Will V-Part Wig Work With Locs And No Leave Out?! | Jurllyshe Curly V-Part Wig Install & Review

Hello, hello, hello and welcome back to my channel and welcome to my channel. If you are new here so the basis of my channel um. When i first launched my channel, i was doing a lot of more diy style videos. I was just now getting into wigs and things of that nature, so i am trying to do more hair reviews, and i want to thank jeremy she for sponsoring this video um. It'S a frontal, though, and we'll get into this one. Okay we'll get into it, but i've been looking for it and i cannot find it so i'm just like! Well, i'm happy you know to take on some curly hair, because i have a kinky curly, but i don't have more of like a loose curl like this, but absolutely love it. She i like the quality of the hair, does say: human hair, 150 density people were saying um. They thought the honey blonde. I guess wasn't full enough, but i'm like it was given the same volume as this unit, and i feel like this is full enough for it to be 150 density, but also it's a lightweight. I do not like wearing wigs that are way too heavy and that's why i kind of scoot it away from hot glue units, because hot glue can get really really heavy and i'm just like yeah. No i'd rather have something light, airy, fluffy and just you don't really feel like you're wearing a wig. You know in a sense, so i like this unit now um i will get into the packaging i'll, actually be showing you how i applied it now. Quick little story time i was actually i didn't know that this was a v part wig, so they reached out again, of course, and they were oh. We want to send you this hair and i just looked at the hair. The texture and i was like okay, cool yeah, whatever cool sounds good 24 inches all of that right, and so then i got here and i had to confirm that i had received it so checked out the packaging and stuff and i'm just like. Oh, this is a v part wig and if you don't know, v part is similar to: u part where there is no lace, it's simply a unit constructed and it will have like an opening, and i was like. Oh no. I have locks like this is not going to work for me. Um, you know i'm not. Naturally i don't have my curls out right, my coils, i would say curls and coils mixed it together, but i don't have my coils out. So that's not going to work. I can't do this, then i immediately went to tick tock and was like what is this. What is the v part wig? What is it? Is this the same thing as a? U part, what is this, and i noticed that you didn't really need much um. All you need is really like either a low ponytail or like straight back braids or twists, and i was like oh well. I think we can make something shake okay, i do love this. I do feel like it's a little it's giving scalp literally. This is my scalp and that's one thing i really liked about it. A lot of people don't like wearing lace. They don't like having to blend cut bleach knots. Do all of this lay the edges. People don't want all that it'll glue it down. People don't want all of that. Some people want the no fusses and i think that's why hat wigs went really viral um headband wigs went really viral, but if you're looking for something where you don't want a headband, you don't want to wear a cap. You don't want to wear your hair out and have leave out like a half wig or something. Then this is a perfect option for you. Okay, my best friend is about to get locked as well and she was like. Oh, it works. I was like yeah girl. It works like she's like okay, so i'm gon na add that to my collection as well, i'm like yes, yes, this might be. My new favorite wig, like y'all, might see this a lot more often. I just want to like finesse it a little bit more, but we'll get more into that. Let me show you or tell you about the contents of the package really quickly and then i'll tell you my thoughts and all of that about the unit and how it applied and what i would change and all that good stuff. So it comes in this pretty pink box, which you will see me unboxing when i am applying the unit. It comes with a cute scarf. Okay, i have another one from them which is blue and red. Then it comes with the two caps. I think it's a two. Usually these are two, so it has this. I usually would like a darker cap like this. One right here is kind of dirty, so this is the color and as you can see, there is a slight difference. So um i still use the lighter caps, but then you also get some clips. I didn't even use this. I didn't even i could use it because you don't see it at all. It'S like only covering half of my head and that all comes in a mesh bag and it also came with some lashes, but i must have set them on my vanity, but you'll see it in the other clips. So let's go ahead and get into it. We already said that, obviously the hair i mean the air, the hair is light, it is fluffy, it's voluminous and it's just very, very lightweight, like i can't get over how light it feels, and i felt the same way about the honey blonde unit is given volume And all of that, but not giving a bunch of weight. This is said to last between, i think it said nine and 15 months between 9 and 12 months, depending on how you take care of your hair. If you know me, i don't like to really sleep in my wigs. I do it maybe three times a year um i like to snatch it off at the end of the day so yeah i don't wear the same wig every day. I don't wear a wig. Every day, most times i have my locks out if i'm walking around the house um or running errands or whatever it just depends on the vibe. Sometimes i put a head wrap on so the point of the matter is, i do not wear my wigs every day. I have about 15 different wigs, so yeah, i'm not going to be wearing the same unit every