Hey you guys, this is glamazons, hey and we're back to expose those secrets to you guys now everybody told me they wanted me to get some hair stickers out to you. So today we're at youth Beauty corporation and we are going to be exposed in the royalty or histogram, because I'm a see you guys before diving in on the background of hair, inscribe boutiques. Let'S do a small recap of the journey to hair makes before actually gets to the United States. The hair comes to the factory in these large bags purchased from temples. Each hair factory normally has his favorite temple that it purchases from so that's how they ensure the same quality over and over again to their customers after the hair arrives at the factory. In these large bags, the workers then pick through each ponytail to ensure the best quality strands. Some of these ponytails are like 12 years groans, so that's so crazy how long this hair actually can really get. Then they go through a hacking process. The hackling process is to ensure double quality of the hair, where, basically, the hair is put through this large comb of like nails, the hairs that washed are tried and repeat it for the best quality and then done again. They really really take this process really serious, because it helps to make sure that you're getting the best hair ever after the hacklin process is over with. They then take the hair and sew it on a sewing machine. The hair will be double wefted if it's just going to be a part of extensions, but if the hair is gon na be a part of the wig, it's gon na be single wefted. Now this hair is then steamed and sewed onto the cat and, as you can see after they sew it onto the cat and the way they construct it. It'S different sizes that you can get different lace, colors you'll, actually not the hair until the lace. At the time to create the front of the wig that you normally have the baby hairs Porsche net and then this hair is actually put into rods, and these will determine the different curl patterns that your weave or a way to actually have kinky curly deep wave. Naturally, deep curly all types of stuff and then after that you guys see how it comes off the rod. They look so luscious and these curls are frickin pretty like look at them. They just look so gorgeous. Then they move on to the whole process of packaging. The wig and they put the wig on the wig head and brush the baby hairs forward, actually press them in and then put a hair in that one and they package them out to the US and then that's where we get to this portion. Okay, you guys so we're at youth Beauty, and you guys see these BOM wigs and bundles, so I want to get really into what they actually have back here right now today we have Tiffany here to show us around and tell us exactly what they have going On here, so how are you doing? Okay, that's good, so explain to us exactly what the bundles you guys have in here different textures. They are all Brazilian. What'S the actual longest length in the shortest length you guys having your bundles we carry from. So let me see the other bundles we have over here, because I want to show you guys all this variety that they actually have in all these colors. So explain these bundles that you guys have over here. So this one has kinky straight: okay, there's the Tea Party and yaki Street. This is kinky curly, there's this body wave. These are all body waves and there's the color ones is the blunt one is just straight up body weight. I see you guys have like a white blob. Um. Do I know platinum blonde is like my favorite, so this does look really really good quality and it's thick, and these are the same. They come from 10 inches to 28 yeah. Usually the found oats are okay. Okay, so does it depend on the length of the grams or how does that work with the little underwear? Well, the longer the hair is seen Arthur, Harris gon na be okay, so the shorter, no wife will be the longer the fun yeah and then longer the bundle, the shorter, the wet yeah. Okay. That makes sense to you guys. So, basically, that's why sometimes, when you get a short bundle, it seems really really thick and then, when you get a long bundle, it seems a little bit smaller, but it's still 100 grams, yeah they're, all 100 grams. Also like no matter what lens you getting. It'S the same weight, so if you're getting a longer bond, though make sure you get like more bundles, so that way you get like blur, oh wow, that makes it that makes sense, makes sense. Okay, okay, so now we're over here with the waves, because you guys know how to love me all the way so which wigs are these. These are all weeks. Okay, these are 13 by 6, is deeper in their front okay, so you can't part it right. Okay, cuz I've been hearing about this, so a lot of people been having a 13 box for lace frontals, but now they're coming out with 13 by 6, which gives you more partings based on super, and it looks like a lot more natural, okay, okay. Now, what's your lace front, how long do they come and what's the shortest they actually come in shortest usually comes in a