Back to my channel, my name is Tanya aka DIY birthday for those who are new. Today'S wig is by a company called shanty Shay lace, wig and the way came in this lovely box with their email on it and also their Instagram and Facebook handle. The wig also was sent with a recap. It comes to in a pack, so I thought that was really nice of them to add in that just in case we didn't have any available, so the particular what they did send me was a 20 inch Brazilian kinky curly wig. It'S an ombre color. It'S a hundred and fifty percent density. The cap size is a medium cat cap size which fit my head very well, and the lace color is a medium brown and oh, my gosh guys look at this color, I'm so excited. I cannot wait to try her on. It did come with a wake tag which basically, which basically gives the specs of the wig, also get into the cap. Construction first off the way comes pre plucked, so guys you do not have to do anything special to this wig. The wig also comes pre bleached. It also comes with baby hairs and it comes with lace in the front and a little lace in the back. Just in case, you want to put the wig up in a ponytail. It won't be so obvious. Speaking of putting the wig up in a ponytail, there is an extra large comb in the back for extra security. There'S also this great adjustable strap. That is removable. So if you don't want to use a strap, if you're one of those people who get headaches easily, you can definitely remove the strap, there's also the adjustable tab, straps that are in normal weight construction caps that you could use also, which is what I utilize in The video and you will see, there's also additional combs in the front right behind the lace for extra security there also, so you are 100 % secured with this wig okay, so I'm just Frankie going to showing you how much the lace does match my complexion. It was a little bit too light, so I did tense it just a bit but other than that, like I didn't, really have to go in and tense it. I'M gon na go ahead and wash the wig because, of course, I'm gon na just go ahead and wash any human hair wigs. I do purchase and just condition the wig and play around with this texture, so I'm gon na go ahead and wash the wig and I'll be right back to show you how it looks. Okay guys. So I went ahead and wash the wig and i conditioned it. I added a leave-in conditioner and I let it air dry for the most part bags it put a diffuser on the bottom, because it looks it took a little bit longer to dry than the top, and so let's go ahead and try this on. I have the strap adjust it all the way I feel like it's gon na, be a little bit too loose for me, but we will see. I am going to lay this way down. That'S why you see that I don't have my foundation on um. I will come back, however, with the foundation just to go ahead and you can see how the look is complete, um, some people, you know they might get headaches really easily, so they don't really care for the adjustable straps. I mean for the strap the band strap. So alright, so yeah adjusting the straps the adjustable straps that normally come in a wig. That really helped me out a lot, but I am gon na go ahead and lay her I'm going to lay her with my that's to be glue, and you will see how I do that in justice, I'm in the vacuum. Now, I'm about to apply the way using the got to be glue and the black bottle. That is like the ultra blue gel and it just sticks better and it lasts longer. Then the gel there got to be glue gel in the yellow sea. So I put that all on my hairline and the reason why I prefer this over any bleed glue is because it really just dissolves with water. So I'm putting my blow dryer on look on cool air but high blast, and I'm just going to like let that dry and get a little bit tacky and I'm going to take the guts to be glue. Freezing spray put it on top and I'm doing this in sections, because if you do it all at once, it can get sticky, it can be messy. So I'm just doing it a section. So I first do the middle section and I'll lay that down and then blow dry, and so I feel that it's really really sticks and I do the sides you want to make sure that the gel first gets tacky. Then you spray on the spray and then just blast the air on the lace and soul it just you just feel it like. You feel like it's stuck and you'll know what I'm talking about when that happens right here, I'm just getting a cotton round with some of my stringent I'm just wiping off any of the excess gel just so I won't need this shiny residue on my face now. What I'm doing is I'm basically just gon na lay my baby hairs, I'm just molding them on my face. You know just playing around with it. I think I changed it up a bit in the end, but you basically get the gist of it, and if you want to see a detailed video on how I, like my baby hairs, I will leave a link in the description box along with a card on The video or you can click and see how I lay my baby here. It'S a little bit more detail, okay guys! So I'm back it's the next morning I laid the wig down. I didn't show you all, but after I did the dr. B glue method, I did take a silk scarf and tied around my edges and leave it on for about. Well, I looked it on for 30 minutes, but you don't need to leave it on that long. If it's 10 to 15 minutes the spices for that, but let me go ahead and stand up. This is what a 20 inch it falls perfectly. The 20 ish falls perfectly, of course, stretched. It'S definitely 20 inches, but excuse my pants. But yes, so the 20 inch falls perfectly like a bronze pearly goddess. What the price! I didn't tell you earlier. What the price is? It'S a little pricey for this particular length. It'S about 225 dollars for this particular length of court and density, so they do have shorter lengths and shorter densities for cheaper, like I think, the 8 inch with the 130 density was only 135 dollars, which is really good. It and that's a good length great for like going on vacation, especially don't want long hair on your bag are so much hair in your bag. That'S perfect and you still get the highlights and the same curl pattern. It definitely was pre plug hair line didn't have to pluck it love the heck, love that and y'all saw that in the video like the airline was a flawless. I love. I love this hair. I love the highlights in this hair. I just feel so like summer ready with this hair. I wish the butter would warm up here in Philly, because, if you want to sell, you know that it's a little like it's like one day at 80 and next day is like sixty degrees like what's up about.
