Dianna From "Bring It" Drags Dance Lines That Wears Peeling Lace Frontal Wigs

This is a funny interesting live actually

So so, let's talk about it. First of all, my voice is going to go in and out throughout the whole video, because at practice yesterday i was cheering my kids on. They was killing it we're getting ready for miami. So i'm standing on your heart, my kids was killing me yesterday, so my voice is going in and out, but we need to talk about this, because this is the thing that is hurting my nerves. I love us, i feel like monique. I love us for real when i say i love our community. I love us, but i really want us to start really really thinking big buddy. I really want us to start really really thinking about what we're doing to ourselves. Now. My blood pressure is under control. I don't think i was just tired, but what we're doing to ourselves, how we're putting ourselves out there and setting ourselves up for freaking failure? We go to that fake page. We just got on again. It'S already getting started, go ahead and block you. So here is the deal. Closures are the best when it comes to dance. Closures are the best when it comes to performance as a major red. We do so much in our bodies, sweat, profusely, okay, we sweat profusely as a major hood, almost like i'm blocking this page as a major red dancer. We sweat across our face. We sweat in the top of our head. We sweat under our armpits some people sweat in their crotch, everybody sweats in different places, but i'm telling you as a major red dancer. We sweat everywhere. Hbcu dancers should also reconsider, utilizing frontals because the hbcu dancers they get ready a couple of hours before the game. They'Re riding to the game on the bus they're getting off of the bus and they're lined up and they're standing in the sun waiting to march in then they utilize energy, marching in then they get into the stands and they're dancing in the stands. Then they come out of the stands and they're dancing on the field. Then they come off the field and go back into the stands and they're dancing for fifth quarter. Then they have to march out of the game that is sweat on top of sweat. On top of sweat on top of sweat on top of sweat on top of sweat, i don't know one frontal that is going to survive, that i don't care how many pounds of glue you put on your head if you're a dancer that sweats profusely and everybody Is different, some people don't sweat a lot in their heads, but when you want the overall look, when you want the overall look, you have to think about what the team is going to. Look like cohesively. A lot of people don't care about what the team looks like cohesively, you're thinking about something. That'S cute, you're thinking about something, that's pretty for the moment. Don'T think about the moment! Think about the longevity of your dancers. I'M gon na give you an example this that i have on my head. It probably like a funnel because of the little baby hairs and [ __ ]. This is a closure. This is a closure. It is not a frontal. I also have an anchor braid. My hair needs to be re-braided, but i have an anchor braid on this side and also an anchor braid on this side. What is the purpose of anchor braids? You get your hair braided in a beehive with an anchor braid on the side. Why is that? Because what todd does for my hair? Because i, like the frontal, look? Okay, he buys a five by five closure, not a four by four, a five by five, so that you can pluck the front to make it give you that baby hair or the extra frontal look, but it's still a closure. Okay, he takes my hair and he'll pull in between the track and he will sew it down on the anchor braid sews it down all the way around on the ankle braid and puts a couple of darts in the middle, because all i do i swing my Head hard, when i dance it's a whip and a whip see it's already moving because it's not sewn down. Also you got these bands. Okay, the band is not going to keep the wig all by yourself, don't advertise on my page or i'm going to block you. This is not for you to advertise marilyn bryant. This is me giving a tutoring lesson for my community: do not advertise on my page or i'm gon na block you, okay. So, as i was saying as a dancer, the wig has to be sewn down all the way around. Stop thinking that that little piece of glue - but this little piece of frontal is gon na hold because it's not going to hold, i don't care what glue they sell. What top market brand is out there? I don't care i have seen so many styles used and so many brands used and even midway through the performances. These teams i needed to re-apply because there's not there because they have sweated so bad. My stylist todd will tell you he tells me the truth, diana you sweat real bad in your head. You sweat real bad in your head. This is not gon na last, but a couple of days and you're gon na have to get it redone and if you're dancing it's not gon na last okay, i get frontals and i wear frontals. If i'm gon na go to go on a little trip or whatever i don't even get frontals, if i'm going to the beach or whatever, why? Because [ __ ] it don't make no sense for me to do that. When i know i'm going