huge which is for the ball, so mean okay and it goes all the way to 26 inch and sometimes, if you do like casa motor, You can to 30 inch, oh wow, so what's the density on the wigs like does that vary? Can you pick what kind of wig you want yeah like for weeks, you can pick from like regular density start from like 1:30 right and you can go up to 150 or 180 or even 200 or 250. Well, so is depending on how much hair you want? Okay, so now we're over here at the full dates, which you guys know. That'S my favorite cuz. I love to put my hair up, so these are all the full eights right weights, correct and then color, you guys, never really see color with the hair. Okay. So like that makes it easier you don't have to color it yourself, it's already done it yeah. We have this beautiful lace or lace front and the colors which, whatever that we offer on the website, that it's already pretty colored Wow. So it's no staining or nothing like now, so that's already inside of the colors, that's really good and then another selection you guys I see in here, is like the frontals and closures. So explain to me these two, because I'm really interested okay, that one is actually are, which is the 6x6. Oh wow, these all the closures are no more four by four okay, great, so like it's a lot bigger. So that means like you, don't need like a front row for it. You just get the closure bigger. You can part it all the way. You know what I noticed about the front tools and the closure. This six five six is bigger, but it's not the work of a front tool like it's a lot more parting space, so you know to be more baby hairs, but it's not that we responsibilities of the frontal cuz the front honey. If you don't know, she don't know, what's a mess, but no, I really like this. I love this and I know nothing to it. This way, yeah Wow and that saves a lot of time and effort yeah. I tell y'all I hate so now down here we're at the 360 late now. Let us know about this is for most popular ones, Wow, because you can actually put it up on the like a ponytail, and then you don't have to spend the money for the food. Oh wow, I mean it's like it's only like yeah, like the lace is on a 360 mm all the way around. Oh, so this is cheaper that I always it's like all wrong, like a little bit more expensive than the regular lace wrong. Okay, but it's a lot cheaper than a flea. It like a lot better quality yeah, so people likes it it's more, affordable and then like they liked it, so they can put it up now. Do you have the actual 360 ones? That'S not attached in Word form, or only these ones are offered to you guys. Oh yeah. We also have the 360 lace closures, but I guess is really like a lot of people. They don't like, like ordinal cultures and make it themselves they just get away. Is that okay yeah, that's a lot easier and they don't have to like put it together? Okay, so this one is really good and it's a little bit more expensive than the lace front, but it's way cheaper than a full-length. But you still get the same. Look yeah cuz, most people don't pull up halfway house down. Some people do, but most people want that 20. Tell that fun world type of care. So you have that. I love it. So hey Jimmy! How are you I'm good? So I'm excited cuz Ginny. It'S gon na take us in the back in her warehouse. This shows exactly what she does and getting all the packages out to you guys. Oh my god. This is crazy. This is the package yeah, the actual hair and all that kind of stuff is in here. Yeah, so we're gon na crack this package open you guys. This is straight from China right, yes, okay, and this is all different times of 1/3, the same one different times a week, some lace from 364 days: oh okay, Wow Wow, so you're always in stock, with ready to ship out to everybody. So if you want to buy stuff wholesale or just regular customer, you can always have it in stock here, cuz they're gon na have it here. So what's next, what we do for customer! Otherwise we do have system okay, so this movie can stop here. Okay in this warehouse, Wow, okay, okay, so we're just gon na, take it out of there and get it here and make sure that everybody knows everybody got stuff here: okay, so what are we gon na do now? So we are gon na open some bass and the quality of the music okay check. The body. Okay sounds simple, but what do I have to do? Just look at it: okay, okay, okay, so this one yeah okay and then we just put it back in the match. Yeah! Okay, this one, I would say, is not good okay. So why would you say: okay, oh okay, it's supposed to be straight, and so it probably got wave than this when when it was transporting here, yeah yeah, so okay, so you go through each one and make sure everything is good for each customer. That'S really good! Okay, okay, so what will we do? And now, since that one is it up to par for your standards yeah? Then we will spray the conditioning water, drips, okay and then I'll endure hair. Everything is smooth and we will put it on style. Okay, so you actually wash it here, okay, so what's going on so after we spray the