Look at this packaging. This packaging is fire. It'S definitely giving me hermes. Vibes - and i am here for okay shout out to i like hair.com for partnering with me on today's video, so in the little kit that they sent me, it came with this cute little bag full of goodies. It got all kind of stuff you can eat for your hair and your wigs y'all and girl hype. Okay, i can't say nothing else other than hype. This is what the hair look like. I picked up the yaki straight texture, i believe, in a 20 inch, and i can't wait to tell y'all more about it. But in the meantime, let's just start this wig, okay, y'all. Let'S go ahead and take my hair out this raggedy ponytail, okay, i've been walking around so depressed for like two weeks and my hair has literally been in a ponytail. Like you know, it's bad when your husband asks you what you're doing with your hair, like once, he asked me that i was like okay ben. Let me get my life together so because today we are going to be using a ipart wig, i'm going to go ahead and part out as little leave out as possible, because the difference between an ipart wig and a u-part wig is an ipad. Wig gives you the option to not have out any leave out or very, very, very little leave out, so i want to do the least amount of level as possible just to make my life easier. So once i have my leave out parted out, i'm going to go ahead and braid my hair into just a little plaque going straight back just so it can make our life easier when we apply our wig. So once i have my ponytail all put together, look at this wig y'all. So the reason that it looks like this and you don't just see a weft you kind of see hair - is because this is featuring. The true roots closure, which matches the roots of your hair. So if you didn't want to leave any leave out, you really don't have to just because the way the wig is made. But i personally like the way leave out, looks on me better. So i'm going to go ahead and do a little bit of leave out and i love the fact that it has five combs. It has two on the sides um one in the back and then three at the bottom. So yeah i'm gon na go ahead and install this wig. I like to apply my combs in the back first. That way, i can kind of get that out the way and then we're gon na go ahead and apply the back comb and then the combs on the side. A little trick that i like to do when i'm applying wigs like this is i like to wiggle the comb back and forth. Just like you just seen me do, because what that does? It just creates a little bit of tension. Normally, i would do a braid down like a perimeter braid just so that the combs have something to stick to, but i really wanted to show you guys how easy and simple it is to apply this wig. Even if you don't know how to braid. I wanted to show you guys that you can apply this wig in like five minutes and go so yeah. That'S a good little hack. So once i have that all secured, i'm just gon na make sure i have everything secured all the way around and we about to blend this leave out. Y'All, like i'm just gon na, take out my hair around the sides, because i just feel like it just looks a little bit better. It just looks a little bit more natural. You don't have to do that step, but i just feel like when i did that it really just made it look like it was my natural hair and i'm just like so obsessed you guys it turned out so freaking good, like, oh, my god. Wait till you guys see the finished result, so i'm just gon na part it down the middle and then we're gon na press it and all that good stuff. So i'm gon na, let you guys just watch me press my natural hair out just so that you guys can see how good it blends, because if i'm talking y'all gon na be distracted and you're, really not gon na see the blend, so i'm gon na. Let you guys watch the blend and then i'll come back when we start cutting. Oh my god, do you guys see just look at how good this blended into my hair? I don't know why i was about to say blended into my skin, i'm so used to doing makeup, but look at how well my natural hair blended in with this eye part wig. I am so obsessed like i like hair.com. It'S really that girl when it comes to convenience and when it really comes to like the blendability, like my natural hair, color, matched perfect. My texture matched perfect. This really just looked like my natural hair. It looked like. I got a blowout at like a dominican salon and that was it like just look at that look at the blend. Oh it just chef's kiss it was so good like it was so good, i'm obsessed so yeah now that we have all of that done, i'm going to go in to curl the hair, just because i just want to show you guys how versatile this hair looks And baby, okay, let me tell y'all when i curled this hair, it looked good straight but baby when i curled it. It really gave me natural dominican, blowout, 4c, 4b pressed hair and it just looked so bomb. It looks so bomb shout out to them, because this hair did what it was supposed to do. It understood the