How To Flexi Rod Set | Kinky Course U-Part Wig

Hey guys, so let's just have right into this tutorial. So today I will be flexi riding my kinky course. U part wig from nappy, hair extensions, I'm sure you've seen a video I did before I mean just reviewing it, but this time I'm gon na add some curls to it. So first I'm gon na start off by just washing the hair, getting it refreshed and just making sure that is nice and clean and ready for me to style. So I'm just going to make sure that hair is soaking wet and then what I'm gon na do is I'm going to add the ion luxe shampoo to the hair and just give it a really good lather. I'M just gon na make sure that they here doesn't have any extra products in it. That is easy to style. I'M gon na make sure that all the tangles are out so just like you would do any other hair or you just just like you would do your own hair just wash make sure it's a good lather and then get the rinsing go all right. So next, I'm going to add, the iron looks conditioner to the hair, and this will just bring the hair back to life. Add some moisture, protect the hair as well, and just make sure that you know it's not tangled and dry and matted at the left. When you want out of the weave, so I'm just gon na make sure that the hair is thoroughly thoroughly coated with the conditioner and then just gon na. Let it sit for about 10 minutes and then just going to get my detangling brush as well and get those knots and tangles out all right. The hair is thoroughly rinsed and time to move on, so I am going to go ahead and blow-dry the hair to make sure it's dry before i style and right now, what I'm doing is. I am just doing like a slight tension method because we're not trying to straighten the hair. I just want to blow it out and make sure it's fully dry before I start styling. So that way, it doesn't take a hundred years for my hair to set in the curls. Their hair is bouncy, its soft and beautiful. So what I'm going to do now is I'm going to get the lot of body foaming, wrap, mousse and I'm going to apply that section by section to the hair from the ends to the root and grab the purple perm rod and just wrap the hair around From the base and going all the way down to the end - and you just wan na make sure you secure it in place so that way it doesn't unravel and it stays taut on the roller again, I'm just going to apply the mousse to the hair and Thoroughly saturate it and then I'm just going to wind the hair around the flexi rod. Now, because I'm doing this in smaller sections, I'm going to get a very defined tight curl. So if you want looser curls, I suggest less flexi rods and larger sections. So I have the hair all wrapped around the wig and you just wan na get a double look and make sure the ends are all secure. Make sure that you know there's not any parts that are bulging out. You just wan na make sure that the curls are perfect, so you don't have to set this and then it turns out frizzy all right though the curls are in and what I went ahead and did. Is I just twisted my hair up on the side and then I just put three flexi rods on each side of my hair down the middle part, so I can blend in with the wigs, and this is how a book - and you know it's interesting right now - But the curls are perfect. We have some fluffing, we have to do and we have some more fluffing. We have to do so. I'M just gon na add a little bit of serum to my hair or to my hands just to make sure that I'm eliminating frizz and then you're just going to unravel the curls like you would any other style. Now I like this because the curls came out very defined and just perfect. I wish I could get a flexi rod set like this on my own hair, so I'm just going to separate as much as possible to make sure that the curls are blending together. Really well, and then I want to go in with my pick to just blend this in this is looking a little Rick James ish. The curls are definitely tight, so I'm just going to pick and get it a little bit more realistic because it looks a little too perfect for me, I had to do a lot of fluffing, but now I'm just going to apply some edge control to my edges. Just to finish the style and just to polish the look so that it looks cohesive and smooth and that the hair blends in with my hair - and this is the final look - I'm loving this result - it's fun. It just gives me some length. It gives me some volume, and this is the flexi rod set.