conditioner water and I've back iron, it it looks so much smoother, okay and shiny. So it's good to go and we will give up to our customer service banana to take photos for our website. Okay, okay! So let's go okay! So what are we gon na do now? Anna okay? So once I received the wigs I go ahead and make sure that the hair is so we just put it on a mannequin here and make sure that's a wig looks picture ready all right, usually I'll, put like either a leave-in conditioner. If I want to make it look a little bit more like shiny or I'm just water, okay, so we'll just like a spray, so you just style it right here and then just take the photos to show people. Yes, you just want to make it look as much as best presentable as possible. That'S good! So everything is like done really in house or no stolen pictures or net. So now that we're done styling. What do we do now so now that we're done styling we're gon na go ahead and put it on to display? Okay, that's perfect! So now I'm just gon na put this week on display so that when customers come in, they can see the quality that we have and just nice, it's already nice and styled. Oh that's dope, so you're definitely just showing the process from straight. In the back. All the way to out here for the customers that come in and shop and you actually can come to their location and shop for these legs, bundles and frontals. So that's really good. You can come touch and all that kind of stuff correct. Thank you! Okay! So you guys seen how we just prepped the week to put in the showroom to show to walk-in customers now we're gon na prep, the wigs for wholesale and as well as other vendors that buy one line. So how are we gon na do that today, Jenny yeah. I pick all this up because we need to put it according to the style and the lace always for Murphy's separated separately. Usually you should. I would do okay, okay, so let's go ahead and separate. This is the packing list and it has the product information here with the order is a lace from wheat is a blue straight week: okay, yeah! Let'S pay you off from there. Okay! Now we have the part out. We can go on and begin to pack the package. Okay, so do you guys ship only in the US or you said it all international? Basically, is yes: okay, yeah? Okay! So how long does it actually take after you get the order like? How long do we have to wait after we make an order online? How long do we have to wait to get our stuff? Usually, if it is stock, you know you customers or public in three days, meaning festival using the priority. He is promising delivering three days: okay, okay, you can host up to yes, so we're back with Tiffany now and we're going to discuss wholesale portions. I know a lot of you guys are interested in selling wholesale. So can you break it out to us exactly how wholesale is for your use, beauty, cuz? I see another website, you guys have packages and I've never ever seen that from any other company. So could you let us know a little bit about that. Of course we have a new program. Okay, that's designed for, like especially for like those business like nature, start their business and they don't have a lot of money purchased like a whole book over older Maya from me. So wait the scientist program for them, so they can join our membership right. Yes, they pay as long as they pay their monthly membership fees, okay, which is $ 19.99 per month, and for the first time, there's a one-time initiation fee of 35, okay and afterwards, it's just $ 19.99 per month. Thank you, like wholesale prices. As long as you pay to eat, so how many different packages do you guys actually have we have? You can either pick the first one I just talked about the 19 yeah or or the other one is just 1699 per month. But that's like you how to pay a whole year? Okay! So about that one, you don't have to pay the initiation fee. That'S like that's all you! If you doing so selling for a long time, then that probably is the choice for you right. So do you guys have to have a seller's permit to actually do this portion? Oh no! Wait! That'S really good for people that out there not a lot of you guys were asking me about solid permits and all that kind of stuff. This is really good for being Kenner. It'S really good to help you get your business really started stuff. So how could we actually apply for this membership? If we wanted to go along with doing this, you can actually go to our website and they have like a link to go to the wholesale version, and once you click on the wholesale I login you you can go to the other hotel part of the website. Okay and then you can join over there for our hotel. We have different levels which you can after you join the membership. You actually accumulate the purchase with us like every time. You'Ve spent any money with us. You are your account, will counter and once you spent over two thousand, you were drunk to level two, which is our code number and your price will be even lower than the level one. So once you, for example, if you've been with us for a long time and then are you