to sweat it out a little bit of sweat, ain't, bad, okay, a little bit of sweat, it's not bad, but when you're a major red dancer, we sweat a lot and we sweat a lot in our heads all up here. It is full of water, and so many people are not listening. You put one layer of glue thinking, it's gon na hold. You put two layers of glue and thinking it's gon na hold. It'S not gon na hold okay, if you're doing like a parade or something because my girls, they are wearing frontals this year, but it's for an event where they're gon na be acting, maybe hour, they're gon na be out there made by owl and they're, not doing No field show they're not doing they're, not marching into no game they're, not doing anything, crazy, crazy, strenuous, it's something simple. Okay, now i'mma say it again: coya i don't care if it's the, if it's not if you this is a this, has the frontal look? Okay, but it is a closure: okay, five by five closures. Yes, it is a frontal look, but it's a closure. You could do whatever you want, get the glueless so that [ __ ] down a five by five closure is basically the same thing as what i'm saying and i'm sorry, five by five closures. Basically, the same thing is what you're saying this is basically a glueless frontal. Don'T put you don't you, the glue is not gon na [ __ ] hold you're gon na be like you're gon na need. Gorillas, look like that girl did with that. Damn uh commercial and [ __ ] that she went viral. Putting that glue, [ __ ] in her head you're gon na need that for it to stay on, your head also stop putting these stylists in position. Oh bradley, we go bradley. We'Re gon na go deep into this hair conversation for madrid university deep into it. Okay, stop putting these stylists in position because you're telling them you're gon na go somewhere else to get it done. Stylist! I'M here to tell you right now: stylist, i'm here to tell you right now they don't give a damn about your reputation, because if they, if their frontal lifts, they're gon na say you did it or your work was shoddy or you didn't put it on right. Even after you tell them so stylist, if i was you, i would get a waiver if they're a major red team, if they're a dancer, a performer and they're, going to be doing a lot where they're sweating, i would get a waiver type it up put it In writing. Okay, have they asked sign it? Okay and let them know that this frontal may lift based on the way you sweat. Don'T let them put you in the position, because folks gon na say who did your hair and now they're talking about show ass when you're the one that you know, because you, of course you want the business, i'm not saying decline, no business don't be dumb. You want the business but protect yourself because at the end of the day, they're gon na be talking about you, because what they do is when my girls hair is not together. Makeup is not together. Uniforms, not together, whatever the overall look, they ain't together. They blame me, even though i told the mamas no frontals, even though i told the mama's four baby hairs, one two, three four, let them put a fifth: they not dancing, because i said what i said, because what happens is the whole brand is ruined because of A few people so style this put it in right, make them sad. Okay, make them sad. If your team decides to wear braids, your team's braids need to all look alike. I will give tracy from ycdt her props on that, because when her dancers wear braids, they all look like one person. They are the same, the same, the boxes on them in the braids, the way that they are squared up all look damn near identical. It is a team overall look if you're gon na do crochets team overall. Look if you're gon na do french braids to the back with a bun in the back team overall, look but stay your ass away from these frontals! Stop letting these folks talk you into something and your team gon na look a fool by the time you march from the bus to the stands: [ __ ] already doing it, then, by the time you get from the stands to the field: [ __ ]. Doing this, then, by the time you get from the field to the dressing room, [, __ ] doing this, then, by the time you get from the dressing room back to the stands. She doing this and here you go trying to pull it back forward. You look stupid, then here come fifth quarter, you throw one stand. You come back wig just gone now, your ass in the bleachers ball-headed and looking at food and when they make your ass a meme, don't say i ain't told you, because not only is your wig gon na come off. You'Re gon na have a line across your forehead. Then you're gon na have that extra line of glue and you're gon na be looking stupid or the frontal is gon na come off and it's gon na be hanging in the back like this and you're gon na. Be just this front hair just hanging in the back like a goddamn ponytail like a dog tail. Hang it in the back like a horse tail a fool see. I don't just made that a side part look at that side. Part see how i just made that side part get a wig mate, get a wig made. Okay, this is a wig okay, this is a wig. You see the stitching how the wig is handmade. Custom-Made wig to fit my damn head. Okay, all right, don't say i didn't