Hey guys, so in my last video I showed you how I install the her giving you part wig, but today I'm gon na show you how I protect refresh and store the unit. So let's get to it. So this headband is from her given hair and it opens on both ends. I'M gon na go ahead and open the headband and place it over my head onto my neck and then I'm gon na slide it up and stretch the fabric over the wig. As far as it can go now take note that this is only if you've chosen to sew down your wig, but this is also a great way to protect your natural hair at night as well. I use it all the time and my washing goes and twist outs and braid outs lasts forever. Now being that this wig is super thick and long, I'm gon na use another headband to protect the ends as well. This is going to keep the hair protected and tangle free. While you sleep now, let's refresh the hair, assuming that you already have products in the hair, you're gon na want to reach for your water bottle. For this step, you don't want to keep applying products into the hair because it will create build-up and we're trying to avoid that, so I'm simply using water to refresh. If you find that necessary, you can definitely apply product to the leave out for a better bloom. So I just work the water in real. Well until I start seeing the textures blend, and then I simply air dry it or you can definitely diffuse it or sit under a hood, a jar whatever works for you now it's time to store the wig while you're not wearing your wig. You still want to keep it protected and moisturized, so here's how I'm gon na wet the hair really well making sure that the hair is fully saturated. Next, I'm going to use a clarifying shampoo to remove any product buildup or extra oil from the hair. This hair hasn't tangled up on me, but to keep that from happening. I'M just gon na go ahead and run my fingers through the hair to shampoo it and then I'm gon na squeeze the shampoo through the hairs to make sure that all of the hair is getting clintons. Now I'm just gon na rinse the shampoo out really well with some warm water and move on to deep condition, I'm applying a generous amount of the conditioner to the hair and I'm making sure that it is evenly distributed throughout the entire wig. Now I'm gon na finger detangle the hair really well and then put it in a plastic cap for about an hour, or so you can definitely set it under a hooded dryer as well, and when the hours up I'm just going to let the hair cool down Before I rinse it and I'm gon na rinse it well with some cool water after I'm done rinsing out, towel dry the hair, and then I pin it onto a mannequin head and separate the hair in workable sections to apply my product. For starters, I'm going to use a light hair lotion to moisturize the hair. Then I'm going to follow it up with some oil, preferably a light oil, and this is going to lock in the moisture and I'm just going to keep applying the product in this manner. Section by section, until I've done all of the week when I'm done applying the products, I can either braid it twist it or leave it, as is depending on how you plan on wearing the hair. The next time you wear the wig, and I like the texture as it is, so I'm just gon na go ahead and leave it to dry overnight or set it under a hooded dryer. When it's 100 % dry I'll go ahead and place the wig and a net, it actually came with this net. So I'm just going to go ahead and place it in the net and then I'm gon na place it in a dust bag to keep it moisturized and ready to wear, and that is it. This is how you protect refresh and store your! U part wig from her given hair. Well, I hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial and found it to be helpful if you're interested in investing in a? U part by her given hair, I can go ahead and leave all the information down below for you guys to check it out, and I will leave the details on this particular unit in the description box as well and I'll see you guys in the next video Peace,
