U-Part Wig Install // Dolago Hair Review

Hey everyone in today's video i will review this curly wig from the lago that i purchased on aliexpress. You will find all the details in the description below and also in the video. So this is what the hair looks like after it has been co-washed. It'S not completely dry, it's still a little bit damp, but i feel, like the texture is already coming out really nicely to prepare my natural hair for a wig. I usually put my hair in two braids and then pin that on top of my head as flat as possible, now for this wig we're going to have some leave out that we will eventually blend with the wig. So that's why i put this little braid right here and i'm going to unravel it right now and then pin it on top of my head as well. The, u part of the wick, is held together by these elastic bands and we'll have to cut those off as we don't need them. So, as you can all see, the hair has three clips in the front and four combs and also adjustable elastic straps. So, let's just put this thing on my head and see what's up at this moment, my natural hair is not resembling the texture of the wick. Yet so i'm going to style my own hair, so that it, the texture, is a little bit more similar to the texture of the wig. I'M going to use my spray bottle and also the cantu leave-in conditioner, for that one thing that i'm already noticing is uh. The hair color, so my natural hair, doesn't completely match the hair color of the wig. My natural hair is a little bit lighter, but honestly it doesn't bother me that much the wig only came in one color to begin with, and i also feel like the difference is not that obvious. So no, i worry about nothing. So my natural hair is styled here and i'm actually really happy with the texture, but the wig itself is still feeling a little bit uncomfortable on my head. Um i'll have to adjust it because the wig is actually too big. So i'm going to use the adjustable straps to get to adjust it and make it fit a little bit better onto my head, and here we have the final result: i'm actually really happy with this hair, i'm digging the look so for the next couple of moments. You'Ll see me flexing and touching my hair and just really enjoying my new look so um. This is what the hair looks like after a couple of wears. This is, i think, uh the fifth or the sixth time that i'm wearing this hair and, let's start off with the specifications, so the general details. The density is 180 density, it's a remy hair and it has a right side part. So let me show you guys: this is um you could you could choose if you wanted to, if you wanted to have a right side, part a middle part or a left side part now i usually um style, my hair um to the left side. So that's why i chose the right hand side but um. The hair is so big and so long that it doesn't really matter that much uh to me. You could also, if you want to you, can you can just put it in the middle and then um yeah? If you do that, this this side would be a bit shorter um but, as i said, you wouldn't even notice it because the hair is just so long and so big. Obviously it's kinky curly hair. I think yeah, that's very obvious and i paid um 170 euro. No 170 euro for it, so that would be 207 and it's 24 inch. This hair is super long well. For me, this is super long um. Let me show you when it's stretched stretched like wow. The hair is long now, the hair, it's it's long, as i just said, but um, it's also really big yeah. That is what she said. It'S long and it's big. If you don't style it correctly, it even gets fluffy or poofy, sometimes um. So for me it's something that i really need to get used to, because sometimes i feel like it covers too much of my face with all this volume going on um. But i'm happy i'm happy that it. It has that it is this big and it has so much volume because that's what i paid for it to begin with, and i think it's cool. If it's you know a little wild, a little voluminous, it's not only the volume of the hair. That is big. What is also, i just keep on going on about how big it is still talking about the wig girl still talking about the wig but um the cap, the cap of the of the wig. It was too big for my head and my head is, i feel, normal size. I don't have like a particularly small head or you know. First, i tried to uh adjust the elastic bands that uh that that the hair has already, but that it didn't work the it would slide off. It was just so big. I eventually had to use the elastic so there's like a thick elastic band. That um was delivered together with the wig, and i had to use that. That'S honestly, that's my last resort um. It'S also the first time that i had to do this for a week, but i had to do it so i'll show you because now it's it's! Just so much more comfortable on my head yeah here we go so i had to sew that onto the wick to make sure that um it would stay on my head. I won't slide off oh um, the hair. Doesn'T that much? I feel i mean it. It! That'S also normal, especially with kinky curly hair. So if you would, you know, press your your fingers through it, that's just a little bit. I don't know if you can see it. Yes, when you wash it or co-wash it it will. You will always lose a little bit of hair um, but in general it doesn't shed too much. So that's really good news as well, because you don't want to wake that. You know shits everywhere and then in like a couple of weeks you don't, you barely have a wig anymore, you know and then the delivery the hair came in. I want to say five business days. I think i had to wait one week to get the hair. So, for me, that's fast shipping, um, anything that you know is comes within a week. I feel like that's fast shipping longer than a week. Slow delivery. So no remarks on that really happy with that, and then one thing that i mentioned was the hair color. So um my actual hair color, so my natural hair, the color of my natural hair, is a little bit more different than you know the hair of the wick, but it's so um subtle and you can really not see that. Well, only when there's a lot of light, you might clock it if you pay attention to it, but in general i don't feel like you know it's something that really stands out and my hair, my actual hair, it blends in so nicely with the wig. I feel like it's difficult to see. Um, which part is my real hair and which part is the uh wick yeah. This is my first u-part wig that i ordered that i tried and i think i might really like you know the u-part wigs before i only had um. I only used regular wigs and i love regular, wigs as well, but the thing is, i have a lot of baby hairs. Like you see, my edges got a lot of them so um. Whenever i would order a regular wig, it would come with pre-placed hair and then i would eventually have to um cut that off, so that i could use my um my actual edges. So the thing with the? U part wig is that you don't need to do this because you use the leave out, and this is, i feel, a great option for people like me with a lot of edges with a lot of baby hair. So it allows you to use your baby hairs and it makes it look more natural, so i'm a big fan. Thank you guys for watching. I hope you liked the video and see you in the next one.
