Crochet Braid U-Part Wig With Knotless Leave-Out (Outre Jerry Curl Hair)

ɞღ♥♡❥❤*PLEASE READ THE DETAILS BELOW*❤❥♡♥ღɞ

I've always wanted to do a u-part wig with crochet braiding hair, but I never had the cap I wanted, so I put it off. In this video, I'll be showing you how I constructed my crochet braid cap for full or 1/2 wigs. I used Outre Xpression Jerry Curl hair because it looked natural and would be easy to install using the knotless technique. This hair was sent to me by Outre. This is the method that I will be using from now on because it is more durable than simply using a mesh wig and weave cap.

PRODUCTS USED:

♥6 Packs Outre Xpression Jerry Curl Hair: Color 950

♥ Crochet (latch hook) needle.

♥ Spandex Mesh Wig Cap (Similar to dome cap, but more breathable)

♥ Wig net (kinda like a lunch lady's net)

♥ Stretchy elastic wig and weave mesh net/cap

♥ Styrofoam head

♥ Wig stand

♥ High strength weaving thread

♥ Curved (c-shaped) needle

WHAT I DID:

1. Join the wig cap with the wig net to create a "super cap." I used this net because the fibers are stronger than those on the elastic net. Leave a 2 inch gap in the front so you can cut your u-prat slit later.

2. Crochet your hair until you have a horseshoe shape.

3. Cut the knot at the front of the net and stitch it to the cap.

4. Get some mesh from the wig and weave cap to make more crochet sections.

5. Create a slit in the wig cap for the u-part and stitch the mesh wig and weave cap down.

6. Finish crocheting the cap.

7. Braiding pattern: Braid two cornrows going back for your part and a perimeter braid. The rest of your hair can go in a beehive or straight back.

8. Sew your wig onto your perimeter braid.

9. Crochet your leave-out going against the part to make it look most natural. I used the knotless technique.

10. Cut it to fit your face. To cut the back, just grab your hair like it's a ponytail and cut across as straight as possible. You can also cut your hair while it's still on your Styrofoam head.

That's all I did. I think I framed my face pretty well, and I do love the hair color. Let me know what you think and check out some other crochet braid styles below.

Hi, you guys I'll be using my boot rate, jheri curl hair to do a new part, crochet wig and I'm using a mesh wig cap from my local beauty supply store. This is what it looks like I'll, also be using a wave net, which is more sturdy than my mesh wouldn't weave cap. So this is what it looks like with two knots on each end and I'll just secure that on my mannequin, followed by my wig cap, which is like a spandex dome cap. Alright, so I'm just stitching it down to join the two caps and make sure, as you're stitching, that you leave about two inches in the front open. So that way, you can cut your hair for the knee part wig, without messing with the stitching that you use to fortify the two cap and join them together, all right, so we're going to invert the cap - and this is like my super cap for my crochet Braids with the mesh lining alright, so this is the blue, tray, expression, hair and jheri curl, it's really springy and bouncy, and I decided to cut the hair in half, because I only have six packs and all you're going to do is just crochet the traditional way. Just slide your hook in one of the holes and loop it and secure I'm cutting the net and I'm sorry, you guys can't see it, I'm going to do a better job next time. But I just cut the knots in front of my hair and we're going to secure the net down onto the wig cap, and here is my mesh weave and wig cap, which I'm cutting the perimeter out of because I need that mesh to do more. Crochet braids closer to the youth heart area, we're going to cut a slip into our wig cap and join the mesh to the wig cap. So that way we can do some more crochet braids. I promise next time I'm going to make sure that everything is actually visible before I film this part. This is what the you part looks like and we're going to stitch it on to our heads alright, so I have two braids going back. This is where my part will be, and this is what the inside of my wig looks like we're going to sew around the perimeter and we're going to crochet our hair against the part, so go away from the part loop, the hair on latch it and loop. The ends through the opening and that's all there is to it I'm going to keep doing this until I have nothing left out at all, because I wanted to look as natural as possible. Okay, so this is my part area, and all I'm going to do now is use some of my naughty not out as a wig shine and also because it smells good, it's white, tea and ginger, and I will be cutting my hair just to shape it. A little bit okay, now for the back, I just grabbed my hair, almost like a ponytail and cut across as straight as possible, but I have nobody to do it for me and that's pretty much it alright. So, thank you guys so much for watching my video. As always, and I will talk to you soon - bye
