How To Make A U-Part Wig | Wig Tutorial

[ Applause, ], hey guys, welcome back to my channel today, I'm gon na be showing you guys how to make a new part week. So I'm gon na start off with this dome cap that I got not a dome cap. It'S a wig cap that I got from my local beauty supply store. I believe this is extra large. I'M not gon na be using some wig clips and tea pans to secure my dome cap down. I have three bundles. I have a fourth bundle, but I'm hoping I don't have to use it y'all, because it's like way off from the other leaves yes, I did just have that off the side. Just in case. Let me go ahead and start pending. Now my tea, I'm pinning my wig cap down using my teeth, hands and I'm also gon na be marking where I want my lips to stop. So that's why I got the t pins sticking right there, my forehead, but this isn't you part with I kind of just want to make sure that my measurements is right with where my leave out is gon na begin in the back of my head on my Head C, I'm going to start just knowing this down god, I hate unraveling curly hair, like I really do your big fat feet. I don't know why I just hate it anywho um, I'm gon na start at that little flat part! That'S where I like to start. My and I am doubling my webs for now, I like to double my first bundle, and so I'm just securing that through my wig cap y'all, it's so many tutorials out there on how to sew. If you would like me to do an in-depth video on there, I can, but I believe that y'all can probably find stuff on how to do that, but yeah. Here'S like a close-up of the way I like to stitch my bundles in my hair and, like I said I have I'm doubling it, I'm just gon na make sure I secure each hand because I am cutting my West out, so I really just want to make Sure - and this is a wick - I wanted to last very very long so just making sure that I secure the end of my West down a promise. I don't have to Coronas y'all, hear me sniffling, I'm sorry but come through it yeah. So you just want to make sure also that little flap, that you can do your adjustment straps, that that doesn't go up inside the thing so mindspace doing that someone just kind of catch it before it went all the way in there, and I want to be Able to grab it so kind of just pay attention to that wire sewing, make sure that doesn't get caught up in there yeah. So I'm going I'm just gon na keep sewing it's kind of repetitive. You guys just keep going back and forth back and forth. Double your tracks make sure you got like a good um gap in between it, not too big, not too little, and I also like to use the tip hands to kind of just hold up my West. While I'm sewing in that direction because it just helps. I don't have to that way. I don't have to hold it while I'm sewing hold, you know that can get kind of annoying, so I like to just clip it in and that way I can just sew straight through, and I don't have to worry about holding my tracks and also make sure You don't go into the elastic band, so you start stop right before the elastic band cuz. You don't you you'll mess it up. If you do that, so just be careful, don't sew into that! Just stop right before it yeah. So I'm just gon na keep on going almost speed. This video up and I'll come back when I am done all right um. I believe this is my second bundle yeah really. This is my second bundle and so y'all see like those hands down but yeah. I feel like those two little ribbon, my strips that's, where I'm gon na stop my tracks around my head, because this is a new part week. I'M gon na have some leave out if you were just making a regular wig. Typically, you would sew all the way to UM to the end, but because I'm not gon na be doing that. This is you probably I'm gon na stop right there. So that's why. I also why I like this just kept you guys cuz, it kind of just gives you those three measurements. I think, as long as your head and I like super big or super small, you kind of just make you can kind of just I it and do it and also just make sure when you're stitching that you're not grabbing like you, don't want to scrunch up The cap so make sure you're being mindful, as she put the needle through your cap and look harmony. We must have been crying because I had to go picking her up. She wanted to get all in the camera. She looks like we don't over there and she was pleasant. Let her get her up, don't excuse her outfit y'all. We was chilling, we quarantine and chilling y'all, there's still a us and you don't want to scrunch up your cap, because if you do that, then it's gon na mess up like the sizing of your cap, so just make sure that when you're going through you just Be mindful to not up your cap when stitching that's very, very, very important yeah, so I'm just gon na secure this and down, I believe I'm gon na start curving it up. Oh no, okay! Not yet not! Yet! No yeah went ahead of myself. Gon na keep curving around, and so now I'm gon na start curving it down my track down and around towards the part where I'm gon na end it. So I just