Okay, that was when I was growing, but now I'm entering in another stage of my life, where I feel like I'm older now so now I want to just go by mashiko right now: okay, but anyways. Okay, whoever you are girl guy, become a part of the fam, but today we are doing doing a wig tutorial and I am extremely excited about this wig tutorial, because I've been seeing so many girls feeling confident wearing these units with this kinky hair texture - and it Looks gorgeous Exquisite amazing, whatever you need to call it. It looks good because it Blends in with our natural hair texture, and it's like okay, that look like that's coming out of her scalp and you know we can slay like the other Lace Wigs. They look good too, but I love that we're embracing this kinky texture because it needs to be talked about so today I am doing a collab with drum roll. Wigs and they look amazing like when they look amazing, they look like this girl. They look like this like y'all, about to see like some realistic with ventilated, wigs and I'm very excited to try this unit, because I've never tried a unit like this before so. This is like a first impression, everything, a big review and I'm just gon na pull out the unit for you guys. Well, first, let me show you guys what's in the bag? Okay, so they look like they gave me a wig cap, um. Okay, we have. We have some clips, some hair clips, an edge brush and another clip Heather brand name on it. I like hair, so let me open this bag up. It'S a nice little bag like I can use this for other stuff, especially might even just put other hair equipment in here, but this is so neat, so it says I like very cute, but let's go into the bag a little bit more. They gave your girl a red tail comb, I mean you can't have too many of these. I'M not even gon na lie, because I always feel like I'm losing a cons of food in a comb. Okay. This is just like a paper. They give you. Oh okay. Okay, we're gon na we're gon na live there for a second, and that is it that was in the bag. So if I could take this um out of it, it comes wrapped up in a hair net. Very nice, very nice and inside looks like we have a wig band: okay, some adjustable straps for our wig for our unit. So y'all. If you know me, you know, I can't braid, I'm still learning, I'm not gon na speak no word crystal with myself, because I'm still learning how to braid hair we're just going to speak that I learned how to learn how to braid hair very soon, because it Will be very much convenient instead of this little rubber band method it's holding up, but we're gon na just keep it rolling, but anyways here is our unit. I'M not gon na put any wig the wig caps on her. Yet oh girl don't take off my eyebrows. Now, okay yeah, I just saw that camera get very Overexposed but anyways. That'S not what we're talking about I'm about to take my red tail comb and I'm about to show you guys these ventilated edges, okay, see if I could pull it down. This is a 5x6 lace closure, so this isn't a frontal. This is a lace closure, but it does cover a lot of ground like and I'm just trying to get y'all to see more of this Edge action. Okay, oops! So I'm not sure what this white liquid on here is. I don't know if that's what they use to ventilate it with I'm still learning about these hair. I'M not gon na lie. Hmm all right! So let y'all get a closer to this. If giving natural edges is giving - and today you will see like let's wear - and I love this hair - it's so soft, very soft, very silky, very like like look at the curls. Let me see I could show you guys, but look at this look at this like the way that they were able to mimic this hair texture is amazing. Okay, as y'all can see, we do have to bleach the knots a little bit because I am going to bleach your knives today, but I see a lot of potential in this. I feel like we. This can go far like I feel like this is going to look nice and I just want to give you a little bit more stats about the wig. I'M going to pull up everything on my phone. That is on the website because I do want to like verify everything go through everything with you guys. So you can know. This is an 18 inch wig, it's 100 virgin hair from one donor, it's 180 percent as a density, the lace size is 5x7. Just like. I said it's not a lace closure, it's not like a huge frontal, but as you can see, it's very nice. I said a lace closure, but it looked more like a a frontal, but you can tell like it still covers a lot like I'm. Okay with this being like this, because I know that I can just lay this hair down right here, so this is a natural black, it can be dyed, it's adjustable, the straps are adjustable and the circumference is 22.5 inches, um inches. I'M sorry and it's a standard medium size and you guys can go look at this on the website. This is the product details. What I'm showing you guys talking about right now and I have the 18 inch. This is the 18 inches how the 18 inch looks, and one thing you guys know I'm going to show you more of the texture hairline, because I feel like this is what everybody's coming for like y'all want to see this texture hairline and, let's see if we Can get this comb to really like go in there and like show you guys, like it's very, very natural, very natural? You know this is for people who want to switch it up. I know that there are a lot of different baby hair trans going on right. Now, but this is very, very nice for like a natural natural look, I just love the way it mimics it. It looks so natural like it really does look natural like I didn't even know this was possible, but here we are we're about to get ready to bleach these knots and really get into this wig because y'all, I am very much excited. Y'All know how much I love curly hair units. I don't get to wear them that often, but I love me some curly hair. I love me some curly hair and especially since these edges are like giving like natural like out of the scalp. Like look at this. You know what, let's, let's just keep it real right, quick. This is me, and this is that, like you can't tell me, there's not no huge difference in that, like that looks just like my hair, like what what okay, okay and that's the great thing about it, because it mimics your edges so well, and you, if you Have 4C hair texture, or if you have you, know the more of the hair texture like I have for the black and brown girls. If you know what I'm talking about, you can actually just cut this lace, and then you can have this out and who's gon na notice, who gon na be able to clock it. You know what I mean if it Blends in this. Well, you can get away with that easy, but guys we're about to get started, and I'm just going to show you guys how I bleach this