Brazilian Body Wave 4X4 Human Hair Lace Closure Wig - Ownmehair

Hey what up good people? It'S me miss ebony, v, welcome back or to my channel. So you don't miss any other videos from me and if you're returning, hey suge muffin all right y'all, so i am bringing another human hair sleigh on a monday. Today, i'm reviewing a unit from own me hair, and this is a 4x4 brazilian body wave lace, closure wig, so you only get four inches of parting space here from side to side and four inches back. So this is your parting area. She also claims to come. Pre-Plucked with baby hair 180 density and i have her in 18 inches. This is my first time working with own me, hair. They are a vendor on amazon, so huge shout out, and thank you to only hair for sending me this unit and sponsoring this video. All right y'all, so you may or may not notice. I am in my recording room, however, there's nothing up like i'm gon na get to this stuff. Eventually, i'm trying to move in completely one room at a time and i'm still working on my bedroom like a whole process y'all, but i'm gon na get there. I'M gon na get all right. So let's go ahead and get into the unboxing styling and installing of this unit, all right. So this is how the hair came packaged, and this is the beautiful body wave hair straight out of the package. As i mentioned before, this is a closure wig, and this is what the hairline looks like. It does come with the two combs on the side, one in the middle one in the back with the adjustable straps, and it also includes an attached elastic band. Alright. So now this is what the hair looks like after it has been washed and deep, conditioned and air dried overnight. So now i'm just going to go in and blow dry it and i like to spray my tresemme heat protectant spray on it before i blow dry blow drying the hair. In my opinion, it just gives the hair a lot more body and i, like my hair to move so i feel like blow drying it. You definitely get that nice body going on. So now i'm just going to section the hair into two sections so that i can begin curling one section at a time and i'm spraying some of this ors, olive oil heat defense, shine mist throughout the hair, now be careful with this spray. A little goes a long way. Trust me, i'm using my big barrel. Curling iron to you know, add some curls to the hair just to try to maintain a nice body weight type of flow. I like to try to pin the curls in place when they're this large so that they don't drop so fast. Now i didn't do this, but i feel like if i would have added some holding spray, it would have held a lot better, so this is now all of the hair curled. I never want to give you up. I know so now i'm going to cut off the lace. You don't necessarily have to cut off those like side tabs like i did. I think i've seen it done like that before and thought it might work a little better, but it really just works the same, and now i'm just going to cut off the remainder of the lace and i like to cut in a jagged motion so that it's Not a straight line going across now, i'm just adding my bed head mega hold spray. This has been my go-to, usually when i'm melting, my lace and i don't plan to keep it on for a long period of time. Now, i'm just going to tie it down with my elastic band so that it melts into my skin if you're not a fan of baby hairs. You can definitely skip this part, but i i did want to add a few little swoops and while i was adding those hoops, i felt the need to just kind of pluck it a little bit more so that it looks a little more like scalp. You'Ll never feel the way i feel you don't know if my love is real baby. Listen to me now, of course, with this closure wig, you have the option of going with a middle part, a left side, part or a right side part. But of course, i decided to go ahead and stick to the middle part for this particular wig, and i'm just gon na go in with this wax stick to mold the hair and part in place. Now i absolutely love this hair fetish palette because i feel like it opens the part up completely so nicely, and even though i use this, which is basically like a concealer first, i do like to follow it up with my powder foundation, just to kind of set. It in place um and it doesn't look all you know - creamy all right. So after smiling, let's get into my thoughts on this unit here. So some of the good good with most human hair units, the hair is normally very, very soft, very manageable. I can just kind of glide my fingers right on through no tangling whatsoever. I feel like this unit was, for the most part, easy to melt. I felt like it was easy to give it more of a frontal effect, although it's a closure, so it makes it appear as though you know i kind of have this lace going all the way from ear to ear, but i don't. It is, of course, a closure. Now this unit claims to come pre-plucked. I disagree wholeheartedly. There was no pre-plucking going on with this unit at all, so of course i had to go in once i washed her, because i always wash my human hair units almost always unless i'm in a serious hurry, but i did wash this one and i went ahead And plucked it around the hairline. One of the cons i think i have with this wig is the color of the lace. I don't even know it was like a dark, gray color, and so it gives like a dark tint around the hairline, and so you definitely gon na have to put in a little work to lighten that up a little bit but yeah. It was a like a color, i've never actually seen, i'm sure somebody has, but i was just like what like a dark gray. This is weird. Let'S talk about the price of this unit. I just want to pull that little hair back. It'S in my way. It'S in my way, so when i initially ordered this unit, it was 99.99, it is now an increase and it got me a small increase and it's now 104.98, so just a small little. What five dollar increase. I don't know why, but that's what it is now. I actually happen to have the lowest inches that you can get in this unit, which is 18 inches, and so the 18 inches is for that 104.98. However, you can get this unit all the way up to 26 inches and that price is 180.99. So you got a little range work within your budget. Let me just say i feel like i appreciate a closure wig much more than a frontal wig. It is so much less work i mean like. I don't have to worry about an entire hairline. I am just focusing right here: all i had to do was secure this area, so, as you can see, when it's a closure, your edges make sure your edges are sleek and back and that's what you're gon na get that's pretty much. What you're gon na get so i love a good closure because it's just easier and very beginner friendly. So if you want to try your hand at melting, a human hair wig, these, like four by four five by five six by six, whatever the case may be closure type of wigs, are so easy and beginner friendly. I feel like they're the best wigs to practice on melting, because you don't have to worry about the tabs down here, which are the devil for me all right guys.