prove to level three already, that means you spent over four thousand already with us. That'S our lowest hotel price, okay! So as long as you paying the membership - and you will have - you will keep that level more like lifetime long and then the mounts for a whole so actually decrease yeah, because you're buying more things yeah. So the more you buy, the cheaper, your wholesale actually is. So that works out really good, because you're saving more money in reality and you're still selling your same product yep. And we have this wholesale price sheet and the way can send it to the customer if they needed to see like which. What what is the price? With each box right so they can send us an email at wholesale at us, beauty.com, so to request the price sheet for the whole selfie. That sounds great. I'M interested already. You know - I don't even saw here so is it a minimum with wholesale with the purchase? A lot of people don't have a lot of money, so there's no minimum. No, so you can buy it at your own leisure yeah. Even if you only buy one bundle. Okay, don't you cuz? Do you get the wholesale price Wow? The membership? Yeah wow? That'S really really dope now. Another thing, that's really big with me - is like packaging, marketing and labeling. So with you guys's hair, we can get the hair and you guys can actually provide like mobile packaging and all that kind of stuff cuz I got. I see you guys have like really really cute bags and stuff like this, and all these little tags, and especially the sticker that goes around for the bundle a lot of people are into that kind of stuff. So would you guys be able to help us if we wanted to do that? Yeah? Of course, we have our own, which we can help customers Wednesday once they become our we're IP members, okay, which means that they have to spend over four million with us already and we can do their private labels and packaging see if they need it. Okay, so they will just need to send us slave logo that they want to use and all the information that they want to put on the package, and then they can order the package with the wholesale price right yeah. So only for people that have ordered 4,000 pieces, nobody that's ordered less than that. Well, they have to spend a minimum amount of $ 4,000 with us already. So is that included inside of it yeah? It'S I mean the package itself. You have to pay additional for it. Alright, we just help you design it and you get like a cheaper price for the package, so I couldn't buy like 20 bundles and then I would want to put these stickers on it from the jump and then pay the extra for that. I couldn't do that. Well, usually, is people like they want to just do probably at a building. They already start a business for a while and they have like people filled up their goomars already. So that's one day it wanted to start probably laboring there, so they should wait a little bit later on for this perfectly fine perfectly fine. So if we purchase or if my viewers purchase hair from you guys unless say they just so happened not to like it, which I don't understand why you wouldn't, but let's say they didn't like the hair. What would they be able to do in that pretext? Or let's say if the hair comes and it's not like, they thought it yeah. Well, as long as the hair is not used and the tags are not cotton and they have all the packages and everything they can return to us in 15 days or exchanger, which our hairs they want right at some point, they don't like some textures were, if They just want to change to another texture, or you can just do that. Oh wow, 15, 15 days guarantee for returns. Thank you see. That'S really good! It'S like a win-win situation. Cuz I say: if you get the hair you're, not really it, you could send them back long as you ain't didn't I'm shady with it. But if you love the hair is a win because the hair is here, you bought the minimum of whatever bundles. You want to and you're in the membership. Now, let's say you want to cancel the membership, you can do it at any time. Yes, you can cancel the membership anytime, but if you choose the one year plan you need it's kind of like you paid already, and then we don't refund right membership fees. Okay, if you paid the monthly ones, you can cancel anytime, Wow, okay! Well, thank you! So much I really appreciate you sitting down talking with us. I hope you guys take advantage of this wholesale deal because since we are, you gon na buy bundles winning two bundles just to testify. Let'S see how it's gon na go, but I'm sure they're gon na be blowing you up and also we came up with this whole new thing that we want to do a giveaway for you guys, especially the ones that stayed tuned until the end. So we want you guys to follow Youth Beauty boutique on Instagram as well as YouTube and follow me on Instagram in YouTube, glamazon, a of course, and we will pick a lucky winner. All we need you to do is comment on youth, beauty's, Instagram post. What kind of hair you want, and we will ship it out by this date and we'll see you guys soon. Thank you.