warn you don't say i did not tell you. Okay, they gon na. Tell your ass, the damn truth. I'Ma tell you the truth, because he [ __ ] ain't gon na be real with you. They not gon na be real with you. Folks is not willing like me to take their wig off cause. I don't have no shame it. Don'T bother me this [ __ ]. Don'T bother me folks, gon na talk anyway, i get my followers that way bring your ass over here. Come on, okay, cause, that's what's gon na happen. Yeah bradley is gon na get caked up and going to the back and they're gon na be embarrassed for the rest of the season, because their ass was being [, __ ] hard, headed, no frontals. Okay, i feel like that. Mommy dears, no wire hangers, no frontals. All of my girls have to wear the same: hair, yep, andrea, j, thomas all of them middle part, closure, curly, hair to the bra strap. Now it cannot go past their bra strap. If it goes past, their bra strap it's too long. They cannot control. All of that hair they'll be dancing and it'll be in their face like this, then they're gon na look like a mop. Why do i do middle part because it frames my girls beautiful faces and when they dance it, bounces right back back in the face frames? It yes, okay, we do side, part brazilian hair, so the curls will lay naturally in their face. So when they swing it just goes like it's supposed to go. You know my babies wear ponytails the babies and the minis wear ponytails, because they're little girls and they're supposed to look like little girls, our parents put those ponytails on and they get about 10 to 15 pens per ponytail. We make them party like a rock star before they go out there. If anybody ponytail hits the floor, that means you took the pins out and you're going. I point, and they already know what it is to the truck, because it better not come off just saying all right now, you have been warned. I have shared this with you: okay, coaches of these hbcu swag schools, my collegiate dance line family, please frontals, are not made for major red dancing. We are too aggressive with what we do. We are too aggressive with what we do. It'S not gon na last. Okay. It'S not gon na last any what that stretch. What are you talking about? How do you deal with physical exceptions or disabilities regarding hair? What are you talking about if somebody has alopecia, you make an exception for that one person, but you still fix it to where that one person blends in with the rest of the team figure it out so easy peasy i had to. I had girls on my team when i first started dancing dogs. I didn't have enough hair to pull it up into the ponytail. Their hair was. This long was very short, so what they did was they got french braids up to the ponytail in the front and in the back, but they got that ponytail put on the head, because if one wore a ponytail, they all wore a ponytail and back in the Day the dancing dogs all wore ponytails, my girls were nine and 10 and 11 years old and when we was not wearing wigs and weeds and doing all that back, then they was not wearing quick, wigs but glue and closures and all that [ __ ]. They weren't doing all that to their hair that was wearing roller wraps and wraps. My babies was not wearing that grown hair. Now things are different and even still the baby dolls and the mini dolls. The baby dolls were one ponytail. The minis were two. My girls are going to wear ponytails because they are little kids. They are little kids, but the big dolls middle part, closure, curly, hair side, part closure, brazilian brazilian hair. We get a curl and pin curl or side part bob. They got three different hairstyles that we wear you'll, never see the dogs wearing braids braids are acceptable and it looks great on some people. Every team has their own flow. Major university is going to go into detail about hair. When i tell you it's going to be a freaking hair class, apart of major red university, look, jason said you hated it, but baby y'all was all swinging and looking like one person when you do 15 different hairstyles and folks respected y'all jayla. For that too, i thought y'all edited it, but they respected they respected y'all because they always said y'all had the most appealing mature. Yet kid friendly look, that's the reason why we had so many girls on dancing dolls and their parents loved it, because y'all were able to grow up as little kids and not be considered grown and fast. The dancing dogs would never call fast. You know that was that word back in the day when they just caught with that. Oh she get around she fast. The dance boss would never call that i'm telling y'all this is gon na help, and if these i'm telling y'all as um was what i'm looking for people that do, hair stylist tell me folks, truth they'll be mad. Oh well protect your rep, protect your brand, protect yourself! Don'T get yourself out there doing these folk hair because you're excited, because this team is popular and they ask you to come to their hair and you get over there and you do their hair and you use a technique that you would normally use on anybody else And they out there dancing and [ __ ] starts flapping and having a freaking conversation like don't do it