: i had to stop cornrowing my hair. it was causing more harm than good....i have fine 4b/c hair . also with the plaits I had to keep changing the braid styles becuase i was braiding them in the same 2x2 plaits. and you could see the breakage on the perimeter of each plait...just fyi...so id have to switch up...either 3x3 4x4 or 5x5...you essentially train your hair in prolonged styles and the hair will conform...good or bad...its simple but it makes a difference after a few months.

DBP sons: So pretty! Beautiful makeup :)

S B: I did so much damage to my hair braiding in cornrows in its wet state smh

Shanita Weeden: Thank you, I did not know it was optional. I started using a hair growth oil and taking my vitamins and my hair started growing without using fake hair .

Sydney Clarke: I have short 4c hair. I wish I could do this and still have a flat foundation underneath my wigs. Braiding is a must.

BlackHairandSkinCare: Yeah I either twist my hair under my wigs or I do lose big plaits. At the end of the plaits I twist my hair though because it seals nice and is better for my hair. I have fine wavy/curly hair.

Jodi-Kay Edwards: I always braid my hair too under wigs I could never cornrow lol. But I also just let it air dry before braiding and putting my wig on.

mstcherie13: I stopped too as my hair got longer and thicker cus it took too much effort for me just to plonk a wig on top of it anyway. So I just do big twists or plats, wig cap, wig. Good to go.

winiver77: If only I could do my hair myself I'm gonna try I cant cornrow but can plait! M hair is so fine and it hurts when its blown out and cornrowed! Taken hair out from crochet braids after four months - I cant see the growth! Did spot little breakage bits! Even though I moisturized. I now want to try to do things myself, and try lace wigs.

Angela: I am happy for you that you chose to stop cornrowing. Because, that was too much manipulation.

Yaya Spamz: when my mom first installed a wig on me , she never gave me cornrows she just slicked my hair down

Randa Wise: Your natural hair is even more beautiful than the wig. But either way, you look gorgeous. :)

Tamara: Super helpful! Thanks :)