glamazontay: It’s crazy that THAT some of yall DONT understand the journalist part of this series i started.... this series to educate you on what’s actually going in the United States and shed light on how minority businesses are CAPITALIZING and taking over to say I never showcase black people or I don’t support black people is quite ridiculous when my predominant audience is 86% African American female between ages 17-32 so that should show just in fact who trying to HELP ELEVATE in the business world “FOR FREE” the most underrated person in America THE BLACK FEMALE ...

TheNanaGabbana: I love how you acted like you didn't know anything about wigs and gave the lady the floor as the educator, thats quality interviewing!

Alis Jay: She just exposed all of this knowledge about the hair industry and y'all still in the comments complaining, she really didn't have to share any of this at all

Michelle Beckford: As a six-figure entrepreneur I'm extremely impressed that you are able to obtain these relationships and have them open their facilities up to you. From my understanding this predominantly Asian industry is very tight-knit and they go out of their way to keep us out of it. So kudos to you for this and the opportunities associated. Don't worry about some of these low energy comments, those folks are clearly comfortably asleep in The Matrix, so LEAVE THEM THERE! #greatjob

Michaela Barber: Big thank you for taking the time out of your day to do this for US! Most people are out here charging $100 plus for this information. This is why you will stay blessed because you aren't worried about competition but making sure we can all eat together! I love you boo keep it up

KASH HAUSE: Can we take a moment and appreciate the professionalism she's showing. She could of easily went in there and spoke about all the different closures and types of wigs but instead she started the conversation and let the people tell us. Great job

TRUTH TAROT: You are such a BOSS girl, the way you did this video just made me love YOU and how much you are a guru for people who also love hair!!

Chas Garza: Dang. They pit in a lot of work into these wigs and bundles. I never knew. I have a whole different respect for these workers. This is worth every penny they cost. Can you imagine when they get to three lace front. They manually put every stand the way they do. Wow. I'm impressed.

Tierra J: I loooooove this series, this is dope! GET IT BOO!!!!

Zahriyannah: Because of how open and honest you are with the industry god is gonna repay you back tenfold

PrettyinPink xxl: I love this because you have a natural skill for talking to people. We know that there’s a language barrier there but you made it so easy that y’all were both on neutral ground. You have to be a really talented person to construct your words in such a manner. We needed this queen.

Christina Smith: I'm always saying to my friends that no one tells anyone how anything is done or how they make their businesses and here you are sharing this. Thank you so much. I wish I could like and subscribe more than once, def sharing this with my friends.

Dr. Bitchcraft: I love the way you bring old school journalism to an audience that doesn't (yet) understand the value of it. Keep going at it!

Rhonda Ivey: glamazontay, this is so wonderful that the lady's were so willing to open up their business and let you come and do this. Wow! Thank you so much for taking the time to inform and show us how a business such as this works.

St. Vodou: Knowledge is power. When we share it honestly, we win and the scammers lose. Thanks for this!

destiny melton: I absolutely love this series! I can tell that a lot of work goes into making these videos and I thank you for shining light into this industry ❤️

Ash: Exposing Instagram Hair Boutiques a/k/a An insider look at starting your own hair boutique

laialoves97: I really appreciate these types of videos, giving insight into the industry we as black women use the most. I would love to see black women use this video as inspiration to create their own ❤️

Barbara Maloi: Thank you Tay for this. I’m so grateful that you did this. The questions you asked is on point. Thank you for giving me the insight when others are trying to hide it for them selves or charge $1000s for just a vendor. Thank you you Rock!!

NISSI Love: I literally adore you Tay!! You’ve grown and i feel like we grow with you as well!! We went from scamming these wack dudes to bout to take over the hair and boutique INDUSTRY!! THANK YOU TAY!! For teaching us how to really BOSS TF UP

Candy Dreams: When I say you’ve been nothing be the most supportive and helpful person!!! I’ve been glam squad since we were making earrings lol and I’ve seen your growth and it’s been an amazing journey. You’re so freaking humble and beautiful inside and outside!! I love you TAY!!

Zandria Williams: You just made me so proud You look like you’re having fun and you’re also helping! It’s beautiful to see people aren’t against “9 to 5” employees. Putting yourself in their shoes shows how humble you are. They probably were excited to you!

