Hi and welcome to my channel this is lex from here with another video. Today, i'm going to install this natural looking gorgeous wiggins unit y'all know i love myself: wiggins, hair. Okay. This is their 24 inch loosey wave and i think color number four um. All of the details will be in the description box down below. You know what i'm saying: we're gon na have a little girls weekend, just for you know just for ourselves a little solo date, so i'm so excited to have this one, because i can't stop looking at it. Let'S get into this install all right. So this is how the wig looks after i plucked it just a little bit honestly. This wig did not need as much plucking as i thought it would um yeah. It was actually pretty pre-plucked um the curls on this wig. By the way y'all were so nice. I personally love a loose deep wave on me. I know some people prefer body wave or deep wave but loose deep wave is just that perfect type of texture, at least in my opinion, but as you can see right now, i'm showing you guys how i'm cutting my wig cap. I have not tried the new wig cap method that i've been seeing. I saw a lot of people put pantyhose on their head, which i've seen before in the past, but i know this works best with what i like to do. So i'm just using a razor to cut off the excess lace after i colored the wig cap and then i'm going to put on the wig. Now i'm just going to take that same color i put on my wig cap and apply it to the actual lace. The only reason that i emphasize doing this is because i do not like to bleach knots of colored wigs. I don't think it makes sense. I think it'll further damage the hair, so instead i just add a little bit of lace tint to the actual lace. So it can look a little bit more natural when i put it on my head. So when you buy this wig, you want to make sure that you are contouring the lace to your actual head shape. As you guys know, as you ladies know, i have a large head, so sometimes i try to leave as much lace on as possible, but with this one it fit a little snug. So i was just trying to make sure it went around my ears but um. It wasn't as big of a wig cap as i thought it was going to be, which is fine. You know i make do, but i'm just making sure that it fits my actual head and that it curves around my ear. So when applying this unit, you want to make sure that you know how long you want the unit on. Ladies, i don't like to have a wig on for more than like a week. I honestly because of the collaborations that i do. I don't like to keep a wig on more than three days, so i like to use the oars a wig grip gel and put that all over the perimeter of my head. One thing that i did notice when using this gel, my edges were still there. When i took off this wig, i like to remove my wigs and my wig caps in the shower. I massage my hair with warm water and that's honestly, all that it takes to take off the wig cap, which i like. So if you're interested in getting a you know hairline friendly wig, glue or gel, i would definitely recommend the oars, a wig grip gel and, as you can see right now, i'm just using a little bit of heat to kind of have it lay down. But, as you ladies know, we have to put on that wig band, so once i put a little bit of heat on that hairline i do like to put on my wig band. As you can see, it has been used. It looks very dirty but um. I just put that on and lay my wig down for about 10 minutes. Do so sometimes the edges for me. If the wig doesn't fit perfectly, they do come up a little bit, so i'm just going in with my adhesive hold spray. This is by evan and i just go in again after i cut the lace and just lay it down one more time. So so clearly, i chose a side part. Sometimes you know i'm just not that creative y'all. I just think you know once you know what works for you, you just have to keep doing it because it works for you. So i every now and then i'm like, let me do a middle part, but for these type of wigs i like to do a nice sweet side part. I think it's very cute with this hair texture, so i'm just laying the top part down as much as possible and then curling my baby hair. So i can lay those down as well and i'm so sorry y'all. It was so blurry when i was curling and i ended up being out of frame. So i do apologize, but you kind of get the gist of what i'm doing, i'm using my little curling iron and i'm just curling it just so that it's nice and fluffy. When i lay it down so so you so this is 100 optional, but i like to go in with some concealer, especially with my colored wigs, just because i feel, like the part, doesn't show up as easily with my colored wigs. But you have to make sure you blend. You have to make sure that you blend it out, because if you just leave that yellow streak in there, it's gon na look so crazy, so unnatural. So i'm going in and just kind of like fading that color out with um some powder and i do a mixture of powder and a mixture of the actual concealer. So you guys will see in the end the final look of the style and we can get into the details and my thoughts. Okay, ladies, this is the final look. This is the final look after i did my makeup changed. My outfit today is gon na, be like a self-care spoil myself type day. You guys this is so like. Okay, my number one favorite top choice. Wig brand is wiggins hair, because every time i get their wigs, the wig actually fits. The hair is actually good quality. All right and it lasts forever, so i have no complaints about this unit. I did nothing to the actual hair pattern. The curl pattern i just flattened the top a little bit did my little deep curl, my deep, my deep heart, and that was about it. This color is gorgeous on my skin for reference. I do wear 430 and fenty and i also wear 520 suede in lancome. So if you guys want to know what my skin complexion is, that's my skin complexion, but overall this is a 13 trillion gazillion out of 10. Okay, 13 trillion gazillion out of 10..