to yourself tell them the truth. Listen frontals are normally not made from major red dance. If we're going to do a frontal, i need for you to sign away from saying that it is okay for me to utilize technique that i do. Let me show you the techniques that i do for our frontals and we're going to add an extra layer of glue to help make sure the funnel stays intact. But do mindful you have dancers that will sweat more than others if they sweat a lot. If they sweat a lot, the closure is bound to lift. I don't care if you tie down for three four days. The [ __ ] gon na lift you're gon na need a hot glue gun some e6000. Some freaking gorilla glue, the black glue and the closure glue. It'S not gon na stay for the whole longevity of the way you dance. Okay, just saying the truth is the truth. I love us for real. The truth is the truth. [ __ ], i ain't set mine up. It is a group right now. Let me just show y'all a picture i'ma block out this person's face, but let me show you all the pitch, i'm just gon na show y'all the picture show y'all the picture. Damn this right here is in a group right now. This picture right here is in a group right now and they are dragging these folks about their hair. This picture right here is in our group. Right now see how this is the hairline see the glue, see the lock, see the hair, see how i just slid. It back it's not made for that. I'M gon na give you another one, i'm gon na. Do you one better? Look at the wig look at the wig. It has the slid back. Y'All, look at the wig, it's the slid back y'all! Look at it! The wig started up here and it didn't slid back because of the sweat okay. Are you understanding what i'm saying? Do you get? What i'm saying again, depending on how bad you sweat it ain't gon na stay, look at it right there, depending on how bad you sweat! It'S not gon na stay, so stop setting yourself up you're a dancer too, not just coaches! You are a dancer too. You know what is needed. This wig right here could be sewn down this wig right here she can be sewn down. I don't need. No, i don't need no glue. It'S a five by five closure, with the extra extra little edges left out to create the frontal. Look: okay, i have my anchor braid. Then my hair needs to be re-braided. I got gray hair my ankle braid on both sides. Okay, he would pull the little piece back and he would sew it all the way around all the way around and put me to look in the middle, and i could dance with this wig on my head. How do i know because i did it on the bring it live tour. I said that already erica. That'S basically what this is a glueless frontal, but it's not a frontal. It'S a. This is a closure, but if you get it five by five closure, a bigger closure - you don't have to worry about the frontal. A glueless frontal still is not going to last, because those the frontal lace is very thin. Closures are a little bit thicker. Do what you want? Don'T worry about me. I don't know nothing. I just been doing this for 22 years and looking at wigs and weaves and hair and everything else, it don't even matter they can get a glueless frontal and do whatever you see. You got you right, but i look. I'Ve seen wigs and weaves hit the floor. I'Ve watched people with these frontals and the [ __ ] flies off. It does not last so if you get a 5x5 closure. This is what i wear myself stood on stage in front of thousands and thousands and thousands of people, and i'm swinging my head and watching my girls sweats profusely, because they've had to dance for two hours straight throughout a whole, show they wore closures. I got a five by five closure and made he made the front. Looked like a front tool. He made the front, look like a front tool, put the baby hairs, but it's delayed closure and he sewed it down. I wore those on tour. I had no choice. I sweat like a dog, i swear so bad when i dance so sew it on. It still gives you the baby hair. Look you still get the same. Look dr amir did my teeth. Dr amina did my teeth in miami beautiful smiles, but it gives you the same look and so it down. So that's all i said. That'S all i'm saying i love us enough to tell us the truth. Okay, a lot of people won't say it y'all to see here y'all to drag these folks and talk about them. Real, real bad, but me i'ma tell you as a dancer and even still with the frontals. You don't want to wear that [ __ ] all week i'll, come and give you another hint. I tell my girls to get wigs made. Why? Because you're going to spend that money on the front end, and it's going to last you about two years. This wig is a year old, okay, this wig is very old, okay, but it still looks great. I haven't even wet it down good. I just pulled out the bag and put it on my head and you get a wig made all you're spending money on every time you perform is your braid down. Okay, is your braid down all you're spending money on? Is your braid down thirty dollars? Twenty five dollars for a braid down and a so on. That'S it when you get done cut it off, take it off, put it on the mannequin head, take your braids down and you're done versus spending money. Spending 100 to 200 on a full-on sew-in. The child has their hair, has the hair in their head when