Curvy Grace: I love how she keeps it real and motivates us. But y’all peep her professional voice

Latasha Darget: I can’t thank you enough for this video! You have no idea! Like I want to start a hair business and this video, in its entirety, has helped me get started. Rasheedah Muhammad: I really thank you for taking the time out to go behind the senses and getting us viewers the information that we need for first beginners. This was really helpful.

Chinwe Igwe: Glam you are really the goat for this "exposing" series. So many people want to be gate keepers, but giving out the keys really just assures your success in the long run!

Kay H: I've been watching you on YouTube since forever and I must say, i'm really proud of you. You are such an inspiration to me. I love you girl!

Peron Spence: Girl this series was amazing, don't you let these negative fools stop you from doing your thang!

TauraJ TV: Thank you Tay! You’re the only social media platform that is willing to share this information with their followers/subscribers. Everybody else acts like it’s top secret information that only they know and want to charge you for it. They don’t do it because they love it, everybody is just trying to get rich quick and it’s sad. Thank you Tay for being a real one and supporting your sisters ✊

Sierra: Thank you for taking the time to show us this side of the hair industry. ✨✨✨

Angela: This was so AMAZING!!! Thank you so much for sharing and please continue to give us videos like this!! NOBODY likes to give you the REAL tea and for you to do this when you don't have to is very appreciated.

Let's Talk With AJ: I already loved you girl, but I love you even more now. I appreciate you so much for this video.❤❤ I needed this. Some people are so stingy with information or just knowledge about certain things. I love that you don't mind sharing and just educating people.

Leighsha James: I love your format sis! It's extremely informative and we need to know where how and who when it comes to what we as sisters are putting in out hair. The downside of this for me is why can't we have Black owned factories to create our wigs and other hair trends. Look how talented our community is with hair, why can't we do this for ourselves???

Milahe: I love that you actually helped them out while you were there. Instead of just standing back and waiting until they finished, you seemed really interested. I loved this!

small kitten: I love how you put so much work into these type of videos. They're so informative and fun.

Yoshiko W: This is actually very educational I’m living for this series

Amaya Weekes: Yes yes yes!! Love this video very educational. Shows how much goes into what we all pay so much money for year after year. We should really be grateful to them for their hard work.

Eva La’Ray: So really proud of you. I saw the vision a long time ago on you providing informational videos in depth on venturing into business. I really appreciate your enthusiasm and expertise. Keep up the great work love #entrepreneurship #bosslady

Lissa Sharnae: Yassss for educating us on wholesale. Opportunity for us to take over and learn to do our own thing.

Winter: I want to thank Glamazontay for doing this important work. I have noticed that many people in the comment section think she doesn’t support Black owned businesses because she isn’t featuring any in this series of ‘EXPOSING Industries.’ What should be understood is that, yes, Asia has a stronghold on the hair industry (that’s all of Asia (India is in Asia too y’all)) and Black peoples aren’t that high up in the industry outside of purchasing and being customers. Yes, now there are Black peoples opening their own beauty supply stores, salons and online wholesale shops but we still do not have the same access as Chinese, Korean and Indian people do in the industry in terms of being the direct suppliers. As a Black woman, it is INCREDIBLY difficult to travel to Asia and purchase your hair direct, people won’t sell to you (that’s racism (yeah, we know!)) and very few Black women have successful found a direct supplier who will sell to them and put the hair in their hands. I am talking flying to India and bringing the hair back in their carry on and checked luggage. Glamazontay is showing us as much as she can in hopes that someone will take notes and break down the barriers in this industry. If you aren’t aware of REMY NY Hair company, take look! I have personally spoken with the founder and owner and he even flew to Atlanta to do a workshop with students of my college (Spelman College) to educate us on how to make wigs by hand, find suppliers etc. He is someone trying to close the gap in this industry because Black women are the largest consumers of wigs and weave. We should be making the most money in the industry as well. Please don’t write her off as a sell out or doing this for money, she is trying to HELP the Black community by sharing all that she knows!!!!

Latasha Monique: I love these videos. So inspiring and they help me get a better understanding of how having a business actually works.

