Show & Tell : Installing My U-Part Wig (Brazilian Virgin Wavy)

Hi everyone! Okay, so I told you guys that I was going to show you my new part: 3/4 wig. Once I completed it and I know in the initial video I said that I was gon na put the wavy, the Indian wavy closure on to the. U part, but the closure actually did not get back to its original wavy texture, so I don't know if I heat trained it from the time that I had it installed, but it was like really limp and straight and it just didn't match with the hair. So I decided not to use it. I actually um I'm gon na post a picture in this video, maybe at the end of the hair, when the hair is still wet, because it's really wavy when it's still wet but after it dries it's not as wavy as it is when it's wet. So the hair is dry, nails and excuse. Shaquanda she's not looking her best right now, but here is the? U part wig. Hopefully you guys can see it. I did add layers to it once I put it on you'll, be able to see the layers better, but I'm gon na show you guys how I apply. My? U part wig off my scar, and I just have my hair braided underneath my wig cap and the wig cap is totally optional. It'S up to you. I just prefer to use the wig cap to protect my brace and also because I'm it keeps the ends of my braids out of the way, and I don't have to put the bobby pins in it, because sometimes that can hurt and here's my leave out section. I left out you guys can't see that sorry for the glare, but I left out, like a really small amount, so you see it's like. Hardly any hair left out. Okay excuse the edges, this hair, I've washed it like not too long ago. So it's not blow-dried, but I'm gon na Flatiron it we're gon na see all that. Okay, so I went ahead and I already threaded my needle and it's better to use the curved needles, but I lost my curved needles, so this one's like a slant needle. So that's what I'm using right now, so I get another curved needle and for the you part, I told you guys. I use the dome cap sold one of these combs in the back, it's easier when I have the perimeter of the cap in a smaller width. So that's why I fold it in half and I sewed it. So it's like this, because the original width of it is thicker and it'll just be like excess over the braid, and I don't like that. So, okay, so I'm just gon na put it on and normally I have this hair pinned out of the way. I'M I'm gon na, pin it in a second, so I just hook the column in the back and then you just slide it to the front. Let me get this hair out of the way. Okay, just wan na make sure my wig cap is pulled back, it's not on the perimeter, braid, okay, all right. So the first thing I'm gon na do is sew on the perimeter - the? U part up here. So I just make sure I have it where I want it pushed up, because I want it really close together like this, but basically you're, just gon na sew it starting on the inside and just sew all the way around okay. So it's on now just gon na nod and cut the thread all right, and I also like to sew the sides down. What I would do is take the side of the wig and put it on this braid and using the same method just so that, but just to keep this video short, I'm gon na bobby paint it and I'll end up stalling it later today, because this is Another option: you don't have to sew it, you can just pull it to where you want it, pull it to position and then place your pins in it. And you see what the like a shorter diameter. It fits really nicely right on top of the braid and it's not any excess cap. Hang it over. You guys. I broke my um one inch flat iron, so I'm flat iron list right now. Hence the reason why this hair is gon na be worn in it's wavy texture until I purchase another flat iron. So if you guys are love your flat iron leave it in the comment section below, let me know which flat iron you have and again I have natural hair. So if it's one that really works well on some natural hair, that would be great um, like I said, I had the FHI flat iron before and I loved it. You know I had it for a long time. It was. It was good to me, but now it's time to upgrade and just get a new one, and I straightened out my hair, but what I would do at night is put some plaques in my hair just to give it that waving braid out texture. This is just to show you guys the way real, quick cuz. I haven't even solved the sides down so but here's the part I have just want to show you guys the hair again. This hair is really soft and you can see the layers I put in it. I just wanted to give it a little volume around the face, so I'm gon na do my edges real, quick and I'm using edge control. This is not my favorite product or what I normally use, but I ran out of what I normally use, so I have to order it online. So this is what I can buy in the store. So that's why I just got this for right now and I'm just gon na brush the edges, because I don't have any hair left out on the side, so you just want to kind of brush it like this. I'M gon na do the same thing over here. In this hair right up in the front, I'm just gon na flick their hair back like that. So this is it. Ladies again, this is the virgin brazilian wavy hair, and this hair is from styling me, Ireland, her facebook, because her website is still under construction. So far and the links again we're 2 bundles of 16, one bundle of 18, but I layered it. So this is the length you get once you layer it. It comes to right on the breast. I know it's kind of hard see my black shirt and in the back, it's pretty long in the back, so you can see in the back. It comes to like right here like the longest point is right here. msbeyondbelle: I sleep in this one. If I add clips then it's removable. I keep my braids underneath moisturized, wash my own hair weekly, and for the weave I tie it down with a scarf at night and it looks nice.

Doesn't that defeat the purpose of being able to take it out at night or am I just confused on the point of upart wigs? Kurofitness: changing the look is fine and if that is all it was, I would be cool with it. However, it becomes a lifestyle, hobby etc. Takes up so much time and money, unless they are rich, the women aren't likely to be active. Its a big issue within the black fitness community. I don't like fake breasts either. Nothing fake seems good to me.

I like the security of sewing it down but I still like being able to take it off and wash my hair really good when I'm shampooing. Some people put combs and take if off nightly, I guess it's just a preference thing.

Greg Brown: Do you date someone only for their hair? Everyone has a right to their opinion, and everyone can do what they like. Personally, I don't like fake breasts. IMO, at least fake hair can be removed easily. I see it more about changing a person's look, and protecting their natural hair.

I only clicked on this video because of your pretty face, but I don't like fake hair on black women. If I wanted to have a girl with hair like that, I would date an Indian or a Brazilian. I like surfing, swimming, working out etc and I like a girl who can do that with me. Keep it natural, just my two cents.