they go back to school, the next week and the next week, and then what if they got to perform in two more weeks now that hair needs to be washed and conditioned and retreated, and it Looked full or started shedding, or they didn't um cut it or they got messed up wigs. They will. Last some of my girls have been with the atlanta team 2017. When i opened they bought their three wigs, like i told them to some of those girls. Just recently got new wigs earlier this year, and this is 23 because they last if you take care of them - okay, they last, but don't listen to me. What do i know? Okay, do you, but i'm telling you get the wigs get a good wig made, get a customized wig made out of bundles okay. I want a wig made from bundles. You got so many stylists that will do that. You'Re gon na spend the money. I'M not gon na lie. You'Re gon na spend the money on the front end, but every time you get a sew in it, gon na take about two and a half hours to get it done. If you buy new bundles every single time, you're gon na spend money versus on the front on the backing, i mean, i'm sorry, the front end get the wig made it'll last you. It will last you like [ __ ] like again since a year, and all i do is get a breakdown when i'm done with it. Take it off next, here's. Why next, let me put it down, give you another example: this wig is a regular closure. This wig is a regular closure. Okay, it is custom made see how it's been sewn together. Side part this wig has been colored has been, colored has been cut. Okay, this wig is also a year old. This one is a year old 2022. You know what i meant. Y'All know what i mean. So you get what i'm saying wigs get them made, get them made they're going to last. Get them made it's an investment you're right, miss moses, but it works. It'S going to be one of the best investments. You could have made as a dancer as a dancer this week can also be used. It doesn't have the frontal. Look, it's just a regular closure. It does not have the frontal look. This is before i started buying the 5x5 closures. Okay, this is before i started. Buying the 5x5 closures. Okay: this is just a regular 4x4. So if you don't dance a lot and you don't dance, really really hard you're more of a light dancer, it could be um, praise and worship. It could be modern dance where you're not sweating a whole whole lot cool. Then you can do that, but if you're a major red, dancer and you're going to a competition right and you have to dance a lot invest, this is coffee. You guys invest. Invest. I tell my parents at the beginning of the season. You need three wigs side, part bob straight middle part, curly, okay, side, part, get brazilian wavy hair, don't get straight here. It'S hard to curl brazilian wavy do not advertise on my page or i'm gon na block. You side part brazilian hair curl it the night before curl it in small sections. Small sections pin curl it. Okay, pin curly put a bonnet over it if you pin curl it the night before and don't take your pins out until right before it's time - and i tell my girls - don't run your fingers run your fingers through it, don't calm, it don't do nothing. The curls gon na drop on their own, i go front back left right, shake shake and call it a day. Don'T comb them out, let the curls drop on their own beautiful, hairstyle, beautiful hairstyle, i'm telling you it will work, it will work, todd, pin curled. All of the dancing dolls hair before they performed on the field with tennessee state university. Later, let me give you an example. Let me pull it up before they dance on the field with tennessee state university. Last year my girls understood the assignment. Okay, they were up and ty was pin curling all of their hair right. He was pin curling all of their hair. Nobody had clothes, i mean frontals, they all had closures when they got ready to perform. Everybody got a closure and it rained and it rained on them, look at them, hair, tied up, hair pinned and it rained on them all of them sitting around hair pinned up front of it tied down, hair pinked up. This is how we roll we roll around. Just like this, all of my babies, hairpin hairpin. Okay, they walk into the game with their hair pinned okay, then they took their pens out, look at the curves okay pens and when they got ready to walk onto the field, curls were the girls. They didn't comb them out, they didn't touch them. I told them, don't touch them. Look at the hair. These are closers y'all they're, not frugal. Look at the hair. What you get! What i'm saying this is what i'm saying i tell mine. This is what i tell my and i share this with everybody. This is not a secret okay, it is not a secret they're walking out into the mixed hair, hair hair curls for the girls curls for the girls, but you get what i'm saying curls. It was pinned hairpin the night before, don't comb them out, don't brush them out, let it let it loose, it's going to do it on its own. So when it dance, when you dance it just naturally drops they, they have wigs, miss key. Those are wigs. So todd can take this wig i got on and i can curl it pin curl it curl. It pin curl it. If it's me, my big head ass, i'm going to pin curl this while