My review of the Lace Dread Locks. A wig from the company It's a Wig. This wig would have been phenomemal had it not shed like crazy. Let me know if you know of a style like this that does not shed.

Hey beautiful people, how y'all doin hope you guys are doing great if you're new to my channel welcome. I wanted to come and share with you this wig that I bought. I bought it online from elevated style and it is aged red, lock, lace, front wig. So when I first saw it, I was super excited because I absolutely love locks. I think mops are absolutely beautiful, but I don't have what it takes, which is you know, patience and dedication and all that to grow them out, and so I've always loved the idea of faux locs. I'Ve gotten full locks in the past. If you guys remembered - and they were gorgeous, but they were heavy plus, I was also restricted to only wearing one style. So I love the fact that this was a wig. I can take it off. Take it off switch it up whatever. So the name of the wig is lace dreadlocks and the company is from it's a wig. I got the wig in a color one which is jet black. My natural hair is very dark, so it blends well with jet black, whether it's a 1 or 1b. So, let's get into the wig, it has lace all on the front, but what I did was I took out a little bit of my own hair and just set the wig right on top of it. So that way, it looks like it's going right out of my roots. You can see that there. This is my hair. This is my real hair and the wig. The lace is right here and you can see it's just literally sitting on top of my real hair, but it gives it a really realistic vibe, but that's the lace right there, just sitting on top of my hair like this. Ok, you can choose to put the lace front weight right on top of your forehead if you want, but I'd like this gives you the most realistic um5. These are the locks. Ok, they're twisted pretty small they're, really thin. The ends are not burned. So the end. Just kind of hang down real sleek: okay, that's what the locks look like, as you can see, there's pieces of hair hanging out of it. So it's not twisted tightly adults twisted very, very loosely and there's a lot of little hairs. Just kind of sticking out. I souped it up, so I can make it look more cute, but I'm going to go ahead and tie it, so you can see what it looks like, so I just place it to where it's rapes over the front like a main kind of okay. This is what it would look like, so it's all the hair being pulled to the front. So it's beautiful. It'S not like super realistic. Looking, I think, if someone looked at it up close, they would definitely know they're, not real locks, but from far away you wouldn't know now as much as I want to rave about this wig, I can't I just got to be real with you guys. This has to be the worst wig I've ever purchased in my entire life. This wig sheds, like nothing I have ever seen in my entire life, either we're speaking right now. I have hair all over my arms all over my dress, all over my bed, all over the camera hair all over my carpet. This wake sheds like nothing I've ever seen before. I don't know if it's because when they twisted it in and twist it correctly, but I mean when I say I have hair all over me. I have hair all over me. It'S disgusting. I can't even wear this wig out. Um I've worn it around the house. A couple of times, but it just disgusted me because it was hair everywhere I had to keep vacuuming. I wanted to wear it out tonight, but that won't be happening either, because it's just it's unbelievable, it's unbelievable! The shedding is unbelievable. Now I got it from elevated styles and I do realize that when it comes to wigs different manufacturers make the same way. So a different hair site might have the same wig made by a different manufacturer and therefore the wig will be slightly different. So it's possible um that maybe you could find one that doesn't shed it's possible, that maybe they can be revamping it and revamping it to make the wig a little bit better, but I would never ever repurchase this wig. I won't even wear this wig out. It is so beautiful for the shedding is unreal, so unfortunately, this way gives two thumbs down for me. I think it's very pretty. I love the concept of it. It would have been phenomenal had it actually not. I would have rocked it every single day. It'S gorgeous, but I just can't live my life like this um, I'm so tempted to just like show you, so I didn't get a chance to show you how long the wick is. So this is where it comes down on on the side on the back. It is pretty long, it does come to about a couple inches past bra, strap length, so it's about 24 to 26 inches in the back. It is a long wig and it is very, very pretty all right. So that's my review on this wig. Moosie: The wig looks GORGEOUS on you! Too bad about the shedding. I've never had much success with It's a Wig Products, even the more expensive human hair wigs. They just fall apart, and don't stand up to any pressure. I find the hair naps up and tangles even before you wash the wig! I'm so reluctant to buy any of their wigs again.

ronniemonnie: Those are white woman dreads. The texture isn't right for your hair; it doesn't blend well. Not to mention the shedding problem you talked about. I like the idea of a dread/box braid/twist braid wig, but the execution/design never does it for me. But having said that, even though that wig was janky as f***, it's still looked kinda nice on you. You look great in dreads.