day. So, of course, mine will, last years and years and years and years, whereas, if you're wearing the unit every single day, um making sure it's clean, making sure you detangle it and all that good stuff, it'll last generally, between nine and 12 months. But i feel like, since this one doesn't have lace or anything like that. I feel like this. One could actually give you more okay, they're being generous, like they're being not even generous, they're being scared. So i'm telling you 9 to 12 months because i feel like it can last way longer, and that is just my opinion. As you know, someone who owns a hair store so with that being said, i want to make sure we get all the specs out the way like i said, i do have that coupon code. I do have the link down below and um. Now, let's get into how i applied, as you can see in the video, i literally took my locks wet them. A little bit so that you can see my part a little bit more because i do not have a fresh wheat. We twist three twists. I do not have a fresh re-twist, so um, my hair is a little more poofy, a little more fuzzy and you really can't see my parts, so i just put some water on them. Okay and i got a kind of down a middle part and to be honest, when i did my locs, i started my own box and when i did them, i didn't even think about u-part and v-part wigs. I just parted it in four sections and put about 15 locks in each section so lucky. For me, i was able to get a semi middle part um with my locks, and i did use the she is bomb. It'S like a a hair bomb type of um i'll leave it linked down below as well, but it's like a pomade like a hair bomb and it lays it down, and i think people who braid hair generally uses it but um yeah use some of that use. My little toothbrush brush or my little edge brush and try to slick it down as best as i could um. I could have used eco and all of that and got it super duper slick, but because i knew i was gon na have to tease the actual v part. I decided to keep it not so slick down and not do all of that. Okay, and also i just wanted to mention that you can definitely if you want to leave your hair out and you have you know coils or curls whatever the case is, you can do that with this unit, you can do your edges, and all of that i Didn'T do anything to my edges and that's one thing i really like about this is no fuss is effortless. All i did was the part down the middle. Put my pomade and put my hair in a low ponytail. I put the wig cap on the half of my head and i clipped the v part in the part. Now some people go all the way about apart to make it like super duper precise. But i didn't do that. I left a little bit of space simply because i am tenderheaded okay, i am tender headed and if it's pulling too much, it will bother me like. I have adjusted these clips a couple of times because i didn't want it to pull now as a recommendation. I would say when you are like running your fingers and stuff through it, make sure you kind of hold this down here, so that it's not pulling or tugging on your hair. You don't want to be. You know going bald in this section, so i take my hand, hold it here and then i start to detangle or run my fingers through it. If i want more volume or if i just want to get some knots out, so that's just an fyi that i learned today when dealing with this unit, and i have had it on for a couple of hours. I'Ve been dressed and ready to film, but i had to eat lunch and all that good stuff. So you know it's not freshly installed, but it still looks really really good. So another thing i wanted to mention is okay. I'Ve already mentioned, you know, making sure you're holding it down when you go to clip it or after you clip it in you're, gon na want to tease it a little bit. It'S like a little bit of lace, it's a black lace and at first i was like okay. Do i have to you know spray the lace and tint it a little bit with the spray tint didn't have to do that and you don't want to do that unless it's sitting directly on your part, but since it's not what i did do is take the Brush and started to try to tease it, and then i will eventually or like kind of throughout the day. I found myself just you know, teasing it a little more to make sure it stays blended and not get. You know too perfect, as they would say like. I don't want it to look too perfect up there, because i wanted to give realistic. I wanted to give part you know, but um another thing this is not going to be for me a perfectly flat unit, no fuzz, and all of that because i realize when i go to tease it, it makes it a little bit frizzy up there as you Can see so um, it's not going to be that perfect unit, but i feel like what makes it so perfect. Is that it's effortless you don't have to lay lace. You don't have to tint lace. You don't have to lay your edges, you don't have to do all of that, but if you are wanting to you, do have the option to leave hair out lay your edges down, maybe put the hair a little bit further back, so you can have some of That edge you know out, but yeah i didn't do that. I just wanted it to be a straight middle part, no fuss, and i think it looks damn good like. I think it is actually a gorgeous unit and i think it's perfect for people who are just now getting into wigs or veterans who just are tired of lace and want to break from it. I think this is a good solution, so you guys, let me know what you think about this video. This is me with locks, okay, trying a v part unit. Would i be bold enough to try? U part, probably not, i think the v part has a more slim part, so i won't have to worry about leaving any hair out, so i would prefer the v part over the. U part when it comes to me and having locks so comment, your thoughts down below.
