Hey you guys so welcome back to my channel. Today'S video is on this. Look that i have in right here. This week is from the doula hair and it is their 20-inch u-part highlight wig. This install was kind of crazy. I had to do a lot of like playing around with it for it to be exactly how i wanted it to be, because i felt like my hair wasn't really like getting as straight as it usually does. So i had to look in a bigger mirror, just to make sure that i was going to look good for you guys, like the end result, was going to look good and then i went to do my makeup. I put my hair like up in a ponytail. Really quick so that you know no makeup will get in my hair and then the curls wind up coming out, and then i had to re-curl it after i did my makeup. It was just a whole bunch, like i'm totally over it, but as far as the wig itself, the wig is nice. The hair is good, the hair is full, the hair is soft and i would definitely recommend this wig. I hope that you guys get the gist of everything that i was trying to show you so yeah. It also came in this plastic baggie with a hair net, and i received some eyelashes in the box as well. The hair has two combs on either side of your temple. Two combs um in the front and then one comb at the back in the nape that, for some reason i didn't show now this hair is so so nice look at it. You guys look how bouncy it is, look how full it is, and it's very soft and silky as well. Moving on to styling the hair. You guys should know from. Like my previous videos, i like to style the wig on the mannequin head, because it's just a lot easier for me and right here, i'm just blowing out the hair because i'm going to cut some layers in it. So i wanted to break up those waves before i cut it, and what i'm pointing to now is, i don't know exactly where my chin is, but i want to say that the mannequin head, where that brown line is, would be where my chin is. So i just started my layers a little bit lower than that and what i did was i'm using my razor comb to cut the initial line and then i'm cleaning it up with some scissors and as far as how i do my layers, i'm just going slide. Cutting down on an angle - and i just start with the front first, to give myself like a guide and then i go in throughout, like the whole side of the hair, with that same slide, cutting angle type of movement. Now that i had some layers in it, i'm going to take my i want to say this is a one inch curling iron and i'm just going to create some curls, i'm going to curl it up and then pin curl the whole thing. So here's my leave out and today we are doing a side part and i'm just gon na go ahead and flat iron. It and since i um pin curled the actual. U part, i'm gon na curl the ends of the pieces that i flat ironed and i just want to say you guys. I know my leave out be looking crazy, sometimes, but that's because i don't know how to braid my own hair. So if you can braid your hair, then i would recommend that, but i mean you really don't have to. As long as the hair is out of the way, then the u-part install will be just fine to put the wig on my head. I always start with that middle comb and put that on the back of the leave out part, and then i do um the comb in the nape area, and then i attach the two combs on the side of the leave out once i finish that i'm just Going to undo those pin curls that i made and then once that's done, i'm gon na just take a um big, wide tooth comb and comb.
