So let's get started the real difference between tape and glue. Adhesive is really how it's attached. The method of attachment will typically determine whether you need tape or glue bonding for tape. Adhesives you apply directly onto the hair system and for liquid glue. You can apply directly onto the scalp for stronger bond. Some wearers like to use both tape and liquid adhesives come in many different strengths, sizes and colors, and they each have their own pros and cons, but i'll walk you through it. So let's go so. Let'S talk about the advantages of tape. Tape is very versatile and easy to attach and just to remove. It is also the same super easy and super convenient. It'S definitely one adhesive that is less damaging on the hair systems. So now, let's talk about the disadvantages of tape, because tape is easier to remove some wearers have the tendency to really rip off the tape off their scalp, which causes a lot of damage. If the tape is not completely removed, it does cause some durability. Issues on the hair system. Tape usually has a straight edge and is about 8 to 10 ml thick, which is usually visible on the hairline. So now, let's talk about the advantages of liquid adhesives. Liquid adhesives is most favorable because it has a very strong bonding, it's known for its strength. It is also more precise in terms of attachment as well. It is placed right onto the scalp, so you know exactly where your hair system needs to go and due to the precise placement of the liquid adhesives, it allows the hair system to look super natural all around the perimeter. Strong there's tends to be a lot more chemicals in them, which is quite an issue for those who have sensitive skin and if that's the case, you'd want to go with tape. Since it's a lot more easier to remove and it doesn't have as much chemicals as liquid adhesives and since liquid adhesive is super strong, it also takes quite a bit of some time to actually remove it. So maintenance can be super lengthy and requires a lot of effort.