start, as you can see, start up there y'all this week. At I mean I should have put a towel on my stand and then put the mannequin up there. Cuz y'all see have my wig head and just keep turning and turning in front of that is so annoying. But if you put like a little rag on like the POE and then put it up there, that should definitely help it, but it'd be so annoying excuse. My at the first signing he'll say: excuse! Oh yeah, I've got a baby, so your girl gots to get in the gym she gots to work out I've been eat. I started eating healthy. I started my little daily workouts at home, of course, and some still open, but I'm excited to transform it. My mom buddy I got it transforms. I could be somewhere ready, that's another subject! It'S like about that. Another day back to the weed I'm these grandparents that came over, which was, I was so grateful because I was like oh my gosh. I had to keep stopping to do this we done so now. This is the part that it's gon na kind of be falling into my face. I know it seem like it's kind of beautiful all across my face, but trust me y'all, because we're gon na be cutting it and I'll show you that towards the end, you don't have to worry. It'S not gon na, be in your face like that, unless you wanted to but yeah, so I'm just sewing it across and I'm gon na take the track back. My my wife's are pretty thin they're easy to fold, so I was able to kind of just fold. It going back versus having a cut, so if your web starts kind of hard and not even so easy to fold, definitely want to cut you well cuz, you don't want no lumps no pumps, no clump! You want a flawless seamless flat wig! You guys, you don't want to look like Miss a Wiggy Piggy, so just make sure you, if you have thin tracks, you can definitely just fold it over if not cut them bad boys. Okay, all right! So I finally finished doing the second fun duel, and so this is where we are, I braided it, so it won't keep getting in my way but yeah. This is this. Is the motion in the ocean. This is how it's looking gosh. I can kind of see the direction and I was going. I'M someone keep doing a few more times around and I will show you guys how I close it all right. So you see that pin. That'S I'm gon na be stopping that. So I'm gon na keep coming around yeah. So now I'm starting my last bundle and again I'm not doubling my West anymore. I only doubled the first bundle so once you just double your first bundle, if you, if your webs are long enough, you can double your first bundle want to make sure you get all four three bundles in there. So yes, now this point cuz he needs to just go around y'all, like I said, there's real repetitive. I just I wanted to make this, but I was like I got ta do something in my hair: y'all can go get our hair done. I was like I need to do something. I have no closure, so I was like it looks just like a. U part wig. I actually didn't wear this wig for long. You guys, cuz. I was like I'm not about to keep flouring in my hair. Y'All know. I got that I got that for a hair and this hair ain't no for a so what it's a really good plan. I got ta keep flattering me so this yeah, I couldn't you either, but I did want to least make a video I'll show you guys. It'S a little Shanshan. She only lasted Bible week. Getting my hair. You know, let's watch many, two videos. In fact I don't know why. But when I'm doing wigs and stuff, I don't watch like hair videos, so that's the only way that I can really get in the mood to want to make wigs and do hair like it just keeps me one way to do it. Alright. So now I'm going to close it, and so that's not a little doing guys. I'M basically you just want to take the track and go straight across I'm not around anymore. I'M just gon na fill those in and I am gon na cut those whoops, as I do that I'm not gon na fold them over. She keeps lying across working my way up until it gets to the end. Y'All hear that rasping us in the back of my voiceovers y'all. That is the fan at my computer. I don't know why does that you figure something out. Is that it it ain't gon na work for long i'ma have to figure something else. I promise I'm gon na figure it out, but yeah. This is the end guys. This is how it's looking when you park, wig I'm gon na cut all of that excess cap awesome now just take that off my dome cap, I'm gon na cut that stuff off and yeah. She is pretty much done. You can either clip it on your hair. You just throw it on your hair, I did it so clips into it, but I'm also I decided to slow it down onto my head. I had it clipped with me, sewing it down, but I just didn't like the college, because I was in my bathroom and it has like those yellow tent lights and they just didn't look right. So dad didn't make the cut for the video but yeah. So I'm just gon na cut the excess cap off and yeah there. You have it guys. You just have your leaf out, make sure you leave out and yeah there you go just put my two clips also put more on the bottom, but I didn't show you guys that, yes, so we aren't done.