assignment. I know a lot of people, don't know how to curl their hair with a straightener so comment down below. If you want me to do a video on how i curl my hair with a straightener, it's so easy y'all, but yeah this hair turned out bomb. Let me let y'all watch because i got ta watch myself. It looks so good. My hair looks so good and it just looks so freaking natural, but i'm gon na let the curls sit for a little bit and before i kind of like break my fingers through and style them a little bit. I'M gon na do my makeup because i want to do a little bit of cuts to the hair, like i kind of want it to be like a little bit more like framed to the face to like match my natural hair. You see that that's not cute! So i'm going to be using my makeup from merit. Beauty today merits all i've been using. I'M gon na go in with i have the shades buff caramel tiger eye and amber i'm gon na go in with carrot with amber. No, this is amber yes with amber and buff, and i just use amber like around my mouth area and like kind of like anywhere, where i have like a dark mark or a dark patch, and i just use this in those areas, especially like on my forehead. You see it's like a perfect match for my forehead a lot of times. I really can't find like foundation that like works, this good on my forehead, so i love it. This is really all the makeup that i have been doing and i have really been loving. Um merit beauty ever since they sent me their products, but because i kind of stopped doing makeup, i kind of didn't want to post about it. So i figured i would just post about it in this video since i'm like getting ready for the day or whatever. I'M going to blend it out with this brush that came with my kit from merit. It'S not a kit, but merit sent me some products and look at that like it's just like so perfect, it's the perfect match. I'Ve been wearing this every single day because it's so lightweight on my skin, to where i can still like, wear makeup without feeling like my skin, is like too caked up or clogged up and just like looks perfect. It looks like skin and i don't feel anything so that's what i've been doing. Y'All you see and my skin just looks so good like it doesn't. Even look like i have on makeup. I'Ve been wearing this like for like three weeks now, and i was hanging out with kiana the other day and she was like. I can't even tell that you have makeup on period. That was the whole point and then i'm gon na take tiger eye and just kinda contour around my face a little bit. So i just love. I love merits products like they just make my skin and even in person it looks like skin. They don't have a setting powder, i wish they came out with, or they should come out with, like a your skin, but better setting powder that baby, a setting powder with this brand would be immaculate. And now i'm going in with the shade caramel and i use the same brush all over like i'm trying to do no extra stuff. This is like my little go-to little kit, it's so simple! So so simple, i love it. I remember a time where i don't know who made this hold on us, but y'all. Remember when you had to do like when you well, not when you had to, but when beauty, gurus and youtubers were like buying all those ikea dressers and like turning you know, making these whole big old things filling all of them with makeup up girl. I have three right here full of makeup and i'm about to throw it all out like because i've been having it since i moved here and there's no sephora here, so i'm not gon na really do it be doing much makeup on my channel because i don't Have access to it and i don't use it so it's just like sitting there for no reason, it's probably old because believe it or not makeup does have an expiration date. So, on a normal day, i don't even do all of this. I literally stop at setting my face and i'll probably just do maybe a little bronzer sometimes, but on an everyday basis. I really only do like the wet skin look unless i'm like going somewhere, but for the most part, that's really all i do before. I do. My lips, i'm gon na um, fix my hair up a little bit more. You see it just looks you can see the difference i feel like it needs a little bit of shape, so i'm gon na turn my flat iron back on, because i know i'm gon na need it. It needs like a little bit of shape, so i'm going to basically where my hair drops off i'm gon na start cutting, so my hair dropped off and then i'm just like cutting off hair. So now you see how it's like giving me that, yes, this is exactly what i was looking for, see how it's like giving me that, like swoop - and you can't tell like it just looks so - natural just cutting off hair - see yeah. This is what i was going for. I don't want you to be able to see where my natural hair stops and starts at. So that's perfect. Let'S finish off with the lips, i'm going in with the makeup forever the pencil in shade limitless brown, i'm going to go in with this merid uh lentil lentil. This merit tinted lip oil in the shade.