Krysdollface W: This was so dope!!! Sis has given us two different industries we could start a business. I don’t see many, if any, youtubers or influencers doing that!! God bless you @Glamazontay!!!

The one you did about running a wholesale store really inspired me and this video really made me think about looking into where I buy hair from in the future. I didn't read down in the comments to see what negativity people have been finding in this video. But, I gotta say, I'm liking these types of videos and looking forward to any more you make

Gabby Snowden: TAY I AM SO PROUD OF YOUUUU - can't wait to see what you do next

Mary J Flanagan: Unless they are walking around butt naked, no one can say anything about buying or depicting stuff made in China. 99% of everything we buy, even food, is made in China. I'm an almost 50 year old Pro Black teacher and my hair is shedding. I am very happy that you did this so very professionally. It takes an enormous amount of work to put together this excellent piece. I commend you for your work. Thanks very much for giving me a lot of answers to questions I have about the weave industry and hair. I have also been seeing a new, smaller sized closure that about 2"x or 12". I sure wish I'd had that before that girl put that damned glue on my hair and made it come out even more.

FINEASSBLACKGIRL: I love what you're doing!! Shows you're truly confident and kind! IF people don't see what you're trying to show us, they don't need to know lol this is FREEGAME!! I am grateful

I really been following your channel for a few years forreal. I have to do a essay for school for a mentor. It’s not mandatory to interview my mentor but I think it would really help my essay if we could talk one day before I graduate June 12th. I’m just manifesting this early because I know you may be busy and have to make time for me if you agree.

Weirdish Anyssa: Great job! This looks like it took a lot of work, thought and research for you to do. I’m proud ❤️.

Sade Nicole: hairstylists, hair stores, etc actually charge people thousands of dollars to access this type of information. finding good vendors is hard and an expensive process. y’all really should be grateful to be getting this information for free.

Angela Hamilton: Thank you sister. I enjoyed this video and I learned so much. I have spent hundreds and thousands of dollars on hair and after watching this video, I am seriously thinking about jumping in the game. God Bless You and keep up the good work.

SiouxHustler: Thanks for sharing. I had my own online business 9 years ago but I struggled finding good wholesalers and good merchandise. Even in NYC where I am from I had to purchase online because of racism, they did not believe I had a business because of my age and skin color. I would go in person and they would refuse me service and ask me to leave. I would purchase online and then go in and pick up my orders in person to show them I in fact was a legitimate business woman. I would sell online, ebay, ioffer and my own website. I am interested in selling again now and your videos have pointed me in the right direction that I needed. Many blessings to you sistah for sharing your knowledge.

Alex Morales: Thank you for making this video. It is very informative. One thing I would try to remember when looking for hair pieces is to ask if they are remmy hair. By law they have to tell you if it’s remmy or not. Remmy hair means the hair was processed with the cuticles all facing the same direction. This means the hair will be smooth and not tangle on you. If the hair is not remmy, it usually tangles on you and it becomes frizzy when you handle it. The best quality of remmy hair usually comes from India. Anything other than indian is usually not remmy. It might be beautiful but if you want your monies worth try and get 100% remmy. Again thank you for your hard work. I love seeing the behind the scenes. It is very interesting.

Mari C: This was really informative and executed really well! Great job ✨

Yesiamher: I love this woman's attitude, personality and work ethic. She's going go very far in life. Congratulations honey keep building your success.

Magda Adams: I really love everything about this video from your look, your professional interview voice and all the knowledge you give us about the hair business ❤

Amythyst Parker: Now this is what I'm talkin about I love this new segment you have and forget what other people else got to say because this is true reviews why would you leave a review on the in product when you can go to the source and do reviews I like that you showed how the process goes for getting these things so you don't feel like you are in the dark about ordering and feeling the uncertainties of doing online transactions Big Ups to you glam I love it I've been a friend of yours while YouTube sub of yours since back in the days when you was in your house doing your thing and I love this new thing I love it I tell everybody about it and I feel like this is way more professional I like the other types of reviews but not too many people do it on the business side and we need more investigational information thank you thank you and again thank you
