Must See! Most Durable Lace Ever? Crystal Clear Lace & Beginner Friendly | Genius Wigs

All right, you guys, let's get right into this video, so this unit was sent to me from genius wigs, but we are focusing on this beautiful amazing, crystal lace that they have. This unit came with the knot already um bleach, pre-plugged hairline as well, but the durability on this lace is amazing, so i'm gon na give you guys two different examples. I have one crystal lace piece and one hd lace um a little sample, so i'm gon na just spray. My tg hairspray on my arm, like i always do and we're just going to compare the two. I just want to show you guys how it would look. Um on any skin tone, so here you do have the hd lace, which is not bad lace, but you do still see the holes in the hd lace. But with the crystal you don't see anything, it's completely transparent. You guys and the crystal lace is just more durable all around, so i give i'm giving you two different samples here: same kind of pieces, crystal lace and hd lace and i'm using the same force. You guys same force and just tugging on each one. So when you're removing your wigs putting them back on sometimes that hd lace can break and you can't repair it. You can't repair hd lace because it you know it broke the hole. So i just want to show you guys up close with my phone as a background, but with the crystal lace. It just slightly deformed it, which is fixable, and you guys saw me pull on the crystal lace twice in the hd lace. Only once and to be completely honest with you guys, i kind of thought they would both end up tearing and it surprised me that the crystal lace did not. It was really it really did stay intact. So that was awesome. You guys, um. I have not seen that before so i think that is major key, especially for those who are a little bit rougher on their wigs. They use a lot of glue if you use a lot of glue around. Of course, you know the hairline and stuff, and sometimes you can just accidentally poke holes and other kind of issues could happen when you know taking off your wigs as well as putting them on you. Don'T really have to worry about that too much when it comes with this crystal lace, so i think that is genius from a genius wig. So i love this concept of the laces being durable and clearly all i did here you guys just saw was just use. My wax stick and my hot comb and just lay this unit super flat at the best combination. You could ever um use to get your wigs as flat as possible. But honestly, you guys, i love this wig all the way around, not just the lace but the hair, the um hairline, the bleach knots the pre-plugged. I think we're at a point now where wigs should just be like this. You know what i mean you should not have to um work super hard for your units to look as natural as possible, and genius wigs really came through on this one. In my opinion, all right, you guys so after we've - got everything how we want it to be nice and laid flat ironed, hot comb. All that good stuff, i'm gon na show you just how deep you could part this unit um. It has a super deep parting, which i love, because it makes your wigs look so much more natural. So i just added this little cornrow right at the top and i'm gon na add one more right here right next to it and to get your i'd. Never do styles like this, but i actually really liked it y'all um to get your um of course, braids to just um, lay much easier and to just braid, easily easier, i'm just adding a little bit of my normal gel that i will put in my natural Hair and i'm just going to cornrow this down, which was super easy to do and again that lace durability really comes into effect with when doing styles like this, especially if you're more detailed with your styles, you like to create things with your wigs. You don't have to worry about, you know, ripping your lace and causing any kind of damage, so i'm getting into the um melting of the lace part. You guys don't mind. My wig cap, i'm gon na blend that in at the end, but clearly you see just how clear this crystal lace is: y'all um, so i'm just using my normal tg hairspray. I'Ve been using this for two three two, something like that: a whole bunch of years. Now so i'm just going to blow dry this lace down, it doesn't take much you guys, um, you could really even use. If you didn't want to use any kind of hairspray, you could probably just use some like foam and just kind of lay your edges a bit. If you want to and then tie your head down as well, if you're not into using glues and hairsprays and all that kind of stuff, because this lace is so thin and so so see-through you could definitely just use the elastic band that they provide. And you would be good, so i'm just going to lay um my edges a bit y'all, be gentle with me. Be nice. Give me a little bit of grace. It'S been a minute since i have you know, thrown a wig on my head. It'S been like a couple weeks now and you guys know whenever i get out of my normal routines. I act like i don't know what i'm doing, and so i did my best here. I should have went a little bit shorter, but it just is what it is. I still think it came out pretty nice honestly y'all, you really don't even need to lay that much hair if you don't want to so this is totally optional um. But, of course you know, y'all always do what makes you comfortable and style your hair, how you want to style it. I see so many things about baby hairs and why people keep doing the most with them and, what's too much and what's too little and what age is appropriate and all that kind of stuff. Honestly, it's your head! If you want to style your adolescent hair to you 50 years old doing this, then that's your business, it ain't nobody else's! So yeah! So don't forget you guys um make sure you check the description box. I always put everything down there as far as products that i'm using all the information about this unit too, will be down there and if i have any coupon codes or anything check there as well. Also, if you plan on keeping this unit on for quite a bit, maybe um, if you also, if you do the bald cap method, this is going to be really great for that method. This particular wig, because the lace is so see-through, it's thin. It'S very easy to put on, but i don't do the ball cap method i never have and probably never will, because i just can't take stuff on my head for long periods of time, but this one would be right up your alley to do that with. So this unit also fit perfectly y'all. I had no issues, so if you have a bigger head like i do, this is going to be perfect. For you, the sideburns were long enough. You could even cut a little bit if you want to. You would rather have your sideburn area um. They provide a little bit more lace right there as far as the frontal goes versus having it too short. So keep that in mind, because you can't add on anything in the front, but you can always take off. So this came out perfectly as far as the fit and the unit is actually 180 density, which worked just fine for me. Um it was nice and full. The hair felt wonderful, no smells no tangling no shedding. This is straight unit, of course, um, and it curled really nicely as well, so yeah y'all, i'm just finishing up with curling this hair, and that is pretty much it for this look just gon na pop a little bit more powder right on my hairline to kind Of um diffuse that line of demarcation with my wig cap, just adding a little bit more concealer and a little bit like more powder. It'S very easy to just kind of um blend that all together and you are good to go you guys. So i hope you enjoyed this video. Give me a thumbs up. I am back you guys. It'S been a minute.
