Quickweave In Natural Hair | Shaved Sides

Hey you guys it's kenisha harris and welcome back. I am here with another video and today we're going to be doing a quick weave on natural hair. She has a barber cut like me, but at the top she left it long. So she had enough to braid down, and i went ahead and put the cap on to show you guys how i'm gon na do the cap. So in today's video we'll be doing a quick weave, it'll be like the short little fringe bang. Looking quick weave that she already wanted, so let's get started. Okay, you guys so today the products that we're gon na need to use. You need a stocking cap. I usually use a black one, but i am currently out so we used a brown one. The hair you're gon na use we're gon na, have some fun and do it's like a purplish gray with the black roots. You'Ll need scissors, a razor comb, a comb of your choosing, whichever kind you like a holding spritz, i usually spray it down with pump it up, but um the top. I always mess up on pump it up, so we're just gon na use this i like to use the salon pro 30 second um super hair bun glue and then we're going to use got to be spray 2 to mold it down so to mow down the Cap, you can do it one or two ways. You can either sew around the perimeter when you have shade size or you can glue around the perimeter. I prefer to glue when i know i'm doing a quick weave because trying to cut the thread out of the um glue it. It just be too much it's too much so okay. So, let's stop just hop on this glue, so i'm just gon na go around where i want the cap to stay it. I did and go completely around where her braids are and that's it. So it's basically like a rectangle to show. So that's what it looks like and then in the rest of the areas to protect the braids from the glue we're going to spray the spritz on the cap so spray the sprays spray spray spray. I basically soak it down with the spritz i'm going to take the holding spray and then i'm going to put her underneath the dryer for like 15 minutes for just this area to dry and we're going to cut the cap off the rest of the cap. That the glue the hair is not going on off from around their head. Okay, guys she's out from up underneath the dryer. The spritz is hard and dry, so we're gon na go in and go ahead and cut the cap around where her hair won't be added. So this is how it looks so for her look. She'S wanted her hair to go to one side, so she can get designs put on the other. So i'm going to show you guys how to make it like an invisible part, what they used to call invisible part back in the day on this side, and the hair is going to flow to this side. So how you begin to lay the tracks when you want to do an invisible part on this side, you start directly, where the part will start at and you're going to bring it around the perimeter and stop it on the side right here. Okay, so i bring you guys closer, so you can see, but what i'm gon na do is where it's crinkly right here, sometimes when you bring it out of the bundle, take the flat iron and go across the top of the weft. So you're just going to take the flat iron and go across the top and flat iron that hair out. So it's not crinkly, you don't want it to be crinkly and waved up. You want the hair to lay the way you want it to and, like i said, we're going to start, there come around and come to the side. So i'm gon na take the glue and i close my bottle top some. So too much glue don't come out. So i'm gon na have to close this a little bit more because a little bit more glue than what i wanted came out so lay it right here come around to there. So on the side don't curve it. Let it sit straight, make sure it's sitting straight. So the next one would be right on top of that in the same way and to the side, if you don't bring it to the side, sometimes it'll um, it won't lay right right here. So that's why i'm bringing it to the side, so it actually lays the way i want it to lay, and a key thing to note is to make sure is that weft is cut straight. Unless the part is curved, so cut it straight, move it over suicide. You want to make sure it's covering completely over that track that you set before it. I'M gon na just show you guys going through this part, and i will come back and you'll hear me talking for the part when it gets to the closure. So i can show you how i actually make my closure pieces who it was meant to be hey. Everybody can see something like a rainbow. It was meant to be, everybody can see. So when i was coming up, i started to shorten where it comes to, because i'm gon na start filling that in to go straight across this way before i start doing the back portion. So i just wanted to come. Um make sure i came in and tell you guys that we was meant to eat. Everybody can see something like a rainbow. It was meant to be the way you shake them. I think i'm gon na use a piece like from here to here, so i'm gon na cut this piece to like this long. Then i'm gon na put glue on it, like i'm going to lay it down to for a tray, i'm going to show you guys, i'm putting the glue on now. I'M just going to show you guys. This is what it looks like with the glue right. So i'm going to take the part with the least amount of glue and start rolling it first. So take it and get it like pinch it in tight and start to roll. But you want it to be really tight because you don't want the closure piece to look like it has a hole in it yeah my nails, not let me be great one more time and actually it doesn't have to be. We can cut it there. So you measure it to the place right there, so it should fit directly in there. So you're just going to cut the extra piece just cut it off and then i kind of hold it together, like that. That'S step one of making it now, because, because i want this part to be open, i don't want it to be like a circle to where it's like that. But you're going to split it like you're about to make it into a circle. So you're going to split it like this, so you're basically going to take it and comb out right like this, then you're going to flat iron it, but before you flat iron, it so you're going to place it where you want it right there right and we're Gon na keep it split open like that, so keep it open and keep it split and take the flat irons, take the flat, irons and flatten it like this, so press it between the flat irons. Of course, you need to use human hair if you're doing this and you flat iron it. So you make sure it's completely just go ahead and flat out flying flat iron out the hair. That'S remaining! So it's not hard for you to get to it. When you want it to lay flat, so this is how it's looking, let me take a comb, take the comb and make sure all the hair is spread out everywhere else. Take the heat and just think, like you, straighten it out now, it's saving you time later. So this is what it looks like. This is what the inside looks like after you flatten it, and then you take some glue and put it just right in there, so the place that you want. It split you're going to lay it like that, and it's going to cover all of those places right there. So you shouldn't be able to see. Never let you down you wear my crown. Let'S put like this size amount in your hands, it's like a taffy and just rub it through, especially with this um. You smell it, especially with the 613 color they can. It can tend to be a little dry, so rub it more. On the end, all right and then we're going to take just a little bit of the olaplex number seven bonding oil who it was meant to be hey.