unit, because we want to believe she's not because I want everything to be completely seamless. I might do a little bit more of some plucking behind the hairline, because I do see like well we'll be able to determine that once we bleach it, but let's get started. Okay, I went to my local beauty supply store and made sure I got some Goods. I got some 30 volume developer and some bleach to bleach these knots on this wig. You can get the blue tinted one. I just want to save a little bit of coins because I already had toner, so I also want to give you guys a tip to save you a bit of heartbreak. If you are literally trying to bleach your wig make sure this stuff is thick, you don't want to make a mistake and have to go through because it bled through the lace and got on the hair, and you have to dye the hair because that's tedious and It takes a lot of work, so make sure the consistency is thick of the mixture and because I hadn't done it in a while. This is where I messed up foreign, so something I thought it was wise to do was to place the wig in the sink. So, whenever it needed to stop processing, I can just run water on it foreign. So one thing you want to do is let your hair air dry, so I'm just putting in a light oil I already put on some leave-in conditioner and I'm just making sure these curls and waves waves right now are just right and set in place all uniform And ready to dry perfectly, and just look at that lace. Y'All, like look at what bleaching the knots did and how good that lace looks foreign, but I just want to say that I'm putting down some moves just to make sure I lay these baby hairs down before I like actually try to put like a spray or Anything at my edges, because I don't want to get them caught up and look at them. Look how cute they are now. I'M just applying the thinnest layer of foundation ever because this lace hardly needs anything. I just want to make sure I make sure that it matches my skin tone, and this is just the even lace spray um if you have like any skin irritations, because I know I did not do the ball cap method, I do not recommend this method. If you know that you cannot put these products on your skin, I have never had a problem with it and I just want to say Placebo caution. If you like the ball cap method, please do it, so I decided to spray that hairline with a hair event. Just to make sure it's just a little bit more secure, even though I love to wear this type of way a little bit, and I know I can wear this bullets, I'm just going to do this right now, while the hair is tied down, I'm just sprucing. It up a little bit with a little bit of water and look at the elasticity and the bounce in these curls and after you finish, cutting that lace off. That wig is ready to go like look at those baby hair. Look at the curl pattern. Don'T be afraid to put some water back on it, just to Spruce them up a little bit, I'm just spraying this whole wig down with water, because the curls are real, like you just want to make sure you get this big saturated in water, so it can Dry perfectly - and I was just feeling myself a little bit: it looked so natural. It matched everything the hair texture. It was really hi guys, so it is now another day and it is gorgeous. I love the volume in the hair. I let it air dry, because air, dry and curly hair is always best. You want to make sure those curls stay in place. So, while it's wet, you can put your nice product in there put your hair oils in there put everything you need in the hair. I love how it mimics that nice kinky texture, like you, can really volumize this hair really good if you really want to and have it going in. Whatever way you see possible, like girl, look at this okay, only thing: let's go into the cons. Okay, we're about to go into a few cons because I'm not gon na be like one of those fluff YouTubers and not tell you guys what are the cons to this week. I did experience some shedding. I have not like put a comb into this hair or anything, but I experienced a bit of shedding and it wasn't. You know it was kind of a lot because for curly hair you want to make sure that your hair isn't like tangling and shedding excessively it didn't shed excessive, but it was a few balls of hair that came out of here. Let'S be honest, I guess it reminds me of like when the OG YouTubers used to do like a six-month update or like a few little updates when it came to the wigs, because I know that wigs are a luxury service like they are not a necessity. So people need to like make sure they're investing in the right kind of wig, because I know that once y'all buy wig y'all want to keep it for a minute like. I am the same way because you know you want to make sure that you are getting the best for your money. I would say Pros as to like the lace and like the baby hairs in the ventilated method, like if you're looking for something very natural, and it looks like it's coming out of yourself. This is it like. I even made a tick tock talking about how like ventilated. This is a way to go so a ventilated wig like this, the baby hairs and everything highly recommend. If you were looking for something natural and I'm kind of venturing off to like looking for more natural alternative, because I want to wear my natural hair - and I want to like be able to have that smooth transition where I'm wearing a wig - and it looks natural And I'm wearing my natural hair and you already know it's natural, so I'm kind of getting into the the point where I'm embracing you know being a melanated woman and having a melonated hair textures. So I love wigs like this. I love that we have this. Hair texture is getting the is getting the hype that it needs on its lip because it truly is gorgeous, but I just want to say like as to whether or not you should purchase this wig. I would say yes, but I would say, proceed with precaution, because I do not like the shedding and that's going to be. The realness of this review, like I, would purchase this wig again, but I would also like to manage it like in a way to where I can see whether it's shedding or not. You know what I mean because that's very important. It'S very important to know whether a wig is going to last you for the time that you need. It said that on their website it says it should last you up to a year. So, let's take their word on that, but I also just want to say like it is very gorgeous: it is gorgeous. I'M not gon na lie. I can't lie about that. It looks good okay, it's giving it's very much giving it's giving and I got ta. Do a few grocery runs today and I'm going to be looking good in the grocery store, not like I'm trying to impress anybody, but it is definitely giving um.
