Now I wasn’t sure my hair would blend AT ALL with this color, but I think I worked it out.

How’d I do?

But I call I think, we've got hey, you guys welcome back to my channel this girl, Jim Rodriguez, and I am back with another me hair of you. I swear me a little B hair becoming BFFs, it's happening and I'm so excited about it, but I am going to show you how I install this brand new u-part wig. That is probably the number one question that I get especially on Instagram, because I think people have been seeing my videos floating around with them. They see me rock it all the time, and I know I did a quick little teaser of how I style it, but I haven't showed you how I actually put it in so as you can see, I've got my fresh hair out and about but first I'm Gon na show you what is in this lovely box, alright, so here's my love --, my here box, it's so cute! I swear just keep these for decoration, sometimes so I'm gon na open it up and see what's inside alright, so we obviously have the wig, which I will take out and show you guys in just a little bit. But it's really really nice good quality kind of an Auburn, color brown wig and it's 18 inches and, like I said it to you part, so that's kind of cool. Alright! Next up we have oh, it looks like it comes with a flat iron, really nice sweater and only goes up to, I think, 200 or so degrees really flat iron plates. So not the best if you want to curl with a flat iron, but really good. If you want to smooth it out, comes with a nice purple bag that has a lot of good stuff that I showed you in my last in unboxing, and then it also has both sanitation masks and a wig cap like seriously a sanitation mask to keep us Healthy, that's insane comes with a wig cap, which we don't really need for this particular tutorial and then, of course, a nice lovely message from the founder. So we are gon na go ahead and get to go in with this installation. Alright. So the first thing I'm gon na do is fit the way, so I already kind of adjusted it. I'Ve got my two clips on the inside three clips, one two three on the inside and one in the back right there. I took the two draw strings and I am going to place them on the very last loop in the back and I'm going to crisscross them in the back. I know this wig cap is a little bit larger, so I'm just gon na go ahead and place. It on the last one, oh and you want to make sure that your wigs aren't too tight. I know it's a little nerve-wracking for them to be too big, but honestly, I'd rather have that and be able to secure it down and make it work. Then, to have it be too small, there's like nothing, you can do and it's too small, so I'm just going to go ahead and do that. The next thing I'm going to do is I'm going to feel for this loop right here, where it kind of makes a you like where this part of the cap is. That needs to be in the front of my ear. So I'm going to kind of measure. No, it's kind of hard to do, but I'm gon na find that loop and I'm gon na place it here. That tells me where my clips need to go at the top last time I put this on, they were too low and it starts to feel really bunchy. So I said: okay, let me actually measure at this time grab that loop place it on the front of my ear and again it might change once i braid things down. But that tells me where my clip needs to go here, so I'm just gon na make sure that when I get my, you part part it out that it's enough high enough for these clips to go where they need to go. So now we're gon na install this bad boy and get to going so this wild child gets put away alright. So I am going to just crisscross and go ahead and secure it. So I'm just gon na brush it out and kind of see what wouldn't feel cozy. So I have my clips here now, depending on where I want to lay it or where I'm parting it at the time. If I part it more so on the side, I might have a little bit lower and a little bit higher on one side just depending on where I want to part it. My baby hair is a little bit more thin on this side, so I might sometimes I'll braid it right here, I'd like just an extra little braid so that I have something to really secure in it again. It just depends on how long I am going to be wearing this, for this is only gon na be for about a day or so so I've got my clips in I've kind of secured them right in the front. I'M gon na push my wig up. Just a little bit so that as I pull down and try to secure the back, it doesn't pull on my baby hairs. So I'm great so I've got the back a little bit more secure. So now it can reclip this top part reposition. It make it a little bit more comfortable from feeling around just to see if there's any parts that feel like really bunchy or if there's any just discomfort, because the last thing I want is to rip out my hair or to make myself uncomfortable. I got ta feel good, so I have the clip line just with my hairline right here, and I have just like a little bit of hair in front of it same on this side or just kind of double-check, and I've got it right where my hairline is Right here so now that I have both sides where I want it, I can just secure that middle. So I secure the middle last once I have everything else. Kind of bring what's up down got these. My hair is a totally different color than this wig and I'll be honest. When I got it, I thought that the ombre would come down further so that my hair would blend in more. But, as you can see, it only comes down like a niche. A couple things that I always keep on hand just to kind of help blend colors in and all of that is spray, hair color. So this is a temporary spray on hair color, I'm gon na spray this on the roots, so I am going to grab glove. I got my glove on and I'm just going to take my leave out, get it out of the way right over here and anything that I need to anything. I need to Flatiron, I'm gon na. Do it before I put the color on, but I'm gon na shake it up. I'M gon na hold my hand underneath I'm right up front anywhere that it feels harsh. I'M gon na hold the can away a little bit further, almost like graffiti and see. If I can blur it out, [ Applause ] this product can get messy so make sure you're not wearing a shirt that you really like and then also make sure that you have makeup wipes or washcloths nearby. Just to help clean things up just go it separate ways. I don't have to worry about the color, not blending as much, but I know I'm just gon na spray, we're that trekkers then I'll. Have my husband tell me if they're looking better than that, what the hell I am going to just trim this up, got these [ Applause ] behind goal. I think we've got it all right. So let me know what you think of this tutorial. Let me know what you think of this hair. I definitely melted it and blending it. The best way that I could I'm not really too worried about it, but I hope you all enjoyed this video hope you learn something new. Hopefully it was helpful with how to install this u-part wig. Thank you so much for watching and for tuning in, I hope, you're staying safe out there, and I will see you guys again soon. Thanks