it's on my head, i'm going to take it off and put it on the mannequin. That'S me: i'm gon na wrap a net around it and i'll put it in my suitcase pinned. It'S gon na travel with me, pinned okay and imagine ain't. Nobody here establish y'all. I ain't no hair stylist, i'm just sharing to you sharing what i do. I'M sharing what i do for the dolls, i'm sharing what works for my girls and look. They were done performing in the car here they were done performing and look at her hair. They had just got done. She looks gorgeous. She looks gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous. If you have a dance team that dances a lot tennessee state's girls were out there dancing in the rain. Okay, we didn't, we didn't know it was gon na rain. They, after dancing in the right leg, they got curly hair. It'S just a look: y'all majored university gon na flip this [ __ ] upside down cause we're gon na put you on game. Now, majority university, gon na put your own game. I just shared a lot of information right there had. I just held a class right there, just trying to help y'all out with hair, it's the truth, but i'm telling y'all what i know. A lot of people probably won't listen and that's cool, because i promise i'm not a hair stylist. I ain't gon na pretend like i am cause. I do not do hair. I don't like coming to my own hair tie be fussing to me. I don't like my own hair, but i'm telling you what works for the dolls. This is what works for me. This has always been a thing that i've used. It'S always been something that i've done and even still like after they got done dancing. They went back out there and did stands and now - and here was my team - here's my team in birmingham they were, they were getting ready to do a parade at the same time that we were in tennessee. So because i knew it was raining there whenever they perform and they have to do parades, they always wear middle part, curly hair. It'S a closure, they always wear it because it frames their beautiful faces, it frames their faces and when they get ready to perform, they don't have to worry about. They don't have to worry about their hair. Messing up. Here'S one of my babies, ponytails they wear ponytails. They wear ponytails, so i don't find another picture. They wear ponytails they're supposed to look like little girls. I put the little peplum skirt on the back of the leotard, look at that other skirt and they make it [ __ ]. You know a little scared. I do all things like this to try to make sure that they look good and a lot of people. Don'T really understand like why. Why did i do this or oh, is she being so ocd, it's just trial and error and things that i've seen trial and error things i see. So this has been a major university lesson. I'M about to draw three more uniforms. The dancing dogs are getting a new costume next year, our phoenix costume, the black gold and red custom. I'Ve seen it duplicated multiple times, and i don't want it anymore, so i'm gon na i'm gon na design them something else. Um i utilize body forms i draw costumes right. I draw my kids costumes. I send the costumes to my um costume company. I send the costumes to my costume company. They draw it up for me like take my design and they put it on a professional sketch. Then they send me a price, we talk fabrics. What is what color palettes? I won't wear. We talk about stretching five-way four-way stretch. We talk about um binding if it's nude fabric, like even with our new fabrics, it's not just a regular mesh, it's an actual fabric behind it. So it's the nude fabric plus the mesh. You guys can just block that page um, it's the nude fabric, plus the actual mesh, that's on top of each other. So from a distance it looks nude, but it's not there's actually fabric behind it. So i hope that i've shared something that has been valuable. If i have shared something that is gon na it's valuable for your team and you feel like it's gon na work, um drop some flames in the comments show me some love real quick. So i know that what i said was valuable, because i always want to be helpful. You know i always want to be helpful. I never want to be a pain in the ass. I always want to be helpful. A lot of things i know about, and i don't always talk about it because hell i'll be feeling like [ __ ]. Why would i give a person my information and share with them? What i know when they're not going to do it no way? I talk about boots. I talk about types of business. I talk about shoes. I talk about a lot of things that i've experienced over the years, like even certain companies that i utilize that i buy tyson fishnets from companies that i buy here from companies that i buy earrings and stuff from t-shirt. Vendors. Like all these things, i'm going to share in major university major university is an online coaching course. It is an online coaching system for dance instructors and dance teams, but also any regular business owner if you're, an entrepreneur and you're interested in getting started with the business and you're wanting to learn just the basics of how to make your business run. What systems can be in place to make sure that your business is running smoothly?
