I always am satisfied with the results and i always tend to relax it because my hair is so cold. I'M very tender headed - and i understand what somebody be like. I totally understand, but i'm always against it, because when you do it, you always tend to go right back to natural, just ride it out and enjoy the process there you do is the process.
