It'S taste pink welcome back and I already know you probably think these are crochet braids, but is something better, I'm showing all my tips and tricks for this super affordable, very easy style. You definitely don't want to miss this braids list. Crochet? U part wig hack because honey. I went all the way off and did a little dual tone too. So of course, you're going to need the oval part crocheted wig cap, and I get a lot of questions about the construction at the back. There is a larger comb and then once you move towards the front around the oval, there are a total of three combs. This is how you attach the cap to your head. Don'T worry, I'm not trying to steer you in the wrong direction. Just trust me on this okay, and also just so. You know there are two pieces of plastic that hold the front of the cat together. So don't trim that until it's time to install the cap, so today we're going to be working with the model model spiral. Wand curl I'm gon na working with the colors 1b and also ninety-nine J, because we're making this spicy okay we're doing something different. Stepping out of that comfort zone is 20/20 no time to play. I'M situated the! U part, wig cap on my canvas blockhead. I like working on the blockhead, it's a lot more sturdy, but again to reiterate: there are three combs around this oval part, and this is how we're gon na attach it. But then I get a lot of questions, so I'm just making sure I'm clear so make sure that you use your t pins to secure the cap in place because it definitely will move when you start to install and crochet the hair. That was your bring right into it. You'Ve seen this in numerous times, but with each tutorial I drop a few more gems. Okay, we're unlocking the next level. Okay - and you don't want to miss it - always start at the base of the wig cap near that mesh band that elastic band. You always want to create fullness from the very start of the cap, and you don't want to skimp around the base of the cab, because, again, that's what's also going to help to create that fullness. Depending on how you situate your your your head. As always, I am known for spacing the knots anywhere from one to one-and-a-half Finkle. It'S a part. You can do to finger woods if you choose but be consistent and keep that throughout the entire wig making process. Now, as I get closer to the front of the cap near the oval, I'm going to switch latch hooks, so this is a smaller latch hook and it's better to get in those more confined tight spaces because the closer you get to the oval it gets a Lot tighter and it's a little bit of tension and the material kind of changes so definitely heed my advice. You want to switch up and use a smaller latch hook. Now, I'm going on to the second row and I'm spacing the next rule about two finger widths. Apart, if you don't want to use too much hair, if you weren't on a budget, I understand, if you're a beginner and you're scared about you know just blowing through all of your hair use about two to two-and-a-half finger widths to space each row and keep in Mind I am NOT separating the hair at this point. I wanted you guys to see how it actually looks when you install here, and you do not separate it. I'M once in my next row and again, I'm installing it like two two and a half, maybe even a three finger widths apart but be sure to stagger your knots, use that brick layering method place. One knot high place another one, a little bit low and just play around keep moving the canvas block head. So you can see where everything is [ Applause ] now this is what exactly two packs of hair looks like and now I'm going to start separating the hair. So this is really important. I wanted to show you guys what happens when you start to separate the hair, so you can get a little bit of frizz. It'S nothing too crazy, but be neat when you are separating the hair. I think a little bit more volume near the crown is actually better, so I advise separating the hair as you get closer to the top of the your part wig cap y'all, I'm definitely like a little bit sick. Do I sound different, let me know in the comments like I'm congested out here, but I'm feeling so much better. I had to definitely relax and you know get myself back together. I hope you guys are okay, stay safe out there wash your hands anyway, back to the wig cap. Now, as I move closer to the area around the oval, I'm gon na switch that latch hook one more time and I'm going to start crocheting in pieces that I've separated. We want to take your time and separate the hair and use smaller pieces in this section. This will create a seamless look where you can honestly wear this entire unit as a full wig y'all are gon na see like I did my thing with this. This is insane. I can't believe it and whereas I may have placed each not one and a half to two finger widths apart, I'm going to space them significantly closer in this area to make sure that I have one volume but to make sure that I conceal that you part. Okay, because you don't want it to be visible once you install it on your head, [ Applause ] now this is what it looks like when it's done. This is so full. This is not even entirely three full packs of hair. It goes such a long way and honestly, this is a whole unit right here. I'M gon na tell you, like late weights will be getting to the selling process. Now I have appeared how you doing now, I'm going to trim that little plastic piece. I was telling you guys about in the beginning, which is very important before you install it and again we have those three combs at the front and I'm going to use these to make sure that the unit stays on my head now I was already over it. I'M like wow, this has so much volume, but it doesn't look super bulky and overwhelming or intimidating. It looks super natural. If you ask me and honestly, you can walk out the door. Just like this add a few bobby pins, though I use the combs, but they could be much more well constructed. I definitely think they need to do some work on the combs, they're, very flimsy and very cheap, and I just added my bobby pins to make sure she does not go anywhere, and I shook my head in that intro to let y'all know this wig is going Nowhere but also don't forget to situate the back of the cap as well, so anchor that comb in place and use bobby pins if necessary. Now I wanted to show y'all y'all could break this down. If you had a middle part, you could wear. You know, but a little part down the middle, but I'm taking this 99 J and I am going to focus on creating a bang where it flows to the right side of my face. So I actually have like a very small part to the left side of my head and now I'm just going to start crocheting in the hair. I have not split any of the 99 J curls. I will say the 99 J color of the spiral blonde curl. It separates a lot easier than the black with the black, the one B. You will get frizz when you separate it depending on which pack I notice some packs have more frizz than others. So definitely be careful. But if you are new to separating hair you're afraid of frizz, you want to bring that latch hook through your hair. You know to anchor in these spiral wand curls, but then you want to go in and separate the curls like. So you want to break open a little piece of the hair and just finical your fingers down to the very ends and then pull it apart, be very gentle when you're doing this, I sped it up. You can slow this down if you need to, but this is the safest way to separate the hair once it's actually crocheted in so again, if you get scared, if you're intimidated, if you don't think you'll have enough hair, just crochet it in and then you know, Fluff it out and separate those curls now this is new for me and it's very different at first I was nervous. I was like I need to get this situated, so it looks right. I had to go in and add a little bit more hair keep moving the hair around. So you can see how it looks at every angle, because you know sometimes the hair will look good in the front, but on the side, looks crazy. Now, once I was about happy, I went in with the Herbal Essence. This is like a soft hold mousse and I'm just using what little I have left to just coat the hair a little bit, because I'm actually gon na go in and trim this ever so modestly and add bobby pins. If you need your bank says, you know, lay a certain way if you need to, but would you're trimming this don't overdo it. This hair responds very well, especially if you don't separate the curls prior to crocheting. It in you'll have a lot easier of a time. Trimming the hair it'll fall seamlessly into place, just trust me and all the trimming I did onscreen. That'S all that happened like I didn't. Do any extra just make sure you're framing your face and the most trimming that you'll do is around the bang, especially if you have a different color, because you want it to kind of seamlessly like transition into the 1b and not look choppy. So, just like add some layers with that color and you can definitely get away with doing this style for under $ 30 21 to 28 dollars, depending on how many packs you use this is bomb, but here's what i'ma tell y'all subscribe to your post notifications on And Kiki with me in the comments, but I want you to save your you Park. Crochet, wigs cuz, I'm gon na be coming back with some flame. I hope you guys enjoyed thank you so much for watching and I hope to see you in the next one. Let'S keep slaying the day: okay,
